The phrase has been used in attacks by Israeli extremists in protest against Palestinians or what they perceive as dovish Israeli government's policie.  A mosque security camera footage shows two figures setting a fire at the mosque entrance...The acts have been condemned by Israeli leaders across the political spectrum."

Vosizneias published this Associated Press article (and you need to look hard for the attribution) that reflects negatively on the hilltop youth.

What we have here is a Police statement, insinuating this was perpetrated by Nationalistic motives based on graffiti and footage of 2 figures.  This is deja vu from the Duma arson and other arsons of Mosques and Churches  whereby Jewish Terror is blamed as the culprit based on Hebrew graffiti and a security camera footage showing figures setting a fire. This AP article by innuendo, basically puts the blame on "extremist Jews".

These blood libels have been going on for several years and there has yet to be a trial that has enough evidence to convict a single Jew let alone Settler or Hilltop Jew.

 It makes one suspect that this is just another political ploy to alienate Nationalists.. another frame up, perpetrated by enemies of Israel to discredit Nationalists and Settlers in order to fabricate evidence for a false phenomenon called "Jewish Price Tag Terror". 

This is done by associating and  equating graffiti or vandalism, often of an unknown source, by Jews or  enemies of Jews with ACTUAL ACTS OF TERROR persumably perpetrated by Jews.  

Who are the Israeli Leaders that condemned this attack according to the Associated Press? They are nameless.  This serves to strengthen AP's suggestion that the perpetrators were Jewish. Otherwise why mention Israeli leaders condemned it.   Are the so called "Israeli Leaders" that AP mentioned referring to the Prime Minister, the President of Israel, the Defense Minister of Israel, the Yesha Council, the same leaders who all rushed to condemn the Duma arson as an act of Jewish Terror (emphasizing that it was done by a small minority of Jews, also putting the blame by innuendo on the hilltop youth)?

This apparently worked great in the past! Look into the Duma arson. There is Hebrew Graffiti scribbled on the burnt house. Blame Jews. Then condemn "Jewish Terror" and in so doing  demonize the Hilltop Youth. Then round up lots of the hilltop youth and deny them all civil and human rights because they are ostensibly "dangerous and ticking time bombs". Then imprison, torture some of them and find a scapegoat,  and indict a few based on their forced confessions. 

Following indictment  wait for all the Rabbanei Yesha to condemn such acts of terror, distancing themselves from their own, (spreading more Loshon hara on these kids with the Authority they command) and self righteously declare that religious Jews don't engage in such acts.. 

all based on Graffiti with no real evidence or live witnesses of the perpetrator?

Once demonized, the entire Settler Population, whether or not they disassociated themselves from their Jewish Brother, is demonized.

Why? Perhaps now politically it's easier to "negotiate land" away, to deligitimize and remove the smaller settlements, and to demolish  "illegal  hilltop homes in the West Bank",  and then slowly move on to deligitimize larger settlements. It's gets easier once you get a foothold in the process. All Settlers of Judea and Samaria by association are linked to the former group, the Hilltop Youth, as they nurtured these kids, which produced the "Jewish Terror" in the frst place.

All Jews across the world are by association connected to these "Jewish Terrorists" justifying the armed struggle of the Palestinian People etc. Justifying Jihad... Demonization of the Jewish People was Hitler's strategy starting in the 1930s which led to the Holocaust several years later.  

David Friedman, Ambassador of the US,  he too is a Settler according to them..

Let us call upon all the Rabbanim and Organizations to once and for all put a stop to this terrible Lashon Hora and Motzei Shem Ra on the Hilltop Youth and davan for Elisha Chaim ben Naama Leah and Amiram ben Nurit to be free.

Why not give the Jews the benefit of the doubt in this arson?

After all it's not as if Arabs have never tried in the past to prove Islamaphobia by themselves setting  up criminal acts as if their "enemies" did it and blaming  others for the crime. That is the definition of a Blood Libel.

We need only look in the Torah to find a precedent of unfounded hatred among brothers of Bnei Yisroel.  Joseph's brothers were quick to accuse him of wrongdoing. They threw him into the pit.  Even when they actually met Joseph in Egypt they still did not recognize their brother nor even considered his innocence.

What will it take to face reality and the truth... that these kids, (just like Yosef HaTzadik, who wasn't perfect either at 17 years old),  are anything but what they are being accused of... Is it coincidence that this is all happening in the territory of Yosef HaTzadik in the hilltop of the Shomron...

