*Binayahu*. Only now do I find time to write about you. In the midst of busy days of trying to fulfill your will in a space where there was no one who cared as much as you.

It has been 16 years since we were together in the hills, first in the return of my people, and then we moved together to Ramat Migron. Almost a year and a half, we went through so many things together. But despite the years that have passed, it is impossible to forget such formative years.  

Those were different days. Days when every step involved banging your head against the wall again and again, and the whole island was in turmoil and maybe we would succeed. We built and destroyed, and built again and destroyed. We fled, hid, were arrested again and again, and returned to the hill again because it is impossible to abandon. And in the midst of all the evacuations, arrests and marches, you taught everyone to seek to do everything seriously. This is what I remember from you most of all: how everything was done *with the greatest seriousness, and always with a willingness to change.* In the midst of endless discussions, between action and changing public opinion, between achievements on the ground and public perception. And above all, there was an unparalleled love of the country, and prolonged self-work. You were one of the youngest in the group, and yet one of the most serious. I can imagine the situations that arise, insisting on building immediately after every evacuation, marches to Nablus and Jericho, demonstrations, and standing alone in front of dozens of Arabs to protect the houses on the hill and not retreating at any cost.

When you went up to the Redeemer of Zion, I was in exile, and you decided that you had to go back in order to succeed, a decision that was not natural, but you always knew how to constantly recalculate your course when you were aiming for the same goal. At a time when it seemed there was no chance of breaking through the boundaries of the White Paper, you built a beautiful stone house with tremendous effort. And even when it was destroyed - not in vain, my brother, you were sick, because *some seeds for great revolutions grew in that place and at that time*.

 When you decided to enlist in spite of everything – despite the arrests, despite the beatings, you kept talking about the fact that you had to know how to fight, and you devoted your entire arduous journey to it, because *there was no one else like you who believed in the threat and believed in the enemy.* Even when it seemed exaggerated, and who even talked about frontal war back then, it was always one of the things that characterized you: you believed in the enemy, you believed in what he said, *and you never stopped preparing for war and studying him.*

At your funeral, Shlomo, your brother, played the song "Unknown Soldiers" by Yair Stern, which you loved so much, and it couldn't have been more appropriate. And to an observer from the sidelines, it might seem strange: *an official military funeral, soldiers in uniform carry the coffin, a military rabbi leads the ceremony, and the crowd sings: "Unknown soldiers are here without uniforms."*

But the truth is that there is nothing more real than that. Because there is an entire generation here who lives a double life - not in the sense of hypocrisy, on the contrary. He lives with *double duty.* Even when he is a soldier in uniform, he is also a soldier without uniform, with the understanding that the mission is greater. And alongside his part in the Defense Army, he also volunteers with his banner of defense and occupation, just as it was written in your profile picture: "A land not accepted – a land of conquerors." 
And Benyahu, you symbolized this so much. Even when you enlisted to know how to fight, because you did everything with the utmost seriousness and believed in the threat with complete faith, *you continued to fight as a civilian, even without uniform, even when no one knows, and where there are no decorations and no ceremonies*.

And that is also what you did when we returned to work together in civil intelligence. The OSINT enterprise that you established became a powerhouse, when in practice you taught so many people how to listen to the enemy. And from this grew the "Fight for Every Dunam" forum. As always, you operated behind the scenes, even though it had a huge impact on changing public opinion and understanding the urgency of the struggle for every dunam, literally. *And you were always careful not to differentiate between Area C and the regions of the Land of Israel that were handed over in Oslo and called A and B.*

Tel Aroma, Sela Ridge and Mount Ebal – precisely in places where the establishment elements gave up, because there was nothing to be done with the tools they knew, you always believed that consciousness creates tools and not the other way around, and that one needs to expose, speak out and publish. And you were right, of course. What a significant part you played in the research on the Palestinian Authority's Committee Against Fences, *research that led to action and a change in perception at all levels*.

Then, after years in which you led civil intelligence and initiated the civil OSINT, here too one day you said: "That's it, it has exhausted itself. We are not dealing with space enough." When you felt that it was no longer motivating, refreshing and challenging enough, you moved on to the next destination. And all the persuasions didn't help. You constantly demanded full seriousness, and if you felt that people saw it as a kind of hobby, you sought to create a new framework that would allow you to engage in it seriously.

And besides the unparalleled familiarity with the space – wherever you were. Whether it was in northern Samaria, or later in our entire space between Yitzhar and Havat Gilad, the place where you fell. A space that illustrates the folly of Oslo more than anything else. Khirbet Kafror, Khirbet Tapsa, Khirbet Apex and the Sela ridge – there we went together to take pictures, to try to wake up the residents of the mountainside about the impending threat. *You never stopped trying to create connections for joint work*. Another WhatsApp group that connects one factor with another, local intelligence groups, joint tours, meetings – and all from a spatial perspective. *Some people see dots, but you always sought space, and believed that to occupy space you need connections.*

And when changes began in government policy, and more farms and more hills began to be built, and the Fayyad plan began to lose ground, you found a niche to define yourself in – Mount Ebal. You recognized the Palestinian Authority’s efforts there as part of its ridge plan, and you studied every plan they had in place. From this grew an entire booklet that saw the Joshua Altar not just as a tourist site, but as an expression of responsibility for the entire ridge. Because that’s how you were, you always knew *to identify where the enemy was investing its efforts*.

When you exposed the Palestinian Authority’s plan to build a neighborhood on the altar on Mount Ebal, you worked hard to compare the plans you located with the maps, until you managed to prove things with wonderful investment and wisdom. But then there were various elements in the councils who stole the credit. And that hurt you. Not because of the credit – it never interested you – but because you were afraid that the message would not lead to settlement and a permanent presence, but to solutions that the systemic elements perceived as more realistic. And when you saw talk of illusory solutions like installing cameras and the like, you went to speak in the Knesset, even though it was clearly not natural for you, because you saw that there was no one else to convey the message.



*בניהו*. רק עכשיו אני מוצא זמן לכתוב עליך. בתוך ימים עמוסים של ניסיון למלא את הצוואה שלך במרחב שלא היה אדם שהיה אכפת לו כמוך.

עברו כבר 16 שנים מאז שהיינו יחד בגבעות בהתחלה בשבות עמי, ולאחר מכן עברנו יחד לרמת מגרון. כמעט שנה וחצי שעברנו ביחד כל כך הרבה דברים. אבל למרות השנים שחלפו, אי אפשר לשכוח שנים מעצבות כל כך.  

