Hagel, bad for America. Must read Mark Langfan, Mattot Arim Knesset Watch on Beduin Land grab. Bennett's reasoning behind the Yesh Atid pact

Mark Langfan

Hagel, at Obama's bidding, plans to send troops to Judea and Samaria (the "West Bank") where they would soon be victims of Hamas terror. It's in writing. An investigative report.

The writer, has created an original educational 3d Topographic Map System of Israel to facilitate clear understanding of the dangers facing Israel and its water supply. It has been studied by US lawmakers and can be seen at

There is only one reason that Chuck Hagel was picked by President Obama to be US Defense Secretary, and why Obama will go nuclear to get him confirmed:

Hagel is the only person alive now dumb enough to deploy US "peacekeeping" troops to what is surely a "West Bank" deathtrap. Don't believe me??! Well, in early 2009, two years after Hamas violently took over Gaza, Hagel along with a ragged has-been crew of "Israel Lasters" had some strong "recommendations" for the incoming President Obama.

I will let Hagel's 2009 "recommendations" speak for themselves. But to lend a note of rationality, Florence Gaub, a NATO researcher, in 2010 published a NATO Research paper outlining some of the problems of such a deployment. (I.e. it would need about 60,000 US/Nato troops and about 160 billion Dollars over 10 years) I and I will excerpt her report as well.

Obama's determination in confirming Hagel is based on Obama's belief that Hagel will cripple Israel at any price: including the deaths of thousands of US soldiers at the hands of Hamas suicide bombs in the Palestinian Authority.

"A Last Chance for a Two-State Israel-Palestine Agreement," April 2009. "Submitted to the administration of President Barack Obama" by Zbigniew Brzezinski, Chuck Hagel, et al.

The U.S. parameters should reflect the following fundamental compromise:

[A] non-militarized Palestinian state, together with security mechanisms that address Israeli concerns while respecting Palestinian sovereignty, and a U.S.-led multinational force to ensure a peaceful transitional security period. This coalition peacekeeping structure, under UN mandate, would feature American leadership of a NATO force supplemented by Jordanians, Egyptians and Israelis. We can envision a five-year, renewable mandate with the objective of achieving full Palestinian domination of security affairs on the Palestine side of the line within 15 years. Page 6

III. Substantive Issues to be Resolved: Israel-Palestine

The borders between the two states must be physically secure and fully controlled for their entire length. A U.S.-led multinational force would likely be essential for a transitional period once a peace agreement is concluded. Palestine would likely be non-militarized. No doubt Jerusalem will require a special security and administrative regime of its own and special arrangements will be needed for the use and regulation of Palestinian airspace. Page 12

Security. Demilitarization of the Golan Heights and limited forces zones on both sides - all likely to be supervised by multinational forces featuring American leadership - will be mandatory. Page 13

Annex: Addressing Israel's Security Challenges

Beyond the current efforts we expect that, upon the full agreement of the parties, there will be a robust international effort involving outside armed forces for a period of indeterminate length assisting Palestinian authorities in executing their responsibilities in the security sphere and helping them build capacity in order eventually to act without outside assistance. Page 14

Naturally, the U.S. will play a large and perhaps decisive role. Yet it should not act alone - there should be broad participation reflecting international consensus on the importance of supporting the emergence of a truly sustainable two-state outcome. Page 14

Although General Jones' mandate has focused exclusively on the Israel-Palestine track, clearly there would also be a robust American role in implementing the security-related aspects of any Israel-Syria accord. Beyond helping the IDF with improving capabilities designed to compensate for full withdrawal from territory occupied on the Syrian front since 1967, the U.S. would undoubtedly play a vital role in monitoring a demilitarized Golan Heights and providing early warning services to both parties. Page 16

In our view there is no avoiding a central U.S. role in helping the parties (especially the Palestinian side) meet their security-related responsibilities to each other in the context of two states. Page 16

Research Paper - Research Division - NATO Defense College, Rome - "NATO: Peacekeeping in the Holy Land? A feasibility study," by Florence Gaub. March 2010.

This paper argues that such a mission would struggle to be successful, and is very likely to fail. Although the idea is attractive to some who would like to prove NATO's global peace-enforcing capacity, the chances are that this endeavor would turn bad and tarnish NATO's image in more ways than one. NATO is not currently ready to take on this kind of mission, and might never be. Page 2

Bright lights, big city

Also, there are over 19 cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants. In total, 4.2 million inhabitants in the area live in cities of this kind, with more than half a million living in refugee camps. This itself implies two things: first, arms caches are difficult to locate without local knowledge, and arms smuggle is facilitated greatly. Disarmament measures would be even more difficult to enforce than they already are under friendlier circumstances. Page 8

Less is not more, less is less

Independently from the local security forces, the NATO force in Palestine (hence the minimalist version) would, if it follows the example of the successful cases of Bosnia and Kosovo, need forces ranging from 43,700 to 76,000 men, including the police forces. Of these, between 16,100 and 28,000 would patrol Gaza, and between 27,600 and 48,000 the West Bank. Page 10

Current theatres of operations would have to be reduced in size before a suitable size NATO mission in Palestine would be available without introducing longer deployments - something many Allies would like to avoid. Page 11

Who dunnit?

