Letter To The Editor Thank You! Re: Asking Rabbis to Restrain Jews...Is this yet another example of the Division of Jewish Terror of Shabak's subtle slander and orchestration of the next act of "Jewish Terror"? They need to justify their existence based on lies.

My comments:

It is a proven fact that Shabak plants agents and provocateurs among the Jewish Settler community and Youth in order to advance a political narrative of Jewish Terrorism. In the past Shabak agents have infiltrated the Settler community. Shabaq agents even marry unsuspecting religious Nationalist Dati Leumi women and as trusted members of the community spied and betrayed them. Shabaq planted spying devices on the Dati Religious Community and their paid agents provoke and orchestrate Settler youth to perpetrate random acts of vandalism and even terror on Arabs and their property to make the Settlers look bad.

The Duma arson is an example of gross premature condemnation of the Hilltop Youth within 24 hours of the arson  based on the say so of Division of Jewish Terror of Shabaq and Hebrew graffiti found at the scene.  The nuances of the Graffiti suggested that an outsider not an insider of the community actually wrote it. In fact, neither graffiti found matched the other graffiti's handwriting nor the handwriting of Amiram ben Uliel. Sloppy planting of evidence.  No investigation to speak of to determine the Truth of what really happened. The trial and incarceration before conviction dragged on for years, another miscarriage of justice, slandering innocent kids and eventually ended with  vulnerable Hilltop youth confessing to the Duma arson. A mother, father and a baby of the Dawabshe family died. Clan fighting was not unusual for the Dawabshe family.

Confessions of Jewish suspects were extracted under torture which makes them inadmissible in a Jewish Court of Law and in Secular courts of law as well.

Due process and civil rights are routinely denied to Jewish hilltop youth under the premise that they are ticking time bombs and dangerous. This is trauma big time and based on a lie. These kids are not raised to conduct random acts of terror against innocent Arabs unlike the Hamas education of UNRWA schools. Yet there is an attempt to accept this as a fact based on a false and political designation of the followers of the late Rabbi Meir Kahana as a terror organization and as terrorists to show equivalency.

Amiram Ben Uliel is now serving life sentences isolated for a crime he never committed and convicted only based on his own forced confessions with no other independent evidence and in fact with conflicting testimonies and factual evidence at the scene of the crime. The Arabs at the scene were not even interrogated by Shabaq to find out the truth. Amiram's reenactment was conducted when his tormentor, torturer was in close proximity posing a real fear of further torture unless he confessed and reenacted the scene according to a script and not according to the truth of what happened that night.

Most recently Akiva HaCohen of Yitzhar found sophisticated Shabak listening devices in his living room couch.

Hakol HaYehudi has been reporting many examples of planting agents and listening devices found in the property of Settlers living on Judea and Samaria.

The Division of Jewish Terror must be closed down. They manufacture evidence because real evidence of Jewish Terrorism does not exist. Jewish Terror is not the Torah way. Defending one's life from terror is universally accepted as moral and ethical.

Recent reckless treatment of the Settler Youth by the police and their failure to protect Jews of Judea and Samaria to stop real acts of Arab terror and vandalism and squatting and land takeover by Arabs has led Shabaq to go on the offense to justify pursuing Jews and protecting the Arabs.  They mercilessly demolish Settler settlement, harass and pursue them. 

This tragically ended in the senseless death of Ahuvya Sandek and the murder of Yehuda Dimentmen. The political agenda blackens the reputation of upright, idealistic, salt of the earth Settlers to justify politically motivated criminal conduct which is then covered up.  

A transparent and fair investigation of Ahuvia Sandek's death never happened,  the responsible parties not held accountable nor brought to justice. Family and friends of the victims are in tremendous pain and the earth itself can not rest until justice is served. So family and friends demonstrate and protest yet they are the ones treated as if they are the criminals.

The Shabaq will try to get right wing nationalist Rabbis and media on their side to make it seem legit.

Thank you Jewish Press and David Israel in not being an accomplice to this slander. You called their bluff and demanded that the police protect the Jews of Judea and Samaria and to do their job so the tax paying, army serving citizens of israel, Settlers of Judea and Samaria, aren't placed between a rock and a hard place where they have no choice but to defend their own lives and property  while they are abandoned and pursued by GOI's own civil administration military "security" police.
