My original comments before hearing Rabbi Weichbrod's perspective:
Why are "violent kids throwing random Molotov Cocktails" .... getting released when they finally see a judge?
On what basis were they arrested to begin with? No Habeas Corpus? Why are they held for months with no proof of wrongdoing?
Maybe, indeed, they were released because there was no evidence of any wrongdoing?
Who are these 70-100 teens????
You can't say because they are minors?
It is easy to put the blame on kids you can not name without any evidence, and say they are guilty, but bring no charges, based on the say so of Shabak and the Division of "Jewish Terror".
Please ask Elisha Yered and Elchonon Gruner who these kids are and please show real evidence and proof of wrongdoing. These kids seem to have come out of thin air.
Mitnachalim do not attack innocent Arabs. They are G-d fearing. They are shepherds and farmers who want to reSettle our Ancient Biblical Homeland. They are kids and lots of wholesome families.
However, Jews believe that when someone comes to Kill you, you need to preempt. Self Defense is a basic human right.
Please end feeding blood libels against innocent teens. This serves to reflect negatively on the Mitnachalim.
One can not help but conclude that is precisely why Shabak and the IDF are blaming 70-100 random teens. It serves to further a political agenda, and further the false narrative of "Settler Violence" be it teens, or shmeens.

We know from Parshat Duma in 2015 that a "fringe group" were condemned across the board, before any investigation to speak of, within days based on the say so of Shabak and Hebrew Graffiti found at the scene. Hilltop Maccabees were blood libeled, their basic civil rights taken from them, 2 were tortured until they confessed to the Duma arson. Minor A tried to commit suicide. They were the scapegoats of a political agenda that needed to have on record statistics of "Settler Violence" to satisfy hostile mainstream media to further the establishment of a Palestinian State.
Ten years later, now close to 11 years, Amiram Ben Uliel, an innocent man with a wife and a child is still sitting in jail. His incarceration for many years was isolation. He had worse conditions that the worst Arab Terrorist, based on his false confession following torture with no other evidence.
Why should the public trust Shabak and their version of accusations against random teens?
The People now demand Evidence of wrongdoing!
Don't frame innocent people for a political agenda.
Pursue Justice. Remember that there is a G-d who Judges us up in Heaven.
Why are you accepting the lies Fatah, albeit American Citizens are feeding Congress and why aren't you showing any real evidence of wrongdoing from these 70-100 teens?

I have been closely following this false narrative of "Settler Violence" since the Duma Blood Libel. Here is but just one post that shows how a Blood libel on innocent Jewish scapegoats was the modus operandi from the get go. Chashuv Rabbanim then also came out in full force, to condemn Jews for the arson in an Arab village Duma before there was any investigation nor any concrete evidence. They condemned Jews based on the say so of Shabak and because Hebrew Graffiti was found at the scene.

I see a pattern that repeats itself.
Trusted Right wing agents, someone like a Rabbi like yourself, help further a false narrative of Jewish "Settler Violence" by being enlisted (threatened and/or rewarded) to issue public condemnation, claiming that these Mitnachalim are betraying Judaism. These condemnations are publicized without knowing the context of what really transpired. All that is needed is just "a small number", even 1 or 2 as in the case of the Duma arson, who can be framed as an "extremist criminal Violent Settler" to help further this false narrative. After that it's smooth sailing. It will be taken to a full blown blood libel by our Enemies in the Media. But they need trusted well respected leaders, a well meaning Jew, or Jewish supporter to feed the narrative in order for the narrative to take hold and flourish.
Ambassador Mike Huckabee is getting disinformation from those with a political agenda who want to spread a false narrative of "Settler Violence".
The source of disinformation is coming from enemies, partnering with those who want to further the 2 State Solution and a continuation of the Oslo Accords who in turn are applying full pressure on the GOI Government of Israel. They are actually relying on Hamas Supporting, Fatah supporting Palestinians sources and those willing to frame Mitnachalim with lies.
We are not just talking about Settler Youth anymore. We are talking about Mitnachalim. Mitnachalim now comprise lots of wholesome Jewish Families, shepherds and farmers who are on the Hilltops Inheriting, resettling the Land of Israel in Judea and Samaria. These are law abiding Jews re-Settling in Eretz Yisroel in open areas of our Ancient Biblical Homeland. They are not interested in murdering innocent Arabs as the disinformation seems to suggest. In fact they are literally prepared to fulfill what is written in the first verse in this week's Parsha Parshat Ki Tavo of bringing Bikurim.

