They arrested Meir Ettinger the grandson of the late Rabbi Meir Kahana and Evyatar Slonim and arrested tens of Hilltop Youth trying to find a Jewish vulnerable scapegoat to whom they can attribute the Duma arson totally based on Hebrew Graffiti found at the scene.

By December of 2015 they were desperate to find anyone, a scapegoat, to promote the false Settler violence narrative and they succeeded with torturing Amiram Ben Uliel and Minor A and obtaining false confession.

Today, as this is being written, these political forces are still targeting the Hilltop Youth trying to get the next scapegoat to further this blood libel. So even if Amiram was released today, know that the evil political forces behind the Jewish Division of Terror Shabak are actively engaged in finding new scapegoats to further this blood libel in order to stop Jewish Settlement and to further a 2 State solution narrative

With friends like these who needs enemies.

It's essential that you know about the Settler Youth and the ongoing smear campaign against them and persecution they endure and the terrible denial of basic human rights to a democratic and fair trial with civil rights.  Until recently, the courts  held them under administrative detention even with no evidence of wrongdoings.  Thank G-d they can't do that anymore and they were all released because there was no evidence against them.

Why did you repeat the lies of the IDF spokesperson who lied on Shabbat  to smear these kids even though the truth came out within hours after Shabbat  with videos proving their innocence and exposing the lies?

In this particular case there was no evidence that Jewish men, namely Settler Youth attacked IDF soldiers. The judge after viewing the videos, determined that the worst thing they did was insult the IDF.  The opposite in fact was the case. The IDF fired LIVE bullets at these kids when they weren't resisting and seriously wounded one of them and even arrested the medic of the wounded kid 14 years old. 

Your attempt to be politically correct backfired big time as did the attempt by the political forces at large to smear these Settlers kids. It is no coincidence that all this happened  on the eve of a "historic peace deal" on a Shabbat that will probably cave into  demands  in return for dog bones and keep our enemies empowered against the Settlers in Judea and Samaria.

Time to free Amiram Ben Uliel for his false conviction and imprisonment of the  Duma arson based solely on self confession following torture almost 10 years now. Is this Democracy at its best?

If you want to find out about the wedding where the guests allegedly danced happily stabbing  the picture of murdered baby Ali Dawabashe, interview Lenny Goldberg. It might have been at one of his kids weddings if I am not mistaken. This false news piece fooled Caroline Glick. I think she did apologize or retract at some point. Goldberg believes that Shabak set up the scene at the wedding to frame and  smear the Settlers to push the blame of the Duma arson on the Settlers.

Caroline Glick, like some good Rabbis, were also fooled like AFJS by believing Shabak. She has since retracted.

The only way to fight our enemies is by invalidating Shabak Jewish Division of Terror validating the Settlers and the Hilltop Youth and putting the Settler Youth in a positive light. Not only will it right a wrong, bring Truth and Justice and end the smear campaign but it will empower Israel because by doing so we will fight the root of the war.

This is an ideological war. The biggest threat to Iran and the PA and Hamas etc is not the B-2 bombers dropping on Iran. 

It's  rather those stubborn Hilltop Settlers who claim this is our Biblical, Ancestral Homeland. Biden whose close advisors were painting a false narrative against these Settlers in his brain, was obsessed with Settler Violence that is non-existent . Before every peace deal there is an attempt to discredit the Settlers and the smear campaign goes into high gear.

If however, we validate and support the struggle of the Settler Youth for the Land of Israel and we Free Amiram Ben Uliel it will be much more effective than merely a military victory that is then undermined with some Peace deal that releases terrorist and keeps the terrorists alive until the next opportunity.

You guys better start  working on behalf of Judea and Samaria and  demand the IDF does a better job to protect the residents of Judea and Samaria who are under constant attack. Refer to the 120 page paper of Regavim.

Jewish Settlers, and the Settler Youth have been harassed, arrested, tortured, framed, denied basic human and civil rights (like the rights to an attorney) in order to spread a false narrative that they are violent Jews and kill innocent Arabs and are interested  in committing genocide no different than the call of Jihad against Jews. Case in point: Amiram Ben Uliel, a young man, with long Peyot, a Breslov Chosid , married with a daughter,  was one of those targeted, arrested, convicted for 3 life sentences and in the Shabak dungeon and prison, mostly isolated over the past 8 years for a crime he never committed, namely the Duma arson. The real perpetrators, probably Arabs from infighting Arab clans, are still at large. 

(Were the Arabs even considered suspect? Why not? Because Hebrew graffiti was found at the scene?  Was the framing of Settler Hilltop Youth or the framing of Kahane supporters even considered?).  