Stabilisation missions are largely infantry missions. This is topped in our case by the fact that in worst case scenario, the tasks would entail urban warfare and counterinsurgency, which are also infantry heavy tasks. Page 11

According to some estimates, 57,000 of the 76,000 men would preferably be international civilian police or gendarmerie. Page 11

Time is Money

Aside from the costs for the mission itself, additional costs can be expected, due to the training of the Palestinian police, building infrastructure and providing equipment. Some estimates calculate between $9.61 billion and $16.72 billion per year, not calculating reconstruction efforts, which in the case of the recommended 5 years would result in a total number between $48.05 billion and $83.6 billion. Page 11

In a Nutshell

NATO's mission in Palestine would have slim chances of success, and a high probability of failure. One should not be blinded by perceptions of a historical opportunity and embark on an endeavor that could cost NATO credibility, prestige, money and lives simply because it seems to be a politically symbolic chance in a lifetime to establish NATO as a global security provider.

The territory involved presents aspects that would cause any campaign planner nightmares - densely populated, urban areas with highly intermingled conflicting populations, a volatile political ambiance where the tides can turn any second, and a very experienced opponent if it ever comes to counterinsurgency. Thus, this mission would need thorough preparation, careful planning, sufficient staffing and funding, a significant amount of political will, and would leave a very narrow margin for success. At the current stage, and with its other operations ongoing, it seems irresponsible to hasten NATO into a mission that has all the ingredients to turn into a quagmire that equals the Alliance's involvement in Afghanistan. Page 12

And now for my analysis: Florence Gaub's NATO College real analysis exposes Hagel's US "peacekeeping" "recommendation" for the US defense policy fraud it is. Based on Hagel's sheer hate of Israel, and without a whit of real thinking, Hagel would have had Obama commit the greatest US defense error in US history bringing the deaths of thousands of US soldiers, and the destruction of Israel, America's anchor in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean.

Can anyone imagine the depraved analysis Hagel has been spewing while, at this very moment, he is currently the "Co-Chair" of Obama's "President Intelligence Advisory Board" ("PIAB")?

In fact, Obama specifically nominated Hagel as Co-Chair of the PIAB as reward for Hagel's 2009 insane Middle East "recommendations." No wonder Obama's policy has enabled Iran's nuke program, and betrayed all our historic allies. "Hagel" and "Intelligence" are mutually exclusive terms. For 3 years, Obama has seen Hagel prove himself to be a useful-idiot who will dance to any Kill-Israel tune Obama plays for him.

So, in conclusion, Obama will do anything and everything to get Hagel confirmed because Obama knows Hagel, and only Hagel, hates Israel enough to sacrifice 1000s of US soldiers in body bags, and dumb enough to gladly blow 160 Billion US dollars, we don't have, in order to grossly cripple, or perhaps even destroy Israel. In 2007, Hagel saw Hamas takeover the Gaza Strip in 10 seconds flat. So in 2009, he knew the 60,000 US troops he was recommending Obama send into the "West Bank" would have been instantly trapped by Hamas, and subject to multiple Marine Beirut Barrack's-type suicide blasts and kidnappings. But to compound Hagel's rank stupidity, Hagel also wanted to put US troops on the Golan at the same time. Imagine what Assad would have done with US troops on the Golan Heights!! Add to the thousands of US body bags,

Hagel would happily spend 160 Billion US dollars we will have to borrow from the Chinese (over ten years of a minimum deployment) to expose US troops to mass-murder suicide bombing by Iran's Hizbullah, and Tel Aviv to Hamas fired chemical-katyusha rocket barrages. (As an author's note, if AIPAC plans on lobbying the US Congress for their "West Bank/Golan-for-Dead-US-GIs" "peace" plan, they should also plan on fighting Mark Langfan like they did in 1994; when they tried it the first time, and lost. Remember well the Nickels' Defense Authorization Amendment fight!!!! See, US Troops On Golan Quicksand, by Mark Langfan,1994,

But get this, in early 2009, Hagel proved his total obsession with annihilating Israel by his stating in the 2009 paper's preface: "In short, the next six to twelve months may represent the last chance for a fair, viable and lasting solution." (Toto, we're not in Nebraska 2009 anymore!) So, in 2009, Hagel was fiercely advocating for 60,000 US troops to have been already deployed by 2010, and 45 Billion US dollars already poured down the drain!! Such defense policy insanity conclusively proves Hagel is uniquely and inherently disqualified to be US Defense Secretary. Hagel's 2009 "White Paper" shows only one thing: Obama has, in Hagel, knowingly nominated someone whose abysmal defense policy judgment is only "exceeded" by his evident virulent genetic in-bred German-Polish hate for both Israeli and American Jews.

