Re: Speaking up THANK YOU SUSIE DYM of Mattot Arim ! לפתוח את הפה

bs"d

Dear Susie, amv"sh

Thank you so much for continuing to raise awareness!

Friends, amv"sh

I hope that those of you that are reading this email will scroll down to the very end of this email, absorb the contents and then actively engage in setting the record straight regarding our entitlement of the Land of Israel.

As Susie Dym notes in her email copied below, the people in this past election did not vote for a Palestinian State.  Yet that is what Netanyahu is promoting. Netanyahus leadership is not reflective of the National Camp. The purpose of this campaign is to get themselves into the newspapers, Internet and radio both in Israel and abroad (Jewish press and general press).

Mattot Arim emphasizes the security catastrophe that would unfold if Judea, Samaria and the Golan do not remain in Jewish Hands. While this is of course extremely valid, it does not get to the root of the problem.

Addressing and emphasizing  Biblical, historical, religious and legal arguments in defense of Jews settling all of Israel does get to the root of the matter..

Therefore this letter writing campaign inititated by Susie Dym of  Mattot Arim is so urgent and important!

Our message of entitlement is not being reported or heard.  Our entitlement to the Land of Israel is a fundamental given that can never be compromised. Our  relationship with the Land  of Israel is that she is unconditionally exclusively divinely earmarked for the Jewish People with the stipulation that we keep the Mitzvoth of the Torah, the laws and precepts.  This in turn will bring peace and prosperity to the entire world.

I was disgusted when I read the following article in this past weeks Forward.

To Sue or Not? Palestinians Face Dilemma After Report On Settlements

This supposedly Jewish newspaper is educating its readers of newly opened classified data on 30 settlements that were" built on Palestinian Land"  in violation of Israeli law and how the Palestinians are  (foolishly from their perspective) in a dilemma on whether to to sue Israel for appropriating their land.

I am sure it can be proven that Tel Aviv and much of the Dan Block is built on top of Arab villages.

The fact that Olmert and Barak consistently speak about Israel "occupying" Gaza and Israel's desire not to "occupy" Gaza clearly educates the people that the Jews have no entitlement.

The Forward apparently takes the position that the Jews are the occupiers and that Jews have no entitlement in Judea and Samaria..

If we have no entitlement to East Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and Gaza then what gives us entitlement to Tel Aviv or Haifa?

I think an excellent contact person for Mattot Arim is Aryeh King whose work involves returning former Jewish Land to Jewish owners. Please google Israel Land Fund Arieh King and many excellent articles will come up describing Arieh King battle with JNF and how the JNF has allowed Land bought with Jewish Donor money earmarked for Jewish settlement is given away unlawfully to the Arabs.  Afsi, and in particular Helen Freedman, has been actively engaged regarding this matter.

Now is the time to do Panim el Panim with our neighbors and friends and to the MK's on the email list  regarding this matter..

.

Netanyahu: Palestinian state and Golan

Netanyahu won the elections -- not because his party came out biggest (Zipi Livni's Kadima did) but because the National Camp (the Right) beat the Left by a large margin -- as Netanyahu himself pointed out in his victory speech. However, there is a concern that Netanyahu will abandon the principles of the National Camp, by virtue of which he won in the first place! The principles, as we all know, are Eretz Yisrael -- yes; Palestinian state -- no, Golan -- yes.

Please help to ensure that the above principles  make their way into all of the following documents and decisions: * the Government Guidelines, * the Coalition Agreements, * the crucial first Government Decision, which is voted upon in the first meeting of the new government, * the premier's first speech, * any official letters the factions may submit to the Prime Minister, and * the decisions on relevant portfolios and positions such as Defense, Foreign Affairs, and settlement policy positions.

To do so please contact Israel's senior politicians and politely ask them to get themselves into the newspapers, Internet and radio both in Israel and abroad (Jewish press and general press) so that they can energetically explain why Palestinian state is catastrophic for Israel and the Golan is crucial for Israel. This will create the atmosphere that will allow the above governmental documents to be properly shaped. It is a pity for them to be sitting around when they can be creating public opinion and that is what you will be reminding them. Here is an (old) example of an MK doing good hasbara: http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1221142472433&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull We need several articles like this one every day - rather than one such article every several months!

