Amazing Speech!  Much Bracha and Hatzlacha.   My only question is why is Likud so essential for this platform. I propose a newly formed party with no baggage with this platform. Call it Zocher HaBrit or choose another name.  Invite other Likud MK's, Bayit Yehudi Mk's,  Chareidi MK's etc. who also have too much baggage with their political parties and let's start anew with our roots firmly anchored in the ground in Torah rather than in 1948 with the establishment of the State of Israel.  Please read 1937 resolution at the Knessiah Gedolah of Marienbad. http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2014/11/knessiah-gedolah-of-marienbad-moetzet.html The Agudah Rabbanim at that time acknowledged that the Land of Israel is an everlasting inheritance for the Jewish People.  The borders can not be changed and if done so, has no validity.  The gov't should be a gov't of Torah and Mitzvoth.  This is basically consistent with Moshe Feiglin's Platform.. It is not a Chareidi platform but a universal platform that is based on truth and justice.  In the end of Times, Vehaya B'Achrit Hayamim, all Nations of the world will be streaming to Har Habayit, to Temple Mount and Truth and Justice and Torah will come forth from Zion.

Please note that the Times of Israel, even in this article pushes the Libelous Narrative of "Jewish Terrorists."

I personally knew Dr. Baruch Goldstein a compassionate doctor who saw first hand too many terror  attacks of his friends and neighbors.. I still can't believe this drove him crazy to murder 29 innocent Arabs. I knew his family. His mother was President of Emunah Women, living in Kiryat Arba, an Anglo, having made Aliya with her husband  and was friend with his sister who married a Chabad Chosid way before the 29 Arabs were killed in Maarat Hamachpela. 

I heard there were bullets on the ceiling of the Maara. I don't know what happened except that it was totally out character.

It makes no sense that Baruch Goldstein would enter the Maara and for absolutely no good reason use a heavy machine gun against innocent Arabs who were praying.

The Truth is in known in a Heavenly Court. I hope and pray it will be revealed. 

Shabak has a history of inciting and framing Jews for the purpose of pushing the "Jewish Terrorist" Narrative on Jews who want a Torah State. This Torah ideology is consistent  with the Marienbad resolution of the Moetzet Gedolei in Marienbad in 1937 and no different than the Torah ideology recited in our daily prayers 3times a day, in our Bentching, part of the passages in Tefillin, repeated again and again  in Torah Shebichtav and Tanach, fundamental to People of the Book, shared by all People of Faith, not only religious Jews, be it Chasidish, Yeshivish Litvush, Religious Zionist Modern  Orthodox and nonJews as well ...in our daily, Shabbat and Holiday Prayers...

He advocated Jewish Rights of Self Defense and the transfer of hostile Arabs of a Jewish State,  to 22 neighboring Muslim Arab countries. He advocated for civil rights of nonJews living in Israel if they support a Jewish State but was against giving them the right to vote ( Democracy can vote itself out as well he said).

It is not to protect Arabs from Jewish Terror. 

Shabak claim lots of success in preventing acts Jewish Terror against Terror.

Too bad they have a dismal record in preventing real Arab terror attacks occurring daily in Judea and Samaria with too many miraculous Hashgacha Pratis stories of misses and every one in 40 or so hitting a Jewish target with another Jewish victim.

They don't do DNA on stones thrwn by Arabs. They even ignore photos of the Arab Stone throwers.

Why are the focused on nonexistent  "Jewish Terror" in spite if all their Herculean efforts to produce them  while turning a blind Eye to Arab Terror and the Culture of Terror in UNRWA schools?

Jewish Division of Terror of Shabak wants to manufacture the narrative of "Jewish Terror" via moles and informants picking on the weak and vulnerable when possible. 

...Using all their resources to neutralize any narrative that sounds too connected to the Torah and targeting it's leaders.

The Machteret were not Jewish Terrorists. They were religious Zionists as was Rabbi Meir Kahane. Their Torah ideology was threatening to a Secular State and threatening to powerful polical forces.