The US Senators now voting for Hagel's confirmation don't know that they are now really voting for a deployment of 60,000 US soldiers to the "West Bank" and Golan Heights. If the Senators don't stop this catastrophic train now, the Obama-Hagel "peace" locomotive will run them over when the actual time comes for the deployment decision.
Mattot Arim's Report No. 1: How elected officials handled the Beduin land-grab*
Gilad Erdan - Likud, Eli Yishai - Shas, Yisrael Katz - Likud -- all voted against.
Yariv Levin -- Likud used his position as head of the Knesset House Committee to block the land-grab from passing in the Knesset
The following were not ministers, hence were not involved in nor did they know about, the fiasco:
All Bayit Yehudi MKs
All Yesh Atid MKs including Yair Lapid
All Yahadut haTorah (UTJ) MKs
Likud Beytenu - all non-ministers
Shas MK's - all non-ministers
Refrained from supporting the land-grab. However, they did not vote against, and although they knew about the upcoming fiasco 48 hours in advance, they did not take any pro-active steps to prevent the outcome.
Yuli Edelstein, Dr. Uzi Landau
Voted to green-light the Beduin land-grab!
Yizhak Aharonovich - Likud Beytenu, Ariel Atias - Shas, Bogy Yalon - Likud, Limor Livnat - Likud, Sopha Landver - Likud Beytenu, Yakov Margi - Shas, Meshulam Nahari - Shas, Gidon Saar - Likud, Dr. Yuval Steinitz - Likud, Silvan Shlalom - Likud
* The above list includes only those public figures who will be continuing in office. Prof. Daniel Hershkowitz - Bayit Yehudi - belongs in the almost-OK group and Benny Begin -- Likud - was worst of all, since he instigated the entire move, however neither of these were elected by the public to continue in office.

Obomba undermining America:

Todays Jewish Leaders bowing to todays Haman empowerers

Media Bias in Israel and in USA

My conclusion from all these links is that we must act accordingly by adopting the Levy Report and declaring Jewish Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria. We must insist that Pollard be released but not for a price.   I wouldn't lay out the red carpet treatment for Obomba. In fact the exact opposite.  Only strength and conviction and principles and faith in the Almighty G-d can protect us and the world. Not a delusional Peace Process.

To: Malcolm Hoenlein

The following is an excerpt from this past Sunday's Times of Israel article:

Obviously, Israel could and should utilize its freedom of speech, and "people can call for the release of [jailed spy for Israel] Jonathan Pollard." But "do it respectfully," he [Malcolm Hoenlein] urged. "The American people don't like to see their president dissed. They don't want to see disrespect."

Malcolm, I'm so glad you have granted me and others permission to call for the freedom of a man who remains imprisoned solely because he is Jewish and the other country involved is Israel. However, I am curious: Why are you not leading the call? And, I find it especially troubling that you think the battle against vile anti-Semitism needs to be waged "respectfully", and that you felt obliged to issue a preemptive strike
– in the form of a stern warning – against any one who would consider protesting Jonathan's continued cruel, sadistic treatment.

Yes, "do(ing) it respectfully" has worked wonders during the past 28 years for a heroic Jew who continues to sit in his cell in Butner, North Carolina, as his body withers away. If that's the best you've got, Malcolm, then we need someone else to lead the charge...a woman or man who embraces reality and understands that trying the same (safe!) thing over and over again will produce the same empty, agonizing results.

Either, put your heart into it as you did in the Struggle for Soviet Jewry, or step aside, NOW!

Again, I urge the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations to implement the strategy, below. Buddy

Dear Malcolm,

On December 10, 2012, the Conference of Presidents issued a press release in support of the Congressional appeal for the release of Jonathan Pollard. I urge you - in the strongest of terms - to follow through with that effort by devoting all of the resources of the Conference and its member organizations and ensure that President Obama takes Jonathan with him when he visits Israel next month.

Jonathan Pollard's continued incarceration in Butner, NC under the watch of numerous Administrations is a vile demonstration of anti-Semitism by the leaders of America. It is painfully obvious that the only reasons Jonathan has been in prison far longer than any other perpetrator of similar acts in American history are because: 1) he is Jewish; and 2) he was convicted of spying for Israel. This obscene and grossly inequitable treatment must be ended immediately!

You are known to have been a strong fighter for the rights of Soviet Jews a generation ago. I urge you to exert that same passion and effort in obtaining the release of Jonathan Pollard. Please do not respond internally by arguing that things must be done quietly: Jonathan's continued incarceration - for 28 brutal and gruesome years - has proved that that strategy has been a dismal failure. As you know, Jonathan is in extremely ill health. There is no more time for "behind the scenes" efforts on his behalf.

