אז איך נולד הסיפור של כתב האישום? הגרסה שאותה מסר עמירם נולדה בחדרי העינויים של הקטין א'. מסתבר ש5 גרסאות שונות (!) מסר א' עד שסיפק את הגרסא שאותה הקריאו חוקרי השב"כ לעמירם והוא "שיחזר" לאחר עינויים קשים. 

הגרסאות שמסר א' בחדר העינויים היו מגוונות וסותרות זו את זו. אבל כולן לא סיפקו את חוקרי השב"כ שהמשיכו לענות את א' בניסיון לחלץ גרסא נוספת והטיחו בו שידוע להם שהגרסה שמסר איננה נכונה.

אחת מהגרסאות - השלישית מתוך חמש היא שהוקראה לעמירם במהלך החקירה בניסיון לשכנע אותו כי הוא יורשע בכל מקרה. שעות ספורות אחר כך החלה "חקירת הצורך" הראשונה בעינויים, מיד לאחר תחילת הפעלת העינויים נשבר עמירם וכדי לספק את רצון החוקרים חוזר עמירם ומצטט למעשה את אותה גרסה שהקריאו לו החוקרים לפנות בוקר.

 So how was the story of the indictment born?  The version that Amiram gave was born in the torture chambers of the minor A.  It turns out that 5 different versions (!) Were given by A. until he provided the version that the GSS interrogators read to Amiram and he "reenacted" after severe torture.

 The versions given by A. in the torture chamber were varied and contradictory.  But all of them did not satisfy the GSS interrogators who continued to torture A. in an attempt to extract another version and slammed him for knowing that the version he provided was incorrect.

 One of the versions - the third of five - was read to Amiram during the interrogation in an attempt to convince him that he would be convicted anyway.  A few hours later, the first "investigation using unusual methods"  aka torture began. Immediately after the start of the torture, Amiram broke down, and to satisfy the investigators' wishes, Amiram returned and actually quoted the same version that the investigators had read to him in the morning.
