From the "About Darn Time" File: An Evangelical Christian ministry is suing the Southern Poverty Law Center for defamation for falsely labeling it as a "hate group." The SPLC has identified a number of actual hate groups, but in recent years, they have followed the "progressive" left down the anti-free speech rabbit hole by branding as "hate groups" faith-based organizations whose views on trendy leftist causes such as same-sex marriage don't hew exactly to theirs. At the very least, it damages their reputations and harms donations. At worst, it inspired a mentally unstable man to go into the offices of the Family Research Council and try to launch a mass shooting.
The SPLC not only needs to stop branding differences of religious opinion as hate crimes, but it should also consider that under its own definition, which involves demonizing entire classes of people, you could make a case that the SPLC itself is a "hate group."

Well, for a while, it looked as if justice would prevail in California, with most of the charges against the undercover reporters who exposed Planned Parenthood being dismissed by the judge. But the Attorney General, who seems to think that job involves being Planned Parenthood's hit man in exchange for campaign donations, refiled the charges, and the judge refused to dismiss them – even though, as their attorneys pointed out, this is clearly in violation of state law that mandates deadlines for refiling charges. They expressed confidence that their clients would prevail in court, but I wonder if it will take appealing until they are out of California to do that. This is so clearly a vindictive attack on freedom of the press and standard undercover reporting practices that even some liberal media outlets that openly support Planned Parenthood have condemned it as prosecutorial overreach.
From the Antifa protesters bashing people in the head before they can express ideas they disagree with to Planned Parenthood trying to jail reporters for exposing what they do behind closed doors, you can always spot a movement that's morally and intellectually bankrupt by how frantic it is to prevent the public from hearing its opponents' arguments.

Here we go again: conservative pot-stirrers Milo Yiannopoulos and Ann Coulter have accepted an invitation from the Patriot, UC-Berkeley's conservative student newspaper (yes, there actually is one of those), to speak on campus in September. Both had previous appearances canceled when black-clad crusaders for shutting down speech they disagree with rioted, attacked people, smashed windows and set fires, as the police mysteriously stood by watching. The UC-Berkely Administration claims that it is its responsibility "to provide safety and security for its community and guests, and we will invest the necessary resources to achieve that goal," and while they defend the right to protest peacefully, "we will not tolerate violence." Well, that's a refreshing change of policy. One might argue that it has always been their responsibility, but let's see if they take it seriously this time,
Incidentally, the speeches will be part of "Free Speech Week," a celebration of the "Free Speech Movement" that was born at Berekley in 1964 and died there in 2017.

Antifa and Nazis have a lot in common

For all those in politics and the media who insist on keeping up the ludicrous narrative that all the violence in America comes from the right and the leftist, Antifa crowd are just a group of righteous young Nazi-fighters comparable to the heroic troops who liberated Europe in World War II: gaze upon these multiple photos and videos of the mob violence they inflicted at UC-Berkeley on peaceful citizens who were just trying to exercise their First Amendment right to hold a prayer rally for the President. If this was like D-Day, then the "D" must stand for "deranged" or "despicable."
When Trump said the violence came from "many sides," this was what he meant. But technically, he was wrong. The violence isn't coming from "many sides," but from two sides: far-right and far-left. Condemning this kind of lawless, mindless violence from the far-left does not mean you condone neo-Nazis or white supremacists. It just means that you have the basic amount of intelligence required to recognize despicable, un-American thugs when you see them, no matter whether they are dressed in white sheets or black hoodies. And maybe now that the left side is assaulting journalists, too, some of them will finally have the blinders knocked from their eyes.

Obama immigration record under microscope

A report by the Center for Immigration Studies reveals that among the federal government's 800,000 or so backlog illegal immigration cases that piled up during the Obama Administration, as many as 200,000 were "administratively closed" without action. That means they didn't get bogged down or lost in the system, the government just let them go without doing anything to enforce the law, leaving tens of thousands of illegal immigrants free to wander across America.
This is yet another of many examples of how an alleged "Trump crackdown" or policy change that sparks outrage and protest, such as increased border security or barring transgender military recruits, really isn't much of a change at all. They're mostly just examples of the government once again enforcing laws and policies that have been on the books for decades, but for some reason, from 2008 to 2016, were simply ignored.

I would seriously drain the swamp in Blue Coat K9 team of content analysts for those sympathetic to Radical Islam and biased against pro Israel, Zionist websites who truly understand the evils of radical Islam and educates others so that another Holocaust will never happen G-d forbid. Just google Yezidi's if you believe that Radical Islam is benign. If you suppress such education offered by websites such as Pamela Geller, Blue Coat will be partners with evil to suppress those who will attempt to protect and defend potential victims of radical Islam and will only serve to weaken those who go on the offensive to fight pure unadulterated evil.