Requested action

Issue an immediate, URGENT alert to all 51 member organizations urging their membership to rally outside the White House a week before President Obama is to leave for Israel. American Jewry must express our pain and demonstrate to President Obama that we care deeply about the welfare of all of our fellow Jews, and about the State of Israel. Half a million people outside the President's home demanding freedom for one of our own should make a huge impression on the President, and it should achieve the desired result.

Please advise me as to your progress in this endeavor and let me know how I may assist you in obtaining Jonathan's freedom.

Most sincerely,

Buddy Macy

2nd Gush Katif Museum Dinner March 9th 8 PM 2013. Featuring Mike Huckabee. Make your reservations.....

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: AFSI <>
Date: Mon, Feb 18, 2013 at 12:17 PM

By Helen Freedman

It was just a year ago that the first GUSH KATIF MUSEUM DINNER was held at the Razag Ballroom, 739 East New York Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. At the time, Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolpo had contacted Dr. Joseph Frager and me about running the benefit dinner for the Gush Katif museum.  Ambassador James Bolton and radio and TV personality Glenn Beck were both on the program, along with a host of others. It was a remarkable evening, filled with animated guests and brilliant talk.

Following in the tradition set last year, Rabbi Wolpo has once again arranged an amazing evening, March 9, 2013, 8 P.M., with Dr. Joseph Frager again acting as Chairman of the evening. The featured speaker this time will be Governor Mike Huckabee, a favorite of those who welcome truth and civility in reporting.  Governor Huckabee has been to Israel many times and has visited the Gush Katif Museum. I was there with him when Mrs. Rivka Goldschmidt, a refugee from the Gush Katif expulsion, spoke to him passionately about the plight of the Gush Katif refugees. Rivka Goldschmidt will be with us at the dinner, to recount her experiences and those of her neighbors. Her story is sure to touch your heart. Rabbi Yosef Y. Jacobson will also be speaking on behalf of the rabbis of the Crown Heights Synagogues. Multi-media displays will be shown about the lives of the Gush Katif residents, as well as work executed by the former residents themselves. Guests of Honor for the evening include Rabbi Sholom Ber Drizin, Rabbi David Algaze, Assemblyman Dov Hikind, and myself, Helen Freedman. The dinner committee is chaired by Dr. Paul Brody and includes many distinguished members of the Jewish community. Musicians YONI and Choni Milecki will be performing during the evening.

A moving interview with Rachel Saperstein, one of the spokeswomen for the Gush Katif community, by Josh Hasten, has just been circulated. In the interview Rachel describes her frustration and disappointment in the government's failure to act more quickly in enabling the still displaced persons to move into their permanent homes.  The semi-annual AFSI Chizuk mission to Israel meets with the Sapersteins, Anita Tucker, and others each time we are in Israel. We saw the 21 flourishing communities before they were destroyed, and we visit the temporary caravans in which most of the people have been living since 2005. We have also seen some of the new homes and new communities, all of which are developing very slowly. Since it was not just their homes that people saw destroyed by the demolition crews when the 10,000 residents were forcibly removed from Gush Katif, but entire communities and farms, with all that is included in that picture, rebuilding is a laborious and costly exercise.

The Gush Katif Museum in Jerusalem is a must-visit on every itinerary. The videos of the expulsion will break your heart, but will strengthen your resolve to be part of NEVER AGAIN!!  Please plan to attend the dinner and encourage your relatives, friends, and neighbors to join you. It will be a most rewarding evening. To RSVP ($250 per person) please call 718-208-1770, or mail your check to FRIENDS OF GUSH KATIF MUSEUM, 383 Kingston Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11213, suite 155, or email :, or pay online with your credit card:  Members of Americans for a Safe Israel are invited to contact the AFSI office: 212-828-242; or email:, to inquire about the special reduced rate for AFSI members. All contributions are tax-deductible.

Mishmeret Yesha- Ma'ale Rechavam. From Yisroel Danziger

Subject: Fwd: Mishmeret Yesha- Ma'ale Rechavam

You are correct in asking, concerning the outlying communities in Judea and Samaria, what guarantee do we have that they will not be destroyed again ?

The truth is we do not have any such thing. There is no guarantee about any of the communities in YESHA or for that matter, anywhere in Israel!
What we have here is a extremely rare commodity. A group of young ideological couples and single people willing to live in difficult conditions.

What makes them unique is that they are willing to sacrifice what little money they have and take loans to help establish their homes and an outlying community, without any "assistance" from the government.

That means no roads, water, electricity, sewage, public buildings of any type or services.
This has been their lot for the last two years until last Wednesday when the government came and destroyed half the homes built.

Because they have chosen to remain independent and not attach themselves to strings attached govt. aid like many other communities wishing to"develop" they are isolated and left to fend on their own.
The govt. and its willing lackies are counting on good people like yourself losing faith and feeling hopeless so as to not do anything to help.
Ma'aleh Rechavam is part and parcel of eastern Gush Etzion which is first in line on the chopping block once Netanyahu forms the coalition he is looking for.