אלו היו ימים אחרים. ימים שכל צעד היה כרוך בלהטיח את הראש בקיר שוב ושוב, וכולי האי ואולי שנצליח. בנינו והרסו, ושוב בנינו ושוב הרסו. ברחנו, התחבאנו, נעצרנו שוב ושוב, ושוב חזרנו לגבעה כי אי אפשר להפקיר. ובתוך כל הפינויים, המעצרים והצעדות, לימדת את כולם לחפש לעשות כל דבר ברצינות. זה הדבר שזכור לי ממך יותר מהכול: איך הכול נעשה *ברצינות הכי גדולה, ותמיד עם נכונות לשינוי.* בתוך דיונים אינסופיים, בין המעשה לשינוי דעת הקהל, בין הישגים בשטח לתפיסה ציבורית. ומעל הכול הייתה אהבת הארץ שאין כדוגמתה, ועבודה עצמית ממושכת.  היית מהצעירים בחבורה, ולמרות זאת מהרציניים, אני מעביר בראש את הסיטואציות שעולות, להתעקש לבנות מיד אחרי כל פינוי, צעדות לשכם וליריחו, הפגנות, ולעמוד לבד מול עשרות ערבים כדי להגן על הבתים בגבעה ולא לסגת בשום מחיר.

כשעלית לגאולת ציון, הייתי בהרחקה, ואתה החלטת שצריך ללכת אחורה כדי להצליח, החלטה שלא היתה טבעית, אבל תמיד ידעת לחשב כל הזמן מסלול מחדש כשאתה מכוון לאותה מטרה. בתקופה שבה היה נראה שאין סיכוי לפרוץ את גבולות הספר הלבן, בנית בית אבן יפהפה במאמץ אדיר. וגם כשהוחרב - לא לשווא אחי חצבת, כי *כמה זרעים למהפכות אדירות צמחו באותו מקום ובאותה תקופה*.

כשהחלטת להתגייס למרות הכול – למרות המעצרים, למרות המכות, דיברת כל הזמן על זה שאתה חייב לדעת להילחם, והשקעת בכך את כל המסלול המפרך, כי *לא היה עוד אדם כמוך שהאמין באיום והאמין לאויב.* גם כשזה היה נראה מוגזם, ומי בכלל דיבר אז על מלחמה חזיתית, זה תמיד היה אחד הדברים שאפיינו אותך: האמנת באויב, האמנת למה שהוא אומר, *ולא הפסקת להתכונן למלחמה וללמוד אותו.*

בהלוויה שלך שלמה, אחיך, שם את השיר "חיילים אלמונים" של יאיר שטרן, שכל כך אהבת, ולא היה מתאים מזה. ולצופה מן הצד זה יכול להיראות מוזר: *הלוויה צבאית רשמית, חיילים במדים נושאים את הארון, רב צבאי מנחה את הטקס, והקהל שר: "חיילים אלמונים הננו בלי מדים".*

אבל האמת היא שאין דבר אמיתי יותר מזה. כי יש כאן דור שלם שחי חיים כפולים - לא במובן של צביעות, להפך. הוא חי עם *כפל משימות.* גם כשהוא חייל במדים, הוא לצד זה גם חייל בלי מדים, מתוך הבנה שהמשימה גדולה יותר. ולצד חלקו בצבא ההגנה, הוא גם מתנדב כשעל דגלו הגנה וכיבוש בדיוק כמו שהיה כתוב בתמונת הפרופיל שלך: "ארץ לא מקבלים – ארץ כובשים". 
ובניהו סימלת את זה כל כך. גם כשהתגייסת כדי לדעת להילחם, כי עשית כל דבר ברצינות הגדולה ביותר והאמנת באיום אמונה שלמה, *המשכת להילחם גם כאזרח, גם בלי מדים, גם כשאיש לא יודע, ואיפה שאין עיטורים ואין טקסים*.

וזה גם מה שעשית כשחזרנו לעבוד יחד במודיעין האזרחי. מפעל האוסינט שהקמת הפך למעצמה, כשבפועל לימדת כל כך הרבה אנשים איך להקשיב לאויב. ומתוך זה צמח פורום "מאבק על כל דונם". כמו תמיד, פעלת בו מאחורי הקלעים, למרות שהייתה לו השפעה עצומה על שינוי דעת הקהל ועל הבנת הדחיפות שבמאבק על כל דונם, כפשוטו. *ותמיד הקפדת לא להבדיל בין שטחי C לבין חבלי ארץ ישראל שנמסרו באוסלו וכונו A ו-B.*

תל ארומה, רכס סלע והר עיבל – דווקא במקומות שהגורמים הממסדיים הרימו בהם ידיים, כי בכלים שהם הכירו לא היה מה לעשות, תמיד האמנת שתודעה יוצרת כלים ולא להפך, ושצריך לחשוף, לדבר ולפרסם. וצדקת, כמובן. כמה חלק משמעותי היה לך במחקר על הוועד נגד גדרות של הרשות הפלסטינית, *מחקר שהביא לידי מעשה ולשינוי תפיסה בכל הדרגים*.

אחר כך, אחרי שנים שבהן הובלת את המודיעין האזרחי וחנכת את האוסינט האזרחי, גם כאן יום אחד אמרת: "זהו, זה מיצה את עצמו. אנחנו לא מספיק עוסקים במרחב". כשהרגשת שזה כבר לא מספיק מניע, מחדש ומאתגר, המשכת ליעד הבא. ולא עזרו כל השכנועים. תבעת כל הזמן רצינות מלאה, ואם הרגשת שאנשים רואים בזה מעין תחביב, חיפשת ליצור מסגרת חדשה שתאפשר לעסוק בזה ברצינות.

וחוץ מההיכרות שלא הייתה כדוגמתה עם המרחב – איפה שלא היית. אם זה בצפון השומרון, ואם בהמשך בכל המרחב שלנו שבין יצהר לחוות גלעד, המקום שבו נפלת. מרחב שממחיש יותר מכול את איוולת אוסלו. ח'ירבת כפרור, ח'ירבת טפסה, ח'ירבת איפקס ורכס סלע - לשם נסענו יחד לצלם, כדי לנסות להעיר את תושבי גב ההר על האיום הממשמש ובא. *לא הפסקת כל הזמן לנסות ליצור חיבורים לעבודה משותפת*. עוד קבוצת ווטסאפ שמחברת בין גורם כזה לגורם אחר, קבוצות מודיעין מקומיות, סיורים משותפים, מפגשים -והכול מתוך ראיית המרחב. *יש אנשים שרואים נקודות, אבל אתה תמיד חיפשת את המרחב, והאמנת שכדי לכבוש מרחב צריך חיבורים.*

וכשהחלו שינויים במדיניות הממשלה, והחלו לקום יותר חוות ויותר גבעות, ותוכנית פיאד החלה להפסיד, מצאת בקעה להתגדר בה – הר עיבל. זיהית שם את המאמץ של הרשות הפלסטינית כבר במסגרת תוכנית הרכסים שלה, ולמדת כל תוכנית שלהם במקום. מכך צמחה חוברת שלמה שלא ראתה במזבח יהושע רק אתר תיירות, אלא ביטוי לאחריות על כל הרכס. כי ככה היית, תמיד ידעת *לזהות היכן האויב משקיע את מאמציו*.