But why are all these "right wing" leaders so quick to condemn their own when they can simply wait until there is a guilty verdict from objective judges,  following an objective and fair trial? 

Why is Yaalon and the powers at large,  so anxious, so desperate,  to get credible personalities and leaders within the Yesha community to condemn the Duma suspects to defame them and convict them in the media with a guilty verdict before a Trial has begun?  There are so many condemnations being blasted in the media by many trusted Right Wing Nationalist that we are seeing a pattern. Trusted Nationalists.  They first distance themselves from these hilltop youths and then condemn them. I assume there must be some incentive to badmouth these kids as "Jewish Terrorists".  Alternatively, perhaps there are punitive threats if they do no condemn them? Here is the bottom line:

They testify that there are Jewish Terrorists.  Jewish terrorists who are acting as part of an organized group of Jewish Terrorists. 

This is the wanted treasure!   Nobody really wants to know more than that. This is what is sufficient for a blood libel.  Obama and our enemies, the UN, the EU, the Leftist Media will run with it....

I have no doubt that there exists incentives and blackmail towards Israel's gov't leaders, Netanyahu, Yaalon etc by internationals forces to achieve this prized objective which is to acknowledge Jewish Terrorism and Organized Jewish Terrorism even if it is fabricated!  

What real evidence is there other than forced confessions,  and condemnations in the media by respected individuals using evidence coming from Israeli judicial and security forces with an agenda against Judea and Samaria settlements,  without a fair trial or judge(s) who are clearly objective with no hidden agenda? 

The Judiciary apparently has conducted an investigation of themselves, since apparently there is no one else who provides proper oversight, and examined the way this investigation has been conducted and has determined that they are (surprise) innocent of any wrongdoing.  (see Mike Huckabee on Abuse of Power and who oversees the Justice Dept. Just apply his statements re: NSA(National Security Agency) to ISA (Shabak).

In light of the fact that it is obvious that the evidence against these kids have been unsustainable on almost all of the cases and/or only evidence gotten by self incriminating confessions following torture or threat of torture,  isn't something glaringly amiss in the Judiciary????

I have been told from 2 reliable sources close to the families that the trial is now going to be a closed court whereby no one will be allowed to see the State Evidence.  Sounds like a Kangaroo Court to me. No surprise on this one.....Follows the pattern of unwarranted and unlawful Administrative Detention, unlawful arrests, unlawful torture....These kids and young adults are being hit with trauma big time!

On the surface this petition looks wonderful.  I am sure you of all people only meant well.

 

A concern I envision is that there will be a emphases to unite the Jewish Voice on our refusal to divide Jerusalem and insist it remains under Israel Sovereignty as the OU and as One Jerusalem has done and purposely omit condemnation of a Palestinian State altogether.  This in my opinion is as bad if not worse than not voicing any protest against Dividing Jerusalem.  In fact it's perhaps even worse.  It sets the tone for compromise and negotiation.  What if the negotiators decide to "compromise" and agree that it will not divide Jerusalem and keep it under Jewish Sovereignty but yes to establish a Palestinian State.    They will call that a  fair compromise.  After all, the Jews don't seem to really care about Yesha only Jerusalem.  Your Petitions only mentioned Jerusalem they say.

 

Yet if it was up to G-d, I believe G-d would say I'd rather have my Temple burnt down than see how Jews are willing to stand by the blood of their brothers and allow  the destruction of beautiful communities with a terror state established in its place. Deja Vu expulsion of Gush Katif, but instead of only 10,000 it's now 500,000.  I would guess that Hashem would say, before speaking eloquently about an undivided Jerusalem, don't divide the people of Israel.  Apologize to your brothers of Gush Katif and vow never to allow such tragedy to happen again. 

 

But again, the root is not even that. What's the point of having the Temple and the Temple Service if the Jews don't care at all for the Land of Israel and willingly give it away.  They blatantly reject the Bible and the Covenant G-d has made with the Nation of Israel. Who needs their kind of service? If you want to focus on one item then insist that Yesha becomes a Torah Authority rather than the Palestinian Authority. If the State of Israel is not interested in Jewish Sovereignty for Yesha  then allow Yesha to do it's own thing and become an independant separate Torah Authority.  They will be better neighbors to the rest of Israel than would be a State of Palestine. They will love their brothers with all their heart and soul.  Offer them at least the right to exist and defend their existence without getting in their way.  IF you don't want to protect them, than at least  don't fight them.   They won't sent Kassam rockets your way unless in self defense.