Yasher Koach to Rabbi Moshe Grylak for his POINT OF VIEW article in Mishpacha Magazine issue 56, 28 Tammuz 5775, July 15, 2015, entitled "Let's Tell the Truth".  He writes " Israel's deputy foreign minister, Tzipi Hotovely,  took a bold step, and one that should have been taken long ago. Ms. Hotovely called for an unapologetic stance regarding the Jewish People's right to the Land of Israel, and she supported her argument by quoting the first Rashi in the Torah:  "Rabbi Yitzchak said that seemingly, the Torah ought to have begun with 'This month shall be to you...' which is the first commandment given to Israel.  Why, then, does the Torah begin with the word Bereishis?  Because of the verse (Tehillim 11:6), 'The strength of His works He related to His people, to give them the inheritance of the nations,' so that if the nations of the world should say to Israel, 'You are robbers, for you took over the lands of the seven nations of Canaan by force!' they can reply, 'The whole world belongs to HaKadosh Baruch Hu.  He created it and gave it to whom He saw fit.  It was His Will to give it to them, and His Will to take it from them and give it to us.'"  In His POINT of VIEW on Issue 565 Mishpacha highlighted a quote from Rabbi Grylak's correspondent which read "When the time of Geulah comes, all who sides with evil and falsehood will be mortified and punished, while everyone who advocated for truth will rejoice and be redeemed". 

It is our Prayer that Agudah and Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah  will advocate the words of Torah and Truth regarding Eretz Yisroel as does MK Tzipi Hotovely, thereby correcting the terrible Sin of the Spies for which we have suffered and mourned for every Tisha Baav.

Something is very fishy here. 

Rabbi Pesach Lerner of Eretz HaKodesh  sent me this link from Matzav.com a few days ago. Note that it is no longer valid.  However a new link is now on Matzav.com that seems to tell a very different  story. What is the Emes?

Why would Rav Kamenetsky davka get involved in Israeli politics and not American politics when his position has always been for the Rabbonim in Eretz Yisroel should rule on issues re Eretz Yisroel and MGH in Chutz LeAretz doesn't take a stand. Many times we asked him to make such rulings and he refrained.

Also this Video of Rav Kamenetsky speaking on Vosisnaies was removed today as well. I did see it this morning. 

Possibly if what you are saying is correct that Rav Kamenetsky supports voting in EY why wouldn't he publicize his support for voting in WZC as well if he indeed supports it. A private voice recording a week ago that appeared in Vosisnaies clearly confirms his dupport  about the WZO elections.

However it was a recording of a Sheila asked of him by an individual in EY and it's not clear if Rav Kamenetsky knew he was being recorded and/or if he wanted the recording publicized. 

We need a public statement  of Rav Kamenetsky clarifying his position that he was Misyaetz with HaRav Kanievsky who supported Rav Brudnys and his position re WZO that yes to vote in Chutz LeAretz!

Rav Brudnys video endorsing voting in WZC is on YouTube so it can't be removed by a news channel.

Shmuel Keonig spoke to Rav Kamenetsky directly today and he confirmed that he endorses voting in the WZC election and never retracted!

In 1948 Torah Judaism was passive and allowed the secular Zionists, the minority of Jews in the world to decide the agenda. Unfortunately the majority of Jewry, 6 million Kedoshim perished in the Holocaust.

Please let us talk of Biblical Truth as the precurser of Historical truth.  

Please condemn Unesco for Denying Jewish Connection to Har Habayit, Kever Rochel, Kever Yosef, Maarat Hamachpela and most important for basically annulling the Biblical Covenant Hashem made with our Forefathers Avraham, Yitzchok and Yaakov reiterated by Moshe Rabbeinu and all our prophets.  Our Covenant, that this is our Promised Land and we are obligated to keep the Commandments in this Land, is fundamental to Yiddishkeit as it is prominent in all of our  prayers, our Tefilot and repeated over and over in Scriptures,  in Tanach!

 

They have basically nullified Our Covenant  with this resolution.

 

Shtika  KeHodaya Damya. Being Silent is like complicit agreement.  Silence when words must be spoken is a Sin.  It  too is a form of Lashon Hara.  This condemnation of Agudah against Unesco, has taken a baby step but it needs to mature to an adult step in order to address the root of the matter. 

So Lichvod Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah... 

Please go the full 9 yards and condemn Obama's condemnation of Jewish Settlement in Judea and Samaria.  We are not only entitled to live and settle Judea and Samaria as per our Biblical Birthright, we are obligated and it is the only way we can actualize our purpose on this earth and achieve our potential as Jews and as a Kingdom of Priests.  Living as Torah Jews to its fullest comfortably in the Diaspora without Har HaBayit and without the Land is a lie with which we fool ourselves.  The Torah is our mandate and the Torah is the very  root of  our claim to Eretz Yisroel! Ben Gurion said as much. 

