Long Live Intifada, Israeli Flag burned at DNC (Democratic National Convention)

bs"d

Too Sick for Words (AFSI)
http://www.afsi.org/articles.aspx?id=766

It is my observation that the Democratic Party has ceased to be a Party worthy of engaging in the electoral process. Of course they will try their hardest to prove that Trump is a demagogue, who makes decisions unilaterally and guilty of Treason.  Clearly they are projecting their modus operandi.

There needs to be a coup within the Democratic Party and supported by the Republicans.  Because leaders who violate basic Universal Morality are criminal and such leadership has no place in our country. Such individuals should be be vetted by an independent committee as per whether they are worthy of running for office.  This is hard to do when the Highest Court is not completely impartial but biased.....

They are impersonators of democracy and human rights.  They empower Radical Islamic Terror and it is therefore no surprise that the Palestinian Flag was present in greater number than the American Flag. It is no surprise that they  burned the Israeli flag.

I nominate Ted Cruz to lead this effort.  This way it is clear to all that the Republican Platform is a united one against the current DNC leadership. Ted, there is absolutely no vote of conscience here.  Hillary should be disqualified.  Obama should be impeached for  Treason.  Empowering Iran with 150 billion dollars is treasonous.  Supporting the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt is treasonous.  Lying and Deceit to the American people and endangering our embassy in Benghazi - treacherous.

IT seems like the Judiciary in Israel is biased against hilltop youth. Kids who have been raised in families dedicated to the building and settling the Land of Israel. Kids who have grown up with a Religious Zionist education imbued with Love of the Land of Israel and Love of the people of Israel and Love of the Torah.

They have been charged, tried, and convicted in the media, without a fair transparent trial, incarcerated and even tortured, and banished from their home and/or from their family or close friends without due process. These kids have been defamed and slandered by the media depicting them as "Jewish Terrorists" equating them with real radical Islamic terrorists. They have been condemned, prior to an investigation, by high ranking Israeli officials and Rabbi's who are respected and credible, which compounds the damage. This is done without solid evidence based on the say so of the Shabak who claim that these individuals, these Jewish kids, represent a danger to Israel Society.   Administrative detention denies the individual basic human rights of habeas corpus which would review the legality of their arrest, imprisonment or detention.  Following incarceration, torture and detention of those place under administrative detention, the Shabak, time and time again, has yet to find real evidence that will hold up in a court of law...but rather merely forced confessions based on questionable Shabak interrogations that are not consistent with conflicting testimony or common sense.

INTO THE FRAY: Duma-one year (and three arson attacks) later
http://www.israelsvoice.org/2016/07/28/fray-duma-one-year-three-arson-attacks-later/

These kids have been persecuted.  They can't lead normal lives. Their sin is their love of the Land and their desire to bring back a judicial system based on the Torah.  This is their "crime" because it threatens the existing Israeli judicial system.  A system that appears to be corrupt compromised by kickbacks, personal enrichment etc?

Is it no wonder that an entire community like Amona is slated for destruction because of an expected Supreme Court ruling?

AMONA

It is not these hilltop youth nor the community of Amona that should be under investigation.

Perhaps it is the Supreme Court itself, the Attorney General, the Shabak, the Judicial process in Israel that should be under investigation!

Israeli Justice Ministry drafting law on criminalizing torture of suspects

my comments:

Bsd

Will this law criminalize torture of Palestinian terrorists in prison alone?

Will israeli Justice Ministry differentiate between prisoners who have clear evidence against them proving that they are clearly terrorists with those prisoners who do not have any such evidence and tortured to force a confession. Those who engage in such torture or who authorize such torture are indeed criminal and should be prosecuted.  Probably Yaalon and Golan and Eisenkott fall under this category and should be prosecuted with criminal charges brought against them and Meir Ettinger and fellow incarcerated hilltop youth under administrative detention etc released beshaa Tovah UmutzLachat!

