and Malachi Levinger Mayor of Kiryat Arba / Hebron. 

Also movie clips from the groundbreaking documentary,

 "The Awakening of Judea and Samaria"

and the unveiling of the first ever minted 5 oz Silver coins to commemorate this milestone of great achievement as established by the Gush Emunim Settlement Movement.