This was also agreed upon in Marienbad by Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah in 1937.

Chazaq VeEmatz!  In the Zchut of Unity Of Am Yisroel for the Torah and for Eretz Yisroel  may we be zocheh to the Return of the Shechina and the return of the Avoda and may there no longer be a need for human sacrifices, the Korbanot of  recent Terror attacks of Kedoshim to  atone for our collective transgressions and  unwillingness to claim our Precious Land and collective failure to fulfill our precious commandments on the Land. 

May Hashem find us worthy to bring Moshiach in a nice way and not chas Veshalom have to wake us up with another Holocaust.  

We have come so far and according to Rabbi Alon Anava, a Baal Teshuva who experienced a Near Death Experience and his lectures can be found on Youtube, Moshiach is at our doorsteps.  He says Rav Kanievsky advises Jews to stay in Eretz Yisroel at this point in time and for Jews of America to come back to Israel.

We don't know how Moshiach will arrive.  Let us do what we can now to be worthy of Moshiach coming on the clouds rather than in an unspeakable horrific manner with much pain and suffering leaving many of us behind.

Suggested Plan of Action on Behalf of Incarcerated Jewish Hilltop Youth. 

End the Slander Campaign and Start the Validation Campaign!

• Expose the unjustified torture of Elisha Odess and Amiram ben Uliel and collusion of Shabak, the Israel Supreme Court, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defense, COGAT and premature condemnation of public officials including the Prime Minister, the President, the Defense Minister, Ministers, Chavrei Knesset and Roshei Yeshivot. Let us continue publishing articles, and forwarding articles and translating articles in the media on the Duma affair....Yasher Koach on all the efforts so far!  Surely they have been very helpful. 
• Demand that all those involved in spreading the Slander, admit wrongdoing. Contact the parties who rushed to condemn to retract their condemnation. This starts from the very top down... Yasher Koach on all the efforts so far. May we begin to see some admissions of wrongdoing. 
  
• Lobby to stop the investigation because there is and has been no admissible evidence. If the judge stops the investigation on June 11th, because there is no admissible evidence, the suspects will hopefully be set free as there is no basis for a trial. However, will they continue to be held under administrative detention for being ticking time bombs? For those of you who have called these youth "murderers" know that there were no live witnesses nor any forensic evidence to speak of.  What then is the basis of the false accusations and name calling?  Most people understand why the court should not accept  confessions  made under torture.  This should apply to confessions before, during and after torture with a threat of torture looming. Let us apply political pressure on the Prime Minister and President who have the power to grant amnesty and pardon. Al achat kama vekama, how much more so for someone who doesn't even have a conviction and no admissible evidence. The Duma suspects, some minors were denied basic human rights,  denied access to an attorney during the interrogation process and denied basic human rights in prison, including the right to practice religion, the right to pray with a Minyan, to have a Seder and be in a Torah Division. These are basic human rights of other Jewish prisoners. There has been a terrible procrastination of justice as  there has been no trial and  no evidence of wrongdoing  to speak of. This after being incarcerated for over 2 years. 
• Let us put out positive PR on Hilltop Youth! We can learn from the Palestinians how they glorify their terrorist youth after indoctrinating them and cultivating a terror mindset.  Of course not to teach and spread Terror because the hilltop youth do not do that.   Publicize the teachings of Meir Kahana obm hyd, his son Binyamin Kahane obm hyd and his grandson Meir Ettinger in a positive light. It is clear that they are not Jewish Terrorists nor Ticking Time Bombs. 
Undo the unfair demoralization  and demonization of the Hilltop Youth.  Start making amends by validating the message of the Hilltop Youth. Their message is consistent with Torah and the Marienbad Resolution of 1937 of Moetzet Gedolei HaTorah. Let us accumulate Public Statements of Rabbanim to any or all of the following:
• Judea and Samaria are the eternal entitlement of Israel and the Jewish People as per the Covenant with Hashem with Our forefathers and the people of Israel. Any decision to give away any part of Eretz Yisroel is null and void.
  
