Very Strong Letter to Orthodox Jews by Linda Cohn if They Vote for Hillary or a Write In Candidate.

bs"d

My comments:  First let me preface by saying that this letter is not easy reading.  It is accusatory and does not put us Orthodox Jews in a positive light.  Calling us "prostitutes" is not exactly complementary.

So why would I put such a strong accusatory letter on my blog?

Perhaps because I have been listening some of Alon Anava's videos on youtube. Please google him. Here is one video clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ee3UTF4pOlE I recommend them highly and they have changed my entire outlook about things.  Alon Anava experience a NDE, Near Death Experience. His youtubes are fascinating and I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt authentic. He could not have made it up.  As for me, so many truths that I had second guessed, thinking....perhaps my perceptions were off, perhaps others know more than I, ....were in fact strengthened.

Listening to him makes one really understand that up in heaven we can not hide behind the truth.  We will be judged according to what is the truth and we will not be able to hide.  Our deepest suffering will come from understanding the long reaching consequences of our actions and we will be terribly embarrassed by our choices because we disappointed G-d, we disappointed our fellow Jews and we disappointed G-d's great expectation of us.  No words were able to describe the deep emotional pain our Neshomas experience in a heavenly court when the ramifications of our deeds are shown in a blinding light and we realize that we messed up.

He explained that any suffering in this world is so much more worth any suffering in the world to come.  Better we correct our sins now then later in spite of our temporary discomfort or embarrassment.  The tremendous spiritual pleasures we can earn in the world to come is also not comparable to anything down on this earth.

Rabbosai.... We have 2 days to see and share the truth.  We have 2 days to put our vote for Judea and Samaria and our rights to settle all of Eretz Yisroel our Biblical Homeland, for Jerusalem and for the Torah which is consistent with the platform of the Republican party.

Or we can vote for the party that is intimate with the Muslim Brotherhood, with a candidate and party that funded ISIS and made ISIS great and powerful.  with a Candidate that has empowered a nuclear Iran. With a candidate who speaks of rights for women and children and means Planned parenthood and Population control via abortion and any other means.

Our Sages say that in the Desert the women refused to give of their Jewelry to the Golden Calf.  I see Linda Cohn from the Levite tribe acting as did her ancestors, full of pain, watching the men, leaders in the desert prostituting to the Golden calf .  She is begging the Rabbinic Leaders not to follow in the footsteps of the Miraglim, the Spies who spoke poorly of our precious Land.

If she wakes up our generation, she will have done the greatest eternal kindness to any man or Rabbi she might have offended.  Robin

-----------------------------------------------------------------

To the orthodox Jews who would vote for Hillary, Chaya M. or any third
party candidate:

Are you going to prostrate yourselves on the altar
of Mammon/money and forget Jerusalem one more time?

That's what you did when you voted for Obama twice.  Don't pretend otherwise.  Don't
pretend Hillary will be different.  You are putting your social
welfare benefits (i.e. money) above the safety and security of Israel
and the lives of its citizens.

There is no comparison between the support Israel will get from Trump
vs. the grief it will get from Hillary.

Hillary who
•       as Secretary of State harangued Netanyahu for 45 minutes at 3 am in
the morning because Joe Biden was furious that while he was visiting
Israel, Israel approved building new apartments in north Jerusalem,

•       chooses as her closest advisor and friend, Huma Abedin, whose family
has been linked to the Muslim Brotherhood.  (Huma Abedin's mother sits
on the Presidency Staff Council of the International Islamic Council
for Da'wa and Relief, a group that is chaired by the leader of the
Muslim Brotherhood, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi. and she founded an aid
organization called the International Islamic Committee for Woman and
Child, which at one point was said to be affiliated with International
Islamic Council for Da'wa and Relief. IICDR was banned in Israel years
later for allegedly supporting Hamas, a Palestinian offshoot of the
Muslim Brotherhood, under the auspices of yet another group, the Union
of Good. The Union of Good was designated by Treasury in 2008 for
aiding a terrorist organization.

•       .again shows her propensities by hugging Arafat's wife, Suha, after
Arafat claimed Israel was poisoning Palestinian children,

•       supported the overthrow of Mubarek and the ascension to power of the
Muslim Brotherhood,

•       supports the Iran agreement which paves the way for Iran to acquire
nuclear weapons.

•       is $25 million in debt to Saudia Arabia for their contributions to
the Clinton Foundation

Trump, on the other hand is supported by known friends of Israel
including Rudy Guilianni, Mike Huckabee, and his orthodox Jewish
son-in-law, Jared Kushner.  Trump opposed the Iran agreement, the Iraq
war, and the Republican Party platform calls for moving the US Embassy
to Jerusalem.  (We've heard that before, but the Democrats aren't even
citing that as a goal.)

The fact  that I have to spend my time explaining that Trump has
Israel's back, while Hillary supports Arab regimes bent on Israel's
destruction to you -

You who pray three times a day facing Jerusalem,

You who pray three times a day for the peace of Jerusalem -  is
absolutely abominable.

Give me a break, you are making excuses to sell Jerusalem out for money.

Do not forget Jerusalem; do not forsake Jerusalem.

What happens to the Jews of Israel will happen to you next - beyond a shadow of a
doubt. The Jews of New York and Florida alone can go a long way
towards electing Trump.

Choose between prostituting yourselves for money/welfare benefits or Jerusalem.

The choice is yours.

Fwd: An Open Letter to the Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah re: Writing an Open Letter to Netanyahu to Free Meir Ettinger who has been slapped with 4 more months of Administration after 6 months in isolation

bs"d

Lichvod HaRabbanim shlita

What drives me to write these words comes from having lived in Kiryat Arba, Hebron, being so connected with our Forefathers, our Avos and Imahos Avrohom, Yitzchak and Yaakov Avinu, Sarah, Rivkah, Leah Imeinu  buried in Maarat HaMachpela, and from the cries of Rachel Imeinu buried on the way crying for her children who refuses to be consoled...Rachel Imeinu cries for the children of her son Yosef, who was thrown into the pit by his righteous brothers. She cries for her precious son Efraim whose inheritance is near Kever Yosef near Shchem, the same hilltops of these hilltop youth.  She cries for her children who are lost...
I am disappointed that as far as I know,  Rabbanim, have not tried to influence and protest the Government of Israel's (GOI) decision to extend Meir Ettingers Administration Detention sentence.