This why we at Mishmeret Yesha have been working, physically, since last March to help this community establish roots. We have brought tractors to cut the roads, carve out lots, pour concrete slabs, dig sewage pits and in the last weeks put up electric poles and string cables. >
Of course the root of the problem is a complete lack of a true ideological leadership, that has no vision, direction or will to do anything. That is not something that will be rectified shortly. Therefore we need to pull together all the positive forces helping share the burden and struggle to win.

B'rachot  YZD
This morning, early, I received a call from some one in the Shomron who received a phone call from a woman travelling to Jerusalem on the eastern Tekoah rd at the security crossing before Har Chomah.
She noticed a huge gathering of security forces on the side of the road preparing to head South. She pulled over and counted 12 full buses of Border Police, 32 military jeeps , five tank transporters carrying bulldozers and 12 police vans carrying Yasam-special riot police.  This young woman, having lived her whole life in outlying communities and outposts, intuitively knew some thing was up and tried calling her husband at home in Ma'aleh Rechavam(MR) to warn him and all the others that something major was underway.
She could not call, the security forces electronically jammed all cell phones communications to isolate MR from the rest of the world. Yes, some thing major was underway. This women dropped off her children at the kindergarten in Har Choma, decided to skip work, turned south and raced home to MR fearing her home was about to be destroyed. She tried every which way to get back home but that was impossible, she spent a very emotional nerve wracking 2 hours waiting on the side of the road .
Finally the road opened and a huge convoy of security forces began leaving the area. As she approached the mountain ridge road overlooking MR she saw a shocking site of destruction unlike anything that was witnessed since the destruction in 2005 of Gush Katif. All the new beautiful homes that were built with borrowed monies belonging to all her friends, all people that she and her husband had encouraged and worked tirelessly, so that they would come and build a new community in the Judean desert were massive heaps of rubble. Having been overtaken by the site she began sobbing uncontrollably while attempting to drive, losing control several times and running off the road. She finally made it back to the other end of the community and saw her home, all in one piece, having been spared the wrath of.................... .
Running around, being an emotional wreck she managed to piece together what had happened in the last hours this morning as she left to work. Those forces she spotted at the security crossing split up, with the army jeeps heading off road to seal off all the wadis, dirt roads and overlooking ridges leading to Ma'aleh Rechavam(MR) for a surrounding 5 kms.  The Police and Border Police, all dressed in black jump suits (sound familiar)entered MR, armed with maps and Aeriel photographs surrounding 9 homes and ordered everyone out.  As this was happening a special military engineering unit cut off water and electricity to MR.  Once the 780 Police felt they had secured every square inch of MR they brought in 50 Arab laborers wearing yellow reflective vests and sent them into the homes to remove whatever household goods. Having completed that within minutes the bulldozers entered MR and tore into the homes completing total destruction within minutes. They then pulled back away from the crushed walls and charged a second time, concentrating on tearing up the foundations and concrete slabs and dumping the the chunks of concrete on top of the destroyed structure.  Nine homes were destroyed in minutes. One home, a family that had moved from the city two weeks ago, never lived or experienced Yishuv life before were in a state of shock having been ordered out of their home by black jump suited riot police, watching all their personal belongings tossed out on the ground. When the tractor tore through their front walls exposing the living room, the wife collapsed having fainted and has been in a state of traumatic shock ever since.

A highly organized and executed operation of this scale requires a great deal of preparation and is directed from the highest political offices in Israel.  A great many people were behind this atrocity, it will take some time to reveal some and hopefully all of them. Mishhmeret Yesha has been involved in helping this important outpost develop with roads, water, electricity, trees and many other areas since last March.   Beyond the basic needs of playground, synagogue , Mikve and much more, now these young couples who have sacrificed all they own and are in debt to pay for the homes they just built and are now homeless.

Crucial funds are needed to pay the attorney representing MR at the supreme court who has been battling a (4 Yr. old) Peace Now initiative and obtained a temporary stay order preventing further destruction and is now forcing the govt, to show cause and Justify this atrocity. ll those that are willing to help us begin rebuilding, beginning this coming Sunday, can make a tax-deductible donation to the Central Fund of Israel earmarked for Tikun Haklal and mailed to

The Fight Against One-Side Broadcasting

Tadmit Media Center, which was founded by the Legal Forum to promote democracy in Israeli media, is taking action to balance reports and personnel in various Israeli media outlets. Last week, Tadmit demanded that Israel's Channel 2 News Program add another news commentator alongside Amnon Abramovich, who is known to hold post-Zionist views.

For decades, post-Zionist agendas have been promoted in the media, especially in state-owned media outlets. For example, Galei Tzhal, a radio station mainly aimed at soldiers, has publicly endorsed avoiding army service.