•  A revamping of the Judicial System so as to be consistent with our Jewish Heritage rather than a Supreme Court of Israel intent on putting out rulings that defy Torah. Let Israel be governed by Jewish Courts of Law and expose all the saboteurs who will try very hard to portray a Jewish Court of law as extremist no different than Sharia Law! 
  
•  Apply Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria as per Levy Report. One set of laws for all. Normalization
  
• End Israel's Jewish Terrorist Law a Terror Knesset designation of Kach and Kahana from 1994. Lobby the Knesset and appropriate committees. End the US Dept. of State Designation of Kahana Chai or Kach as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. The Govt of Israel should take responsibility, apologize and compensate for pain and suffering, bringing false charges and false witnesses and false evidence, wrongful incarceration, child abuse, denial of human rights, ruining the reputation of beautiful hilltop youth and the reputation of family and community, lying, torture, kidnapping, creating PTSD etc...need we go on?

Can the Rabbanim testify to the following and publicize? References follow...

• The Land of Israel is G-d's Promised Land to the Nation of Israel as an everlasting inheritance. This is fundamental to the Torah. Anyone that denies this fundamental truth denies the Torah. Non Jews have the status of a Ger Toshav.  Ger Toshav is a term in Judaism for a non-Jew living in the Land of Israel who accepts upon him/herself Israel's Sovereignty and observes the Noahide Laws.  They too have civil rights. 
• The Land of Israel is a Holy Land. The Nation of Israel is required to settle the land and sanctify the Land by keeping the Commandments, Precepts and Ordinances in the Torah thus being a Light unto the Nations.
• Doing so, Hashem will bestow His  Blessings upon Israel and upon the Nations of the World through them. 
• Hashem is True to Keep His Promise
• The boundaries of Israel are delineated in the Torah in Bamidbar /Numbers. These boundaries were then divided among the Tribes according to their families based on those that left Egypt and those who entered the Land as specified in the Torah. Joshua was instructed to lead the people to conquer the Land and live a Torah true lifestyle. The entire Nation was expected to participate in conquering the Land and not to allow their fellow brother to shoulder the burden on their own.   This set a precedent for all generations. 
• The Entire Land belongs to G-d and only He has the authority to give it to whom He wishes. 
• The Shemittah year is testimony that the Land belongs to G-d.
• Three Holiest places in Israel were parcels of land that was bought and documented purchases in the Bible. These spots are the most contested. 
• Maarat HaMachpela- Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron
• Har HaBayit - Temple Mount by King David
• Kever Yosef  - Joseph's Tomb in Shchem (Nablus)
• Any attempt to give away the Land is null and void,  Great Assembly at Marienbad

Halacha LeMaaseh:   Applying These Statements to Today's Realities. 

1. It was a terrible mistake to destroy 22 beautiful communities in Gush Katif in 2005. We must learn from our mistakes!
2. The government of Israel should not demolish any Jewish homes, not in Amona, not  in Judea and Samaria,  nor anywhere else throughout Israel as they did in Gush Katif in order to placate the Nations of the World.  It serves to nullify the Torah and brings danger, destruction and terror. 
3. The Gov't of Israel should not be afraid to assert Jewish Sovereignty  and proceed to demolish the illegal structures of the Beduin squatters in the Israeli town of Sussiya and elsewhere.  No country would tolerate the takeover of Land by a foreign entity.
4. The Rabbis protest  UNESCO's resolutions to obliterate any Jewish connection to our H-ly Jewish Heritage sites by altering their names  Such H-ly Jewish Heritage Sites include and are not limited to  
• Temple Mount, known as Har HaMoriah. Har HaBayit, Site of the H-ly Temples, Site of Akeidath Yitzchok 
• Maarat HaMachpela - Tomb of the Patriarchs - Chevron ( Hebron)
• Kever Rochel Rachel's Tomb - Beit Lechem (Bethlehem)
• Kever Yosef- Joseph's Tomb Shchem (Nablus)

Israel is the Promised Land to the Nation of Israel. This is fundamental to the Torah. Anyone that denies this fundamental truth denies the Torah.

Background:

G-d Promised the Land of Israel to the seed of Avrohom, Yitzchok and Yaakov. This Birthright goes to  children of Yaakov Avinu, as an everlasting inheritance.  

The descendants of the Children of Yaakov Avinu became the 12 Tribes of Israel. Jews of today are primarily descendant from the Tribe of Judah, Benjamin and Levy the remnant of the dispersion of the 2nd Temple. Recently with the return of the exiles, Israel has welcomed Ethiopians Jews, Bnei Menasheh and others going back further in time. 

