Dear Member of Knesset,
I would just like to emphasize how important it is to speak about a state who's laws are consistent with Torah in Israel.
I think a practical way of doing this is to try to change the Supreme Court to be a Jewish religious court to guide Eretz Yisrael that is not corrupt and is consistent with Torah, that cannot be bought and will not desecrate the Shabbos or support the Women of the Wall or expel settlers from their homes.
The secular court libeled the hilltop youth, they imprisoned them without bringing charges, cell phone companies are being allowed to charge exorbitant interest and penalties, which hurts the vulnerable, such as widows and orphans who cannot fend for themselves. The religious court that is true to Torah and Mitzvoth would not do these things and also would not allow the IDF to compromise charedi requirements in the army and would not differentiate between someone living in Yehuda and Shomron and someone living in the rest of Eretz Yisrael. The religious court that is consistent with Torah and Mitzvoth would replace the secular court, which is being rejected by many people now living in Eretz Yisrael. On the topic of compromising on the territories: When you say that we should annex Maale Adumim, are you saying in effect that we would be willing to give up the other settlements?
That There would be an exchange of territories? chas veShalom?
This would be tantamount to giving up our dream of Eretz Yisrael Hashleyma.
We want to bring the geula.
This is our messianic dream and we should not be ashamed of it.
It is a dream, which is to better the whole world. Instead, we should focus on establishing a prototype state (a trial state) in Yehuda and Shomron, which would be based on Torah and if it is successful it would merge and form one one state based on Torah with the rest of Eretz Yisrael. This would be a fulfillment of the prophecy of Yechezkel perek 37, pasuk 15. With best wishes for the geula,Shmuel Koenig

Thank you so much for your continued efforts to raise awareness about the importance of a Torah State in Eretz Yisroel. This in fact was the desire of the Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah in Marienbad in 1937.
Not to publicly acknowledge the Nissim Geluyim with Trump ascendancy at a time that Obama and Hillary were empowering all the evil forces in the world is to act with Kerry, happenstance. He had a clear agenda to impose a Palestinian State in the area at the expense of a Jewish State. It was an open Miracle that the Nation of Israel and the entire world was saved from his evil plans. At around 31 The Rebbe gets into the Marienbad conference and the hiding of the psak from 1937 and how one should get the relatives and spiritual inheritors together for a reaffirmation of the psak.
At 36 the Rebbe gets into how its a clear halacha established by the Rabbinical Conference of 1937.
Over 700 Rabbonim and delegates attended as reported by JTA News.
Leading the conference were Rav Chaim Ozer Grodzinsky who gave the Rebbe Smicha, Rav Eliezer Silver, Sanz-Klausenberg Rebbe, Rav Elchonan Wasserman and Rav of Warsaw Menachem Ziemba. Representing Lubavitch was Reb Mordechai Dubin, head of the Latvian Parliment.
The Marienbad Resolution of 1937 clearly sets a precedent for Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah to speak forthright.

...The text of the resolution of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah contains the statements: "The foundation of the Jewish people's right to the Holy Land is based on the Torah and the prophets.... A Jewish State not based on the principles of Torah is a denial of Jewish origin, is opposed to the identity and to the true stature of our people, and undermines the basis of existence of our people...Any relinquishment of the Holy Land given to the Jewish people by G-d has no validity" (HaPardes, 11:6) See page 8
Who would have believed then that a time would come when the Jews actually had Sovereignty over our land and the possibility of establishing a Torah State was practical and doable.... Lo BaShamay Hi!
Recently I heard a Sicha of the Rebbe of Lubavitch when he speaks about the obligation to protest even if it means taking away time from learning.
Then I heard another Sicha on the obligation of teaching the Non-Jew about the 7 Noahide Laws.
This was an eye opener for me because the Rebbe said that if we can prevent the Umos HaOlam from violating the 7 Noahide laws we are obligating to do so.
It was such an eye opener because the debate in our day is between the Nationalist Right Camp, to apply Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria and let the non-Jews self govern in all Civil matters and basically don't get involved but retain a military presence to make sure that they will not be hostile or plan any terror attacks against the rest of Israel, or alternatively, the leftist "Liberal" position which is to establish a Palestinian State where Jews would not coerce their Sovereignty over a non Jewish population.
What the Rebbe is saying is that Jews are obligated to make sure the nonJews are keeping the 7 Noahide laws. It is not enough for the non Jews to self govern and just pray that they, the Arabs don't murder us. We are required to help them and educate them and enforce whenever we can Universal Morality! WOW! IT is for their benefit of course not only ours! This probably what being a Mamlechet Kohanim all about.
The Rebbe clearly then would say that Israel should have total Sovereignty over all of Judea and Samaria and would require us to be involved in governing the non Jewish population to make sure that they too are worthy of living in the Land. This would eliminate Arab killing Arab and stop all the honor killings and corruption (Geneiva) that is rampant in the Palestinian Authority not to mention a Hamas terrorist regime.