If you are in a hurry or don't like writing, just forward this email or part of it to the following email addresses:

(Netanyahu himself, Avigdor Liberman, Eli Yishay head of Shas, Zvulun Orlev of Bayit Yehudi-Mafdal, Menachem Porush of hareidi UTJ, Uri Ariel of National Union and the senior Likud MKs such as Saar, Erdan, Rivlin, Cachlon, Shalom, Steinitz, Yisrael and Hayim Katz, Livnat, Edelstein and Elkin, cc us)

Thank you very much for helping. Keep your eyes on the press to see which MK comes through for us. Also thanks to all the great people who read our previous email and contacted Liberman's representatives and asked them to recommend a no-Palestinian-state oriented government. Liberman's people came through for you and made the right recommendation (pun) as you probably saw in the press.

Mattot Arim's Second Comparative Report on Legislators & Ministers

Mattot Arim's Second Comparative Report on Legislators & Ministers

Mattot Arim has put out its second report on the 18th Knesset, regarding the comparative level of activity of the legislators and ministers of the National Camp. Click here for the full report if you read Hebrew: http://kr8.co.il/BRPortal/br/P102.jsp?arc=69226:

If not, here are the main findings in English:

Parties:

First in order of merit was the National Union which with 71 activities on average per legislator far surpassed its rival, the Jewish Home-Mafdal which averaged 45 activities per legislator in the 9-month period covered by the report. Likud was next, with 28 activities on average, and Shas was not far behind with 21 activities per legislator on average. Liberman's Yisrael Beytenu surprisingly scored low, averaging only 17 activities per legislator, surpassing only ultra-Orthodox UTJ, at the bottom of the list with 16 activities per legislator.

In the Likud:

If you have Likud primaries voting rights, or want to have these rights (contact us mattot.arim@gmail.com to find out how), here's what you need to know before voting in the next primaries:

Highest individual scorer in Likud (in the whole Knesset, in fact) was Yariv Levin with 116 points, far exceeding the next top Likud contenders, namely Zeev Elkin - 69, Danny Danon  -66 and Zipi Hotovely - 63.

Zion Pinian, an Orthodox novice Likud MK, was next with 31. In the 20's: Ayub Kara - 29, Miri Regev - 29, Carmel Shama - 28, Silvan Shalom - 26, Ofir Akunis - 26, Yuli Edelstein - 25; Ruby Rivlin - 22, Gilad Erdan - 22, Michael Eitan - 21;  and Leah Nes - 21.

Likud legislators and Likud ministers scoring in the teens included Bogy Yaelon - 18, Haim Katz - 17, Gidon Saar - 16, Benny Begin - 16, Limor Livnat - 15, Yisrael Katz - 14, Yuval Steinitz - 13, Moshe Cachlon - 11, Gila Gamliel - 10.

The lowest scoring Likud reps were Dan Meridor - 2 and Yosi Peled - 9.

Ministers:

As above, Mattot Arim found a low level of activity among ministers. The 3 most active (least inactive...) ministers were Likud (note: National Union have no ministers):  Silvan Shalom (26), Yuli Edelstein  (25), and Gilad Erdan (22) tying with National Home's sole minister, Daniel Hershkowitz. Bogy Yaelon scored 18 points, followed by Gidon Saar, Benny Begin and Uzi Landau, with 16 points. Shas ministers scored poorly, with 8 points for leader Eli Yishai and 5 points for Ariel Atias. The junior Shas ministers were slightly higher rated: 10 points for Yakov Margi and for Meshulam Nahari. Liberman's ministers also scored poorly: 7 points for Stas Miseznikov, 8 for Sopha Landver and 13 for Police Minister Aharonovitch.