The name Israel is another name G-d gave to Yaakov Avinu after he fought with the Sar shel Eisav, Eisav's angel. (Breishit 32:25-29)

This covenant to our forefathers was repeated to Moshe Rabbeinu following the worship of the Golden Calf. Hashem remains true to His Promise to our forefathers. 

This Covenant is repeated in the Prophets and recited daily in the morning prayers (Pesukei DeZimra) (4)

The Promise is reiterated in the portions of the Tefillin 

The Covenant with Avraham  

Breshit, Lech-Lecha (12:1): Note the FIRST topic G-d raises with the first Jew in the world (Abraham) is  Eretz Yisrael.

Breishith 15:18-21. Extended boundaries

On that day Hashem made a covenant with Abram saying; "To your descendants have I given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates River, the Kennite, the Kenizzite, and the Kadmonite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, and the Rephaim; the Amorite, the Cananite, the Girgashite and the Jebusite"

Then again in Parshas Lech Lecha before Hashem commands Avraham and his household to do Bris Mila (circumcision) Hashem says Perek 17, Pasuk 2 "I will set My covenant between Me and you and I will increase you most exceedingly". After Hashem changes Avrams name to Avraham He says Pasuk 7 "I will ratify My covenant between Me and you and between your offspring after you, throughout their generations, as an everlasting covenant, to be a G-d to you and to your offspring after you, and I will give to you and to your offspring after you the land of your sojourns - the whole of the land of Canaan -as an everlasting possession; and I shall be a G-d to them." Then Hashem describes the covenant that Avraham should keep - the Bris Milah. Pasuk 13 "Thus, My covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant."

In Parshas Vayera when Hashem decides to inform Avraham of his decision to wipe out Sodom and Gomorrah, Perek 18 Pasuk 18 "And Hashem said, 'Shall I conceal from Abraham what I do, now that Abraham is surely to become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall bless themselves by him? For I have loved him, because he commands his children and the household after him that they keep the way of Hashem, doing charity and justice, in order that Hashem might then bring upon Abraham that which He had spoken of him."

Following the Akeida in Breishis 22 Pasuk 15 it says "The angel of Hashem called to Abraham, a second time from heaven. And he said, "By Myself I swear - the word of Hashem - that because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only one, that I shall surely bless you and greatly increase your offspring like the stars of the heavens and like the sand on the seashore; and your offspring shall inherit the gate of its enemy. And all the nations of the earth shall bless themselves by your offspring, because you have listened to My voice."

The Covenant to Yitzchok is Breishith 26:2-6.

"Hashem appeared to him and said, "Do not descend to Egypt; dwell in the land that I shall indicate to you. Sojourn in this land I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your offspring will I give all these lands, and establish the oath that I swore to Abraham your father; I will increase your offspring like the stars of the heavens; and will give to your offspring all these lands; and all the nations of the earth shall bless themselves by your offspring. Because Abraham obeyed My voice, and observed My safeguards, My commandments, My decrees, and my Torahs.

The Covenant of Yaakov is in Breishis 28:13-16.

"And behold! Hashem was standing over him, and He said, "I am Hashem, G-d of Abraham your father and G-d of Isaac; the ground upon which you are lying, to you will I give it and to your descendants. Your offspring shall be as the dust of the earth, and you shall spread out powerfully westward, eastward, northward and southward; and all the families of the earth shall bless themselves by you and by your offspring. Behold. I am with you; I will guard you wherever you go, and I will return you to this soil; for I will not forsake you until I will have done what I have spoken about you."

The Covenants and promises to the forefathers share some of the following points.

Land is promised to them and to their children afterwards

They will multiply as the dust or sand of the earth and as the stars

The Nations of the world are blessed through them

The children must keep the commandments in order to be worthy of the Land.

And G-d promised Moses that He will remember the Covenant He made with our forefathers Leviticus 26:42 

 מב וְזָכַרְתִּי אֶת בְּרִיתִי יַעֲקוֹב וְאַף אֶת בְּרִיתִי יִצְחָק וְאַף אֶת בְּרִיתִי אַבְרָהָם אֶזְכֹּר וְהָאָרֶץ אֶזְכֹּר:

42 and I will remember My covenant [with] Jacob, and also My covenant [with] Isaac, and also My covenant [with] Abraham I will remember. And I will remember the Land,

that even when Israel sins, G-d will remember the Covenant He made with our forefathers.