Yesterday the following email was posted to plead with those who love the Torah to please write a letter to the Prime Minister.

End the Sinas Chinam Against the Hilltop Youth

By Robin Ticker

Letter Writing Campaign to PM:

As of Feb. 23, 2016 Meir Ettinger the grandson of Rabbi Meir Kahane ob”m hy”d had his administrative detention orders extended for another 4 months following 6 months of isolation.

According to Wikipedia, Administrative detention is arrest and detention of individuals by the state without trial, usually for security reasons. The reasoning behind administrative detention often is based upon contentions that the suspect is likely to pose a threat in the future. It is meant to be preventive in nature rather than punitive e.g. in order to remove the threat of dangerous terrorists.  Administrative detention was first introduced by the British and French colonial authorities prior to and during World War II created as a mechanism to control political dissent.  Opponents maintain that in essence, administrative detention is a form of collective punishment and a violation of human rights.

For those of you unfamiliar with the case, Administrative Detention for Meir Ettinger is a politically correct, legal way to lock him up in one of the highest security cells surrounded by dangerous Arabs and subject him to mental and physical anguish.  There have been no specific charges or accusations filed against Meir Ettinger nor others who are being held under administrative detention.

We can merit so many Mitzvoth by writing one simple letter to Prime Minister Netanyahu in protest of Meir Ettingers incarceration as well as in protest of the immoral and unjust administrative detention imposed on many hilltop youth,  violating their basic human rights.  Please send your email to mankals@pmo.gov.il.  Please cc: me at   faigerayzel@gmail.com.

Pikuach Nefesh (Savings one’s life) Meir Ettinger's life is endangered, isolated in a cell that is surrounded by Arab terrorists. He conducted a hunger strike in protest which thank G-d he ended but the factors that lead to his hunger strike still exist!  We can therefore still assume that his life, physical and emotional is in a precarious state...)

Pidyon Shvuyim -- Pidyon Shvuyim (Hebrew: פִּדְיוֹן שְׁבוּיִים, literally: Redemption of Captives) is a religious duty in Judaism to bring about the release of a fellow Jew imprisoned unjustly by the authorities. The release of the prisoner is typically secured by a ransom paid by the Jewish community.  We are not asking for money but simply for letters.

Shmos Perek 23 Parshat Mishpatim Pesukim 1-8
1 You shall not accept a false report; do not place your hand with a wicked person to be a false witness.
א לֹא תִשָּׂא שֵׁמַע שָׁוְא אַל תָּשֶׁת יָדְךָ עִם רָשָׁע לִהְיֹת עֵד חָמָס  We have good reason to believe that the Israel Security Agency (also known as ISA  or Shin Bet) has provided false reports about the hilltop youth among them forced confessions.  Unfortunately, many influential leaders, Rabbanim across the board, political figures and journalists have accepted these false reports as truth and the slander has been spread throughout the secular and Jewish media.

2 You shall not follow the majority for evil, and you shall not respond concerning a lawsuit to follow many to pervert [justice].
"לֹא-תִהְיֶה אַחֲרֵי-רַבִּים לְרָעֹת וְלֹא-תַעֲנֶה עַל-רִב לִנְטֹת אַחֲרֵי רַבִּים לְהַטֹּת ב
Just because the majority of the media and political figures and even Rabbanim have condemned hilltop youth for Price Tag vandalism, arson and the murder of innocent Arabs we may not pervert justice and must conduct a fair investigation as to precisely what exactly happened and not rely on forced confessions..

3 Neither shall you glorify a poor man in his lawsuit.
ג וְדָל לֹא תֶהְדַּר בְּרִיבוֹ: It must be a fair investigation

(As does the Torah, I am now embedding in our discussion about pursuing justice the Pesukim regarding helping with your enemy's donkey. There is much we can learn from this juxtaposition. Many Rabbanim hold that Meir Ettinger and the Hilltop youth reject and threaten Rabbinic authority when they promote going up to Har HaBayit etc. and in this respect consider them their enemy. Yet the Torah says that when our enemy is down we come to his aid.  What a tremendous Kiddush Hashem it would be if Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah and the Aguda would demand a fair and open investigation of the hilltop youth! We pray for Shalom and Unity in Am Yisroel)

4 If you come upon your enemy's bull or his stray donkey, you shall surely return it to him.
ד כִּי תִפְגַּע שׁוֹר אֹיִבְךָ אוֹ חֲמֹרוֹ תֹּעֶה הָשֵׁב תְּשִׁיבֶנּוּ לוֹ: Please restore the good name  of these boys who have been slandered as Jewish Terrorists in a blood libel against them.

5 If you see your enemy's donkey lying under its burden would you refrain from helping him? You shall surely help along with him.
Please write a letter!

6 You shall not pervert the judgment of your poor man in his lawsuit.
ו לֹא תַטֶּה מִשְׁפַּט אֶבְיֹנְךָ בְּרִיב (These kids are vulnerable. They have been outcasts either by choice or by force, many of them never recovered from the severe trauma and betrayal they experienced from the expulsion from Gush Katif and Amona or of a similar nature. The Jewish people owe them an apology rather than to compound to the trauma)

7 Distance yourself from a false matter; and do not kill a truly innocent person or one who has been declared innocent, for I will not vindicate a guilty person.
  ז מִדְּבַר שֶׁקֶר תִּרְחָק וְנָקִי וְצַדִּיק אַל תַּהֲרֹג כִּי לֹא אַצְדִּיק רָשָׁע:
The hilltop youth claim that the allegations against them are false and fabricated and they deny the allegations… that is until they were tortured. One just turned 17, Jewish boy, a Duma suspect, who happens to be an American citizen, showed the scars of an attempted suicide following being tortured..