Looks like this site has been reviewed and categorized as Political/Social Advocacy. Most of the actual hate speech appears to be in the comment section which we do not typically include in analysis because it tends to be difficult to track/moderate even on high profile sites.
However, I do believe that even on its own the blog is very close to matching our Violence/Hate/Racism category definition:
Sites that depict extreme physical harm to people, animals or property, or that advocate or provide instructions on how to cause such harm. Also includes sites that advocate, depict hostility or aggression toward, or denigrate an individual or group on the basis of race, religion, gender, nationality, ethnic origin, or other involuntary characteristics. Includes content that glorifies self-mutilation or suicide.
The author often refers to her political opponents as “evil” or “primitives” which would be covered by the highlighted part of the category.

The reason for this dispute of K9's category designation for Pamela Geller's website was because I tried to click on links to Pamela Geller's website and it was blocked by K9 because it had been designated as a Violent/Racist/Hate website and news media and not as Political/Social Advocacy as you suggest!
Since this site exposes and tries to raise consciousness of Violent/Racist and Hate masquerading as a religion, as Radical Islam does, it is no wonder if some of the comments are indeed violent, racist and hateful by those who naturally would like to continue to act violently, with hate and being racist with nobody trying to stop them.
Can you please site specific examples where this website advocates Violence/Racism and Hate? I have yet to come across such content.
Yes, it does denigrate radical Islam because radical Islam masquerades as a religion. In fact radical Islam uses religion as a cover to execute the most heinous of crimes like rape, massacre be-headings, female mutilation and enslavement of women as per following of the practices of Mohammad in the 7th century. Just talk to the recently freed Yezidi's slaves by Isis who are now in deep trauma and shock following their horrific enslavement by yes Primitives!

I would call their abhorrent practices the definition of Evil.

And if Goldilocks understands that she is dealing with a big bad wolf and not Grandma and says some hateful things about that wolf who wants to eat her, trying to save her own skin, would she be categorized as hateful/violent and racist as you might suggest?
Isn't it bad enough the big bad Wolf wants to eat her without you coming along and helping him?
Yes someone who engages in acts of terror as I itemized above can be called evil and primitive. Those who glorify and engage in global terror should be designated as evil. If not what does evil mean? One can justify labeling a murderer a murderer because the designation is based on factual evidence and not on racism. Only someone who wants to empower murderers and evil would call those who call it truthfully as it is, racists.
So if K9 Protection wishes to identify those websites which are Violent/Racist and Hateful they should target those who promote Radical Islam and not those that oppose it!

Blood libeling the youth from Judea and Samaria served to delegitimize the Hilltop Youth and entire Settlement Enterprise. The Shabak with the support of a biased Israel Supreme Court attempted to create false news and a false perception of equivalency between Extreme Youth Arab Terrorists based on facts and evidence (indisputable evidence of knifings, car rammings stabbings consistent with a culture of hate education vs "extreme" Jewish hilltop youth terror activity, based on price tag graffiti which could have been drawn by anybody, forced confessions and lies and no real facts and evidence, and surely not consistent with these youth's education coming from their homes and their schools and their communities which condemns acts of terror, like arson against innocent people, Jew or non Jew alike. Logistically it seems totally unrealistic as well that these youth would risk their lives to enter an Arab Village, find a house in the middle of the village and not even on the outskirts, have time to write graffiti and set fire to some random house without getting caught and succeed in escaping unharmed.

Court to Decide if Confessions Extracted by Torture Admissible in Duma Arson-Murder Case
(JNi.media) The Lod District Court will be deciding in the coming weeks if testimony extracted via torture from a suspect in the Duma arson-murder investigation will be admissible by the court, according to a report by Kan 11.
The defense claims that the confession of Amiran Ben-Uliel, who was charged with the murder of three members of the Dawabshe family, is inadmissible in court as it was attained through force by the Shabak (Israel Security Service).

A smaller trial has been held regarding a second suspect, a minor, who also confessed under Shabak torture to have participated in attack.
The Shabak appears to consider the minor's confession problematic due to incongruities between the extracted confession and the actual events.
The outcome of that minor's court decision, will dramatically affect the Lod court's decision.
The court also decided to extend the arrest of the minor for the tenth time. After the first six months, the court needs to extend the minor's detention every 45 days.
The testimony obtained by the Shabak from Ben-Eliel, who said he acted alone, contradicts that of Arab witnesses from Duma who claim to have seen multiple assailants that night.
There have been at least half a dozen arson attacks in Duma over the past few years, some of which are suspected to have been part of a two-decade long feud between different clans in the town.