Dear Governor/ Ambassador Huckabee,
There has been tremendous pressure to create a false narrative of Settler Hilltop violence in order to create a false equivalency between Muslim Jihadi Terrorists and idealistic Jewish Settlers who want to Settle our Ancient Biblical Jewish Homeland. It was in this background that Amiram Ben Uliel in 2015 was framed and tortured until he confessed to the Arson in the Arab village of Duma. No forensic evidence. Just a forced confession following torture. He is still in jail 10 years later, many of those years spent in Solitary while the perpetrators, probably from infighting of Arab clans are at large.
These youth are the salt of the earth. They can not be bought. The enemy fears them and their supporters the most, and has them sanctioned simply for their ideology.
The Judiciary who authorized the torture apparently has conducted an investigation of themselves, since apparently there is no one else who provides proper oversight, and examined the way this investigation has been conducted and has determined that they are (surprise) innocent of any wrongdoing. (see Mike Huckabee on Abuse of Power and who oversees the Justice Dept. Just apply his statements re: NSA(National Security Agency) to ISA (Shabak).
"The Prime Minister said the ISA interrogations are carried out under law and under the close supervision of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice, as well as the courts, and with their consent." Ayelet Shaked confirms this.

PS: Let me preface by stating my deep appreciation to Arutz7 for their Nationalistic reporting over the years! Territory folks must stick together! (Oklahoma).
Who am I to be critical of Arutz7? Yet even a simple child can sometimes see the obvious when they have no blinders and nothing at stake.
Divide and conquer is the modus operandi of our enemy. They want the right wing camp to be divided.
That is not the point of this post. It is rather to bring unity and support from like minded Nationalist people who love Eretz Yisrael, who love the Torah and who love Am Yisrael. It is a cry for Emes , for Justice and for unity with these idealistic Hilltop Maccabees who are literally the Guardians of the Mountains.

Attorney Eladi Wiesel of the Honenu legal organization filed a complaint with Israel's Police Internal Investigations Department (Machash) demanding a criminal investigation into Border Police officers involved in the evacuation of structures at Tel Talpiyot Hill. *The complaint was submitted on behalf of a settler who was seriously injured during the incident.*
According to the complaint, *dozens of settlers were conducting a passive protest on the roof of a building under construction when a Border Police officer allegedly fired tear-gas grenades directly toward the protesters.* One grenade reportedly struck the settler in the face, causing *a broken jaw, severe facial injuries, and significant bleeding.* The complaint claims that *civilian medics provided lifesaving treatment* and that *security forces delayed access for medical evacuation teams for about 50 minutes.*
The injured man required surgery and faces a lengthy recovery. Wiesel alleges that *the officers violated police procedures, endangered lives, and unlawfully obstructed medical treatment.* He is demanding an immediate criminal investigation of both the officer involved and his commanding officers.