8 You shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe will blind the clear sighted and corrupt words that are right.   ח וְשֹׁחַד לֹא תִקָּח כִּי הַשֹּׁחַד יְעַוֵּר פִּקְחִים וִיסַלֵּף דִּבְרֵי צַדִּיקִים: Does government funding for Political entities and Yeshivoth come into the picture that distorts clarity of what really happened in Duma and their quick condemnations of hilltop youth?

Vayikra Perek 19 Pesukim 15-18

15 You shall commit no injustice in judgment; you shall not favor a poor person or respect a great man; you shall judge your fellow with righteousness.
The truth must be investigated and the words of influential politicians or even influential Rabbinic or governmental leaders should not be taken more seriously than the words of the poor and vulnerable.

16 You shall not go around as a gossipmonger amidst your people. You shall not stand by [the shedding of] your fellow's blood. I am the Lord.
   טז לֹא תֵלֵךְ רָכִיל בְּעַמֶּיךָ לֹא תַעֲמֹד עַל דַּם רֵעֶךָ אֲנִי יְהוָֹה
The slander regarding the Duma case clearly reminds us of this Pasuk where almost everyone was quick to condemn them thereby engaging in character assassination and a blood libel..

17 You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your fellow, but you shall not bear a sin on his account.
Silence of evil is evil, to quote Glenn Beck.  How can we be silent at this travesty of justice? Not coming to their defense points to Sinat Chinam against the hilltop youth in our hearts and fueling Sinat Chinam between Chareidim and Dati Leumi communities. Will we allow them to be locked up to satisfy our own agenda?

18 You shall neither take revenge from nor bear a grudge against the members of your people; you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.
יח לֹא תִקֹּם וְלֹא תִטֹּר אֶת בְּנֵי עַמֶּךָ וְאָהַבְתָּ לְרֵעֲךָ כָּמוֹךָ אֲנִי יְהוָֹה:

Amein! Ken Yehi Ratzon!

Tizku LeMitzvo

There have been no specific charges or accusations filed against Meir Ettinger nor others who are being held under administrative detention, other than of a broad category called "Nationalist Crimes". There is no way of defending oneself of any charges. There is no trial and no conviction.)

We are One People. We should be feeling the deep pain of Meir Ettinger and all those kids who have been placed under Administrative Detention.  For some incarcerated it meant physical and mental torture.  Pshuto KMashmaoh!  Literally in order to obtain forced confessions of violent criminal acts that they never committed.  For others, administrative detention means staying locked in ones home,  not being able to be free to go as they please, slandered and isolated as lepers in Israeli society, branded in the media,  for crimes that they did not commit.

Going on Youtube to watch these kids give their side of the story is surely using the internet in a Kosher way to do a Mitzvah!  The excuse not to go on the internet is no excuse for someone who needs the information and is required to get the evidence. Would we refrain from putting out pieces of bread for bedikas chometz out of fear we might forget one piece?  We just try to be careful...Shouldn't we also be careful not to add to the Torah?...

Actually it is us, Am Yisroel that must bang Al Chait.   We owe many of these hilltop youth an apology for the crimes for which they were the victims... like the expulsion at a young impressionable age by the IDF from Gush Katif, Amona, etc.... Do we really want to compound their trauma????

Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah have much more Achrayus as they are the leaders and they will be held accountable in a Heavenly Court!  No one wants to take their job from them chas veShalom to  take away their leadership role.  But all agree that we want Rabbinic Leadership  al Pi Hatorah as it says in the Torah and then we must not deviate right or left from what they say. If their Leadership is not coming from a Torah source but rather from a non Torah source, for instance if blinded etc, they would be misleading the entire congregation.

We wouldn't want what happened to the Miraglim to happen to our Spiritual Leaders. Why was Am Yisroel also punished because of the Chait HaMiraglim. Because they should have protested. They too were at Sinai...

In the sin of the Chait HaEgel, the people collectively were accountable for the sin of the minority few the Eirev Rav.  They were punished for silent acquiescence.  If the hilltop youth are being held unjustly, tortured for their Torah beliefs, by the government of Israel, we as a nation are obligated to protest!

My connection is to Hebron.  I am an outsider so my vision is not clouded. I personally cannot relate to this tremendous Nisayon of our generation by our leaders since I am a Pashute Jewess and I  too have my limitations. It's a blessing not to be in a leadership role not to be tested...
But I am worried that we will collectively be Chayav Bidei Shamayim...

I do not doubt that there are considerations, that are not trivial, by speaking up and writing a letter on Meir Ettinger's behalf.  However these considerations are trivial, as I see it,  to what Am Yisroel will lose by not protesting. I remember Gush Katif...WWII, There are many possible scenarios that are too scary to write about. We surely need unity and Zechusim at this time.

We understand that by questioning the Silence of the Gedoilim in this matter of the hilltop youth, we are bringing up matters which might lower the esteem and respect of Rabbinic Leadership by the Hamonei Am. Perhaps, for this reason, our Emunas Chachamim is questioned and we have been perceived as an enemy who are on the warpath to discredit Torah Shebaal Peh, Halacha Moshe MiSinai.

Please believe us that this is not the case. In fact it is only because of our faith in our Gedoilim BaTorah that we feel comfortable to challenge the silence, and what we interpret to be misplaced humility to not take more of a Leadership Torah Stand in this matter.

But precisely because of this perception , it would be that much more powerful if Rabbonim would, in spite of their hesitation to support the hilltop youth, davka because they object to the message of the Hilltop Youth, write a letter asking Netanyahu to abolish the Administrative Detention Law.  This law violates basic human rights, with no habeas corpus to protect them. What a message of unity that in spite of their differences they demand that the Israeli gov't not to consider nor treat these Yiddishe Neshomas as Jewish Terrorists.

This Diba Tova on behalf of these youth, to call for a fair and open trial whether or not they agree with them would be an amazing Tikkun on many different levels and would bring a much needed zechus to Am Yisroel and Eretz Yisroel. Israel today is defamed and slandered internationally. Is it  perhaps Middah Keneged Middah, what the State of Israel deserves for defaming and slandering and torturing innocent Hilltop youth and the people of Israel deserve for being complicit with not protesting.

