*Dardik to the Shin Bet and the Ministry of Defense over the publications against him:*
*"Apologize or I will sue you"*
Tal Yinon Dardik, who is detained under an administrative order signed by the Central Command Major General Avi Blot, and who has been on a hunger strike for 30 days already, is launching a campaign to clear his name, following defamatory publications that were issued against him.
Dardik contacted, through attorney Menashe Yado of Honenu, in a warning letter before a lawsuit:
*"The defamation is baseless – it is regrettable that someone chose to stoop so low in order to justify an administrative detention that has no validity.”*