Circumstances have not changed much. Amiram ben Uliel, was the latest Settler youth scapegoat of the Duma arson. The perpetrators were probably Arab. Yet because Hebrew Graffiti was found at the scene, "extremist" Settlers Youth were condemned across the board, by every VIP in the government including Chashuv right wingers within 24 hours and the week that followed based on Shabak say so. A New York Times article featured by Naftali Bennett a mere one week following the arson condemned the fringe Hilltop Youth with no real evidence and no real investigation other than Shabak's say so. *"ירי ממוקד וקטלני לעבר ראשיהם ופניהם של המוחים": תלונה למח"ש בעקבות האירועים בתל תלפיות*
עו"ד אלעדי ויזל מארגון חוננו הגיש למחלקה לחקירות שוטרים תלונה בדרישה לפתוח בחקירה פלילית נגד השוטרים שפעלו במהלך הפינוי בגבעת תל תלפיות בשבוע שעבר. התלונה הוגשה בשם מתיישב שנפצע במהלך האירוע, ובמסגרתה נטען לשורת עבירות חמורות מצד הכוחות שפעלו במקום. במכתב, שמגובה בתמונות מהשטח והתכתבויות של הצוותים הרפואיים שהגיעו למקום, דורש עו"ד ויזל לחקור הן את השוטר שביצע את הירי והן את מפקדיו בשטח. על פי המתואר בתלונה, ביום חמישי האחרון הגיע המתיישב יחד עם חבריו לגבעה בעקבות חשש מפני פינוי והריסת מבנים במקום. לדבריו, הוא עלה לגג מבנה בן שלוש קומות שהיה מצוי בשלבי בנייה, לצד עשרות מתיישבים נוספים שביקשו למחות נגד ההרס. במכתב הודגש כי הגג היה נטול מעקה בטיחות וכי אופי המחאה היה פסיבי לחלוטין, כאשר לטענת המתיישב המותקף לא התקיימה כל אלימות מצד השוהים על הגג.
עוד נטען כי במשך שעות לא נרשמו עימותים עם הכוחות, וכי המשטרה לא הוציאה הוראות פיזור ולא השתמשה באמצעי כריזה. לפי המתואר בתלונה, לאחר תקופה של שקט נשמעו לפתע פיצוצים, כאשר אחד מלוחמי מג"ב ירה רימוני גז לעבר המבנה. במכתב מתואר כי מדובר היה ב"ירי ממוקד וקטלני של רימוני גז ממטול בכינון ישיר אל עבר ראשיהם ופניהם של המוחים הצפופים". לפי המתואר בתלונה שהוגשה למח"ש, אחד הרימונים פגע בעוצמה בפניו של המתיישב בעת שעמד בסמוך לשפת הגג. כתוצאה מכך נגרם לו חתך עמוק בלחי, לסתו נשברה והוא החל לסבול מקשיי נשימה בעקבות הדימום קשה שניגר באפו. עוד נטען בתלונה כי חובשים אזרחיים שנכחו במקום העניקו לו טיפול ראשוני אשר מנע את חנקו ומותו המיידי בשטח.
בנוסף, נטען בתלונה כי גם לאחר הפציעה מנעו הכוחות מצוותי הרפואה להגיע אל הפצוע במשך דקות ארוכות. לדברי עו"ד ויזל בתלונתו למח"ש, "בכך לא תמה ההתנהלות המקוממת, הנפשעת והעבריינית של כוחות מג"ב בשטח, והלוחמים הוסיפו חטא על פשע". על פי המכתב, שכאמור מגובה בראיות ובדיווחים בזמן אמת, רק לאחר כ-50 דקות התאפשר לצוותי הפינוי להגיע אל הפצוע, והוא פונה בהמשך לבית החולים בילינסון.
בעקבות האירועים, אושפז המתיישב במחלקת כירורגיית פה ולסת ועבר ניתוח מורכב תחת הרדמה מלאה. גם לאחר שחרורו מבית החולים לסתותיו מקובעות והוא ניזון ממזון רך ונוזלי בלבד. "דרך שיקום ארוכה ומורכבת עודנה לפניו", צוין במכתב בהקשר למצבו הבריאותי בשל הירי של הרימונים לעברו של המתיישב. בהמשך התלונה טוען עו"ד ויזל כי הירי בוצע בניגוד לנהלי המשטרה וכי מדובר בהתנהלות עבריינית, פראית וחסרת רסן מצד השוטר היורה ומפקדיו בשטח. עוד נטען כי ירי לעבר גג צפוף וחסר מעקה יצר סכנת חיים ממשית, וכי חסימת דרכם של צוותי הרפואה עולה לכדי "עבירות פליליות של סיכון חיים והפקרה", כפי שתואר במכתב.
בסיום המכתב דורש ויזל ממח"ש לפתוח בחקירה מיידית, לזמן את השוטר היורה ואת מפקדיו לחקירה פלילית, לתפוס את מצלמות הגוף וחומרי התיעוד המבצעיים, ולבדוק האם כלל ניתן אישור פיקודי להשתמש באמצעי האלפ"ה הקיצוני ביותר, ואם כן - מי הגורם שאישר זאת נוכח תנאי חוסר הבטיחות הקשים ששררו בשטח. "נוכח חומרת הפציעה וההפרה החד-משמעית של הפקודות, אבקשכם לאשר את קבלת התלונה ולעדכנני בהקדם על פתיחת החקירה", כתב.
עו"ד ויזל מסר: "האירוע הקשה בגבעת תל תלפיות הוא חוליה נוספת בשרשרת כואבת ומטלטלת. עצוב ומקומם לראות לוחמי מג"ב, שנשלחו להגן על ביטחון האזור, מתבלבלים לחלוטין כתוצאה מקמפיין תקשורתי שקרי ומכוון של "אלימות המתנחלים" - ופועלים נגד אוהב כאילו היה אויב. לדאבון לב, הבלבול הפסול הזה מתורגם בשטח לעליית מדרגה מסוכנת של אלימות פראית וחסרת רסן כלפי מתיישבים: לוחם ביצע ירי ישיר של רימון גז ממטול - אמצעי האלפ"ה הקיצוני ביותר שקיים - במישרין אל פניו של מתיישב שעמד באופן פסיבי על קצה גג משולל מעקה, ולאחר מכן חסמו הכוחות את פינויו הרפואי של הפצוע המדמם במשך כ-50 דקות קריטיות ומורטות עצבים. האמת המרה היא שדמם של המתיישבים הפך להפקר. רק בנס גלוי, ובמרחק של סנטימטרים ספורים מפגיעה קטלנית וחמורה אף יותר, האירוע הנוכחי לא הסתיים בלוויה. אם המערכת הפיקודית ומח"ש לא יעצרו לאלתר את התופעה הפסולה הזו ולא יבהירו את גבולות החוק לכוחות בשטח - אנחנו נמצאים בפתחו של אסון ידוע מראש".