The Holocaust did not come in a vacuum.  We need unity.

If Meir Ettinger was being held hostage by Hamas wouldn't Gedoilim BaTorah rule that everything must be done to free him from captivity?

If Shabak is fabricating false evidence shouldn't it be exposed and if Meir is indeed guilty, of inciting the hilltop youth to conduct acts of random violence against innocent Arabs, shouldn't they bring the charges in an open hearing allowing him to defend himself? Isn't this Torah?

If one is obligated to help his enemy with his load that is weighing him down surely we are commanded to help Meir Ettinger ease his burden of being in prison for no defined reason. Maybe if Rabbanim would Insist that he be formerly charged with documented  evidence as is normal procedure in any respected Jewish and non Jewish court of law and allow him to defend himself from these charges, the government would pay attention.  In a heavenly court, surely it would be duly noted...we will all be subjected to give a Din VeCheshbon...
We believe that the Rabbanim can help overturn draconian laws of Administrative Detention destructive to the very fiber of Am Yisroel, destroying young peoples lives, with their involvement and protest.  Their daily Tefillot can be actualized of Hoshiva Shofteinu KeVarishona, bringing unity between Dati Leumi and Chareidi, actualizing Shma Yisroel, unity within our Nation and with our Creator. Surely this will bring tremendous Nachas to HKBH to rip up any evil decree against His people.
On the other hand, how will they, the MGH justify in Beit Din shel Maala that they did not even try....
With love of Am Yisroel, the Torah and Eretz Yisroel and may be Zocheh with no Jew left behind to bring Moshiach and bring the Geula Bimheira Beyameinu Amein! Ken Yehi Ratzon!

Letters Duma: Robin Ticker to Sergey Kadinsky, re: Chava Shulmans letter to QJL Take responsibility for what you publish: not everything is sensationalism!

bs"d

Fwd: Sergey Kadinsky responds to Chava Shulman's Letter to QJL: Take responsibility for what you publish: not everything is sensationalism! http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2016/01/fwd-sergey-kadinsky-responds-to-chava.html

My Response:

Dear Mr. Kadinsky, amv'sh

I don't believe you did your proper research and as a result have been Choshed Biksherim suspecting innocents. Did Rav Shteinman investigate and find these boys guilty of murdering innocent Arabs.  Who stabbed the picture of the Arab baby?  Are you sure he is not a provocateur? Nobody saw his face.  Why was this video released now when Shabak is under attack for good reason? The wedding was weeks ago. Also, Is stabbing a picture equivalent to stabbing a baby? Do you have past history with proof that any one of these kids was violent, that is, wounded or killed an innocent Arab with premeditated murder?  No you don't.  Not yet.  And I believe you never will. You may get false confessions which brings these kids to self incriminate and become false witnesses against themselves or you may succeed others to become false witnesses against them  due to blackmail, or bribery. These are all terrible sins and miscarriage of justice.  We have here a system of self appointed judges and corruption. Speak to Moshe Eyal of The Legal Forum. Hopefully, this will lead to an investigation of a corrupt Judiciary within the Gov't of Israel.

Did you know that Damiel Pinner, the guy with a toy gun was released. Did you know that years ago he was walking on the beach and was shot at. He shot in the air in self defense. An Arab claimed he was hit by Daniel Pinners.  Daniel Pinner does not believe in shooting Innocent Arabs.  Neither did he want to be sitting duck when shot at. I don't know if the Arab had conclusive evidence that his wound in his foot came from Daniel Pinner's gun, but halachically i believe one is allowed to defend oneself when attacked.   Pinner has a licensed gun btw.  He too was interrogated by Shabak and you can read about him in Haaretz. Google him.  He is not a dangerous Jewish Terrorist.  He blogs for Arutz7 and is a nice guy.

If Ami, Mishpacha and Hamodia concluded that these boys were Jewish Terrorists before they were charged and went to trial, then they too will have to face a heavenly court as per why they were Motzei Shem Raa, spreading false and evil reports.  The Miraglim were the Gedolim, leaders of the Dor HaMidbar, the generation in the desert,  and they rationalized their Dibba Raah, evil speech.  Yosef's brothers were all Tzadikim, righteous,  and they too were convinced of their justification of throwing Yosef into the pit.
Do you have to be as frum or more frum then they? Please investigate and write about those who have destroyed Jewish homes in the name of peace, defamed and malligned, spread lies and falsehoods about a Holy Torah community who yearns for the Beit Hamikdash, for Moshiach ben David and  for the Avodah of the Beit Hamikdash.

We all pray for the above as it is in the Liturgy.  Do we daven with real kavana, real devotion as these kids do? Or is our davening mere lip service.

I yearn to yearn like they do as is directed by our prophets, yet I never contemplated taking the law into my own hands, blowing up Al Aqsa, and neither have these kids because it is suicidal, stupid and most importantly not a Torah approach to take the law into your own hands.

But these kids and or their families support building homes in Judea and Samaria and Gush Katif which the govt bulldozed and Israel received rocket fire in return. How should one respond to intolerable acts of a gov't?  Maybe we should ask the founding fathers of America.

Building is not violence and revenge.  Shabak under someone's orders, tries to discredit and provoke to frame them.

They have been VICTIMS of violence and revenge for daring to yearn the actualization of our Tefillot of thousands of years but in so doing they put the established Jewish Leadership in a bad light. Can they actually be more authentic and more devout than established Daas Torah?

The Rodef here is Shabak and it all is happening under Netanyahus leadership who talks of a 2 State Solution (Hefer Brisi) and consistently puts his faith in powers other than in the Almighty.
The govt has betrayed the hilltop youth who live their life according to Emunah Peshuta. Simple and genuine. It is sad to say but so have these Rabbi's.

Please read others analysis of the wedding scene.  Please read all the links in http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2015/12/no-jewish-terrorists-shabak-is-to-blame.html?m=1

Pictures do not tell the whole story. Let us get to the bottom of it. We have lots of questions.

