2 far-right teens arrested in protest outside Lod court
Police arrest two teenage far-right activists for disturbing the peace during a demonstration outside the Lod District Court.
The boys were among dozens protesting the court’s refusal to scrap a police order barring three Jewish suspects in a major, gagged security probe from meeting with their attorneys.
Police have closed the main road outside the courthouse as officers work to disperse the demonstration.

My comments...why did the police need to disperse a legitimate demonstration?

In blow to Shin Bet, court quashes minor’s confessions in Jerusalem church arson
Judge labels interrogators’ conduct ‘offensive and threatening;’ attorney says far-right activist was harassed for four straight days in elaborate jailhouse informant exercise
Demonstration in front of Ayelet Shaked's office Jan. 1
Hundreds demonstrate outside home of Justice Minister Shaked to demand Jewish minors held by Shin Bet be allowed to meet with attorney.
Honenu Attorney Adi Keidar: “Just now we received an announcement of the extension of the order preventing the minors from meeting with their attorneys. It appears that the GSS has no substantial evidence on the suspects and they need to make use of the unacceptable means of preventing the detainees from meeting with an attorney, completely ignoring the fact that the detainees are minors. We will demand that the court immediately bring the duration of the order to its end and allow us to meet with the minors now.”
Attorney Itamar Ben Gvir added, “It turns out that the GSS has not learned a thing. Instead of internalizing this morning’s decision [referring to a judge invalidating confessions] and understanding that there is a limit to their ruses and that there is a red line regarding denial of the right to meet with attorneys and violation of the rights of interrogatees. Also in this case they continue to deprive them of their right to meet with an attorney.
“Our main concern is that because there is no attorney present, there is no-one overseeing the treatment and no supervision, and therefore the detainees are being treated in detention facilities in the same way that they were previously treated.

* It is important to read and distribute; Letter from Rabbi Kochav Hashachar, Rabbi Ohad Krakover: *
In honor of the dear heads of the public, peace be upon you.
Once again suspects' rights are being trampled in Judea and Samaria, minors are again placed in solitary confinement in order to break them and extract confessions of violence.
Unfortunately, it turns out that there are among the state authorities who think that there are citizens who apply the laws of the state and some do not. Some have human rights and others do not.
We expect you not to remain silent.
The price of the brutal behavior of the legal authorities is a mental breakdown of boys, who at the end of the investigation are found to be innocent of any crime - this must not be allowed to happen.
We welcome the clarification of the truth, but it must be within the limits of fairness, law and justice.
He signs with concern