 

If I forget thee Yesha I have already forgotten a living Jerusalem.  Jerusalem w/o Yesha is simply a museum relic of the past.  It says remember the Glory of the past but we're making sure this Glory won't repeat in our generation.

 

Jerusalem is a place to serve G-d for the Jews and the entire world.  It means remembering G-d's Covenant with the Jewish people that they are the stewards of the Land of Israel whose borders are delineated in Parshas Masei. The people of Israel are obligated to keep the commandments.  How in the world can the commandments be kept if you have willingly given away the Land  showing contempt for the Torah.   G-d then looks at Jerusalem and says FEH, don't trample on my courtyard!  Leave!  I don't need such service!

Hilltop Youth. Branded as Terrorists. Deja Vu. Josef and his Brothers

Is there such a thing as a Presidential Pardon in the State of Israel. Maybe let's lobby President Rivlin? 

The Heads of Govt  of Israel that rushed to conclusions about "Jewish Terror" prematurely now must make amends. Time to rectify unfair demonization of this select group of hilltop youth which potentially easily becomes the precursor of demonization of the Nation of Israel as a whole and the Jewish people among the Nations of the World.  Are we so surprised the world attempts to condemn Israel and brand Israel as a Nation of terrorists as they do in the UN if we do the same to our own? 

We are one people and need to be unified.

We fell into a trap of our enemies who understand our deep desire to be accepted by the Nations of the World to the point where we are willing  to sacrifice one of our own, for this self destructive goal of acceptance. Doing so, serves merely to divide our nation which eventually leads to our own downfall.

This betrayal to our kin, our flesh and blood, gives our enemies the opening, Pitchon Peh to mallign us as well.

 We sacrificed our brother, throwing him into the pit, like Josef was thrown into the pit. These hilltop youth are settling the territory of Josef. They have love of the Land, love of the Torah and love of the Jewish People. They were blood libeled in Duma by their own with fake news and branded as terrorists.

Time to acknowledge we erred and begin to build bridges.

Pardoning Elisha Odess and Amiram been Uliel is the perfect start of repentance in order to bring merit for Israel's collective redemption in time for Passover!

Please ask Chazaq to protest that Israel engages in Jewish Settler's administrative detention.

 

This form of arrest allows a military commander to put a person in prison without trial. The warrant is in force for six months, but can be renewed without limit. Every few months the prisoner must be brought before a regular judge, but judges interfere only on rare occasions. 

 

The prisoners have no right to see the evidence against them and confront their accusers, nor are they allowed to be represented by attorney. 

 

Please call or email Yaniv to ask CHAZAQ and the many Rabbanim affilitated with  CHAZAQ as well as the speakers for this BIG EVENT, Rabbi Charlie Harary and Rabbi Abraham Twerski  to publicly advocate for Judea and Samaria and the Hilltop Youth of Judea and Samaria. Meir Ettinger, the grandson of the late Meir Kahana ob"m hy"d just had another 4 months of administrative detention extended to the already 6 months he has been sitting in isolation in a high security cell with his life threatened.  It is deja vu of what happened to his grandfather, Rabbi Meir Kahane ob"m hy"d  in 1980 when he too was placed under Administrative Detention.
Let us advocate for Jewish Teens and for Tzedeq, righteousness,  and Mishpat, justice,  for Elisha Odess and Amiram be Uliel sons of Rabbanim who come from upright Torah families. According to their family and lawyers, they were forced  under torture to confess falsely to the Duma arson and murder of a Palestinian family. Let us unite as One under one umbrella, Ultra Orthodox Jew, Nationalist Camp Jew and Secular Jew under the Torah. 

 

Let us join the hilltop youth in insisting that Jewish Law be applied in Eretz Yisroel.  Let us not be silent and let us protest a Judicial system that is biased against  Torah and against the Settlement of Judea and Samaria. This judiciary is biased against those who love the Land of Israel, the Torah and the people of Israel.  There are may factors why this is the case including severe pressure from the Obama Administration and from International powers like the UN and the EU to find "Jewish terrorists" even though there is no real evidence that they exist.  

 

Let us put an end to Motzei Shem Ra,  the slander against innocent and H-ly Jewish Neshomas once and for all.