Special achievements:

The report also added a special chapter on "important achievements". National Union's  Uri Ariel, highly regarded as a vigorous parliamentarian and expert on furthering Israel's interests in Judea and Samaria, topped the list with four important achievements, for assisting in appointing non-left-wing Supreme Court judges, for watching out for National Camp interests in the all-important Finance Committee at the Knesset, for bringing other legislators to the Shomron, and for passing a law (clemency for anti-disengagement demonstrators), one of the only laws the National Camp had passed in the period covered by the Report.

A surprising second was former-Kadima current-Likud MK Zeev Elkin - 3 important achievements: the long-awaited establishment of the Knesset's Land of Israel lobby together with Prof. Aryeh Eldad, bringing other legislators to the Shomron, and passing the disengagement demonstrators' clemency law. Begin, Yaelon and Edelstein (Likud), Eldad (National Union) and Rotem (Yisrael Beytenu) chalked up two important achievements each.

Individuals:

The highest scoring ultra-Orthodox legislator was Rabbi Chaim Amsalem (46). Menachem Porush scored poorly (11 points).

The highest scoring female legislator was Zipi Hotovely (63).

Methodology:

All types of ministerial and parliamentary activities were culled from local and foreign press, from party websites, individual MK websites, Knesset website, National Camp activist groups, regional councils and communities, from our activists, and of course from the legislators themselves. Level of activity was defined simply as the number of parliamentary and governmental actions, such as interrogatories, bills, votes and agenda-setting, initiated by each minister or legislator on issues of importance to the National Camp.

ACTION ITEM: Encourage the good guys!!

Please write to the ministers and MKs, tell them you are aware of the Mattot Arim activity report and will strongly appreciate their continued hard work on topics such as building Judea and Samaria, hasbara on dangers of Palestinian state, formulating a tough plan of action responsive to the Palestinian boycott of our goods, etc.

A list of 49 email addresses is above, in blue, in the Hebrew section. And here's a who's who webpage to click on, if you want to write to a particular minister of MK:  http://www.knesset.gov.il/mk/eng/mkindex_current_eng.asp

Thanks for encouraging good political behavior up on top! As you know -- it's up to us, and we know for a fact that the ministers and MKs are anxiously waiting to see how many of us noticed what they did (or didn't) do.

Let's not disappoint them. Very sincerely, Mattot Arim

Strikes against the Israeli Defense Leadership:

bs"d

First let us begin with a tremendous Hakoras HaTov to the IDF who are risking their lives for Am Yisroel.

There is much good to be said and sometimes we are too quick to focus on the bad.

Even though this post is critical who am I to criticize?   The purpose of this post is to make our defense better by putting Hashem and the Torah leading the way and the leaders and ranks and file, true Tzivot Hashem.

Let me also preface by saying that I realize that no one is perfect and it's easy to be critical...Nobody wants tabs on all their wrongdoings but it is important if we see a pattern that is dangerous. Much is at stake here, the security of the People of Israel and not only the reputation of the Defense Minister.... May all these strikes for bad be reversed for the good....

Strikes against the Israeli Defense Leadership:

  • Most recent examples of IDF Soldiers who were afraid to arrest a provocative and suspicious Palestinian at the very location that  Rabbi Itamar ben Gal hy"d was murdered.  According to these allegations he came back the next day and murdered Itamar ben Gal hy"d.  This must be investigated.    https://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2018/02/fwd-is-this-true-story-shameful-story.html

  • Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu took note that the off-duty IDF officer did not use his weapons to neutralize a terrorist  but rather tried to run him over.  This gave him the opportunity to escape.

  • Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu has called for Eisenkott to retire from his duties due to leadership that has weakened the IDF.  https://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/240797
for additional strikes....

From Matot Arim - Where is Democracy in Israel and Freedom to Protest????? David Ish- Shalom arrested. For What?????

bs"d

Please watch the video account documenting peaceful protest of less than 30 people that was terminated by the Israeli Police.

From Matot Arim:

MR. POLICE MINISTER -- WHY DID YOU ARREST A MAN OF PEACE?

http://www.inn.co.il/News/Flash.aspx/296523 is a Hebrew-language account of the arrest of "Dont-release-Hamas-terrorists!" activist David Ish-Shalom.