In an interview following the recent elections, Mr. Abramovich declared that he has a clear agenda with regard to political matters and is happy to promote them through his interpretations in the News Company's broadcasts. He was quoted as saying: "I believe that thanks to the work of some of the media, including myself, the external layers of Naftali Bennet have been peeled off and a large mass of voters transferred their support to Yair Lapid." Later in the interview, Mr. Abramovich is described as holding post-Zionist views, strongly objecting to Prime Minister Netanyahu's policies of settling Judea and Samaria and financial support for the ultra-orthodox community in Israel. Mr. Abramovich also expressed his support for an Arab state.

Following these statements, Chani Luz from Tadmit contacted the Channel Two Council and demanded a second commentator to balance the broadcast.

Amnon Abramovitch

In her letter, Chani Luz said that "it is legitimate for Mr. Abramovich to hold these views, however it is completely unreasonable that he uses the public stage he is given to bluntly and directly influence the political arena. What is even more alarming is that the News Company allows the possibility to promote a single agenda, which is in complete contrast to its role to provide a balanced news report and allow its viewers to hear a range of ideas, as is clearly stated in the regulations of the TV and Radio Council."  The  Council was asked to act immediately to rectify the current situation.

Tadmit Media Center realizes that the personal opinions of news commentators cannot be hidden during their work. However, as the commercial channel is also a public channel, it should not only strive to balance news reports, it is obligated to do so. Tadmit demands the addition of another news commentator who is not committed to post-Zionist views but rather to national ones. "We are not looking to limit Mr. Abramovich' right to freedom of speech, but rather to ensure proper balance, fairness and impartiality."

Authorities in the Channel 2 Television Council have responded to Tadmit's claims and will take action in the matter, understanding the reasoning behind the claims made against them.

The Legal Forum, along with Tadmit Media Center, will continue to monitor the handling of this matter, and will also continue to act to strengthen the values of the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state, where all members of the population enjoy freedom of speech and a right to express their opinions and agendas.

The Forum's activities are carried out by volunteer attorneys, legal and financial experts, who act to protect human rights in Israel. To continue this valuable work, we need your help. Please donate to The Legal Forum so that justice can prevail.