After three months of not finding a Jew guilty of the Duma arson, Amiram Ben Uliel was forced under torture to confess. He was obviously vulnerable and scapegoated along with minor A and just one of many hilltop youth who underwent interrogations that violated their basic civil and human rights.

There is no other forensic evidence or testimonies that prove his guilt and many common sense reasons to find him innocent. 

Time to free all the Asirei Zion, citizens of Israel, many of whom were on the front line for months fighting for Israel,  fighting in Gaza and Lebanon, and arrested for what? For defending their lives, their homes and families in Judea and Samaria since the IDF and the security failed to protect them and their families and they were unwilling to wait for another October 7 in Judea and Samaria.

While all three have been recruited since the beginning of the war and are currently fighting in Khan Yunis, I heard that the IDF considers them an enemy.

Unfortunately, I cannot contact them and inform them of this, but as soon as I can I will inform them and ask them not to burden the IDF forces with the presence of an enemy in its ranks.

And I will preface an answer to your expected response: The IDF spokesman's denials are lies. 

 In stark contrast to the speaker's statement, the IDF in the exercise held yesterday (2/5/24) did indeed treat the residents of Judea and Samaria as an enemy.

General Yehuda Fox is indeed a dedicated officer who spends his days defaming the settlers and turns a blind eye to the way scenarios that are happening every day are being dealt with in front of our eyes.

We see the PA forces training to occupy bases and settlements.  It is the same turning a blind eye that characterized the first days of October in  the Otef, (the border of Gaza) calling them far-fetched scenarios and  marking the residents of Judea and Samaria as enemies and is an existential threat to the State of Israel.

Major Yehuda Fox must be deposed immediately, before the disaster that will necessitate it.

For the security of the residents of Israel, for regaining trust in the IDF and for the benefit of Meretz party which desperately needs a new commander in its ranks.

Yes. It can justifiably be argued that the IDF spokesperson apology is neither sincere nor sufficient. 

The blood libels against Jewish Settlers and specifically the Hilltop Youth has been going on for years.  Many Rabbonim in Eretz Yisroel have finally spoken out but still not sufficient and Rabbonim in Chutz LeAretz need to view Torat Eretz Yisroel as relevant to Torah and not just a matter of Politics. How can the excuse of Politics justify being silent and not making a statement?

Why does it take "Free Palestine" rallies supporting jihad and violence throughout America and college campus to wake up?

We need to address and reverse the terrible miscarriage of justice  by the Shabak Jewish Division of Terror, and by the Justice Dept and by the government leadership to the Settlers and specifically the Hilltop Youth. 

We, the entire country, all of Am Yisroel are now reaping the bitter fruits of allowing the false narrative  to spread, and for allowing the miscarriage of justice of Amiram Ben Uliel and for not stopping it sooner. 

 These same blood libels are now being spread against the IDF, the Jewish people and not just Settlers.

The same leadership that allowed the October 7 massacre to happen under their watch allowed a dangerous security situation in Judea and Samaria for years. They were asleep on October 7 failing to protect the Gaza border because of a false Conceptzia.  Had the Settlers and our rightful claim to our land been defended, maybe these negligence leaders would not be in power today, and maybe October 7 would never have happened. 

So now, any apology by the IDF needs to be accompanied with concrete reform.

  Amiram Ben Uliel, falsely accused, slandered, convicted of the Arab village Duma Arson in 2015 based on his forced confession alone must get released. 

Amiram Ben Uliel's verdict must be revisited, overturned and Amiram released with reparations!

This apology also needs to be accompanied with an apology to all those Settler farmers and individuals presently under administrative detention and/or administrative restrictions in Judea and Samarian because of allegedly being ticking time bombs.

These slanderous, unproven, unwarranted administrative detention orders and restrictions must be rescinded.

The freedom and release of the farmers must be secured with no strings attached thereby restoring the good name of these innocent G-d fearing Settlers! 

These are the conditions necessary to accept this apology as sincere.

Please note that these "Violent Settlers" seem to have in common, long Peyot and a large Kippa. Just an observation...

And it should be noted that it is these Settlers living on the High ground of Judea and Samaria, protecting the large civilian population centers on the low ground, places like Tel Aviv and Haifa, who are getting blood libeled as violent and dangerous :(

While I am not familiar with the activity of these 4 Jewish Settlers, I never heard their names before, my first instinct is not to believe this narrative. Period. The modus operandi of the Biden Administration is to create a false narrative of Extremist  Jewish Settler Violence and to look away from the real Palestinian Extremist threat against these Settlers. My friend Chanie sent me an email expressing outrage that Dan Goldman, a Congressman of Lower Manhattan is spreading lies about Settler Violence. She is asking for help.