Read (in English) of Mr. Ish-Shalom's quiet, peaceful rally yesterday:  http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/138996 which -- amazingly - triggered the arrest.

Please write to Mr. Evette-Avigdor Liberman aliberman@knesset.gov.il , head of the Yisrael Beytenu party. This is the party whose minister -- Mr. Police Minister I. Aharonovich -- is in charge of this incident. Ask: Why was Mr. Ish-Shalom arrested for protesting Hamas terrorist release, when a minister from Yisrael Beytenu was Police Minister and could have prevented the arrest? What happened to democracy and freedom of protest? What crime could Mr. Ish Shalom, whose quiet, respectable vigil was videotaped, possibly have committed?

When Mr. Liberman responds to you, which he is obliged to do, please send his reply to brave Mr. Ish-Shalom:  davidishalom1@gmail.com with some words of encouragement from you for this dedicated Israeli. Feel free to join Mr. Ish Shalom at his next vigil. He says he will not be intimidated and we do so much hope he will find the strength to continue and prevent this terrible  danger to Israelis, Jews and other innocent people countrywide and worldwide.

Thanks for coming, caring and doing -- from Mattot Arim

Administrative Detention against the good guys, is a hate crime... tying the hands of IDF is shameful and endangers their lives. Acts of Arab Violence on the Increase

Administrative detention is a hate crime by Elisheva Federman

Have the courts found these young Jews guilty of any real crimes? NO!

Unfounded accusations against innocent Jewish Settlers, followed by immoral administrative detention, brings a surge of hate crimes, terror and violence from Arabs causing real injuries and close calls  to fellow Jews.  In addition , tying the hands of the IDF, police and civilians to effectively respond to terror threats, and acts of violence against them, invites more terror and is empowering Arabs to conduct more acts of terror.

The Silent Intifada: Stabbings, IEDs, and stone throwing (read about them..)
This past week (August 14th-August 20th) there were over 80 terror incidents recorded the 'Silent Intifada' on Hakol Hayehudi. Among these were shooting of rockets and mortars, throwing of improvised explosive devices (IEDs), arson of fields, and a number of incidents of stones, molotov cocktails, and fireworks shot at vehicles and homes. The incidents were primarily in Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem, but also in Baka al-Jarbiya in the north, Ashkelon, and Tsur Yigal.

In total 13 Jews were injured in these incidents. Last Shabbat, August 15th, an Arab stabbed a soldier at a checkpoint in Binyamin, north of Jerusalem..,..

Why are the Youth of Judea and Samaria targeted with Administrative Orders?
It seems to me that many living in Judea and Samaria and/or in support of those living in Judea and Samaria, desire that Israel be governed with laws who have as its foundation Judaic and Hebraic law rather than Turkish and British law. This seems like the only plausible explanation of why these kids are being placed in administrative detention. Their ideology questions the very foundation of the Israeli courts who feel threatened by this and threatens the foundation of the many lies the Arabs have spread that Israel is Occupying Palestinian Land.

In America there is a similar scenario. There is a struggle to adhere to G-d's laws vs Supreme Court rulings which defy G-d's law.  The courts in Kentucky choose to enforce compliance against G-d.  It is not surprising that individuals are caught in a dilemma. This is a recipe for widespread controversy.

Why are the Fires raging in Israel. Why can't Hashem just bring the rains? Let us look into the Parsha for some answers.

bsd

True there are terror arsonists in play but the weather conditions and winds aren't helping matters.  Why is Hashem allowing these terrorist arsonists to wreak havoc and displace tens of thousands of people almost as if He is being a partner in crime?

Maybe our silence and callousness regarding Amona and parts of Ofra is taking it's toll. Maybe Hashem is trying to wake us up and remind what it feels like to be displaced.

It seems to me very clear from Parshat Lech Lecha and Parshat Chayei Sarah, the Torah portions of the weeks why these fires have been raging. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Covenant_of_the_pieces The Knesset and the Rabbi's have failed to publicize the Truth of the Torah in their failure to push through the regulation bill and in their failure to denounce the 2 State Solution which nullifies what the Torah says. .