Amona

Amona:

There are those of us who recall the brutal attack and terrible suffering in Amona in 2006 upon defenseless Jewish youth and even against sympathetic Knesset members.

Three Knesset Members Hurt in Amona Evacuation http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/Flash.aspx/97760#.V3I34fkrJdg

It was authorized by the Israeli Gov't  under Olmert, with riot police and  trained riot horses used against their own people.  Many of them minors.  This brutal attack in Amona followed the heart wrenching expulsion from Gush Katif in Summer 2005.  Very raw emotional pain etched forever in the hearts and minds of those affected a large majority of the kids protesting another "evacuation".

Minister Ariel: PM Netanyahu Is Nearing The 'Red Line' Regarding Amona

VIDEO: MK Shuli Muallem Continues Efforts To Save Amona (Wednesday, July 27th, 2016)
She admits that her bill to save Amona does not enjoy the support of the Attorney General, with the latter insisting the bill would not stand the test of another appeal to the High Court. http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/headlines-breaking-stories/445202/video-mk-shuli-muallem-continues-efforts-to-save-amona.html  In all due respect why waste good money to demolish a community and then rebuild it?? Where is a common sense approach? Why for heavens sake won"t this bill stand the test of an appeal to the High Court? Time to investigate the High Court for their anti Settlement bias.

Amona Revisited, Is Lieberman doing enough by merely actively looking for a solution to prevent the evacuation of Amona?

I recently interviewed Bo Polny of Gold2020 Forecast. Polny is famous for his numerical dissection of investments and markets  and we discussed Shemitah market cycles, the timing of Brexit, 9/11 and the Jubilee end-date in early October among other issues.

Polny is blunt about what is about to take place: A tremendous market crash of historical proportions that will leave most investors stunned and broke. He believes the time to get out of the stock market is growing short and that one ought to take profits and place them in gold and silver while it is still possible. Here at TDV, Senior Analyst Ed Bugos, like myself, has long anticipated such  moves and as a result, the TDV portfolio is up 200% in the last year.

Polny has predicted that the Dow will eventually move down to the 5,000 level and not recover - and he makes similar points in this interview. Silver, he has predicted, is going over $50 per ounce while gold is going over $2,000 per ounce in the near term. In fact, if gold doubles in price, then silver could quadruple.

This Jubilee Year of 2016 is what Polny calls the "year of judgement." He's in agreement with us on this, of course. And in past interviews, he has pointed out conditions begin to mimic the chaos of 1764, especially in the US where 250 years ago, society suffered from poverty, hunger, social chaos and finally war.

To find out more about Polny's predictions watch the video below:

TDV's Senior Analyst Ed Bugos is just about to release an update on his mining stock pick of the year and it is looking very, very good and still early enough to get in.  To get access to all of Ed's analysis, subscribe to TDV Premium here.

Fwd: The Legal Forum to Netanyahu: There is no Legal Obstacle Preventing Israel from Providing Care Package to Terror Struck Communities

The Legal Forum to Netanyahu: There is no Legal Obstacle Preventing Israel from Providing Care Package to Terror Struck Communities

On July 18, the Legal Forum for Israel drafted an urgent letter to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu regarding his objection to the transfer of funds for the purpose of providing assistance to the residents of Kiryat Arba and Har Hevron. The 50 million NIS support package was initiated by Agricultural Minister Uri Ariel, formulated by various government offices, and approved by the Cabinet.

The recent wave of terrorist attacks hit the areas of Kiryat Arba and Har Hevron particularly hard. This much needed assistance is especially crucial at a time when the residents of these areas are under daily attack and have endured devastating numerous tragedies including the murders of Miki Mark and 13 year old girl Hallel Ariel.

On Sunday, July 17, Prime Minister Netanyahu withdrew the proposal for funding on the grounds that this program raises concerns with regard to international law limitations; consequently, the Ministers could not vote on the matter.