Chuck Schumer didn't actively advocate against the Iran Deal at the time nor stand up to Obama 's support for the deal. He eventually voted against the deal but only after the votes necessary for the Deal to pass were in. He procrastinated and said he was too busy to study the Iran Deal because he was busy working on the Education bill. Just knowing that Iran was getting $150 BILLION dollars of sanctions relief is reason enough to come out against it. What exactly about the deal did he have to study? (Caroline Glick at Times Square Rally opposing the Deal)

Only when Gillibrand and other Democrats came out in support of the deal, Schumer finally came out against it.   Even after knowing that there were hidden side deals, Schumer didn't try very hard to convince fellow Democrats that this was a bad deal.  

Is it happenstance that Yeshivos received big bucks from New York State end of July summer 2015 around this time..Schumer was focusing on this! Monies were freed up that were somehow owed to private schools from 9,10 years ago.... reimbursable...Impeccable timing?

I would like to hear from the BPJCC the Torah Message that the Land of Israel, encompassing all of Judea and Samaria, is Promised to our Forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob for an everlasting inheritance to the Nation of Israel!

We in turn are obligated to keep the Mitzvoth Teluyot Baaretz including Shemittah. This week's Parsha, Parshas Reeh includes the Mitzvah of Shemittas Kesafim.

But we are in America and it doesn't relate to us one may argue.

Shemittas Kesafim is relevant to us here outside of Israel and that is why our Chachomim have instituted Pruzbul for Jews all over the world. So it is relevant.

But how does Shemittah tie in to this discussion?

Those who keep the Mitzvos of the Torah and the Mitzvah of Shemittah in particular in its entirety are promised security.

Don't we need the Land to keep Shemittah properly and surely the Palestinians aren't interested in keeping Shemittah in EY.

How can G-d Fearing Jews support even a suggestion of a Palestinian State which is driving the campaign to harass and demonize the Settlers and Settlement in Judea and Samaria and stay passive?

Has our community spoken out for the Hilltop Youth in Judea and Samaria and the Settlers who are under daily physical attack from the Arabs and are slandered as Jewish Terrorists when they dare to defend themselves?

No investigation. Several months later January 2016 there was another article in the NY YmTimes which pictured Hilltop youth learning in a Beis Medrash looking just like Satmer kids and describing them as Jewish Terrorists.

Will our silence and burying our heads about these false allegations and honoring Hakeem Jeffries in his deceptive "fight against antisemitism" really work?

But wont we starve and go bankrupt if we give out loans that don't need to get paid back?

'I didn't think the State of Israel would trample me this way'

Why? Because they are illegal?   Is this the real reason?  

Why is there an unspoken building freeze in Judea and Samaria, the homeland of the Jewish People. Why are these homes illegal?  How can we believe Netanyahu when he talks about building?  Sure.  Let the Settlers build and then take a bulldozer and demolish their home along with the investment not to mention love, sweat and tears.  The Trauma? Maybe Kupat Cholim, social welfare and Tzedaka will help pay for counseling.

The inhumane way that this demolition was enforced is testimony that the issue has nothing to do with illegalities but rather enforcing Judicial tyranny.   When it comes to the homes of terrorists who have murdered Jews than the rule is 1 room for every three murders. Terrorists are treated with kids gloves.

Pure evil. Who commissioned them? Who paid for them.  May those who are responsible get repaid in return Midah Keneged Midah unless they manage to undo and reverse the damage that they inflicted upon others. 

Time to stop the Judicial Tyranny of the Israel Supreme Court and those who have empowered them.

Please let me share my thoughts because I am having an uneasy feeling about all this.   Frankly it touches a live nerve.  

I remember July 2005  in Kfar Maimon. Tens of thousands of us gathered to protest the Expulsion from Gush Katif.  All the protesters, men, women and children, were ghettoed inside Kfar Maimon, with only a narrow entrance in which to enter or leave.  I realize now, that it was all orchestrated, using religious leaders, leaders the crowd trusted, to basically lead and control the opposition! 

Everyone felt helpless that the expulsion was happening.   It was a brilliant approach of the orchestrators of the Disengagement to also orchestrate the opposition, to help fund and encourage organized protest, expressions of solidarity, grief, empathy and protest.  This way they gave the protesters an outlet in which to express themselves, while seeing that the concentrated energies to stop the expulsion, went nowhere. 

Re: Netiv HaAvot... Who is behind the Opposition Campaign? 

...In a letter signed by Rabbis Dov Lior, Tzfania Drori, Chaim Druckman, Shlomo Aviner, Eliezer Waldman, Yigal Levinstein, Chaim Steiner, Aryeh Stern, Yehoshua Zuckerman and others, the public was urged to join the evacuated families on the day of their eviction on Tuesday morning to offer support, encouragement and assistance.