כשחשפת את התוכנית של הרשות הפלסטינית לבנות שכונה על המזבח בהר עיבל, עמלת רבות כדי להשוות בין התוכניות שאיתרת לבין המפות, עד שהצלחת להוכיח את הדברים בהשקעה וחכמה מופלאה.  אבל אז היו גורמים שונים במועצות שגנבו את הקרדיט. וזה כאב לך. לא בגלל הקרדיט – הוא אף פעם לא עניין אותך – אלא כי חששת שהמסר לא יוביל להתיישבות ולנוכחות קבועה, אלא לפתרונות שהגורמים המערכתיים תפסו כריאליים יותר. וכשראית דיבורים על פתרונות הזויים כמו הצבת מצלמות וכדומה, הלכת לדבר בכנסת, למרות שהיה ברור שזה לא טבעי לך, כי ראית שאין מישהו אחר שיעביר את המסר.

ובתחילת המלחמה - החשיפות יחד עם עמישב, שהובילו לתחקיר של "הקול היהודי" על האימונים של הרשות הפלסטינית בפקיסטן. חשיפות שאי אפשר לזלזל בהשפעתן על דעת הקהל ביחס לאיום של הרשות הפלסטינית. וממש לאחרונה חידשת את העיסוק בערוץ שהזהיר מפני האויב המאורגן - *משהו שאפשר לראות בו כמו צוואה שלך: להזהיר ולהתריע מפני האיום של מנגנוני הביטחון של הרשות הפלסטינית*.

יש אנשים שמדברים רק על מה שבידיים שלהם, על מה שהם יודעים שאפשר לשנות. אבל אני תמיד פגשתי אצלך את הצד ההפוך: להיות זה שמדבר על הסכנות שכולם כבר התרגלו אליהן, על מה שאנשים חשבו שאין מה לעשות מולן. ואתה האמנת שצריך לדבר, ליצור את הכלים ואת האפשרויות, מתוך שילוב של תודעה, חיבור בין אנשים, והתכונה המרכזית שהייתה בך כבר מגיל 16 – רצינות ומלוא האחריות. כשאני משחזר את הדברים שוב ושוב עולה לי אותה נקודה, הרצינות מובילה לבניין כוח, *והמבחן האמיתי הוא לא רק איך משתמשים בכוח הקיים, אלא איך בונים את הכוח (ובהקשר הזה את התודעה)  כדי להשיג את היעדים הבאים, את אלו שנחשבים כיום בלתי אפשריים.*

בשבת שעברה כשקפצנו לשרפה דיברנו בשער של חוות גלעד. לא ידענו ולא שיערנו שזו תהיה השבת האחרונה. וכמובן, על מה אפשר לדבר איתך אם לא על המרחב? על מה אפשר לעשות פה, ומה האויב מתכנן שם. וכשידברנו על ההתפתחויות במרחב והנקודות החדשות שעלו, אמרת לי משפט בסגנון שכל הדברים שחלמת עליהם ודיברת כל השנים קורים עכשיו על ידי אנשים אחרים. וזה היה המשפט האחרון ששמעתי ממך פנים אל פנים. ואני מרגיש שאמרת לי - בסוף זה יקרה, גם בלעדיי.

וזה יקרה באופן מלא, מבטיחים לך. *כל החלומות שלך על המרחב כאן ועל כל המקומות האלה יוגשמו על ידי אנשים שיבואו אחרי שנפלת בקרב לְהָגֵן וְלִשְׁמֹר עֲדֵי עַד*

PS: Let me preface by stating my deep appreciation to Arutz7 for their Nationalistic reporting over the years! Territory folks must stick together! (Oklahoma).

Who am I to be critical of Arutz7? Yet even a simple child can sometimes see the obvious when they have no blinders and nothing at stake.

 Divide and conquer is the modus operandi of our enemy. They want the right wing camp to be divided. 

That is not the point of this post. It is rather to bring unity and support from like minded Nationalist people who love Eretz Yisrael, who love the Torah and who love Am Yisrael. It is a cry for Emes , for Justice and for unity with these idealistic Hilltop Maccabees who are literally  the Guardians of the Mountains.

A viewer sent this to me to share. 

*Arutz 7 has been reporting in a very lopsided way.* The Hilltop Youth are sacrificing so much for Am Yisrael to prevent Israeli land from falling into Arab hands is being beaten and bloodied by Ben Gvir’s Magav (Israel’s Border Police). A7 is taking the side of the violent ones  instead of giving the side of the true heroes for Am Yisrael [as does the Honenu Organization representing them.  See Honenu's sourced article posted in English by Hilltop Maccabees below]. MK Simcha Rothman recently said, *“"What the youth are doing in the farms and outposts is the real sovereignty. It is true self-sacrifice for the Land of Israel, which prevents the establishment of a Palestinian state."*

*Complaint Filed Over Serious Injury During Tel Talpiyot Evacuation; Allegations of Improper Tear-Gas Fire and Delayed Medical Access*

Attorney Eladi Wiesel of the Honenu legal organization filed a complaint with Israel's Police Internal Investigations Department (Machash) demanding a criminal investigation into Border Police officers involved in the evacuation of structures at Tel Talpiyot Hill. *The complaint was submitted on behalf of a settler who was seriously injured during the incident.*

According to the complaint, *dozens of settlers were conducting a passive protest on the roof of a building under construction when a Border Police officer allegedly fired tear-gas grenades directly toward the protesters.* One grenade reportedly struck the settler in the face, causing *a broken jaw, severe facial injuries, and significant bleeding.* The complaint claims that *civilian medics provided lifesaving treatment* and that *security forces delayed access for medical evacuation teams for about 50 minutes.*

The injured man required surgery and faces a lengthy recovery. Wiesel alleges that *the officers violated police procedures, endangered lives, and unlawfully obstructed medical treatment.* He is demanding an immediate criminal investigation of both the officer involved and his commanding officers.

Stop slandering hilltop youth and let Meir Ettinger go. Another four months of detention without any criminal charges? What is going on here? (Note: an article by Meir Ettinger can be accessed through a link below)

Circumstances have not changed much. Amiram ben Uliel, was the latest Settler youth scapegoat of the Duma arson. The perpetrators were probably Arab. Yet because Hebrew Graffiti was found at the scene, "extremist" Settlers Youth were condemned across the board, by every VIP in the government including Chashuv right wingers within 24 hours and the week that followed based on Shabak say so. A New York Times article featured by Naftali Bennett a mere one week following the arson condemned the fringe Hilltop Youth with no real evidence and no real investigation other than Shabak's say so. Why were Jews blamed based on Hebrew Graffiti? (Shabak is the infamous Jewish Division of Terror whose purpose is to manufacture Jewish Terror to advance a false narrative of Jewish Terror). The compromised courts eventually managed to convict Amiram ben Uliel after he "confessed" following being tortured.  Amiram has been in jail now for over 10 years for a crime he never committed...