Fires Divine Retribution for Attempts to Destroy Settlements, Claims Rabbi
The devastating fires which swept through Israel in the past days are God's punishment upon the Israeli government for planning to dismantle several Jewish communities in the West Bank, said a settler leader and rabbi on Thursday.
Read more at http://www.breakingisraelnews.com/79213/fires-divine-retribution-attempts-destroy-settlements-claims-rabbi/#PZ8Lr5UAWmz10OhE.99

Cries for help have been ignored and seemed to fall on deaf ears and many Rabbanim and those in Leadership roles know how hard we have tried to convince them to get involved to stop the destruction of the homes of our Jewish Brethren. 40 families in Amona with 200 kids etc. .

In Parshat Chayei Sara it is clear that Avraham Avinu will purchase the land from Efron but even if they won't sell him the land he will take it by right.  גֵּר וְתוֹשָׁב אָנֹכִי עִמָּכֶם תְּנוּ לִי אֲחֻזַּת קֶבֶר עִמָּכֶם וְאֶקְבְּרָה מֵתִי מִלְּפָנָי:
If you don't allow me to purchase it then Avraham is hinting he will take it by right.

MK Lieberman is getting the hint following his statement that some of the settlements can be destroyed.  Now perhaps he has a better idea of what is feels like.

The government will stand or fall in the next two weeks depending on what happens in the Israeli community of Beit El, north of Jerusalem. Ministers have informed Netanyahu that if the Ulpana neighborhood of Beit El is destroyed, his coalition will follow.

The warning came during a cabinet meeting in which the timetable for Judea and Samaria demolitions was revealed. Ulpana is scheduled to be demolished on May 1, the Givat Assaf community several weeks later, and Migron on August 1.

Ministers told Netanyahu that the timetable is irrelevant, because if the May 1 destruction of Ulpana were to go through, the government will not be around for the other two.

Pictures of the destruction will remind the public of the destruction of Gush Katif, they warned. The demolition of Jewish communities in Gaza has been generally recognized as a bad idea, particularly as thousands of residents of the towns have not yet been resettled nearly seven years later and the terrorist ocket barrages from the destroyed communities have been unrelenting.

Several ministers from Netanyahu's own Likud party have warned that they will not wait for May 1, but rather, will force a stop to demolition plans through legislation. A law is in the works that would ensure that homeowners can remain on their property if a claim to the land is made several years after purchase. The law would provide claimants with monetary compensation in place of the original property, as is the practice in other countries.

It would affect thousands of Jewish families in Judea and Samaria who bought homes many years ago on abandoned land with government help, far from any Arab community, who are now facing sudden lawsuits by Palestinian Authority residents, claiming the land on which these homes are built. Some of the land was purchased and either the owner was afraid for his life and therefore did not go through legal channels or the owner was fraudulent, taking advantage of the similarity of Arab names and language barriers.

The Supreme Court has tended to side with PA plaintiffs in such cases even without proof of ownership.

MK Ya'akov "Ketzaleh" Katz praised the bill. "The government should immediately legislate laws to solve large-scale communal problems," he said. "The courts are not above the people, and cannot cancel just laws that aim to save the nation from absurd decrees."

On Sunday, members of the Likud Central Committee, along with MKs and ministers from the party, will hold an emergency meeting in the Ulpena neighborhood to discuss the issue and declare their strategy for the days ahead.

Dear Lovers of Am Yisroel, Eretz Yisroel and the Torah, amv"sh

Please forward and publicize what is happening in Ulpana and in Migron and write to the Chavrei Knesset to give them encouragement to stand firm and not cave into Netanyahus and Barak's decrees even at the risk of their jobs.  Please sign Petition below and do what you can to help fellow Jews keep their homes in Eretz Yisroel and not get expelled like what happened in Gush Katif!  Otherwise we will have to ask ourselves did we not prevent their pain having full knowledge of what was about to happen to them??????