However, let me tell you that this is not just about vilifying hilltop youth.  This is about distancing ourselves from our brothers and sisters in Judea and Samaria who are holding down the fort.  Rabbi Moshe and Leah Goldsmith of Itamar, Shomron came into New York. Did Agudah welcome them into their shuls trying their hardest to bring them Chizuk?  I have no doubt that it would have been greatly appreciated.

These communities are being attacked physically, existentially in EU, UN Obama, and economically with BDS etc.

What happened to all the rhetoric about Acheinu Kol Beis Yisroel?

The leading Rabbanim have yet to validate settling Judea and Samaria leaving a minority of Jews shouldering the burden of protecting the Land and People of Etetz Yisroel.  These Jews are Gems. So are their kids.  We just are clueless as per how valuable they are and will be shamed when our eyes are opened.

Obama and Kerry do not represent Congress nor the American people at the UN!

bs"d

Obama and Kerry DO NOT represent Congress or the American People!!!.

Congress did not approve the Iranian Deal and the American People do not approve of this Iranian Deal.

Therefore, the United Nations Security Council adoption of this Iranian deal is meaningless.  It has no validity now nor in the future.

Obama's kinship with terror and Radical Islam is not the voice of the United States of America.

Let us the people raise our VOICES!!!

Obama and Kerry are acting in a dictatorial fashion and they empower tyrannical regimes.  Obama is an elected official and should not act like a dictator doing what he wants, when he wants where he wants,  unopposed. That is not the American way. It is not Democracy and circumvents the checks and balances put in place for a good reason by the Founding Fathers of America.  Any good American must fight this bogus Iranian Deal that Obama and Kerry are forcing down our throats.

Any elected official who votes/supports the Iranian Deal is on the side of  Obama and Evil.  The Obama deal is a red line.  Every elected official needs to choose which side of the line he or she is on.  They can not wait for another leader to lead the way.  Each elected official will be held accountable for their personal choice.

This puts Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator Gillibrand on the side of evil.

We will not forgive nor forget any elected official for choosing Obama and evil. All of you up for reelection just wait and see how your choice will be a deciding factor for your constituents in the next election.

Any leader who is passive and does not use his/her resources as a leader at his disposal to fight this Iranian deal, empowers evil and empowers Obama. Such individuals must be rejected as leaders now and for any future election.  They are personna non grata and worthless since they stand by idly. They discourage others to fight evil as well.

However, if they change course and takes the side against Obama publicly and with heartfelt desire to do what is right, they have earned that right to be a leader.

This goes for Senator Schumer and Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah and all major Jewish Organizations and leadership who have yet to come forth with strong leadership against Obama and this deadly deal.

Every Media and newspaper, journalist, Rabbi, Askan can choose to be on the side of those who are passive or those who fight evil in this Public Relations War.  Each individual will be held accountable for their choice.

Will you put the blame on your religious or civic leader for your inaction after a Nuclear attack? It's irrelevant then.

Each and every individual is a soldier on the battlefront in whatever capacity he or she is capable.  Put pressure on your religious and civic leaders to do the right thing regarding Obama and Iran and fight them with all their might. We are all facing an existential threat!

Message to the Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah:

Elef LeMateh, Elef LeMateh is the way the Israelites fought Midian in the Desert (Parshat Matot).  They fought a war and they killed hundreds of thousands of men and women who were out for Israel's destruction.  They captured spoils and they did so in a G-dly way.  There are clear guidelines as per how such a war is fought.  No random acts of anarchy and lust allowing individual soldiers to do what they want how they want.  Israel  won the war with Midian with military might, by armed soldiers using real weapons combined with heartfelt prayer and righteous actions and purity of heart and soul.

There is no doubt in our minds as per Obama's intentions.  He has a proven track record in support of Terror Regimes and Radical Islam.  One doesn't need to be a Gadol Hador to see this very clearly as one didn't need to be a Gadol Hador to see that the expulsion of 10,000 Jews from Gush Katif was evil and against Torah.  It doesn't take a Gadol Hador to see the value of prevention and protest before an evil decree, rather than be meek cry and say there is nothing to be done and then hold a Tefilla Rally after the fact to share in the pain or to memorialize the deaths of the terror victims.

Do we want our Gedolim to suffer the terrible fate of the Miraglim? Do we want our generation to suffer the terrible fate of the Holocaust?  We need our Gedolim BaTorah desperately and it pains us to speak out in such a fashion. Please take a visit to Hebron as did Calev ben Yefuneh and Yehoshua bin Nun.

Now we better understand the yearning for Moshiach to come because we lack the proper leadership.  Let each of us be the best leader and fighter and remember that we can create legions of G-dly armies fighting along side us for good vs evil by our prayer and actions combined.  We can also generate legions of prosecuting angels when we put our faith in the likes of Obama and Kerry.

Thank you for listening.

Sincerely,

Robin Ticker

Fwd: AMERICAN JEWISH LEADERS MUST STAND UP AND BE COUNTED. Allow me to add... Please do so with the Truth of Torah. Tikkun Chait Miraglim, Correcting the Sin of the Spies.

bs"d

Thank you Truth Provider and Isi Liebler for your interesting points.  Allow me to strengthen certain points you make yet differ with you on others.

Netanyahu's position regarding a Palestinian State is very wobbly and here President Obama makes a legitimate point.

Our position must be consistent with Torah. As it says Lesheker ain bo raglayim.  Falsehood has no legs.  Only truth will stand on its own 2 feet!

The Truth is that the Land of Israel is the Biblical Homeland of the Jewish People. As the former Governor of Arkasas Mike Huckabee stated The boundaries of Israel are not given by the United Nations but by Almighty G-d.  And those boundaries can be affirmed by man but not reshaped by man.

This affirmation of a Biblical Truth will dispute President Obama's claim that Israel is merely acting upon fear of an existential threat and that the Palestinians have a legitimate claim.
For those of you who did not watch the Dayan-Obama interview, mentioned in the article, here it is:
Obama argues that if somehow Israel's security concern was addressed and eliminated, Israel and the people of Israel, would be convinced to try giving the 2 State Solution a chance to hopefully bring "true" peace as per President Obama's expectations.

We can argue from today till tomorrow that such a solution is unrealistic. However,  we can stop the argument cold in it's tracks with a disclaimer that there is no confusion regarding the Status of the Land of Israel.