*"ירי ממוקד וקטלני לעבר ראשיהם ופניהם של המוחים": תלונה למח"ש בעקבות האירועים בתל תלפיות*

עו"ד אלעדי ויזל מארגון חוננו הגיש למחלקה לחקירות שוטרים תלונה בדרישה לפתוח בחקירה פלילית נגד השוטרים שפעלו במהלך הפינוי בגבעת תל תלפיות בשבוע שעבר. התלונה הוגשה בשם מתיישב שנפצע במהלך האירוע, ובמסגרתה נטען לשורת עבירות חמורות מצד הכוחות שפעלו במקום. במכתב, שמגובה בתמונות מהשטח והתכתבויות של הצוותים הרפואיים שהגיעו למקום, דורש עו"ד ויזל לחקור הן את השוטר שביצע את הירי והן את מפקדיו בשטח. על פי המתואר בתלונה, ביום חמישי האחרון הגיע המתיישב יחד עם חבריו לגבעה בעקבות חשש מפני פינוי והריסת מבנים במקום. לדבריו, הוא עלה לגג מבנה בן שלוש קומות שהיה מצוי בשלבי בנייה, לצד עשרות מתיישבים נוספים שביקשו למחות נגד ההרס. במכתב הודגש כי הגג היה נטול מעקה בטיחות וכי אופי המחאה היה פסיבי לחלוטין, כאשר לטענת המתיישב המותקף לא התקיימה כל אלימות מצד השוהים על הגג.

עוד נטען כי במשך שעות לא נרשמו עימותים עם הכוחות, וכי המשטרה לא הוציאה הוראות פיזור ולא השתמשה באמצעי כריזה. לפי המתואר בתלונה, לאחר תקופה של שקט נשמעו לפתע פיצוצים, כאשר אחד מלוחמי מג"ב ירה רימוני גז לעבר המבנה. במכתב מתואר כי מדובר היה ב"ירי ממוקד וקטלני של רימוני גז ממטול בכינון ישיר אל עבר ראשיהם ופניהם של המוחים הצפופים". לפי המתואר בתלונה שהוגשה למח"ש, אחד הרימונים פגע בעוצמה בפניו של המתיישב בעת שעמד בסמוך לשפת הגג. כתוצאה מכך נגרם לו חתך עמוק בלחי, לסתו נשברה והוא החל לסבול מקשיי נשימה בעקבות הדימום קשה שניגר באפו. עוד נטען בתלונה כי חובשים אזרחיים שנכחו במקום העניקו לו טיפול ראשוני אשר מנע את חנקו ומותו המיידי בשטח.

בנוסף, נטען בתלונה כי גם לאחר הפציעה מנעו הכוחות מצוותי הרפואה להגיע אל הפצוע במשך דקות ארוכות. לדברי עו"ד ויזל בתלונתו למח"ש, "בכך לא תמה ההתנהלות המקוממת, הנפשעת והעבריינית של כוחות מג"ב בשטח, והלוחמים הוסיפו חטא על פשע". על פי המכתב, שכאמור מגובה בראיות ובדיווחים בזמן אמת, רק לאחר כ-50 דקות התאפשר לצוותי הפינוי להגיע אל הפצוע, והוא פונה בהמשך לבית החולים בילינסון.

בעקבות האירועים, אושפז המתיישב במחלקת כירורגיית פה ולסת ועבר ניתוח מורכב תחת הרדמה מלאה. גם לאחר שחרורו מבית החולים לסתותיו מקובעות והוא ניזון ממזון רך ונוזלי בלבד. "דרך שיקום ארוכה ומורכבת עודנה לפניו", צוין במכתב בהקשר למצבו הבריאותי בשל הירי של הרימונים לעברו של המתיישב. בהמשך התלונה טוען עו"ד ויזל כי הירי בוצע בניגוד לנהלי המשטרה וכי מדובר בהתנהלות עבריינית, פראית וחסרת רסן מצד השוטר היורה ומפקדיו בשטח. עוד נטען כי ירי לעבר גג צפוף וחסר מעקה יצר סכנת חיים ממשית, וכי חסימת דרכם של צוותי הרפואה עולה לכדי "עבירות פליליות של סיכון חיים והפקרה", כפי שתואר במכתב.

בסיום המכתב דורש ויזל ממח"ש לפתוח בחקירה מיידית, לזמן את השוטר היורה ואת מפקדיו לחקירה פלילית, לתפוס את מצלמות הגוף וחומרי התיעוד המבצעיים, ולבדוק האם כלל ניתן אישור פיקודי להשתמש באמצעי האלפ"ה הקיצוני ביותר, ואם כן - מי הגורם שאישר זאת נוכח תנאי חוסר הבטיחות הקשים ששררו בשטח. "נוכח חומרת הפציעה וההפרה החד-משמעית של הפקודות, אבקשכם לאשר את קבלת התלונה ולעדכנני בהקדם על פתיחת החקירה", כתב.

עו"ד ויזל מסר: "האירוע הקשה בגבעת תל תלפיות הוא חוליה נוספת בשרשרת כואבת ומטלטלת. עצוב ומקומם לראות לוחמי מג"ב, שנשלחו להגן על ביטחון האזור, מתבלבלים לחלוטין כתוצאה מקמפיין תקשורתי שקרי ומכוון של "אלימות המתנחלים" - ופועלים נגד אוהב כאילו היה אויב. לדאבון לב, הבלבול הפסול הזה מתורגם בשטח לעליית מדרגה מסוכנת של אלימות פראית וחסרת רסן כלפי מתיישבים: לוחם ביצע ירי ישיר של רימון גז ממטול - אמצעי האלפ"ה הקיצוני ביותר שקיים - במישרין אל פניו של מתיישב שעמד באופן פסיבי על קצה גג משולל מעקה, ולאחר מכן חסמו הכוחות את פינויו הרפואי של הפצוע המדמם במשך כ-50 דקות קריטיות ומורטות עצבים. האמת המרה היא שדמם של המתיישבים הפך להפקר. רק בנס גלוי, ובמרחק של סנטימטרים ספורים מפגיעה קטלנית וחמורה אף יותר, האירוע הנוכחי לא הסתיים בלוויה. אם המערכת הפיקודית ומח"ש לא יעצרו לאלתר את התופעה הפסולה הזו ולא יבהירו את גבולות החוק לכוחות בשטח - אנחנו נמצאים בפתחו של אסון ידוע מראש".

True Free Men - Eight Jews currently detained in administrative detention

Five more settlers were arrested on the eve of the seventh holiday of Passover and placed under administrative detention without trial or evidence, and this on the order of Defense Minister Yoav Galant, who, in light of the recommendation of the Anti-Jewish Department of the Shin Bet, signed the orders.

The new detainees are:

Neria Zarog, married and father of 4 children, resident of Yitzhar - 3 months administrative detention.

ElChai Carmeli, married and father of a child, resident of Givat Ronan - 6 months of administrative detention.

Boaz David Shpitz, married, - 3 months of administrative detention.

Zadok HaCohen, about 18 years old, a resident of Yitzhar - 3 months of administrative detention.

Avraham Amar, about 16 years old, resident of Ra'anana - 4 months of administrative detention.

The five join 

Achya Katz, a 16-year-old minor who was arrested about a week and a half ago and was imprisoned for 3 months in administrative detention, 

Ariel Danino, married and the father of four children, who has been in administrative detention for about six months and his detention was extended after a period of 4 months by three more months, 

and

Noam Mermelstein, a young man of about 21 who lives  in the hills of Kochav Hashar, who has been in administrative detention for about 4 months and his administrative detention was also recently extended.