Nisht Inzere Sugia, Throw em out and Ahavas Chinom

I have compaints against Rabbanim.  I am getting fed up.  But I am not discouraged.  That is because I have lived in close proximity to Chevron and have learned something about Ahavas Chinom.  Read through till the end because this will BeEzrat Hashem have a happy ending.....
Basically I see a pattern.  The problem is not my Emunas Chachomim.  Quite the opposite.  I expect alot from Rabbanim.  I believe they can make a difference.
What I've found is that they are afraid that they can not make a difference.  They believe that they are Chagavim, grasshoppers. They don't believe in themselves..
Let's take a few hypothetical scenarios.
A Mother is subjected to physical abuse. She goes to a shelter and she gets a Get.  The children who are young, demonstrate tendencies of physical aggression towards each other that if not addressed will repeat a cycle of physical abuse when they grow up.  Friends of the family tell Rabbanim. Rabbanim who are told are sympathetic.  Let the Mother and Ohel deal with it.  These Rabbanim are barely getting paid themselves.  There are so many needy congregants.  You can't really blame them.... What more can they do?The family feels rejected and alone unable to handle their issues.  They are embarrased to go for Shabbos meals when invited because they are disruptive at the Shabbos table with their physical fights and the kids would rather stay at home where nobody bothers to correct their behavior.  The children are still young.  We will see how this plays out in the future......
Another scenario:  A single women in her middle age is homeless.  She is in the country illegally. She comes from a chashuv ancestry who have passed on. She is not on talking terms with other members of  her family.  A kind family takes her in figuring she will eventually find a job and move on.  This isn't the case.  The women doesn't pay rent.  She insists that the chesed will benefit the kind family and that she is doing them a tova. by giving them the opportunity to do this chesed.  Shalom Bayis issues set in. Rabbanim are consulted.  The kind family did what they could. Can the Rabbanim take over.  The sympathetic Rabbanim are at a loss.  What we do or say won't make a difference.....What can we do?  Just throw her out.....
A shul is renting an apt to an elderly Jewish man who is very messy. The shul says that he is causing roaches and a fire hazard.  They call the officials and evict him. The man dies soon after.....
Rabbanim teach about the evils of TV, Internet, Nivul Peh etc. rightfully so. A women goes to a Rav expressing her concern that these infractions take place in her home. Rabbanim reassure her. Her husband, a baal Teshuva, son of a Holocaust Survivor who went through many years of the worst Gehenim imaginable raised her son from infancy fixed to the TV. How can one blame this mother of anything????? So the Rav says to this woman who brought her concerns to them, you're also imperfect. Try to be positive. Shalom Bayis is most important. Divorce is not a good solution. Who will support you? (probably thinking It will be the headache of the Clal). Don't be a chnyuk. Alot of men curse. Then comes their son who grows into a teenager, a good kid,  and guess what. He also likes the internet and uses nivul peh besides breaking all the rules in the book. The mother pleads with the Rabbanim and says b"h it's surfaced now when he's 14. Surely you will now address the matter. I've been waiting so many years. Better now then when he's married. why should his wife suffer. Her pleas go on sympathetic but deaf ears. Sorry,. When the child is willing to behave like a Ben Torah we'll take him back. "If you won't teach him who will" she cries. It's up to you and your husband to deal with it. Nisht Inzere Sugia... Our Yeshiva isn't equipped.. We have a Psak from Rav Pam that if a child can endanger the Ruchniyus of the other children the school has the right to throw him out.....
Now look what takes place in Eretz Yisroel.  10,000 beautiful Jews are thrown out of their beautiful homes. Rabbanim didn't protest.  They didn't cry out in pain.  Subsidies were promised to the Yeshivas and their silence was bought. What about all the halachos about property rights?  Baba Kama, Baba Metzia?  Rabbanim are consulted.  Nisht Inzere Sugia they reply.   8 years later, many expelled families are still without permanent homes.  The gov't is holding up their permits necessary to start building.  They are in temporary homes that leak that were meant to last 2 years and not 8.  Another branch of the gov't is getting fed up that these expelled people haven't moved yet. They start charging penalties to their rentees, the expellees, of the temporary homes.  Some of these families are still paying for mortgage for the old homes the gov't destroyed.  Arab employees are suing them, the Gush Katif employers for compensation because these unfortunate Arabs lost their jobs after the expulsion.   Rabbanim of the most religious parties consistently vote with the left wing gov't against the rights of the settlers. Ask Mattot Arim for their record.  Silence from the Rabbanim... Nisht Inzere Sugia....
In America, Obama, supporter of Radical Islam and Nazi loving countries, empowerer of the Muslim Brotherhood nominates 3 key gov't officials for office. Secy of State, Secy of Defense and head of CIA.  All these individuals have a proven track record against Israel and pro Iran and/or radical Islam.  Letters go out to Rabbanim pleading them to speak out for Eretz Yisroel. The Rabbonim are silent.  They are afraid it will hurt their relationship with the American gov't.  What can they do? They are weak....
Now let's analyse what's happening.
This teenage kid with all his issues is threatening their Yeshiva.  It's like he's drilling a hole in their boat.  It's Mutar to throw him overboard.
Really?  If this kid without too many tools can actually drill a hole in their boat, then it means that their boat is too flimsy and they had better get a stronger boat.  Or perhaps they do have a very strong boat and the kid is perhaps wrecking it by graffitti or causing dents.  But does this warrant throwing him off the boat hoping that some nice whale will be out there ready to catch him? Why do they not realize that this kid is in no way endangering their boat but just needs some help and a good paint job with some patchwork will get the ship in better condition it ever was to begin with.
What they fail to realize is that they are right that there is someone drilling a hole in their boat.  It's not the kid.  It's the evil ones who have nuclear weapons and they are slowly infiltrating their boat and would love nothing better than to drill that hole.  Perhaps that kid that they threw over will grow up to have what it takes to fight such evil people.
So where is the Ahavas Chinom?
Let's take those 10,000 families who were thrown out.  In spite of everything that was done for them they want nothing more than to have Ahavas Yisroel.  They cry to Hashem but deep in their hearts they don't want to hurt the Rabbonim who betrayed them.
And that kid that was thrown off the boat, his mother was there to hopefully catch him.  She tells him.  My dear son...  Hashem has many strikes against those who threw you out of Yeshiva instead of embracing you with love by teaching you what you might have done wrong.  They didn't really yet help the abused mother teach the abusive children.  They would have allowed the homeless women to be thrown to the streets  and didn't try to teach her that what she had done was wrong and they evicted a poor elderly man.   They betrayed the people of Gush Katif.  Just last night 9 settler homes in the Shomron, ready to be moved in, were destroyed in honor of Obama coming to Israel.  The Rabbanim have not protested this nor Obama's nominations.  Do the Rabbanim need one more strike against them up in heaven, against us the entire people.  Please find it in your heart to forgive them and in your Zechus Hashem should have Rachmanus on his people.
And you know what? I believe this kid did.

Letter to Karen Gould, President of Brooklyn College: Remove your endorsement of BDS and Israel Hate Fest. "Do not accept a bribe..."

Edmund Burke said all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Do not allow evil to triumph. Do not do sit by and do nothing.

Dear MS. Gould,

Why would the Political Science Dept of Brooklyn College endorse BDS and an Israel Hate Fest?

It makes no sense unless the Political Dept of Brooklyn is getting funding from those who hate Israel and wish the destruction of Israel.

"Bribery Blinds the Wise". Shmos/Exodus 23:6  "Do not accept a bribe, For the bribe will blind those who see, and corrupt words that are just"

There is a Biblical verse that has proven itself throughout history which hopefully may change your mindset.