The Legal Forum for Israel immediately drafted a letter to Prime Minister Netanyahu demanding clarifications regarding this statement. The Legal Forum cited some of the conclusions of the Levy Commission Report which states, "We have no doubt that from the perspective of international law, the establishment of Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria is legal." It states further that "having considered the approaches presented before us..... the State of Israel has a claim of sovereignty in the area.... In light of the above, we have no doubt that from an international legal standpoint; the establishment of Jewish settlements does not lack legality, and therefore this issue may be addressed from the perspective of domestic law."

The Levy Commission was established by Netanyahu in January 2012
to investigate the legal status of unauthorized Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria.  In light of the Report's conclusions, the Legal Forum states unequivocally that providing government support to these areas is not contrary to international law.

The wave of terror is continuing to pummel the residents of Judea and Samaria and East Jerusalem.  The State of Israel has a legal, moral, and ethical obligation to do everything in its power to assist the population at the forefront of this battle.  This obligation is distinct and is separate from the legal issues at hand, and must always be addressed as such. Israel's legal right is separate from political standpoints, desired policy, or any other legal argument. International law determines clear guidelines in cases involving entities which are in control of territory and allows for operations which are necessary in order to ensure security in these areas.

There is no obstacle preventing the State of Israel from providing funding and assistance to the residents of Judea and Samaria, and furthermore, it is the State of Israel's obligation and responsibility to do so.

The Legal Forum for Israel is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the Jewish identity of the State of Israel, ensuring sound government and protecting human rights.
The Forum's activities are carried out by attorneys, and legal and financial experts, who are  acting to protect human rights in Israel. To continue this valuable work, we need your help. Please donate to The Legal Forum so that justice can prevail.

Fwd: Why Palestinians prefer to work for Israeli employers

Why Palestinians prefer to work
for Israeli employers

  • PA Central Bureau of Statistics: Israelis pay Palestinian workers twice what they are paid by Palestinian employers
  • Israeli Arab attorney: The Israeli labor law is very good. Unfortunately Palestinian middlemen steal half or two thirds of women's salaries
  • Palestinian worker: Double salary draws Palestinian workers to Israel; in the PA they suffer exploitation
  • Statistic: "120,000 [Palestinians] work in Israel and the settlements" [Official PA TV, Workers' Affairs, May 11, 2016]

By Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik
Conditions for Palestinians working in Israel and the settlements are much better than in the Palestinian Authority, according to an Israeli Arab labor lawyer and a Palestinian laborer in two interviews on the PA TV program Workers' Affairs. The laborer explained that conditions are so much better that many Palestinian workers prefer or are "forced" to choose to work for Israeli employers.

Israeli Arab labor lawyer Khaled Dukhi, who works with the Israeli NGO Workers' Hotline, stated on the PA TV program that Israeli labor law is "very good" because it does not differentiate between men and women or between Israelis and Palestinians. However, he explained that Palestinian workers who work in Israel or in the settlements still suffer because Palestinian middlemen "steal" part of their salary:

"The Palestinian female workers in the [Israeli] agricultural sector enjoy many rights, like any Israeli worker in the agricultural sector: The salary is higher than the minimum wage, 14 vacation days a year in the first four years, 2,000 shekels convalescence pay [yearly]... payment for holidays, whether Islamic or Jewish. It is a matter of choice... [But] in reality, Palestinian workers - and especially the female Palestinian workers - do not receive these things. Why? You [PA TV host] said: 'The Palestinian middleman deducts from her [pay].' No, he does not deduct, he shares her salary. In practice, he takes 50%, 60%, and even 70% of her salary. If her daily salary is 180 shekels, in the end she receives 60 shekels. The middleman steals two thirds of her salary. Excuse the word ["steals"], but that is the exact word."
[Official PA TV, Workers' Affairs, March 16, 2016]

On a different episode of Workers' Affairs, Qassem Abu Hadwan, a laborer from Hebron, stated that Palestinian workers are "forced" to work in Israel because Palestinian employers exploit them and pay less than half:

"The lack of monitoring of [Palestinian] owners of companies and factories and their exploitation of workers is what has forced people to Israel... If only [the salary in the PA] was at least half of the salary [in Israel]... no one would work in Israel. However, workers have to go to Israel, because no one [in the PA] gives them what they deserve for their work.
[Official PA TVFeb. 4, 16, 2016]

Abu Hadwan stated that although Israeli employers "exploit" Palestinian workers too, "they give them what they are entitled to." He explained that Palestinians would not work in Israel if the conditions in the PA were better, but since "a month's work here [in the PA] equals a week's work there [in Israel]," people are driven to seek employment in Israel or in the settlements.

The program's host concluded that exploitation and low salaries are the reason for Palestinian workers preferring to work in Israel and the settlements, and she suggested how the PA should change that:

PA TV host: "We need investments and for workers' rights to be honored. What motivates the workers, as we said, to go [to work in] the interior (i.e., Israel) or to the settlements is the exploitation that takes place [in the PA] and the low income."
[Official PA TV, Feb. 4 and 16, 2016]

The fact that Palestinians are paid double in Israel and by Israeli employers in the West Bank is corroborated by the PA's Central Bureau of Statistics. Palestinian Media Watch reported on the bureau's findings for 2014, which showed that Palestinians working for Israeli employers were paid twice what Palestinian employers paid them in the West Bank, and triple of what they received in the Gaza Strip. In February 2016, the bureau publicized similar findings for 2015:

"The average [daily] wage for employees in the West Bank was 94.1 shekels, and 61.9 shekels in the Gaza Strip, while the average for employees in Israel and the settlements was 198.9 shekels."
[Official PA daily Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Feb. 26, 2016]

PMW has documented similar statements by Palestinians testifying to the fact that Palestinian workers' conditions are far better in Israel than in the PA.

Director of Democracy and Workers' Rights Center Hassan Al-Barghouti stated on PA TV in May 2016 that "120,000 [Palestinians] work in Israel and the settlements." [Official PA TV, May 11, 2016] The PA's Central Bureau of Statistics has stated that "the number of workers from the West Bank [that work] in Israel and the settlements reached 112,300 in 2015... and the number of workers in Israeli settlements reached 22,400."
[Official PA daily Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Feb. 26, 2016]

The following are longer excerpts of the reports mentioned above:

Palestinian attorney: The Israeli labor law is very good but Palestinian middlemen steal half or two thirds of women's salaries

Attorney Khaled Dukhi of Worker's Hotline: "Israeli labor law is a very good law regarding workers' rights, for both men and women. Israeli law does not differentiate between a worker who has entered Israel illegally or legally... Unfortunately, even though it is very good, in practice, the law has become very bad for female Palestinian workers. For instance, the Palestinian female workers in the agricultural sector enjoy many rights, like any Israeli worker in the agricultural sector: The salary is higher than the minimum wage, 14 vacation days a year in the first four years, 2,000 shekels convalescence pay [yearly] in the first year and 2,200 shekels in the second and third year for every worker in Israel, payment for holidays, whether Islamic or Jewish. It is a matter of choice."

TV host: "But in practice, do they enjoy these rights provided by law?"

Attorney Khaled Dukhi of Worker's Hotline: "In reality, Palestinian workers - and especially the female Palestinian workers - do not receive these things. Why? You said: "The Palestinian middleman deducts from her [salary]." No, he does not deduct, he shares her salary. In practice, he takes 50 percent, 60 percent, and even 70 percent of her salary. If her daily salary is 180 shekels, in the end she receives 60 shekels. The middleman steals two thirds of her salary. Excuse the word ["steals"], but that is the exact word."