The IDF did nothing in response when Achimeir, HY"d (the 14 year old Shepherd) was brutally murdered.

A few days ago a military force was sent to "map" the terrorist's house.

Since the terrorist was caught, the village of Duma has gone into hysteria. Some of the residents, including the heads of the village council, published denials about the murder, a rare step that probably stems from fear of acts of revenge in the village. Hours after the arrest on the eve of the first holiday of Passover, instructions were distributed on the village's social media, that in the event that houses in the village were to be set on fire, and under any circumstances, they were warned not to publish information about the killer for fear of Jews responding.

In addition, in recent days notices have been distributed in villages in Samaria asking residents to be careful of settlers at night and to avoid traveling on roads with settlers as much as possible.

 "Attention! When drivers go out late at night on the main roads, please be careful of the settlers. The driver must not go out alone, and one should avoid driving on roads with settlers as much as possible," it said.

This is in addition to various fortification and defense operations conducted in a number of villages near Jewish settlements.  For example, in the village of Huwara, they built a concrete wall about two meters high enclosing the space in front of the settlement of Yitzhar.

 It seems that at the same time as the growing fear of Arabs in Judea and Samaria from the reactions of "settlers", the IDF and the security establishment are making great efforts to return the situation to the eve of the war on Simchat Torah, to open as many checkpoints and roads as possible to the enemy, and to return to life as usual.

 "These five Jewish pioneers will still have the privilege of entering the pages of history long after Gallant and Fox are gone and forgotten from the heart like the other oppressors who harmed the people of Israel over the generations," wrote Elisha Yered, a resident of Ramat Migron who himself was removed from his home by administrative order.

Meir Ettinger is the grandson of the late Rabbi Meir Kahana. In 2005 he was targeted as a leader of Settler Youth and arrested and spent a long period under administrative arrest. He was the first of many Settler youth blood libeled with the Duma Arson which killed 3 members of a Dawabshe family, 2005. Probably the victims of this Duma arson were relatives of this Duma Dawabshe murderer of the Jewish Shepherd Binyamin AchiMeir hy"d.  Shabak eventually  released Meir Ettinger and many others and  eventually scapegoated and convicted Amiram Ben Uliel  of 3 life sentences based solely on his forced confession following torture and because they found Hebrew Graffiti (not belonging to Amiram) on the scene.  If that wasn't enough of a miscarriage of justice, Amiram has been in total isolation over the last 7 years worse than the any Arab terrorist),

The following are the words of Meir Ettinger said during his hearing on Sep. 10th, 2015. This hearing was the third and final hearing that the court will hear before officially approving his administrative detention. It is important to note that receiving the approval of the court is a mere formality for administrative detention and does not involve an actual trial.

"I would like to speak before the court and have my words recorded in the minutes. At the same time, I reiterate that this is not because I recognize the authority of this court. I don't recognize the validity of laws that are against the Torah and I see no reason to defend myself against accusations based on false laws that were created by man today and will be changed by him tomorrow.

Rather, because of our sins, instead of having a court based on the holy Torah, the word of G-d, we have been taken captive by false courts. These captors are the prosecution, the media, and the false courts of today that have waged war against the land of Israel, the Torah of Israel, and those who fear the G-d of Israel. Their goal is to foster the growth of a foreign culture in our midst to replace the way of the Torah and service to G-d in the land of Israel.

It is therefore a Chazakah [predetermined]what this court will decide in this hearing. One way or another, the results are known in advance and I therefore have no desire to play a part in this game. It is merely a pathetic attempt by the government to pretend that their decision is based on justice and democracy.

Nonetheless, this hearing provides me the right to speak and I will exercise the right to tell you what bothers you so much, what you are fighting, and what was the reason for my arrest.

I cannot discuss in this short time all of the ridiculous media stories. According to the media, I am somehow the number one target of the Shabak.

It should be noted that the targets of the Shabak are not established in order to preserve public safety or ensure calm, but instead are based on a political agenda and focus on protecting the culture of 'equality' that they force down the throats of the public.

Therefore, instead of discussing 'public safety,' I will explain my activism and why my actions are so upsetting to the confused establishment.

In their accusations they used the phrase, "changing the regime." So what does that really mean? What exactly is this mysterious 'group,' which I supposedly lead, doing to further that goal? The truth is that we are dealing with very basic statements that were made freely available to all. Yes, I admit it- I, like many other Jews, have dreams, hopes and desires of establishing the Kingdom of Israel. The 'group' I am a part of, was founded during the exodus from Egypt and the receiving of the Torah on Mount Sinai. There the Jewish people were chosen to be a nation of priests and a holy people in the land of Israel.

So what is this 'Kingdom of Israel'? For 2000 years in exile, Jews around the world said in their prayers "Let me witness the return to Zion" and concluded with the words, "blessed is He who restores His glory to Zion." These Jews did not merely want to return to the land of Israel to build fields and buildings. They wanted more. They wanted to restore G-d's presence in the land by creating a state that would spread the name of G-d throughout the world.

In the current 'Jewish' state, there is complete democratic freedom for all sorts of crazy ideas, except for Judaism alone which is declared illegal. In Israel today, the Torah's solution to security problems is racist, the Torah's views on international relations are incitement, and anyone who supports the Torah's opinion over the laws of the state is an anarchist. Those who struggle with love for the land of Israel are arrested and their homes are destroyed.

In the State of Israel today we have leaders who do not understand the Torah and no one dares explain to them what a true Jewish state looks like, why the Jewish people to the land of Israel, and what right the Jewish people have to the land. Not only are we victims of this unfortunate situation, but you are too- you, the judge, and the prosecutor. All of us are captives of this reality. Each of us has a G-dly soul that wants to live a Jewish life and we all feel alone in our opposition to the state.

Administrative detention orders were issued against me and other Jews not because of a concern for the good of the public as you [the government]have claimed. It is actually you who place no value on Jewish blood and thereby harm the public. You released terrorist murderers and removed checkpoints, both of which have placed many Jews in danger. One could hardly accuse you of caring for other Jews.

We all know that the incident in Duma is merely being used as an excuse for dictatorial actions by a supposed democratic government. Fortunately for you, the public is so accustomed to your lies that they don't bother refuting them.

Not for nothing did you gather all of the media to inform them before carrying out the orders. In truth the administrative detention orders are not meant to silence me, but to silence yourselves, to silence the Jewish voice emanating from your heart.

Your hysterical actions and discrimination against Jews in enforcing the law, your shocking neglect for the values of democracy when dealing with Jews who love the land of Israel, appears strange to many people. However it is not strange to anyone who recognizes that these actions are done in order to silence your inner, yearning Jewish voice. This is part of your general schizophrenia. It is obvious that these actions will backfire and have the opposite result. You will not manage to silence the voice inside you, anymore than you could expel your Jewish soul from your body. In the end, even you will repent for your actions and your Jewish soul will take over to help bring the redemption."