And indeed when Israel sinned with the Golden calf Moses prayed on behalf of Israel and begs G-d to spare them Exodus 32:13

 יג זְכֹר לְאַבְרָהָם לְיִצְחָק וּלְיִשְׂרָאֵל עֲבָדֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּעְתָּ לָהֶם בָּךְ וַתְּדַבֵּר אֲלֵהֶם אַרְבֶּה אֶת זַרְעֲכֶם כְּכוֹכְבֵי הַשָּׁמָיִם וְכָל הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת אֲשֶׁר אָמַרְתִּי אֶתֵּן לְזַרְעֲכֶם וְנָחֲלוּ לְעֹלָם

13 "Remember for the sake of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, Your servants whom You swore by Yourself, and You told them, I shall increase their offspring like the stars of heaven. and this entire land of which I spoke, I shall give to your offspring, and it shall be their heritage forever."  translation from Stone Chumash

On Rosh Hashana in shul we include Hashem's Promise Vayikra 26 Pasuk (42) in the Zichronos

  "Vezacharti as Brisi Yaakov, Veaf as Brisi Yitzchok, Veaf es Brisi Avraham Ezkor, Vehaaretz Ezkor". I will remember My Covenant with Jacob and also My covenant with Isaac, and also My Covenant with Abraham will I remember, and I will remember the Land. "

Faith-fullness to G-d's Covenant is not only basic and a fundamental principle to Judaism but is  basic and true principle for humanity. We learn this from the Covenant Hashem made with Noah and his descendants.  

After the flood, God sealed a covenant with Noah with the following admonitions (Genesis 9)

The Seven Laws of Noah (Hebrew: שבע מצוות בני נח‎‎ Sheva Mitsvot Bne Noah), also referred to as the Noahide Lawsor the Noachide Laws (from the English transliteration of the Hebrew pronunciation of "Noah"), are a set of imperatives which, according to the Talmud, were given by God ^[1] as a binding set of laws for the "children of Noah" – that is, all of humanity.^[2][3]

The seven Noahide laws as traditionally enumerated are:^[7]

1. Do not deny God.
2. Do not blaspheme God.
3. Do not murder.
4. Do not engage in illicit sexual relations.
5. Do not steal.
6. Do not eat from a live animal.
7. Establish courts/legal system to ensure obedience to the law.

A rainbow is a reminder of the Covenant that G‑d made with Noah, his descendants, and all living creatures. Therefore, upon seeing a rainbow in the sky, we recite the following blessing:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֶלוֹקינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם זוֹכֵר הַבְּרִית וְנֶאֱמָן בִּבְרִיתוֹ וְקַיָם בְּמַאֲמָרוֹ

Baruch ata Ado-shem Elo-keinu melech ha'olam zocher ha'brit v'ne'eman bivrito v'kayam b'ma'amaro.

Blessed are You, Lord our G‑d, King of the universe, who remembers the covenant, and is faithful to His covenant, and keeps His promise. 

In the prophets and every day in the Pesukei D'Zimra we remember how Abraham was a faithful servant keeping 

G-d's  laws and Statutes and that Hashem will keep his part of the Covenant because He is righteous. 

Nechemia Chapter 9

This Prayer recited every morning in Pesukei DeZimra 

אַתָּה הוּא ה הָאֱלֹקים אֲשֶׁר בָּחַרְתָּ בְּאַבְרָם וְהוֹצֵאתוֹ מֵאוּר כַּשְׂדִּים וְשַׂמְתָּ שְּׁמוֹ אַבְרָהָם: ז You are the L-rd G-d, Who chose Abram, took him out of Ur of the Chaldees and made his name Abraham.   

וּמָצָאתָ אֶת לְבָבוֹ נֶאֱמָן לְפָנֶיךָ וְכָרוֹת עִמּוֹ הַבְּרִית לָתֵת אֶת אֶרֶץ הַכְּנַעֲנִי הַחִתִּי הָאֱמֹרִי וְהַפְּרִזִּי וְהַיְבוּסִי וְהַגִּרְגָּשִׁי לָתֵת לְזַרְעוֹ וַתָּקֶם אֶת ח: דְּבָרֶיךָ כִּי צַדִּיק אָתָּה: And You found his heart faithful before You, and You made the covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give to his seed, and You kept Your words, for You are righteous.