Let us talk with clarity! The Land of Israel is our Jewish Heritage and birthright and should be settled exclusively by Bnei Yisroel, the descendants of Israel and those who qualify as Ger Toshav. We are referring to those who are descended from the twelve Tribes of Israel and to non Jewish residents who abide by the 7 Noahide laws, accept G-d's Sovereignty and Israel's Sovereignty over the Land of Israel.  Israel has obligations to protect and provide for all it's residents whether they are Israelite or Ger Toshav.

By the way, according to Torah, peace in the Land  of Israel can only come about by keeping the Commandments in the Land.  If we give Judea and Samaria to peaceful Palestinians, will they keep the Commandments of Shemittah not to mention all the Mitzvoth pertaining to the Land such as Teruma,( gifts to the priests) Maaser (tithes to the Levites and the poor etc.), Leket, Shikcha Peah (produce in the field to be left to the poor)  in a non Shemittah year? According to Torah, Jews will be driven out of the Land for not keeping Shemittah and commandments pertaining to the Land and the curses will fall upon Israel and by extension to the rest of the world, for Israel not keeping the commandments.

President Obama saw through Netanyahu's political flip flop regarding Israel's recognition of a Palestinian State.  Before the elections, Netanyahu was adamant that there will never be a Palestinian State under his watch.  After the Elections Netanyahu changed his tune.

What is the true position of Israel regardless of what the Prime Minister says?

According to Torah the true position is that Israel is the Promised Land exclusively to the Nation of Israel as per the Covenant, G-d made with our forefathers Abraham Isaac and Jacob as clearly spelled  and delineated in the Torah!

Now I ask...Where are the American Orthodox, Chareidi, Dati Leumi, Chabad, YI, OU, RCA Rabbanim??????WHY AREN'T THEY STANDING UP TO BE COUNTED?????

Aren't they required by Halacha to testify publicly before the Nations of the World as per the first Rashi of Breishis?

Isn't now an auspicious time to stand up strong  behind Tzippy Hotoveli, deputy Foreign Minister of Israel, or alternatively will we be passive and allow a void created by our Silence to be filled in by Israel's enemies, the State Department, the Vatican, the EU, the UN, the American Supreme Court,  with legitimization and support of a false Palestinian Narrative?

What will our Jewish  Leaders say when after 120 years they will be facing the heavenly court who will shine the light of truth to all the souls attending.  How deep will be our shame and regret for not having stood up for G-d's Covenant and instead feared for our jobs and/or our positions of leadership and/or feared the wrath of the Nations of the world who lash out in a non trivial manner to those who speak the truth! Will we see the devastation of a nuclear War and the barbarity of Isis as the consequences of Israel's Silence to International condemnation of Israel's alleged war crimes and alleged illegal Occupation?

  • Will we be held accountable for our Silence when Jerusalem was not recognized as the official Capitol of Israel according to the American Supreme Court.
  • Will we be held accountable for our silence when Jews are refused permission to pray on Har Habayit yet soccer games are allowed and other sometimes false religions are allowed to pray with no interference.
  • Will we be held accountable for our silence in the face of International condemnation and our failure to proclaim that Judea and Samaria are the true birthright and inheritance of the Tribes of Judah and Benjamin and Ephraim and Menasheh and Levites rather than Palestinians who are a trumped up people created only in response to Israel's return to Our Land.

What was the end of the Miraglim in the Desert who discouraged the people from entering and conquering the Land of Israel? G-d forbid that any of us end up like them!!!!

Tzipi Hotovely Quotes Rashi In Telling Diplomats That All Of Israel's Land Belongs To Jews May 26, 2015

Hotovely, who is the highest-ranking official at the Israeli Foreign Ministry due to the fact that Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu did not appoint a foreign minister, spoke of the need to return to the "basic truth" about who controls the land.
"The international community deals with considerations of justice and morality," she said. "We need to return to the basic truth of our right to this land."
Hotovely ended her address by quoting Rashi, who described how Hashem gave the land of Israel to the Jewish people.
There is finally a government that speaks words of Torah!  Isnt this what we have been praying for???
"Rashi says the Torah opens with the story of the creation of the world so that if the nations of the world come and tell you that you are occupiers, you must respond that all of the land belonged to the creator of world and when he wanted to, he took from them and gave to us," she said.
It is not too late!
As the Torah clearly states that if we go with G-d with Kerry (Happenstance), G-d in turn will treat us with Kerry (happenstance)

"If you behave casually (Kerry) with Me " Going Happenstance with Hashem brings curses. (PARSHAT BECHUKOSAI) Ein Od Milvado
http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2013/11/if-you-behave-casually-kerry-with-me.html

Years ago I attended a collegiate gathering one Friday night in the home of Rabbi Yosef Grunblatt z"l, the Rav of the Queens Jewish Center in Forest Hills. Besides being a Rabbi,  Rabbi Grunblatt held a PHD in philosophy.

At this gathering, I recall him saying that it was too early to comprehend the enormity of what happened in the Holocaust and to question G-d's ways.  Time he said will hopefully give us a better perspective.

Now it is over 30 years later and we are on the cusp of another Holocaust Chas Veshalom G-d forbid.  Israel is surrounded by brutal barbarians, Isis and Iran or their proxies, rampant BDS and global antisemitism and condemnation worldwide. Surely, we must find some answers now before it is too late....

Surely Hashem does not want to bring upon us another Holocaust. Therefore we must conclude that it can be prevented.

