Opening remarks:
No one can deny that John Bolton has been an exceptional friend to Israel and the Jewish People! He is truly one of the Righteous Gentiles in our Generation! From his perspective his proposal is logical, a great compromise and the best solution given a tough neighborhood.
However, we are coming from a Biblical perspective and it appears that his latest proposal of a 3 State Solution is simply not consistent with the Bible.
This having been said, John Bolton is to be highly commended for having greatly greatly advanced the debate in a positive direction regarding the ongoing Peace Process. He has forcefully rejected the Two State Solution. For that we owe him an immense expression of deep gratitude and appreciation. We know he has the President's ear. We know he has an open mind and is a seeker of truth. He has been a listening ear to our concerns and we believe he has the best of intentions for America and for Israel and for World Peace in the Middle East.
Instead, he proposed a threestate solution to include, "giving Gaza to Egypt, dividing up the West Bank – however it would be divided – with those not included in Israel becoming part of Jordan."
The plus for the Palestinians, according to Bolton, would be "two viable economies and a better life day-to-day for Palestinians and their children."
Bolton then turned to his preferred policy for resolving the Palestinian conflict with Israel, which he dubbed "the three-state solution." Under his plan, Egypt and Jordan would work with Israel to solve the Palestinian conflict. Egypt would take over the Gaza Strip and Jordan would negotiate the status of Judea and Samaria with Israel....Bolton noted that if Jordan is responsible for the Palestinians of Judea and Samaria, the issue of Jerusalem will be removed from the equation. After all, if their capital is Amman, Israel has no reason to divide its capital city.
Unfortunately, Israel's support for Bolton's plan is irrelevant. Israel is powerless to advance it. Israel cannot convince Arab nations to help it resolve the Palestinian conflict any more than it can convince the PLO to cut a peace deal with it.
Like PLO leaders, the leaders of the Arab world know that they cannot help Israel with the Palestinians.
Doing so would involve disowning the Palestinian narrative.
The Palestinian narrative claims that the Jews of Israel are colonialist interlopers who stole the land from the Palestinians, its rightful owners. The narrative makes no distinction between Tel Aviv and Hebron. All of Israel is a crime against the Arab world. All of Israel is illegitimate.
The overwhelming majority of the Arab world believes the Palestinian narrative. For an Arab leader to walk away from it or even to signal an attenuation of his fealty to it in the interest of regional peace would be the riskiest of moves.

We all know and sing the beautiful song "This Land Is Mine. G-d Gave This Land To Me"
Judea and Samaria according to the Bible, is an integral part of the Land of Israel. Judea and Samaria is the heartland of our ancient ancestral Homeland. This parcel of Land known as Judea and Samaria is commonly referred to as the Footsteps of the Patriarchs, known as Derech Ha'avot, דרך האבות -it encompasses the Holiest cities, starting from the Negev going northward, Be'er Sheva, Hebron, Jerusalem, Har HaMoriah - Temple Mount, Beit El and Shechem in the Shomron/Samaria.
Please read about Israeli Civil Administration https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli_Civil_Administration. The Shin Bet has held Jewish Hilltop Youth under Administrative Detention without habeas corpus. They have forced confessions of crimes that these kids never committed only to put them in a negative light and frame them. Their goal was to demonize these kids to present a false impression to the world of Jewish Terrorists. This would make it much easier for the government of Israel to justify the expulsion of Jews from their homes in Judea and Samaria to satisfy International demands to "End the Occupation". Feel free to investigate the manner. You can visit the Honenu Organization which legally represents these kids.

The only way that coexistance can exist, is for Israel to officially annex Judea and Samaria and East Jerusalem as per the Levy Report, including all the Arab populated areas no different than Jewish areas. The idea is for all residents, Jew and non Jew alike, to be required to abide by the laws of the Land that apply to them under Israel Sovereignty! These laws will hopefully protect their property and their civil rights, provide health and education and ensure their security, safety and prosperity.
The Mount of Olives is at the heart of the dispute for Israeli sovereignty, as well as the Jewish People's tradition, history and most sacred real estate. The Mount and cemetery are involved in the territorial dispute between Israel and the Muslim nations as well as the Palestinian-Arabs, because Islam rejects Jewish sovereignty and Arabism rejects Zionism. Moreover, the Palestinian Arabs have demanded that Israel withdraw from the Mount of Olives, or give up control over it, claiming it is part of their "occupied territory."
For 20 years, Jews paid fees to a symbol of Palestinian pride.
"Separate and Unequal," penned by three Israelis – Amir Cheshin and Avi Melamed, two former municipality liaisons to the city's Palestinian population, and journalist Bill Hutman – cited the conundrum as an example of the balancing act that Israeli officials had to perform: Maintaining a Jewish claim to the entire city, while at times deferring to Palestinian nationalism, in order to keep the peace.
Ron Kampeas in this JTA article says that Jerusalem was never officially annexed or declared under Israeli Sovereignty. Can Jordan be trusted not to advance against Israel when pressured by other Arabs as in 1967 when they attacked Israel? Perhaps what happened to King Abdullah I is what Caroline Glick is afraid of and therefore referred to Bolton's Proposal as "riskiest of moves"....
Kampeas writes:
During most of his reign, King Hussein of Jordan sought a peaceful arrangement with Israel, taking a cue from his beloved grandfather, King Abdullah I, whom he saw assassinated in Jerusalem in 1951 because he was seeking peace with Israel.Like his grandfather, he sought peace in secret but did not escape opprobrium – and was wary of meeting Abdullah's fate. Hussein felt he had little choice but to join President Gamal Abdel Nasser of Egypt in saber rattling against Israel in 1967 – Nasser, wildly popular in the Arab world, had already taunted the king as being subservient to Israel. Moreover, Israel had humiliated Hussein a year earlier with a massive daylight raid into his territory to exact revenge for an attack carried out by Palestinian Fatah troops, who then operated with relative impunity from Jordanian soil.According to historian Martin Gilbert's "Jerusalem Illustrated History Atlas," on June 4, 1967, Israeli Prime Minister Levi Eshkol relayed a message to Hussein: "We shall not initiate any action whatsoever against Jordan. However, should Jordan open hostilities, we shall react with all our might and (Hussein) will have to bear the full responsibility for all the consequences."At 8:30 a.m. the following day, Jordan started shelling western Jerusalem, and at 9:30 a.m., Hussein broadcast, "The hour of revenge has come."Kampeas suggests that Jordan since then has gained Israel's trust.
King Hussein drove Fatah out of Jordan in 1970 and in 1973 waited out the Yom Kippur War. In 1986, he came close to signing a peace deal with Israel.
In 1994, symbols bold and subtle made evident that Hussein had earned the trust of leading Israelis. The king was present at Israel's Arava terminal when Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin signed a peace treaty with his Jordanian counterpart, Abdelsalam al-Majali.
While I truly hope the the King of Jordan can keep Fatah and radical Islam into submission, it is my opinion it will only be possible if Israel takes matters into its own hands and annexes Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria and normalizes Judea and Samaria as being part of Israel.
The King of Jordan and the other nations will get strength from Israel's refusal to allow the cuckoo bird to take over its nest.
Otherwise, the King and Jordan will be under tremendous pressure to allow Fatah full reign in the areas it has been allowed to govern in Judea and Samaria which they call the West Bank or Bolton's Third State. This is a clear recipe for disaster. Realistically, even Caroline Glick and John Bolton can agree that this can never be a viable solution.
The only Solution is the G-dly Solution. Then Peace and Prosperity will reign!