Those who Bless Israel will be Blessed and those who curse Israel will be cursed!
"You will be a blessing, [and] I will bless those who bless you; the one who curses you, I will curse. All the families of the earth will be blessed through you." (Bereishis/Genesis 12:1-3)

Money you receive from evil sources will be a curse for you.

Please seriously check Brooklyn Colleges' sources of funding and make sure they do not initiate from Terror organizations and/or countries that promote and educate their children to glorify suicide bombers and Jihad.

Rick Santorum fighting Hagel's appointment
The letter I sent to Senator Schumer and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand:   Please go on the website to send your own letter before the Senate vote onThursday.
To: New York Hoorable Sentators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand,
I have faith that you will not fail your constituents!
I am especially disappointed in Senators who actively have Barak Hussein Obama's back whose actions speaks louder than words to have the back of Radical Islam rather than the Judeo Christian values this great country has been founded on.
Those who Bless Israel will be Blessed.  Those who curse Israel will be cursed.  Short term gains of power and money via appeasement will be of no consequence once destructive forces that we ourselves have set in place are activated.
Unless we stop those like Hagel who with their votes and proven record have shown to empower enemies of Israel, from taking key positions in the  White House, we are partners with their policies and will be held accountable for their actions.I am asking you---not only as your constituent but a concerned citizen---to vote "No" on the confirmation of Senator Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense.
Chuck Hagel's confirmation would send a dangerous signal to Iran and other radical Islamic elements which would make our country and our allies less secure.
Senator Hagel has made it clear that he would not use strength to prevent the Iranians from obtaining nuclear weapons. He has also sought to distance the United States from Israel, and refused to stop efforts to end terrorist attacks on Israel.
As my representative in the United States Senate you swore to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic."
I firmly believe there are more qualified persons to serve as our next Secretary of Defense.
Again, I am asking you as your constituent to vote "No" on the confirmation of Senator Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense.
Sincerely, Robin Ticker
Time for Jewish Organizations to ask all their shuls and Rabbanim to ask their memberships and consituents to call and send crucial letters to the White House. Join Patriot Voices and ActforAmerica who courageously have taken up a battle that alligns itself with Israel for the good of America.
This is not a time for Israel and Jews to be Silent!
This is not a time for Jews to be passive. These forces of evil have alligned themselves with the ideology of Nazi Germany. England, France and Europe have shown a strong increase of antisemitism. If we don't fight it, America is heading in the direction of Europe.
Al Taamod Al Dam Reiacha! Eit Laasot LaHashem Heferu Toratecha! Do not stand idly by the blood of your brethren.  Time to Act for Hashem because they have annulled your Torah.
The Bible is the mainstay of Judea Christian morality and ethics. It is The Book that has built America and American values.

ACT! for America

It's time America got answers!

Please sign our letter to Congress calling for a thorough congressional investigation of Benghazi!

Dear Robin,

Last Friday, a terrorist blew himself up at the U.S. embassy in Turkey.

Unfortunately, this likely won't be the last time this occurs.

This is what happens when American leadership signals weakness, indecision and wavering in response to the threat of radical Islam.

Our enemies didn't miss President Obama's mixed-message response to the Benghazi consulate attack.

They watched UN Ambassador Susan Rice blame the attack on a video, which only encouraged militants to riot in front of American embassies all over the world.

They know that no one has yet been arrested for the attack.

They saw Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's outrageous response during her congressional testimony, when she asked, "What difference, at this point, does it make?" regarding why the attack happened.

While the American people still don't have answers to many of the questions swirling around Benghazi, our enemies have drawn their own conclusion—they see weakness, confusion and indecision.

And they have become emboldened as a result.

It's past time America got answers, answers that weren't forthcoming at the House and Senate hearings.

This is why we're urging you to sign our open letter to the House leadership demanding the creation of a House Select Committee to thoroughly investigate what happened in Benghazi and why.

Unanswered questions include:

  • Who exactly was responsible for the attack?
  • Why has not even one of the terror suspects been taken into custody?
  • Why did members of the Administration falsely claim on numerous occasions that a low-budget movie was the catalyst for the attack, something known to be untrue?
  • Why was there no immediate military response during the attack to either rescue the victims or recover the bodies?
  • Is it true, as the New York Times reported, that militants involved in the recent attack of an Algerian gas complex also were involved in the Benghazi incident?
Rep. Frank Wolf has introduced H. Res. 36, which calls for the creation of this Select Committee.

The House leadership needs to hear from the grassroots that there is a demand for the creation of this committee to thoroughly investigate what happened in Benghazi.

Please add your name to our open letter to the House leadership, and forward this email to everyone you know.

It's tragic enough that the families of the four men who died in Benghazi still don't have all the answers.

But how many more of our embassies are now in the crosshairs of Islamic jihadists as a result?
