מול הטרור הערבי - הנתונים שמוכיחים לאן הציבור הישראלי הולך

חברים יקרים,

In the Face of Arab Terror – The Data Proving Where Israeli Public Opinion Is Heading

Dear friends,

Ahead of the great and uplifting Sovereignty Youth Conference held this past Thursday, we commissioned a special poll examining the Israeli public’s positions on the fundamental issues of sovereignty, settlement, and national determination — and the results are unequivocal: a large majority of the public is calling for a policy of sovereignty, security, Jewish initiative and relocation of Arabs.

Especially in these difficult days, following the murderous shooting attack this morning in which Arab terrorists went on a killing spree against Jews, this poll takes on even deeper significance: the Israeli public understands that terrorism is not defeated by retreating, but by strengthening our hold on the land, applying sovereignty, and acting decisively with a hostile population living among us.

Attached are 3 articles with the full poll findings:

1)    A Significant Majority in the National Camp Supports Applying Sovereignty

Ahead of the Sovereignty Movement conference held last Thursday, poll data was released showing that 87% of voters for Likud, Religious Zionism, and Otzma Yehudit, as well as 90% of Shas voters, support the application of full or gradual sovereignty in Judea and Samaria.

Read more: https://www.ribonut.co.il/BlogPostID.aspx?BlogPostId=1050&lang=2

2)    Broad Support Among the Israeli Public for Encouraging Arab Emigration

The poll revealed that 73% of the Jewish public supports encouraging Arab emigration. “The Israeli public wants to see initiative and decisive action.”

3) A Rift Within the National Camp? Exceptionally High Haredi Support for Sovereignty and Jewish Settlement in Gaza and Lebanon

According to the poll, the Haredi public leads in support for applying sovereignty in Judea and Samaria, Gaza, and Lebanon, as well as on the issue of encouraging Arab emigration.

Fwd: Head Council of Sinjil, A Village of murderers, confronting Jewish shepherds

Bsd

This morning in Binyamin: The head of the murderous Sinjil village council, Mu'taz Tawafsha, is confronting Jewish shepherds from a nearby farm to Yishuv Ma'ale Lavona and is trying to remove their flock from the grazing areas.

Tawafsha has for years been leading dozens of violent riots around the village for years, but absurdly, he is still walking around freely.