Apparently the Settler Youth were attacked in Mustafa by masked Arabs and they miraculously defended themselves, not by Tzahal and emerged unharmed. These masked Arabs were misrepresented on Arutz13 as Jewish Settlers coming to attack Arabs. The opposite was true. The truth was posted on an Arab tiktok channel from the Arab Village Mustafa. But lies and slander on Settler youth was on Arutz 13.

So here we have  4 youth, friends of the victims of Arab Terror, being investigated  by the wolf himself, with draconian charges, who very likely framed them from the get-go, without rights to an attorney under the  justification of them being ticking time bombs. The Defense Minister ignored the court ruling that there was insufficient evidence and hit 2 of them with 6 months of detention and the other 2  with 4 months of Administrative detention. Their crime? Being friends with a victim of Arab Terror. No need to provide evidence and no need to press charges. Just trust the say so of the Jewish Division of Shabak and wreak havoc with their lives and create trauma big time Hashem Yishmor. 

This time we are not so naive. We know what happened to tens if not hundreds including Meir Ettinger, to Evyatar Slonin, minor E. and to Amiram ben Uliel. How dare we let this happen again and again!!!

The court ruled that there was not enough evidence to keep the suspects in jail. Defense Minister Yoav Galant leaked to the press even before the court's verdicts, that he will nonetheless press them with Administrative Detention. Easier to blame these kids and slander them than take responsibility for not protecting them and their friends and family.

Going back to the topic at hand, mentioned above, the Shin Bet, Jewish Division of Terror, has been treating friends of the victims of terror as Terrorists, denying them basic civil rights when they are in deep trauma.

Honenu Attorney Nati Rom was interviewed by Oded ben Ami in a discussion regarding  Settler youth who are being held by Shabak without the rights to an attorney by the Shabak Jewish Division of Terror for Arab property damage following the terror attack in Eli that killed their close friends.

Nati Rom didn't even bring up the possibility that the Arab property damage was never even perpetrated by Jews. The interviewer took Jewish acts of terror as a given. But we saw from the video clip above that probably this is just another blood libel on innocent Jews!

So even if we can logically justify the acting out of Settler kids following such a trauma, let us investigate the truth! Why should we trust the Jewish Division of Terror with an agenda and agree that they conduct the "investigation" while denying all basic legal, civil and humanitarian rights to these kids?

The father of one of these kids said his son's best friend was one of the terror victims. Instead of getting psychological counseling for the unbelievable trauma, they are being held by Shabak without rights to an attorney for taking the law into their own hands. This is based on the say so of Shabak who in the past framed Jewish Settlers to produce a narrative of Jewish Terror.

So let's address this issue. In the Torah there is a concept of Arei Miklat. A city of refuge.  If someone accidentally kills a fellow Jew, not an enemy, the family members are not withheld from taking revenge. The Torah understands the deep pain and grief and shock of the Goel Hadam, the redeemer of the victim's shedded blood. However, since the death was unintentional, there is an escape option of the person who killed by accident.

The interviewer asked Nati Ram how could these kids take matters into their own hands upon innocent Arabs and on their property? 

Note the interviewer takes their guilt as a given as per the say so of the Jewish Division of Shabak.

Nati Ram responded that the Arab community isn't so innocent. Their culture and education glorify and celebrate acts of terror.

Honenu's attorney  Nati Ram also responded that there is a double standard in Israel. Arabs and leftists that engage in all kind of property damage and rioting and violence are treated quite differently than the Settler kids who are reportedly responding directly to acts of terror initiated against them

But let us reiterate. There is no real evidence Jews perpetrated any violence against Arabs or Arab property.

Common sense raises this question.  Shouldn't the Minister of Defense and the GOI be held accountable for their inability to protect its citizens in the Shomron?

The Government and the media place accountability and blame on Settler youth,  the innocent victims of Arab Terror, for "acting out" rather than addressing the root of their actions.

Even if true, can these kids really be blamed for their unbelievable pain and grief and suffering for acting out on property damage on an Arab village that breeds hate, educates hate and celebrates acts of terror which these kids face in their daily lives with GOI standing by allowing this to continue?

The modus operandi is to blame the Jewish kids so you can now call them Jewish terrorists. Its a win win situation for our enemies.


By all accounts these kids deserve an apology big time. Psychological counseling alone won't help build or rebuild their trust in the GOI.  They need to see concrete actions by their government that will deter future Arab acts of terror. Letting the stone throwing and Molotov cocktails continue while placing the Jewish victims of Arab terror attacks  behind bars with the expectation that surely they would attack back (in self defense no doubt) is the exact opposite of deterrence and a mockery of truth and justice.

Our trust of  the Government of Israel's willingness to defend Jews from Arab terror has been severely eroded. 

Settler youth have been terribly betrayed by the system. They and their innocent friends have been framed, killed, prosecuted or persecuted. No wonder that Arab terror deterrence has been ineffective as the rise of terror attacks are steadily increasing in the Shomron and elsewhere.  

After innocent Jews are murdered there has usually been some damage control by the official government response and promises yet to be delivered, as stated above.

But we see that there has been no real deterrence on the roads in  the Shomron (Samaria) against Arab terror so Arab terror has been emboldened. Instead of the government keeping its mandate to its tax paying citizens to provide security, to stop terror attacks proliferating, initiated by Arabs against Jews, within Israel and especially in Samaria, the Justice system and the government continue to engage in slandering and blood libeling Jewish Youth who look like Amiram ben Uliel. This is the case whether or not these hilltop youth victims dare to defend themselves and their property. The unspoken given is that those who look like the hilltop youth (long Peyot, large knitted Kippa and Tzitzit) will take matters into their own hands. This in turn justifies incarcerating them with no proof of wrongdoing, no need to bring charges and denying them rights to an attorney. Ask Honenu.org just how many kids this week alone have been placed under administrative detention with no evidence of wrongdoing! Knowing now what we know happened to minor E. And Amiram ben Uliel and hearing how they were interrogated under cruel and abusive conditions, we can imagine the trauma these kids are facing in the hands of Shabak! When we are passive and silent then we too are held accountable in a Heavenly Court.

Jihad is actively taught in UN chartered schools and in Arab schools throughout the country and found in educational textbooks. There is financial reward and incentives for family members of terrorists and for those who glorify jihadism. Isn't this the case in the villages where terror attacks are conceived and born?

So let us discuss Torah law and what is permissible as evidence in a Jewish Court of Law. Btw Torah Law is consistent with all civilized societies courts of law regarding self incrimination especially following torture.

It is not permissable in a Jewish Court to accept confession from someone who incriminates himself! One needs 2 witnesses other than the accused. This ruling is compounded when the defendant is tortured. Testimony can not be trusted when there is personal gain.

When there is torture, the defendant literally is trying to save his own life by confessing to a crime he never committed. His testimony for sure is inadmissable.

So what is at the root of the Duma miscarriage of Justice?

The GOI is terribly threatened with the possibility of a Jewish State governed by Torah Law.

They defame and marginalize and blood libel those who dare to suggest Torah as a Judicial option in order to keep the status quo. They equate Torah with tyrannical Religious coercion.