Dear friends,
The latest article by Isi Leibler contains a chronology of all the latest Obama deceitful manipulations and omissions.
Isi Leibler is far from being "right" wing zealot. He is a centrist who conveys the truth. In this case, the very unfortunate truth.
For those of you who did not watch the Dayan-Obama interview, mentioned in the article, here it is:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TA-1Nl-5PX0
And here are a few points about the interview:
1) On several occasions Dayan provides Obama with an anti-Israeli or anti-Netanyahu opener, such as the "segregation" of "Palestinians" on busses which never got off the ground and had to do only with security issues not racial.
2) Obama mentions many pre-conditions demanded by Netanyahu for renewing the peace process. In truth, Netanyahu speaks only about two: The "Palestinians" must recognize Israel as the Jewish homeland (dah), and the "Palestinian" state must remain demilitarized (another dah).
3) Obama demands settlements freeze, but has not one single demand from the "Palestinians."
4) Obama says "I never suggested that Israel should compromise her security." Of course he "forgets" his demand that Israel should return to the indefensible 1949 Armistice lines, which Abba Eban named the "Auschwitz Lines."
Like Ilana Dayan, the American Jewish "leaders" that recently met with Obama were afraid to confront, challenge and stand up to him.
Now please read Isi Leibler article.
Your Truth Provider,
Yuval.
AMERICAN JEWISH LEADERS FAIL TO RESPOND TO OBAMA'S THREATS
Isi Leibler
It is time to stop making excuses for American Jewish leaders and their failure to respond to US President Barack Obama's latest charm offensive, expressing "admiration" for Jews and "love" of Israel as a mantle to cast moral aspersions against the democratically elected government of Israel.

Obama is clearly determined to undermine the standing of the newly elected Israeli government by embarking on a campaign to promote an utterly fictional narrative of the Arab-Israeli conflict, even in advance of the June 30 deadline of the "negotiations" with Iran.
He orchestrated interviews with journalists Jeffrey Goldberg and Tom Friedman, whom he uses regularly to convey his distaste for Israeli policies - and Ilana Dayan of Israel's Channel 2 TV. Considered a tough investigative journalist, Dayan on this occasion acted as though she were launching an Obama fan club.
She failed to pose any challenging questions and instead provided openings for him to benevolently display his loathing for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Obama also gave a major address to a Jewish audience at Washington's Conservative Adas Israel congregation
One of his acolytes, David Axelrod, recalls Obama - who for many years belonged to a church with an anti-Semitic pastor - describing himself as "the closest thing to a Jew" who has ever served as an American president. At Adas Israel, Obama even described himself as "an honorary member of the tribe" and called on Israelis and Jews to concentrate on "tikkun olam - repairing the world," implying that universal humanistic values are more in keeping with Judaism than nationalism.

He repeatedly stressed the linkage between African- Americans and Jewish Americans and the struggle for civil rights and equality - deviously contrasting this with the manner in which Israelis supposedly treat Palestinians.

Stressing that he considers Israel's security paramount and that he "understands Israeli concerns and fears," he insisted that the Jewish state needed tough love from its friends, assuring his audience that he felt he had a better understanding of Israel's needs than Israelis themselves. He effectively called on American Jews to choose between his flawed evaluation of the Arab-Israeli conflict and the concerns about security and survival shared by the majority of Israelis.
Obama had the chutzpah to warn that the current Israeli government would alienate the people of America and the global community because it was diverging from the noble sentiments expressed in Israel's Declaration of Independence.

Intensifying his vendetta against Netanyahu, he effectively described him as a deceitful liar who could not be trusted. He constantly harped on two statements that Netanyahu had uttered in the heat of the election and had subsequently repeatedly repudiated. However, not even once did he condemn the Palestinian Authority for its daily incitement of hatred, sanctification of mass murderers, or criminalization of Israel at the UN.
He warned that Israel has become obsessed with fear, claiming ludicrously that the US had proposed solutions by which, given goodwill, Israel's security concerns could have been overcome. He urged Israelis to adopt "the politics of hope."
He chided Israel for being obstinate and inflexible, thus preventing the peace process from moving forward, and clearly held Israel responsible for the breakdown of negotiations - conveniently ignoring the fact that it was PA President Mahmoud Abbas who terminated the talks and breached the Oslo Accords by unilaterally seeking recognition at the United Nations and uniting with Hamas. He failed to make mention of Israel's major concessions, including a 10-month settlement freeze to pave the way for negotiations - to which Abbas only responded in the 10th month - and the wretched release of mass murderers who were subsequently feted as heroes and many of whom renewed their terrorist activities.
And to top it off, Obama even made the outrageous observation that Netanyahu "had so many caveats, so many conditions" that the Palestinian officials and others might not see Netanyahu as a reliable negotiating partner.

MELODRAMATICALLY, HE added that the "rights of the Jewish people compel me to think about the rights of a Palestinian child in Ramallah who feels trapped without opportunity," yet omitted any mention of Israel's withdrawal from all of Gaza or the fact that in the main cities of Judea and Samaria, beyond issues directly related to security, Arabs have complete autonomy.
Obama postulates that Israel must be more flexible in order to convince the world that it genuinely favors a Palestinian state. In fact, the vast majority of Israelis would be overjoyed if they could separate themselves from the Palestinians but realize that to do so now could result in self-destruction. For Obama to make such a call under the current circumstances is not merely disingenuous, it is effectively a clear message to the Arabs to intensify their demands and continue their policy of "we take, you give."

The US president is well aware of the mayhem and barbarism that prevails in the region. He knows that were Israel to cede additional territories, they would almost certainly be taken over by Hamas or even the more radical Islamic State group, leading to a breakdown of security and challenging the very existence of the Jewish state. No Israeli government would compromise the country's security in this manner.

But the truly chilling aspect of Obama's interviews was his undisguised threat that, unless Israel accepted his dictates, the US would cease employing its veto at the United Nations Security Council. In other words, a total diplomatic abandonment of Israel. In stating this, he is also openly encouraging the Europeans to intensify their campaigns to pressure and extend sanctions against Israel.

The most disconcerting aspect of these developments is that, aside from the Zionist Organization of America, there has been a total lack of response from the American Jewish leadership. Obama has floated trial balloons to test the American Jewish community's reaction to extending his confrontation with Israel. He clearly anticipates their support and recognition that he knows better than Israelis what is good for them.
Public opinion in the United States and the Republican- dominated Congress is highly favorable and strongly supportive of Israel. However, if Jewish communal leaders remain silent in response to such a biased frontal attack against Israeli policies, based on false premises, they are giving Obama the green light.