𝘣𝘺 𝘉𝘪𝘯𝘺𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯 𝘡𝘦𝘷 𝘒𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘦
.
In Parashat Beha'alotcha, we witness a unique event: the choosing of leaders. The Torah even "lets us in" on the factors involved in selecting these Jewish leaders. In chapter 11 of our parsha, Moshe reaches his breaking point—"I cannot carry the burden of this people alone, for it is too heavy for me"—and asks G-d to find people who can share the burden of leadership with him. But how does G-d pick these leaders? After all, there was no shortage of righteous and talented Jews at the time.
G-d immediately singles out a specific group from which the next Jewish leaders will be chosen: "Gather to me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people, and officers over them." Rashi explains: "These are the ones you recognize, who were appointed over the people as officers in Egypt during the rigorous labor. They had pity on the Israelites and were smitten because of them."
Though this choice may seem surprising at first, a deeper examination reveals a profound lesson, especially relevant today. Who exactly were these Jewish officers? In the Book of Shmot (Exodus), chapter 5, Pharaoh imposes a harsh and seemingly impossible edict on the Jewish slaves: they must produce a specific quota of bricks without being given straw. The Jewish officers were tasked with overseeing that the quota was met. If they failed, they would be blamed and beaten.
These officers found themselves in a terrible dilemma: either they could betray their fellow Jews, reporting those who couldn't meet the quota in order to save themselves, or they could refuse to comply with Pharaoh's orders and endure severe punishment. In essence, these officers were expected to act as Jewish "kapos."
However, unlike others in similar positions throughout history, these officers chose a different path. They refused to oppress their already suffering brethren and did not turn in the Jews who failed to meet the quota. The consequence? The Egyptian taskmasters lashed out at these brave officers instead, beating them: "And the officers of the children of Israel, whom Pharaoh's taskmasters had set over them, were beaten..." (5:14).
If we reflect on this seriously, and not merely as a fairy tale we were told as children, we would get goose bumps all over contemplating such heroism. What can be a more inspiring description of ''Ahavat Yisraef' and caring for a fellow Jew by someone in a position of authority? Not only didn't these officers exploit their power, but they understood that sometimes they must bear the suffering of their brothers. This is what G-d saw, and He did not forget it. When the time for leadership came, He knew whom to turn to. He did not seek out those with charisma, talented organizers or even Torah scholars. The one quality He looked for was Ahavat Yisrael—the genuine love and concern for one's fellow Jew.
The centrality of this attribute cannot be disputed. The two greatest leaders in Jewish history, Moshe Rabbeinu and King David, both began their journeys as humble shepherds. The sages teach us that G-d tested them through their ability to care for their flock and show mercy to those they were responsible for.
Here we must stress a key point. Today, everyone speaks of "Ahavat Yisrael" (love for fellow Jews), but too often it is reduced to a slogan. When G-d selected leaders for the Jewish people, He did not choose those who merely spoke eloquently about "Ahavat Yisrael." Instead, He sought individuals with a "proven track record"—a record of suffering alongside their brothers, a history of prioritizing the welfare of the people over their own personal interests.
How sweet it is to read again and again the midrash about the Jewish policemen in Egypt. We are so familiar with the excuses used by soldiers and policemen in Israel today: "I'm just a small cog in a big machine. I'm just following orders." But that is not what the Jewish policemen did in Egypt. They saw the illegality and immorality of the cruel Egyptian decree and chose to refuse the order!
It is important to note that "mesirut nefesh" (self-sacrifice) for the Jewish people is not necessarily the willingness to die for them. Sometimes, it means the readiness to be hated for your actions, the willingness to sit in jail for your people, or to be ostracized by the establishment.
Such leadership is a stark contrast to the self-indulgent politicians of today. But know that only when such alternative leadership emerges—one rooted in true selflessness, courage, and devotion to the people—will Am Yisrael be redeemed,

More Violence on Jewish Settlers from Israel Police from the Hebron Station

*More police violence*

A short while ago, during a police raid in Givat Or Yehuda, located near the settlement of Susya in the southern Hebron Hills, officers from the Israel Hebron Police station severely and violently attacked the local residents.

The officers smashed the windows of a legal vehicle belonging to one of the residents.

In addition, as can be seen in the video, one of the policemen ran wildly with his weapon pointed directly at a resident who was documenting the incident and attacked him violently!

Commander of the Israel Hebron Police Setation, Oren Shushan, and Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir — is this what you are instilling in the officers under your command?

A policeman who loses his composure in this way and threatens Jews with a weapon should be immediately dismissed!

*A Statement from Eliav Libi, Farmers Union (Igud haChovot):*
*"In Area B, we are calling for the establishment of more organized settlement points in the territories of A and B-1, near existing farming outposts called 'The House' [HaBayit]*

*We are calling on the public to join the settlers who are already there and to strengthen the settlement.*

*We see with our own eyes how the Palestinian Authority is working to take over these open areas. We see how the Palestinian security forces and the Israeli police are working together in full coordination to remove the Jewish settlers from there and to transfer control to the Palestinian Authority. This is happening in broad daylight, with millions of shekels and many forces.*

*The Palestinian Authority's plan: The State of Israel is handing over to them full control between Areas A, B, and C. This is a dangerous process that will lead to the establishment of a Palestinian state in the heart of the Land of Israel — God forbid.*

We are in the midst of a historic process. We must not let the Palestinian Authority and the left-wing camp destroy the settlement enterprise in Judea and Samaria.

*Full Israeli control over this region is a necessary condition for security, settlement, and the fulfillment of the Zionist vision for the next generation, and constitutes a significant force in the struggle against the establishment of a Palestinian state."*

Editorial from Elisha Yered:

*"Step by step, we are advancing toward erasing the cursed Oslo Accords.*

After nearly 20 new settlement outposts that were established in the last two years in Area B territories, the people of Israel are increasingly joining the clear demand to shatter Arafat’s vision — on the ground and in the Knesset.

