The Talmud teaches: "Whoever can prevent the members of his household from sinning and does not, is seized for the sins of his household. If he can prevent his fellow citizens and does not, he is seized for the sins of his fellow citizens. If he can prevent the whole world from sinning, and does not, he is seized for the sins of the whole world," (Shabbat 54b).
פָּרָתוֹ שֶׁל רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר בֶּן עֲזַרְיָה: וַחֲדָא פָּרָה הַוְיָא לֵיהּ? וְהָא אָמַר רַב, וְאָמְרִי לָהּ אָמַר רַב יְהוּדָה אָמַר רַב: תְּרֵיסַר אַלְפֵי עִגְלֵי הֲוָה מְעַשַּׂר רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר בֶּן עֲזַרְיָה מֵעֶדְרֵיהּ כׇּל שַׁתָּא וְשַׁתָּא.
The mishna relates that the cow of Rabbi Elazar ben Azarya would go out on Shabbat with a strap between its horns, contrary to the will of the Sages. The Gemara asks: Did Rabbi Elazar ben Azarya have only one cow? Didn't Rav say, and some say that Rav Yehuda said that Rav said: Rabbi Elazar ben Azarya would tithe from his herds 12,000 calves each and every year? There were 120, 000 calves born in his herds annually. There is no way, then, to speak of the cow of Rabbi Elazar ben Azarya.
תָּנָא: לֹא שֶׁלּוֹ הָיְתָה אֶלָּא שֶׁל שְׁכֶינְתּוֹ הָיְתָה, וּמִתּוֹךְ שֶׁלֹּא מִיחָה בָּהּ נִקְרֵאת עַל שְׁמוֹ.
The Gemara answers: It was taught in the Tosefta: The cow was not his; rather, it was his neighbor's. And because he did not protest her conduct and tell her that doing so is prohibited the cow was called by his name to his discredit, as if it were his.
רַב וְרַבִּי חֲנִינָא וְרַבִּי יוֹחָנָן וְרַב חֲבִיבָא מַתְנוּ: בְּכוּלֵּיהּ דְּסֵדֶר מוֹעֵד כָּל כִּי הַאי זוּגָא חַלּוֹפֵי רַבִּי יוֹחָנָן וּמְעַיֵּיל רַבִּי יוֹנָתָן. כׇּל מִי שֶׁאֶפְשָׁר לִמְחוֹת לְאַנְשֵׁי בֵיתוֹ וְלֹא מִיחָה — נִתְפָּס עַל אַנְשֵׁי בֵיתוֹ. בְּאַנְשֵׁי עִירוֹ — נִתְפָּס עַל אַנְשֵׁי עִירוֹ. בְּכָל הָעוֹלָם כּוּלּוֹ — נִתְפָּס עַל כָּל הָעוֹלָם כּוּלּוֹ.
It was related that Rav, and Rabbi Ḥanina, and Rabbi Yoḥanan, and Rav Ḥaviva taught the statement cited below. The Gemara comments: Throughout the order of Moed, wherever this pair of Sages is mentioned, exchange Rabbi Yoḥanan and insert Rabbi Yonatan in his place. In any event, they said: Anyone who had the capability to effectively protest the sinful conduct of the members of his household and did not protest, he himself is apprehended for the sins of the members of his household and punished. If he is in a position to protest the sinful conduct of the people of his town, and he fails to do so, he is apprehended for the sins of the people of his town. If he is in a position to protest the sinful conduct of the whole world, and he fails to do so, he is apprehended for the sins of the whole world.
אָמַר רַב פָּפָּא: וְהָנֵי דְּבֵי רֵישׁ גָּלוּתָא מִיתַּפְסוּ אַכּוּלֵּי עָלְמָא. כִּי הָא דְּאָמַר רַבִּי חֲנִינָא: מַאי דִכְתִיב ״ה׳ בַּמִּשְׁפָּט יָבֹא עִם זִקְנֵי עַמּוֹ וְשָׂרָיו״ — אִם שָׂרִים חָטְאוּ,
Rav Pappa said: And the members of the household of the Exilarch were apprehended and punished for the sins of the whole world. what did the Elders, i.e., the Sages of that generation, do that was considered a sin? Rather, say: God will enter into judgment with the Elders because they did not protest the sinful conduct of the princes.

My comments: PM Netanyahu is not being upfront, in fact he was deceptive to CUFI June 28, 2020 when he claims “President Trump’s plan confronts a lie head on: that the Jewish people are foreign colonialists in our own ancestral homeland,” said Netanyahu."
The opposite. The Trump Deal is in fact pushing a lie.
If the Land of Israel is indeed our "own ancestral Homeland" why is the goal of the "Deal of the Century" to establish a Palestinian State within our ancestral Homeland?
Isn't the Land, with delineated borders promised as an Eternal Heritage to the Nation of Israel?

The Expulsion of Jews from their homes in Gaza in 2005 did not bring peace. It brought a barrage of rockets into southern Israel and made 10,000 Jews homeless and traumatized.
If the Land belongs to G-d, this "Deal of the Century" is null and void. CUFI knows the Bible. Who is Netanyahu fooling? Is giving away parts of Judea and Samaria an option? Is it owned by Trump or Netanyahu's to give away? Can Trump give away part of the White House when he doesn't own it?
Surely this "Deal" is a recipe for disaster and not peace and prosperity!

President Trump was unfortunately ill advised by Orthodox Jews, men of good character and high integrity, yet who erred, working with the PM of Israel, Binyamin Netanyahu, a great leader... yet he too erred. Together they misled the President of the US to believe that the "Deal of the Century" whose premise is the formation of a Palestine State is an option. [1]
For the record: From a Biblical standpoint, a Palestinian State is not an option nor can ever be an option! It is a grave mistake to raise false hopes.
Even if the intent was noble, wanting to help Palestinians etc. this premise is not consistent with G-d's plan and not based on Truth.
This Plan is therefore on a collision course with G-d's vision.
G-d's vision for the Land of Israel is clearly spelled out in the Bible, and whose boundaries are clearly delineated to include all of Judea and Samaria!
The Promised Land of Israel is the Eternal Heritage and Inheritance of the Jewish people. Jews are the descendants of the 12 Tribes of Israel. We are the seed and spiritual heir of our Forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Blessings and Prosperity of the entire world depends on the Nation of Israel settled on its ancestral Homeland, fulfilling the Commandments.
Blessings coming from the Nations of the world...nations who recognize that the Almighty G-d of Israel wills it to be this way, is key to global peace and prosperity.
Time to set the record straight, cut our losses, before more damage is done. Time to speak G-d's Truth about the Promised Land and against the 2 State Solution.
If there is something we have all learned from COVID 19, is that it pays to be on the side of G-d and not against Him.