TV host: "Yes, it reflects the reality."
[Official PA TV, Workers' Affairs, March 16, 2016]

Workers in the PA: Better salaries force Palestinian workers to Israel; in the PA they suffer exploitation

Laborer from Hebron, Qassem Abu Hadwan: "The lack of monitoring of [Palestinian] owners of companies and factories and their exploitation of workers is what has forced people to Israel, to work and build in Israel. If only [the salary here in the PA] was at least half of the salary [in Israel]... no one would work in Israel. However, workers have to go to Israel, because no one [in the PA] gives them what they deserve for their work, whether in factories or in companies, and even in municipalities..."

Official PA TV host: "Do you think that the low income and exploitation by [Palestinian] factory and workshop owners are what force people to go [to work] within the Green Line [in Israel] or in the settlements?"

Laborer from Hebron, Qassem Abu Hadwan: "It is what forces the workers to Israel. Even though the Israelis exploit them, they give them what they are entitled to. In the end, when a worker goes to Israel and earns 200 or 180 shekels [a day] as opposed to what he earns here [in the PA], 50, 70, or 100 shekels, then he says: A month's work here equals a week's work there [in Israel]. How can it be compared?"

Official PA TV host: "We need investments and for workers' rights to be honored. What motivates the workers, as we said, to go [to work in] the interior (i.e., Israel) or to the settlements is the exploitation that takes place [in the PA] and the low income... They [the workers] spoke about 12 hour days in construction work in the Palestinian market, as opposed to 8 hours in the Israeli interior."
[Official PA TV, Workers' Affairs, Feb. 4, and 16, 2016]

Palestinian workers are paid twice as much by Israel than by the PA in the West Bank

Headline: "The rate of unemployment in Palestine is 25.9 percent"
"The [PA] Central Bureau of Statistics publicized yesterday [Feb. 25, 2016] that... the number of workers in the local market reached 846,000 in 2015, as the number of workers in the West Bank reached 570,000, and 276,000 in the Gaza Strip....
11.7 percent of the workers work in Israel and the settlements. The number of workers from the West Bank [that work] in Israel and the settlements reached 112,300 in 2015... and the number of workers in Israeli settlements reached 22,400 in 2015.
The average daily wage for employees was 103.9 shekels in 2015... the average [daily] wage for employees in the West Bank was 94.1 shekels, and 61.9 shekels in the Gaza strip, while the average for employees in Israel and the settlements was 198.9 shekels."

  • Trumps Acceptance Speech
Trumps Acceptance speech on fighting Terrorhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5t6idsUr2dk

Focus on 3 things

    • Best gathering of intelligence,
    • Abandon failed policy of Nation building Hillary Clinton
    • Stamp out Isis and Islamic Terrorism NOW and Quickly.

Trump singles out Israel as our greatest Ally to fight Radical Islamic Terrorism.

Trump says we must suspend immigration from any country compromised by terrorism... until proven vetting has been put in place, we don't want them in our country.  [Israel should apply this approach to unvetted  illegal immigrants into Israel now settled in southern Tel Aviv where the crime rate has risen dramatically.  Robin]

Hillary called on 550 % increase of Syrian refugees  on top of the flood coming in under President Obama.  She is encouraging this in spite of no screening to find out who they are or where they come from. Trump says we should "only admit individuals who support our values and love our people!"

Says Trump: Anyone who endorses violence, hatred and oppression is not welcome in our country and never ever will be. [Israel should apply this approach to any resident who actually lives in Israel and/or who wishes to enter Israel. They should abide by Universal Morality otherwise known as 7 Noahide Laws and Pledge allegiance to a Sovereign Jewish State.  My comments Robin]

Of course the New York times recently had a negative article front page against Jared Kushner entitled "A Son-in-Law Wields Power In Trump's Bid" page 1 July 5, 2016 New York Times describing him as "a young man with no government experience, no political background and no official title in the Trump campaign".
Actually, I' d say that's a plus in his favor.
Ivanka and Jared Kushner have a proven track record and the fact that they are Orthodox Jews makes them accountable to a Higher Authority!