This morning, Eliav Libi from the management of the “Farmers’ Union” (Igud HaChavot) also circulated the simple and obvious call: *The time has come to settle in Areas A and B*.
*The people of Israel have long been fed up with the delusional dreams of establishing a Palestinian state.*

*Knesset members and ministers are coming in person to the area and strengthening the hands of the activists who are paving the way.*

Baruch Hashem we embarked on a more organized campaign regarding the so-called areas A and B. I hope you will soon hear about the "HaBayta" Forum that is leading the Movement.

On Shavuot, we published this Ad in Newspapers and in Shabbat Bulletins.

With Hashem's help, we will succeed together to convey this simple message to the entire Nation. We have seen in history that things that seemed illusory later became accepted by all and you are invited to be a part and to spread the good news: at Shabbat meals, to friends, to those in Miluim, (the Reserves), etc.

Things are simple: the Entire Land of Israel is ours, there is no difference between A, B and C. There is no connection between Settler Violence and Jewish Settlement in areas A and B. If we do not succeed in moving forward in the Redemption of the Land - and we become fixated on the Oslo disaster, which does not need to be explained how much of a failure it is - we will remain fixated on it. We, representing the Right, need to present a practical way to progress  step-by-step, and not just deal with the ultimate vision of the (reBuilding the) Temple.

Because in order to succeed, when working with the Almighty, we need to work on the ground, with practical goals⛰️.

To immediately Settle in Areas A and B is a practical thing, albeit a bit ambitious, but completely possible. And I suggest that we start as strong as possible, and we will become stronger slowly.

In the end - one Cabinet decision will change the existing reality.🇮🇱🇮🇱

*If you also support Settlement in the entire parts of our country, share this Ad in your status.*

About Ben Gvir. Let Them Fear Us by Zahava D. Shapiro

From the incomparable Zahava D. Shapiro: #everyword #AmYisraelChai 🇮🇱 💪

About Ben Gvir and our politicians tripping over themselves to condemn him…

We are not dealing with petty criminals who simply made a wrong turn at sea.

We are dealing with people who applauded October 7th. People who openly support terrorists. People actively aligning themselves with those who seek the destruction of our people and our country.

And yet there are many among us who are worried about “optics”?

Seriously?!

This time there was no ridiculous PR video of us serving sandwiches to the aggressors. Instead, they were shown restrained on the floor, treated as security threats, which is exactly what they are.

And Ben Gvir waving the Israeli flag and displaying Israeli pride? Apparently that’s now the scandal. Oh my! "What will the others think?"

Maybe, just maybe, this will make future anti-Israel flotilla activists think twice before trying it again.
Maybe, just maybe, it sends a message that Israel will no longer tolerate Hamas-supporting provocations against our country.

Perhaps we should spend less time obsessing over international approval and more time restoring deterrence. Because endless restraint, and constant anxiety over “what others will think,” has come at a price - one paid by our soldiers and by Israeli civilians.

Ben Gvir has backbone. That should not frighten us. Let THEM fear US.
What should matter is ensuring that Israel’s enemies understand there are consequences for threatening us. And that must be the bottom line!

Another Victory for the Honenu Organization and Jewish Farmers against Frivolous Harassment Lawsuit by Leftists aiding Illegal Bedouin. Bedouin ordered to pay Settlers court costs compensation.

*Another victory for the Honenu organization and the cannon lawyer, Adv. Nati Rom.*

The Legal Boomerang That Hit the Bedouin Outpost

The Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court rejected a request for a “harassing threat” order filed by residents of an illegal Bedouin outpost against Jewish farmers in the Jordan Valley, after it was determined that no evidentiary foundation was presented for the claims.

In addition, *the Bedouins were ordered to pay compensation to the settlers for the frivolous proceeding.*

Source: Elisha Yered

*Details of Court Decision*:  News from Yehuda-Shomron

*Left-wing extremist activist Aric Ascherman dragged a Bedouin to court to sue settlers, but in the end the court ruled against him and ordered him to pay thousands of shekels in costs*.

The case involves Suleiman Abu Faza’a, a Bedouin living in an illegal compound at the Rimonim Junction in Binyamin.