“We call on the general public to come early to the rally and to remain to protest the desecration of G-d’s name in the destruction of homes in the Land of Israel,” the letter read.

The letter instructed protesters not to engage in any violence

  Waiting till the last minute to gather en masse in an organized controlled fashion led by Rabbinic leaders to embrace the families of the soon to be evicted families to "offer support, encouragement and assistance", sounds like another Kfar Maimon in the works almost down to the T along  with instructions not to engage in  violence! Deja Vu. 

From a logical perspective, this whole compensation package seems like a total waste of money (even though perhaps the Gush Etzion Council might not see it this way or perhaps they are blind). 

This is not just about a few homes.  It is not merely a humanitarian matter (which it probably will become, G-d forbid).

These are acts of betrayal to the Jewish people which directly endangers all the troops on the Gaza border right now.  

How so?

It empowers the  spirit of "March of Return" of the so called "Palestinian people".

In the stage of world opinion, demolitions of Jewish Homes by the Government of Israel sends ONE MESSAGE .  

The message they, the enemy, wants Israel to broadcast is that Israel is Occupying the Land illegally.

Our enemies are willing to pray a price for that message... We should not be gullible and lured and duped.

...In February, the cabinet of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu approved the first stages of legalization of Netiv Ha’avot, which will pave the way for the potential construction of 350 more homes in the neighborhood once the process if finalized.

“The residents of Netiv Ha’avot have been waiting a long time for this,” he said.

The same month, government ministers authorized $17.2 million in funding for the Gush Etzion Regional Council, the municipality which includes Elazar and Netiv Ha’avot. Nearly half of the funds will go toward building a temporary neighborhood for the expelled families, who will also be receiving compensation of $6.88 million.

What  is the point of this total waste of money, demolishing perfectly  beautiful homes just to rebuild them?  

In principle, why are we willing to "sell" Israel's rightful entitlement to these 15 beautiful homes for any price by accepting BeGatz biased decision that they are illegal, that they belong to some unknown Palestinians, that they must be demolished, and then go ahead and accept a generous package of $17.2 million dollars to demolish them and then rebuild them elsewhere? 

For allowing and  even being an accomplice to this ideological betrayal to our Land, we are indirectly weakening our claim to Eretz Yisroel!

Right now,  according to Israel's Government under Netanyahu as Prime Minister  and Lieberman  as Defense Minister,  Hebron does not fall under Israel's Sovereignty. It is rather governed  under the "Civil Administration".

Is the Defense Leadership under the Netanyahu's administration, acting like the Miraglim, the Spies in the Desert, who were fearful of the "Giants" in the Land (bad International PR) or are they acting with the spirit of  Joshua and Caleb, fearing G-d alone?  

The dissenting leaders, Joshua and Caleb, spoke with the spirit of Hebron.  They gained strength from our forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who are buried in Hebron with whom G-d made His Eternal Covenant with the Nation of Israel "To Your Seed I Will Give This Land". 

Watching videos of armored vehicles, tank after tank,  with Chayalim getting stoned, forced to restrain themselves, not being allowed to retaliate, is frankly demoralizing. It is perceived  by our enemies as weakness.   Such orders of restraint literally endangers the lives of our Chayalim as it serves to add fuel to acts of terror against the Chayalim chas veshalom. It encourages many more such attacks.  Is Israel waiting for a tragedy to happen so they can get world permission to finally defend themselves? 

Can you imagine if  Hilltop Youth dared to start throwing stones at armored vehicles of soldiers as they came to demolish homes in Netiv HaAvot.  Would the IDF restrain from responding to these "provocations", restrain from responding to the  "perpetrators  of  price tag terror" attacks and ignore these "terrorist kids" and let them get away with stoning? No,  of course not. Our kids are held to a higher standard as are our moral, humanitarian IDF soldiers in their orders of how to respond to Palestinian kite thrower arsonists and stoners.  We expect Jewish kids to be restrained and respectful when the soldiers go ahead and come to bulldoze Jewish homes.  Interesting to compare the response of security forces to Jewish kid dissenters, as compared to  Palestinians kid dissenters [whose homes are not being demolished but are merely following their indoctrination at UNRWA schools].

Now a Note about the BaGatz (Israel Supreme Court)


The Demolition Ruling of BaGatz of homes in Netiv HaAvot, and the extended incarceration of the hilltop youth, are among others,  treasonous rulings of the BaGatz, The Israel Supreme Court.  They are a reflection of a malignant growth that needs to be addressed and removed, not tolerated and appeased.
