While in the past I was critical of Dershowitz for his defense of Freedom of Speech for BDS ( ultimately his defense empowered those who then suppressed his own freedom of speech) I am extremely appreciative as is the Rubashkin Team and family in the part Dershowitz played in Rubashkins release. May he go from strength to strength for the good!