וְהָיָה כִי יְבִיאֲךָ ה אֶל אֶרֶץ הַכְּנַעֲנִי וְהַחִתִּי וְהָאֱמֹרִי וְהַחִוִּי וְהַיְבוּסִי אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע לַאֲבֹתֶיךָ לָתֶת לָךְ אֶרֶץ זָבַת חָלָב וּדְבָשׁ וְעָבַדְתָּ אֶת הָעֲבֹדָה הַזֹּאת בַּחֹדֶשׁ הַזֶּה:
  And it will come to pass that the Lord will bring you into the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Hivvites, and the Jebusites, which He swore to your forefathers to give you a land flowing with milk and honey and you shall perform this service in this month.

לְמַעַן יִרְבּוּ יְמֵיכֶם, וִימֵי בְנֵיכֶם, עַל הָאֲדָמָה, אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע יְהוָה לַאֲבֹתֵיכֶם לָתֵת לָהֶם--כִּימֵי הַשָּׁמַיִם, עַל-הָאָרֶץ.  {ס}
 that your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, upon the land which the LORD swore unto your fathers to give them, as the days of the heavens above the earth. {S}

It is the Holy Land. The Nation of Israel is required to keep the Commandments in the Torah in the Land and 

Keeping Mitzvoth pertaining to the Land - 7 year Shemittah cycle

Mattisya ben Shmuel says: (he was the administrator of the lots) 'The whole of the east has lit up.' 'as far as Hebron?' And he (the observer on the roof) says Yes!!

The Entire Land belongs to G-d and only He has the authority to give it to whom He wishes

Bereishit (Genesis 1:1-6:8)  The First Rashi "Rebbe Yitzchak said, '[God] need only have begun the Torah from 'This month shall be to you" which is the first Commandment which Israel was commanded. For what reason did it begin with 'Bereishit'?... So that if the nations of the world will say to Israel, 'You are bandits, for you conquered the lands of the seven nations' Israel will say to them, 'The whole earth belongs to the Holy One, Blessed is He; He created it and He gave it to the one found proper in His eyes. א  וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה, אֶל-מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר. 1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
ב  צַו אֶת-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם, כִּי-אַתֶּם בָּאִים, אֶל-הָאָרֶץ כְּנָעַן:  זֹאת הָאָרֶץ, אֲשֶׁר תִּפֹּל לָכֶם בְּנַחֲלָה, אֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן, לִגְבֻלֹתֶיהָ. 2 'Command the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye come into the land of Canaan, this shall be the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan according to the borders thereof.

ה  וְנָסַב הַגְּבוּל מֵעַצְמוֹן, נַחְלָה מִצְרָיִם; וְהָיוּ תוֹצְאֹתָיו, הַיָּמָּה. 5 and the border shall turn about from Azmon unto the Brook of Egypt, and the goings out thereof shall be at the Sea.
ו  וּגְבוּל יָם, וְהָיָה לָכֶם הַיָּם הַגָּדוֹל וּגְבוּל; זֶה-יִהְיֶה לָכֶם, גְּבוּל יָם. 6 And for the western border, ye shall have the Great Sea for a border; this shall be your west border.
ז  וְזֶה-יִהְיֶה לָכֶם, גְּבוּל צָפוֹן:  מִן-הַיָּם, הַגָּדֹל, תְּתָאוּ לָכֶם, הֹר הָהָר. 7 And this shall be your north border: from the Great Sea ye shall mark out your line unto mount Hor;
ח  מֵהֹר הָהָר, תְּתָאוּ לְבֹא חֲמָת; וְהָיוּ תּוֹצְאֹת הַגְּבֻל, צְדָדָה. 8 from mount Hor ye shall mark out a line unto the entrance to Hamath; and the goings out of the border shall be at Zedad;
ט  וְיָצָא הַגְּבֻל זִפְרֹנָה, וְהָיוּ תוֹצְאֹתָיו חֲצַר עֵינָן; זֶה-יִהְיֶה לָכֶם, גְּבוּל צָפוֹן. 9 and the border shall go forth to Ziphron, and the goings out thereof shall be at Hazar-enan; this shall be your north border.
י  וְהִתְאַוִּיתֶם לָכֶם, לִגְבוּל קֵדְמָה, מֵחֲצַר עֵינָן, שְׁפָמָה. 10 And ye shall mark out your line for the east border from Hazar-enan to Shepham;
יא  וְיָרַד הַגְּבֻל מִשְּׁפָם הָרִבְלָה, מִקֶּדֶם לָעָיִן; וְיָרַד הַגְּבֻל, וּמָחָה עַל-כֶּתֶף יָם-כִּנֶּרֶת קֵדְמָה. 11 and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall go down, and shall strike upon the slope of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;
יב  וְיָרַד הַגְּבוּל הַיַּרְדֵּנָה, וְהָיוּ תוֹצְאֹתָיו יָם הַמֶּלַח; זֹאת תִּהְיֶה לָכֶם הָאָרֶץ לִגְבֻלֹתֶיהָ, סָבִיב. 12 and the border shall go down to the Jordan, and the goings out thereof shall be at the Salt Sea; this shall be your land according to the borders thereof round about.'