This is false slander. There needs to be an open debate regarding replacing the existing Justice System as it exists today in Israel. What exists today is a mishmosh of Turkish, British and Israeli law and no real Constitution.

Let us advocate for a Judicial system more consistent with Hebraic, Judaic Law. Let us reframe the brainwashing of today's Israel's secular society which has infiltrated the entire mindset of the entire population, that Judicial Law based on Torah is tyranny.

This is a "revolutionary" suggestion. There will be an uproar by the mere suggestion!

They will claim with conviction that everyone will be coerced into religious practice and women will be forced to wear long skirts, long sleeves and head coverings and it will be like the Taliban! Evil and Tyrannical!

We need to be honest and educate the world that Torah Law is Truth and Just and not only just for Jews but also for non Jews.

How can we currently trust Shabak and celebrate when they announce they caught a terrorist whom they claim murdered a Jew based on their word alone before any real investigation? Maybe the Arab was tortured like Amiram and confessed? Do they have 2 witnesses and forensic evidence as well? Did they catch the real terrorist or did they find anyone to blame so that they look good in fighting terror?

The Duma case is proof that the existing Israeli Court system has lost all credibility. They operate like a Kangaroo court whose sentences are politically based and predetermined.

One can surmise that they use that approach with Arabs as well as Jews.

They tortured and targeted Hilltop Youth, children of Jewish Settlers. They denied tens if not hundreds of Settler youth basic civil rights and the rights to an attorney. They justified their actions by slandering this innocent population that they are ticking time bombs and designated them as belonging to a Jewish Terrorist organization.  Administrative detention which is a holdover from British Law then justified unjustified incarceration and removed from this population basic civil liberties and civil rights indefinitely.  These youth are held without charges, often without the right to see an attorney for extended periods of time, some of them minors, and they are interrogated and harassed, traumatized and even emotionally or physically abused in detention. 

It is common knowledge that Jewish Settlers never advocate nor support murdering innocent Arabs. It is against the Torah. Their education and family upbringing do not allow nor justify acts of terror against innocent civilians for both Jew and non Jew. Thou shall not kill is one of the 10 Commandments. Jewish kids were never promised rewards in heaven nor would they be treated as a hero for the murder of innocent civilians. Very much the opposite. Jews have absolutely nothing to gain from acts of terror.

Torah and Jewish Law however does allow and encourages self defense as do all civilized societies. 

The real crimes of these Settler kids? They want Judaic Law in the Land of Israel. They also want to be safe and represented. After all, residents of Judea and Samaria do pay taxes and deserve security as do all citizens of Israel.

They expose that the leading elite, those currently in power running the country, not necessarily the elected politicians, are corrupt and compromised by well funded, foreign global anti G-d forces.

These powerful political forces feel threatened with this exposure. They are terrified they will lose control and power with a Torah and a Loving G-d of Israel, agenda. As Meir Ettinger stated at his trial that they are suppressing their own untainted Jewish soul but one day it will be free.

Read Meir Ettinger's words to the Court: In the end you will repent. These words written in 2015 accurately calls out the modus operandi of 2023 of  Binyamin Brigade Commander Col. Eliav Elbaz locking down the Jews in Ateret following terror attacks against them. Is this the correct Torah approach to fighting terrorism in Israel? 

One need not be a Chosid of the late Rabbi Meir Kahane hy"d to agree that it makes no sense to treat victims of terror harsher than the initiators of terror. 

So our collective message to the GOI is..

Instead of being aggressively proactive to stop Jewish victims of terror for trying to respond in a way so that the terror will finally stop (assuming that their response is one that actually happened and not a frame-up by the Shabak), do your job and protect Jews to begin with!

 גם בצדק הגיב כי בישראל קיים מוסר כפול.  ערבים ואנשי שמאל שעוסקים בכל מיני נזקי רכוש והתפרעויות ואלימות זוכים ליחס שונה לגמרי מאשר לילדי המתנחלים שמגיבים ישירות לפעולות טרור שיוזמו נגדם.

 השכל הישר מעלה שאלה זו. האם שר הביטחון והממשלה לא צריכים להטיל אחריות על חוסר יכולתם להגן על אזרחיה בשומרון?

 במקום זאת, הממשלה והתקשורת מטילות דין וחשבון על הקורבנות במקום לטפל בשורש.  למרות שהנוער אפילו לא אשמים בכלל, האם באמת ניתן להאשים את הנוער האלה בכאב ובאבלם ובסבלם הבלתי ייאמן  כשאין ראיות להסתה  על סמך שהם בטח פועלים לנזקי ברכוש בכפר ערבי שמצמיח שנאה, מחנך לשנאה וחוגג פעולות טרור?

בדיוק כך היה מתנהג הגויים ערבים לפי תרבותם.

   משקרים, ומאשימים  את נוער היהודי כדי  להתעלל עליהם כטרוריסטים  כאילו גם הם מתנהגים כמו ערבים וכמו שמצפים
יתנהגו במיוחד כשמחונכים בטרור. 

   אבל הנוער הלאומים אינם מחונכים בטרור. 

מותר הגנה עצמית, מובן מעליו.  

 אז מי באמת אשם פה? 

אילו שמשמיצים  ומאשימים נוער הגבעות.  דווקה הממשלה, בית משפט העליון, כוחות הבטחון, שר הבטחון, המשטרה,  ויחסי  ציבור  וכְּלֵי תִקְשׁוֹרֶת. אילו שמאפשרים טרור נגד יהודים, אילו שמסכנים  חייהם של התושבים  שנותנים  הכח לטרור ערבי לפעול. 
 
 לילדים האלה מגיעה התנצלות בגדול.  ייעוץ פסיכולוגי לבדו לא יעזור  לבנות מחדש את האמון שלהם בממשלה-.  הם חייבים לראות פעולות קונקרטיות שירתעו פעולות טרור עתידיות.  לשים אותם מאחורי סורג ובריח זה בדיוק ההפך מהרתעה ולעג לאמת משפט וצדק.

 נראה לי ובוודאי לרבים אחרים שהוא משליך אשמה על המתנחלים שהם הקורבנות, ומגנים על המחבלים הערבים. הייתי מצפה שהוא  היה מתתנצל מאוד על התקפות הטרור האחרונות נגד אזרחים ישראלים, משלמי מס, ויתפטר בגלל שלא  .עשה את עבודת כראו.

הנה עוד הוכחה ממשית לכך שהשב"כ והמשטרה מכוונים את היהודים עם פאות, זקן וציצית ומגנים על המחבלים.

כדי לשחרר את עמירם ולמנוע מהם להרים יעד פגיע אחר, עלינו לדבר בגאווה כפי שצעירי הגבעות עשו בעקביות למען תורה, אמת וצדק. עמדה אידיאולוגית ובלתי מתפשרת זו לערכי התורה, מתוארת כל הזמן כבעלות קבוצת שוליים בלבד והאמת אחרת. למען האמת, המנהיגים הצעירים האמיצים הללו החיים על ראשי הגבעות של מולדתם היהודית אבותינו כחקלאים או כרועים, מדברים בשם כולנו ומחפשים באופן פעיל את מה שהעם היהודי מתפלל עליו, אלפי שנים

משפט וצדק לפי התורה הקדושה!