*Extreme left-wing activist Aric Ascherman from the organization “Torat Tzedek” helped him file a harassment lawsuit against 5 Jewish settlers, demanding they be removed from the area*.

He claimed they approached the compound with their sheep herds and damaged his property.

After a 5-hour hearing in which Attorney Nati Rom from the Honenu organization systematically dismantled the false allegations one by one, the judge ruled that there was no evidence linking 4 of the settlers to any of the claims. She canceled the orders against them and ordered the Bedouin to pay them 2,800 NIS in court costs.

Against one settler, she ruled that he may not graze his flock closer than 50 meters from the Bedouin’s structure.

The judge also issued a restraining order keeping the Bedouin and his family away from a nearby Jewish farmer and his fields.

This is yet another case in which extreme left-wing activists actually worsen the situation of the Bedouins.
Attorney Nati Rom welcomed the court’s decision and said:

*“Extreme left-wing organizations teamed up with a Bedouin from an illegal outpost and petitioned the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court, asking for an order against pioneering Jewish settlers who legally graze their flocks with state permits.*

In the hearing, we showed that dozens of terrorist attacks and arsons against Jews originate from this illegal Bedouin outpost, and that the claimants did not have even a shred of evidence against the settlers.”
“The court rejected the request and ordered the Bedouin and the left-wing organizations to pay court costs to the settlers. We hope this decision will resonate and that the phenomenon of anarchists and extreme left elements stopping harassing the courts and the settlers with baseless lawsuits will end.”

We were escorted to the Shul, we attended the event, and spoke to some vendors and then left.  I didn't really see the protesters yet close by but there were lots of police.  I returned later with  friends. This time I saw and heard the protesters.  We were escorted into the event.  The protesters  were down the block. We left after 9pm. They seemed to have disappeared around then and apparently marched through the neighborhood....

Were they marching around the neighborhood before 7pm as well?

The next day I saw offensive, intimidating hate videos that took place on residential streets nearby the event.

A confined Free Palestine protest should never get a permit!...let alone be allowed to be a marching protest spewing hatred and threatening a community.

People should be protected under the law! However. these hate spewing protesters were and are protected to threaten a neighborhood, under the guise of freedom of speech and freedom of expression.

Under Mamdani how can we best respond?

Let's brainstorm. Jews should not be the ones intimidated.

Here are some suggestions:

  • On Shavuot, religious Jewish men should come out en  masse walking in the streets wearing their Tefillin.
  •  JDL types, Veteran IDF soldiers identifying with Kach or the IDF and Jewish Self Defense should have a noticeable presence
  • Everyone is encouraged to wear open expression of Jewish Israeli pride like a flag of Israel (Magen David), a flag of Judea and Samaria (Lion), a flag of Har HaBayit (Beit HaMildash), Return to Gush Katif, Tzahal paraphernalia...
  •  Young and old, can be educated and armed as best as possible and with knowledge on how to best respond given the circumstances in case they feel threatened.  This is especially relevant to anyone walking on the streets late on Shavuot night!
Perhaps there can be Rabbinic permission to carry cell phones if there is any reason to believe the streets might not be safe?

I hope no Rav or political Askan suggests stay home for your protection!  Jews should come out en masse with Jewish Pride as usual this coming Shavuot night. We need to work with law enforcement but be prepared to do what is necessary to protect our community. Under Mamdani there is good reason not to rely on the NYC Police. Their hands might be tied and fail to deter intimidation and provocation by the Free Palestine protesters. They will probably try to keep us safe by discouraging any open display of Support for Israel.  They will say it's provoking and therefore dangerous.

Our enemies need to be fearful of walking around freely chanting Jew hatred and intimidation.

Jews need to feel secure walking freely going to and from Synagogues.

When I was in Israel in November, I knew we were surrounded on all sides by evil but I felt safe because Chayalim and civilians with weapons were all over the place.

This post is in Hebrew. Deterrence is key! We need to show strength so that our enemies don't dare to commit atrocities like that which happened on October7. We can learn from Torah how to respond from the story of Dina when she was violated by Shchem.

To get strength of spirit and connection to Eretz Yisroel and Beit HaMikdash please watch Yishai Fleisher on Yom Yerushalayim reporting from the Kotel.