The role of a Jewish leadership is to lead and represent the Jewish community, which is committed to the survival and security of the State of Israel. Unfortunately, however, many American Jews have become so acculturated that they have no understanding of Judaism or the crucial relevance of Israel to their Jewish identity.
Moreover, it is unreasonable to expect Congress and friends of Israel to be more supportive of the Jewish state than the Jewish leadership. The silence of Jewish community leaders will also send a message to future presidential candidates that they will not be penalized by the Jewish community if they continue treating Israel in a similarly contemptuous manner.
The Jewish leaders' defense is that public criticism of the president would jeopardize the bipartisan approach of Congress toward Israel. However, if bipartisanship becomes an end in itself, the Jewish community will become paralyzed, lose its political influence and be considered politically impotent.

To maintain a modicum of self-respect and dignity, Jewish leaders must respectfully but forcefully condemn and criticize the propagation of factual errors, bias and threats conveyed by their president. If they fail to act, history will judge them harshly. When in 1944, in one of the most shameful chapters in American Jewish life, Rabbi Stephen Wise failed to confront President Franklin Roosevelt's refusal to come to the aid of European Jews, the Jewish community was weak and faced enormous anti-Semitism. The situation is very different today and there are no grounds for the Jewish community to be less outspoken than other Americans in criticizing their president when they consider he is acting against the best interest of the nation.
A failure by the American Jewish leadership to vigorously speak out against their president after he has effectively undermined and distorted Israel's role could have untold negative consequences, not only for Israel but for American Jewry itself. The time has now come for Jewish leaders to stand up and be counted.

Letter to Rabbanim. Tough Choices. Impossible choices. Moral Dilemma's in fighting Rocket attacks of Hamas. What is Daas Torah?

bs"d

bs"d

See Yosef's comments to my letter below.

Yosef, amv"sh

It seems that the Rabbanim of the Galut have removed themselves from the conversation but it need not be that way.  I believe that this generation, hopefully  the generation of Moshiach is the Generation of  Tikkun Chait HaMiraglim.  Apparently the Yetzer Hara of the Miraglim is a Yetzer Hara that is extremely difficult to overcome if not impossible and even Kalev and Yehoshua needed much Siata Dishmaya, help from the One Above.

The response of Kalev ben Yefuneh and Yehoshua bin Nun:
Bamidbar - Numbers - Chapter 14

7. They spoke to the entire congregation of the children of Israel, saying, "The land we passed through to scout is an exceedingly good land.
8. If the Lord desires us, He will bring us to this land and give it to us, a land flowing with milk and honey.
9. But you shall not rebel against the Lord, and you will not fear the people of that land for they are [as] our bread. Their protection is removed from them, and the Lord is with us; do not fear them."

Unfortunately in the desert, the people took the side of the Miraglim.  In our generation, our purpose is to correct their mistake.  We must counter discouraging reports of Israel and not cry but rather praise Hashem for His unceasing miracles to protect His people. He is an Almighty G-d much stronger than all our enemies combined!!!

Often kids at risk, OTD, off the Derech, want to go back on the Derech but can't seem to help themselves even when they try to the best of their ability.  They can eventually be brought back on Derech if we only connect to their precious Neshomah, daven and pray and be their guarantors by adding our own Mitzvoth and putting it into their account. Do we feel their emotional pain being disconnected to Hashem and the rest of His people?  We plead with HKBH to bring them back to the fold, and to help instill in  them fear and love of  Hashem and Hashem's commandments.. By doing so, we ourselves become closer to Hashem and have reason to feel confident that one day, should we ever need the favor returned, the very souls that we once helped save will then return this favor and save us back in kind.

Each Neshoma is precious and we can't abandon even one because we are ONE and if we lose a Neshoma we lose a part of ourselves.  Al Achas Kama Vekama, how much more so with precious Neshomoth of our Rabbanim, our leaders,  the guiding light of hundreds of thousands of Neshomas. Shall we be callous to the sorry fate of the Miraglim???

Perhaps here too, the Tikkun can only come from the outside, from others davening and crying on their behalf and being Areivim, literally paying the deficit, as a guarantor does for someone who defaults on a loan. The people in the Desert were faulted for having cried after hearing the evil report of the Miraglim.  They should have replied as did Yehoshua and Kalev  that Hashem has promised the Good Land to us and we shall prevail because Hashem is protecting us as he promised.

Rav Shteinman recently acknowledged, http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/headlines-breaking-stories/249670/maran-rav-shteinman-we-are-witnessing-nissim-vniflaos.html that we are witnessing miracles. "Rav Shteinman explains that there is not a single person among Am Yisrael that has not witnessed the miracles taking place around Israel during the military operation and we must be genuinely aware of HKBH’s intervention."

Surely that is a good first step!

We hope and pray that we establish a Sanhedrin in Yerushalyim, BaMakom Sheyivchar Hashem, in Har Habayit,  together with those who look towards Hebron with the dawn of light each morning as they start their Avoda.  We daven  Hoshiva Shofteinu KavRishona....that the Sanhedrin will be accepted by Rov, the majority of Am Yisroel and represent Rabbanim and Torah Scholars in Israel and worldwide in Chutz Laaretz.

Please G-d, Return us and We will return as One People United to the Good Land.

Hashiveinu Hashem Elecha, Venashuva Chadesh Yameinu KeKedem.....

It has taken me a while to draw this unfortunate conclusion, but it is now clear to me that the Rabbanim of Galut are not able to answer these questions.  They have removed themselves from the conversation as did the ancient Rabbanim of Bavel who refused to join Ezra and Mechemya and are irrelevant.

May the Rabbanim of Chutz Laaretz urge their flock to return to the Good Land and to stop worshiping idolatry in purity.

1. When you go out to war against your enemies, and you see horse and chariot, a people more numerous than you, you shall not be afraid of them, for the Lord, your God is with you Who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.
2. And it will be, when you approach the battle, that the kohen shall come near, and speak to the people.
3. And he shall say to them, "Hear, O Israel, today you are approaching the battle against your enemies. Let your hearts not be faint; you shall not be afraid, and you shall not be alarmed, and you shall not be terrified because of them.
4. For the Lord, your God, is the One Who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