Joshua Chapter 15 -- description of the borders of Eretz Yisrael which most certainly include Jerusalem and the entire Judea and Samaria as well as Gush Katif (note the clear reference to Gaza (the vicinity of Gush Katif) being part of  the inheritance of the  tribe of Judah.

 Gemara (Talmud), Eruvin, 45 Daf 1.  Emphasizes that border communities must be defended even against Petty thieves (minor property crimes), even on Shabat. For those familiar with Talmudic logic, this teaches the importance of protecting one's borders hence one's country.

The Shemittah year is testimony that the Land belongs to G-d.

In Parshas Behar, the Torah says, "V'Haretz lo timacher l'tzmisus ki li kol ha'aretz…" "You shall not sell the land in perpetuity, for to Me belongs the entire land for you are sojourners and residents with Me." [Vayikra 25:23]

Three Holiest places in Israel were parcels of land that was bought and documented purchases in the Bible. These spots are the most contested. 

It is the Cave of Machpela, the Tomb of Joseph in Nablus, and the Temple Mount in Jerusalem that are the most disputed pieces of land in Israel today?

It is these three pieces of land that are not only belong to the Jewish people by Divine right, but they were individually purchased, as well. Abraham purchased Hebron, Jacob purchased Nablus (Shchem), and David purchased Jerusalem. 

Jews and Christians familiar with the Hebrew Bible are aware that the purchase of the Temple Mount by King David, the Cave of the Patriarchs by Abraham and the Tomb of Joseph by Jacob are clearly documented in the Bible.

The Temple Mount’s purchase is recorded in 1 Chronicles:

And David said to Ornan, “Give me the place of the threshing-floor, so that I may build thereon an altar to the Lord; give it to me for the full price, so that the plague be stayed from the people.” And Ornan said to David, “Take for yourself, and may my lord the king do what seems good in his eyes. See, I have given the cattle for burnt offerings, and the threshing tools for [fire] wood, and the wheat for a meal offering; I have given everything.” And King David said to Ornan, “No, for I will buy [it] for the full price, for I will not take what is yours for the Lord, and offer up burnt offerings for nothing.” And David gave to Ornan for the place shekels of gold weighing six hundred. (I Chronicles 21:22-25)

The purchase of the Cave of the Patriarchs is recorded in Chapter 23 of Genesis:

And Abraham listened to Ephron, and Abraham weighed out to Ephron the silver that he had named in the hearing of the sons of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, accepted by the merchant. And so the field of Ephron which was in Machpelah, facing Mamre, was established (as Abraham’s possession). [This included] the field and the cave that was in it, and all the trees that were in the field, which were within its entire border around. (Genesis 23:16-17)

The purchase of the land on which the Tomb of Joseph was built is recorded in Chapter 24 of the Book of Joshua:

The bones of Joseph, which the Children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, were buried in Shechem in a parcel of land Jacob bought from the sons of Hamor, father of Shechem, for a hundred pieces of silver, and it became a heritage for the children of Joseph. (Joshua 24:32)

Although no money was exchanged, the Bible also records the burial of Rachel by Jacob:

So Rachel died, and she was buried on the road to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem. And Jacob erected a monument on her grave; that is the tombstone of Rachel until this day. (Genesis 35:19-20)
