Barbara Aaron, chief of staff to the school's dean, Ayman El-Mohandes, said she was "delighted to confirm that Linda Sarsour will indeed speak at our June 1 commencement at [Harlem's] Apollo Theater."
My comments:
It makes one question the value of a CUNY Education if the Dean picks a speaker who sees no problem with using bathroom language in her oratory for public consumption to put down her opposition, as a role model for those graduating from college. What do kids nowadays have to look forward to? I have nostalgia for kindergarten....where kids are taught to use proper language, be respectful and not to bully, not to lie and to know right from wrong.
Oh my... how far we have regressed!
It also questions the intelligence of NY State Senator Kirsten Gillibrand if she views Linda Sarsour as role model for women.
I hope New Yorkers take note of Kirsten Gillibrands choices of whom she admires and votes accordingly next election. No need to even ask where Gillibrand stands on issues. Her judgement is out on left field...