אז בואו נדון בדיני תורה ומה מותר כראיה בבית דין יהודי. אגב, חוק התורה תואם את כל בתי המשפט של החברות המתורבתות בנוגע להפללה עצמית במיוחד בעקבות עינויים.

אסור בבית משפט יהודי לקבל הודאה ממי שמפליל את עצמו! צריך 2 עדים מלבד הנאשם. פסיקה זו מורכבת כאשר הנאשם עובר עינויים. לא ניתן לסמוך על עדות כאשר יש רווח אישי.

כאשר יש עינויים, הנאשם פשוטו כמשמעו מנסה להציל את חייו על ידי הודאה בפשע שמעולם לא ביצע. עדותו בוודאות אינה קבילה.

אז מה עומד בשורש עיוות הדין בדומא?

ממשלת ישראל מאוימת בצורה נוראית עם האפשרות של מדינה יהודית המנוהלת על פי חוק התורה.

הם מכפישים, דוחקים לשוליים ומעלילים עלילות דם את מי שמעז להציע תורה כאפשרות שיפוטית כדי לשמור על הסטטוס קוו. הם משווים תורה לכפייה דתית רודנית.

זוהי השמצת שווא. צריך לקיים דיון פתוח לגבי החלפת מערכת המשפט הקיימת כפי שהיא קיימת היום בישראל. מה שקיים היום הוא שילוב של החוק הטורקי, הבריטי והישראלי וללא חוקה אמיתית.

הבה נפעל למערכת משפט עקבית יותר עם המשפט העברי והיהודי. הבה ננסח מחדש את שטיפת המוח של החברה החילונית של היום בישראל, שחדרה לכל הלך הרוח של כלל האוכלוסייה, שדין משפט על בסיס תורה הוא עריצות.

זו הצעה ”מהפכנית“. תהיה מהומה מעצם ההצעה!

הם יטענו בשכנוע שכולם ייכפו לתרגול דתי ונשים ייאלצו ללבוש חצאיות ארוכות, שרוולים ארוכים וכיסויי ראש וזה יהיה כמו הטליבאן! רשע ורודני!

אנחנו צריכים להיות כנים ולחנך את העולם שחוק התורה הוא אמת וצדק ולא רק עבור יהודים אלא גם עבור לא יהודים.

איך אנחנו יכולים כרגע לסמוך על שב"ק ולחגוג כשהם מודיעים שהם תפסו מחבל שלטענתם רצח יהודי על סמך דברו בלבד לפני כל חקירה אמיתית? אולי הערבי עונה כמו עמירם והודה? האם יש להם 2 עדים וראיות משפטיות גם כן? האם הם תפסו את המחבל האמיתי או שמצאו את מי להאשים כדי שיראו טוב במלחמה בטרור?

פרשת דומא היא ההוכחה לכך שמערכת בתי המשפט הקיימת בישראל איבדה כל אמינות. הם פועלים כמו בית משפט בקנגורו שעונשיו מבוססים פוליטית ונקבעים מראש.

אפשר לשער שאולי ינסו את הגישה הזו עם ערבים וגם עם יהודים.

הם עינו ותקפו את נוער הגבעות, ילדים של מתנחלים יהודים. הם שללו עשרות אם לא מאות מבני נוער מתנחלים זכויות אזרח בסיסיות וזכויות לעורך דין. הם הצדיקו את מעשיהם בהשמצת האוכלוסייה התמימה הזו כאילו שהיא פצצות זמן מתקתקות וקבעו אותן כשייכות לארגון טרור יהודי. מעצר מינהלי שהוא שליטה מהחוק הבריטי שמצדיק אז כליאה לא מוצדקת והוציא מאוכלוסיה זו חירויות אזרחיות בסיסיות וזכויות אזרח ללא הגבלת זמן. בני נוער אלו מוחזקים ללא כתב אישום, לרוב ללא זכות לראות עורך דין לפרקי זמן ממושכים, חלקם קטינים, והם נחקרים ומוטרדים, עוברים טראומה ואף עוברים התעללות נפשית או פיזית במעצר.

ידוע כי מתנחלים יהודים לעולם אינם דוגלים או תומכים ברצח ערבים חפים מפשע. זה נגד התורה. חינוכם וגידולם המשפחתי אינם מאפשרים ואינם מצדיקים פעולות טרור נגד אזרחים חפים מפשע. לעולם לא הובטחו לילדים יהודים פרסים בגן עדן וגם לא יתייחסו אליהם כאל גיבור על רצח והודי או רצח אינו יהודי, חפים מפשע. מאוד להפך. אין להם ממש מה להרוויח מפעולות טרור.


עם זאת, ההלכה היהודית מאפשרת ומעודדת הגנה עצמית כמו כל החברות המתורבתות.

הפשעים האמיתיים של ילדי המתנחלים האלה? הם רוצים משפט תורני, משפט עברי,בארץ ישראל.

הם חושפים שהאליטה המובילה, אלה שמנהלים כיום את המדינה, לאו דווקא הפוליטיקאים הנבחרים, מושחתות ונפגעות על ידי כוחות עולמיים זרים, אנטי-אלוקים ממומנים היטב.

הכוחות הפוליטיים החזקים הללו חשים מאוימים בחשיפה זו. הם פוחדים שיאבדו שליטה וכוח עם סדר היום.  נוער הגבעות יחד ,עם המוני עם, מאמיני בהשם, ושואפים לדבקות עם הקב“ה ועם תורת השם! כפי שהצהיר מאיר אטינגר במשפטו שמי שרודף אתו ונוער הגבעות מדכאים את הנשמה היהודית הלא נגועה של עצמם אבל יום אחד היא תהיה חופשית.

מילים אלו שנכתבו בשנת 2015 מראות במדויק את אופן הפעולה של 2023 של  מפקד חטיבת בנימין אל"מ אליאב אלבז שסגר את היהודים באטרת בעקבות פיגועי טרור נגדם.

האם זו הגישה התורנית הנכונה למלחמה בטרור בישראל?

 לא צריך להיות חסיד של רבי מאיר כהנא הי"ד זצ"ל כדי להסכים שאין טעם להתייחס לנפגעי טרור ומשפחתם וקהילתם בצורה קשה יותר מיוזמי הטרור.

 במקום להיות יוזם באגרסיביות לעצור  יהודים על כך שהם מנסים להגיב באופן שהטרור ייפסק סוף סוף, עשה את עבודתך והגן עליהם מלכתחילה!

לסיכום. גישת המשא ומתן שלנו לקחת דברים לאט, להגביל את הדרישות שלנו רק לשיפור תנאי הבידוד של עמירם לא מטפלת בשורש למרות שיקל על הכאב הנורא.  . בעזרת השם הכל יכול, הגיע הזמן להשיב מלחמה במקור הסכסוך שהוא להילחם באויבי מלכות שמים.