Her letter and relevant parts of Dan Goldman's communications follow my comments back to her.

Dear Chanie,

It's not Just AntiSemitic Dan Goldman. It's symptomatic of a very dangerous broader reality of Antisemitic Democrats spreading propaganda and a false narrative of Violent Settlers!

This false narrative is sophisticated, well funded, orchestrated and coming out of Prestigious Schools of Journalism in Qatar and mainstream Media brainwashing the public globally with a false and libelous narrative.

Once accepted as fact, the false Settler violence narrative is extended to include all Jews and even the Hebrew Language has been portrayed as Violent.

Antisemitism happens when "Violent Settlers" are then lumped in this false narrative and placed together with Hebrew Speakers while Leftist Kibbutzniks  are targets for violent Jihadism with no distinction. Hitler as well didn't care what kind of Jew deserved extermination. Any Jew would do.

Dan Goldman undermines our 2nd Amendment right, the right to bear arms. He isn't only antiSemitic he is anti the American Bill of Rights. Our Founding fathers understood why the 2nd Amendment is necessary. Of course bearing arms must be done responsibly and not recklessly but disarming good people empowers evil people to take advantage. A pogrom happens when first responders do not have weapons accessible. Then innocent civilians are held hostage to tyranny.

So here is how the false narrative of Settlers Violence happens:

Again, the Narrative of Settler Violence is one that is fabricated by the enemies of Israel. It is a false and dangerous blood libel.

This narrative is fabricated in order to create moral equivalency between the reality of Arab Terror vs a false and fabricated reality of Jewish Terror.

Muslims in UNRWA schools teach Jihad in their basic education. Jihad is part of their curriculum. Schools are named after Shahid's. Children from a young age are taught "From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free" and they are trained to kidnap Israeli soldiers and murder Jews. They are proud to be terrorists. Their families as well! They are taught that they will get their reward in this world and in the world to come.  They use hospitals and schools and children as human shields for Hamas Command Terror operations as the world clearly sees under and next to Shifa hospital. In the Arab world there is pay to slay. There is great benefit, honor and monetary compensation for terrorism.They brag and write books about their terror activities. They post atrocities against innocent civilians gladly with sadistic pleasure on social media. They are equally cruel to fellow Muslims and kidnap, torture and demand ransom of their own civilians. Innocent civilians, women, children and elderly are useful human shields. That is why civilized Arab countries like Jordon and Egypt don't want them. Ask the King of Jordan why he hired a Pakistani brigade to kill 26,000 Palestinians in September 1970 also known as Black September.

On the other hand Jews have to be literally tortured to confess to an act of terror against innocent people, be it Jew or Arab, to crimes that they did not commit. Israel protects her civilian population be it Jew or non Jew.

In Judaism there is no admiration, only condemnation, for killing innocent people. The Torah commands us not to Kill. The only dispensation one gets in Jewish culture for killing is when killing is to save or protect lives and to defend and conquer the Land of Israel our Biblical Birthright and Heritage.

No Jewish Family is proud of their child murdering an innocent person. The opposite. The Torah forbids it and we are The People of the Book!

But there is no Commandments to be a sitting duck. The Torah commands us to preempt when someone is trying to kill us.

Again, that is in order to protect lives and to defend our Land and property.

Settlers and Hilltop youth are G-d fearing.

In August 2015, the Government of Israel and the Justice Dept literally had to detain tens of Hilltop Youth, deny them basic human and civil rights, deny them a lawyer, emotionally and physically torture them in order to extract a confession for a terror attack they did not commit. The government wasn't interested in investigating the most likely perpetrators of the arson in Duma, Arab clans who were fighting one another. 

After all wasn't Hebrew Graffiti at the scene. That and the say so of Shabak was the evidence they needed that a Jew perpetrated the crime!  So within hours with no investigation, the case was sealed in the Media and in public opinion. Violent Settlers are condemned. They are the perpetrators! 

Looking for Jewish perpetrators for the Duma arson went on for 3 months and still they couldn't find any real evidence of a Jewish perpetrator. Finally after permission to use extraordinary measures, torture basically, they succeeded in extracting confessions from Jews. 

Whom of us wouldn't confess to anything under torture?

Amiram ben Uliel, the scapegoat and minor A were severely tortured physically and emotionally to confess to an arson of an Arab family in the city of Duma.  Minor A even  tried to slash his wrists. 

Yes they confessed under torture but then retracted. There is no other incriminating evidence against them other than their own forced confession. There is plenty of evidence that clearly provides beyond a reasonable shadow of a doubt of their innocence. Conviction based purely on tortured confession alone is symptomatic of tactics used in 3rd world countries and such evidence is inadmissable in a respectable court of law. Yet the Israeli Supreme Court is heavily compromised. Judicial Reform is being fought for a legitimate reason. The Courts are corrupt, self appointing and self serving. Their modus operandi defies truth and Justice and is anything but Democratic. Strings from evil global forces are behind the Israel Supreme Court, and behind Congressman Dan Goldman as well. They are simply useful idiots to spread lies and slander against G-d and His emissaries, innocent G-d fearing Jews, especially Jewish Settlers.

Amiram Ben Uliel was convicted by a court of puppets, similar to Trump, whose conviction was predetermined.

Netanyahu and Defense Minister Gallant are controlled as well by this false narrative and political forces. This is why they need to step down since they do not distinguish between foe and friend. Evil political forces are pulling their strings and blinding them. This is why the Hamas massacre happened October 7, 2023 and Israel southern border Settlements were caught off guard.

Defense Minister Gallant was and continues to occupy his time serving immoral administrative detention orders against Settlers involved in self protection and being first responders to real threats facing them within a stone throw thereby disarming them. Gallant is a player that betrays Settler Communities trying to force them to be sitting ducks to the likes of Hamas waiting for the massacre to repeat itself Chas VeSholom.

Calling on the Biden Administration to Address Israeli Settler Violence in the West Bank

Senator Cory Booker and I joined forces in calling on the Biden Administration to not lose sight of the increasing danger posed by Israeli settler violence on the West Bank. As the Israeli government responds to legitimate threats from Hamas, Hezbollah, and others, the Biden Administration must make clear to Israel that extremist settler violence poses a direct threat to the objectives of protecting innocent Israeli and Palestinian civilians, facilitating the flow of desperately needed humanitarian assistance, and the long-term goal of achieving long-lasting peace in the region.

Since October 7th, daily settler violence against Palestinian civilians has increased by over 130 percent. Settler violence in the West Bank not only poses a grave threat to an immediate peace deal, but the long-term prospect of peace and a two-state solution. The government in the West Bank and Gaza will require intense international support, reforms, and legitimacy to deliver for the Palestinian people. A two-state solution remains the only viable path to achieve a just, secure, and prosperous future for both Israelis and Palestinians.

Since our letter was sent on Friday, I am grateful for President Biden's strong message on Sunday that violence against Palestinian civilians in the West Bank won't be tolerated. Violence by Israeli settlers against Palestinian civilians destroys the very seeds of trust and cooperation needed to make progress toward a two-state outcome and an enduring peace in the region.

Can CJV make a Press Release statement regarding Amiram ben Uliel?

True, spitting isn't so nice but compare the act of spitting to torturing innocent Jews, proud Jews with Peyot and Tzitzit, to get them to confess to a crime they never committed. I am referring to the arson of Duma which killed an Arab couple and their baby. There was absolutely no other evidence, no witnesses, no forensic evidence tying Amiram ben Uliel to this arson other than his own confession following brutal torture.

He wasn't the only hilltop youth tortured yet he was tortured more brutally than the others when after the interrogators were desperate to find a Jewish perpetrator, unleashed unprecedented extraordinary torture measures upon him, that was approved and applied. Amiram confessed shortly after. Who wouldn't? This is not disputed. They finally had their scapegoats. There is tons of material to support everything I am saying. Common sense shows that the evidence in support of Amiram's innocence is overwhelming and surely enough to cast a shadow of reasonable doubt on his version of confession of what happened that night in Duma.

Many Hilltop youth were and still are traumatized and continue to be denied basic human rights. There must be tens of Hilltop Youth today placed under administrative detention, distanced from their homes in Judea and Samaria and their families, and/or denied the right to an attorney based on the lie that they were or are ticking time bombs and belong or are connected to a Jewish terrorist group.

Why? To create a false narrative of Jewish Terror.

Spitting is really not a nice thing to do. It is expression of disdain. True it looks very bad to our enemies who are quick to find fault with us.

Before condemning these Chareidim and by extension suggest Chareidim are guilty of hate against Christians, perhaps investigate who was the first spitter. Was he perhaps a plant, a provocateur? Maybe there was more than one. What was their intent? That we hate all Christians? To create a false narrative of religious Jews guilty of Religious hate filled extremism? Perhaps the spitters were somehow convinced, maybe even from a provocateur who started it or from knowledge they had that they were spitting at idolatry and that one is forbidden to flatter idolatry. So they showed their disdain of idolatry by spitting. Surely they would never spit at non Jews who kept the 7 Noahide Laws since that insults the G-dliness inherent in every human being and is against the Torah.

Basically before assuming hate crime of spitting, and be quick to condemn, investigate the facts.

Jews are too willing to help our enemies create a false narrative of Jewish hate and Jewish terror by bowing to foreign pressures to persecute and libel our own. Does the uninvestigated spitting of Jews on the ground by Chareidim deserve an immediate Press Release condemnation while undisputed proof of torturing an innocent Jew till he confesses to an arson and sentencing him to 3 life imprisonment and solitary confinement doesn't?

When the Duma arson happened there was cross the board condemnation of Hilltop Settler Youth type of Jews because Hebrew Graffiti was found at the scene. (After all we know that sometimes Hilltop Youth speak intolerantly of Arabs so surely they are guilty of this nationalist hate crime and arson. After all, Shabak said so. Please forgive the sarcasm)

There was quick condemnation by many of their own Rabbis who wanted to distance themselves from such "hate filled" Jews.

After all, Jews need to show the world we don't tolerate any expression of intolerance by Jews of a different faith.

But is it ok to condemn Jews with a Nationalist hate crime and as murderers of innocent Arabs without facts or evidence?

Where is the Jewish Media now on the Duma Blood libel? Why weren't and aren't the Arab clans that have a history of burning down each other's houses investigated? Why was all evidence that contradicted this false confession ignored by the Israeli Court?

Until there is an outcry by every G-d fearing Jew, the controlled media continues to call Amiram ben Uliel a murderer, indirectly demonizing the Settler community in spite of the overwhelming evidence that it was not him that set the arson! The Media, and those that control the media dont care because all they want is a narrative of Jewish Terror.

Silence is a sin.

In all due respect, spitting, an act of disdain, is not the same as being a terrorist and a murderer. But can't we see that such condemnations leads to demonizations and antisemitism rather than prevents it?

Why isn't anybody even admitting they were mistaken by condemning Hilltop Jews before there was any fair and objective investigation? Condemnation was based solely on the say so of Shabak, the appearance of Hebrew graffiti and the say so of vested politicians.

Can we then honestly say our hands are not responsible for the shedding of blood from this blood libel. Do these unretracted condemnations make us an active partner and therefore complicit in this terrible miscarriage of justice? Surely we will answer in a Heavenly Court so better to admit wrongdoing now.

So many, across the board, from top down, were too quick to condemn the Hilltop youth before any investigation began. Public condemnation of Jewish terror began literally within hours. It took 3 months and they were forced to produce the Jewish perpetrator. So Amiram ben Uliel and Minor A were the chosen scapegoats following unprecedented authorized extraordinary torture measures were applied. Minor A, after years of trauma, was finally let go when they decided that his forced confession was inadmissable. Amiram's forced confession extracted 36 hours after the torture with his torturer nearby, was deemed admissable and he was convicted of 3 life sentences.

On top of convicting an innocent man of 3.5 life sentences, the prison authorities, are adding additional torture by keeping Amiran in solitude now almost 8 years now except recently for Pesach, Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur and Succot due to tremendous public pressure.

To be fair, Amiram can talk to his wife every two weeks with a glass partition and very rarely, gets to hold his kid, a privilege that I believe has even been removed.

Amiram's torture continues each and every day he remains in solitude under the harshest conditions of any Arab Terrorist. Convicted Arab terrorists who were convicted with real evidence and even gloat about their acts of terror, enjoy privileges, are with other like minded prisoners, and even publish books about their acts of terror.

It is time for each and every one of us, each according to our sphere of influence, be it as an individual, or as a Rabbi with influence or as a publisher of a newspaper etc... to present Amiram's case to the public, expose what really happened and end this terrible travesty of Justice.

Be prepared for backlash like Ariel Zilber the famous musician in Israel whom they are demonizing as supporting a murderer of Arabs. They are now boycotting his concert in Tel Aviv in honor of his 80th birthday. Ariel dared to take a public stand that he is of the opinion Amiram ben Uliel is innocent.

Truth Justice and Righteousness will prevail and we want to be part of it and not feel shame that we didn't do what we could. Because if we don't stop this evil and end this miscarriage of Justice, not one of us is immune from corrupt and rigged courts and judges. And you can just ask President Trump.