Yasher Koach to all those who are helping.  Please read the following from David HaIvri of the Shomron Liason Office:

To: Ticker Robin <faigerayzel@gmail.com>

Dear all you great people,

A really lovely group of Jews in Australia has put a lot of effort into working out ways to help us in Migron.  Our situation is much to complicated at the moment to type out on an erev Shabbat.  However, suffice it to say that as far as we're concerned here, there is no agreement with the government and we will not willfully go along with the destruction Jewish homes in the Land of Israel.  That's the short version.

The following is a list of links to a petition that this group has put together.  MK Eldad has agreed to present the outcome of the petition to Bibi, personally.  As of Erev Shvií Shel Pesach, it had exactly 613 signatures.  I don't know how many it has at the moment.  Please pass this on:

Excellent article by:
Michael Freund: When Jews fight back http://www.eish-l.org/s/n9xt8v Earlier this week, the IDF went viral, but for all the wrong reasons. After Lt.- Col. Shalom Eisner struck a pro-Palestinian Danish protester in the face with his rifle on Saturday, an edited video of the incident was quickly uploaded to the Internet, garnering worldwide attention and condemnation,  Click on link for entire article.....
But at the end of the day, one thing should be patently clear: when we come under attack, Jews – like anyone else – have the right and the duty to fight back. And that is what we shall do.

Abuse of Power! Administrative Detention Out of Control targeting Jewish Kids. Kudos to the Jewish Press for exposing this miscarriage of Justice!

bs"d

Shabak has lost it.  But Why? First read of the latest miscarriages of justice under the guise of Administrative Detention.  My Analysis follows these posts.

Annals of Crazy: Shabak Bans 15-Year-Old 'Jewish Extremist' from Talking to 12-Year-Old Neighbor.  A Wednesday decree issued by Shabak truly sounded like part of the mad hatter's party in Alice in Wonderland.

After 10 Months – Meir Ettinger Freed From Prison. Will Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman follow in Ya'alon's footsteps and sign new administrative detention orders against Kahane's grandson, sending him back to prison without trial?

What's going on?  Let us take a look at other examples of such abuse of power and see how and why it works.  In the article below, simply substitute the words"U.S. Attorney" with "Shabak prosecution".

"Abuse Of Power" And The Rubashkin Case [and the Hilltop Youth Cases Robin]  https://yated.com/justice-officials-legal-luminaries-petition-government-rectify-rubashkin-travesty/

The concluding paragraph of the NACDL amicus curiae in support of the Rubashkin appeal of which Reynolds was a party, cites a 1940 speech given by Justice Robert Jackson when he was U.S. Attorney General, on the subject of the great potential for abuse of power in the Office of the U.S. Attorney.
The NACDL brief said Jackson's words are uncannily relevant to the Rubashkin prosecution.
"The most dangerous power of the prosecutor is that he will pick people that he thinks he should 'get…" Instead of discovering the commission of a crime and then looking for the man who committed it, he will pick the man and then searching the law books… or putting investigators to work, to pin some offense on him," Jackson noted in his speech.
"It is in this realm — in which the prosecutor singles out a person he dislikes or desires to embarrass…and then looks for an offense – that the greatest danger of abuse of prosecuting power lies. It is here that the real crime becomes that of being unpopular with the governing group, being attached to the wrong political views… or being personally obnoxious to, or in the way of, the prosecutor himself."
"Jacksons' words are worth repeating for they apply so well to the [Rubashkin] case," the NACDL brief stated. "When the elaborate raid on illegal immigrants at Agriprocessors did not bear fruit" [i.e. the lurid crimes that should have justified a military-style raid turned out to be nonexistent], "the prosecutors, rather than look ridiculous, searched and found another crime… And the trial judge, who was part of the planning and pre-arrest activities, imposed a sentence of over a quarter-of-a century," to show how bad the crimes were.
"All this served to justify the huge resources that the Government had employed, with its massive raid more befitting of a bust of a well-armed drug cartel."

The question is why is the government of Israel so focused on framing Jewish children and youth as Jewish Terrorists expending enormous resources to prove that they are Jewish Terrorists involved in terror activity against innocent Palestinians?

What does Israel benefit from "admitting" even half heartedly that they too have Jewish Terrorists, and children nonetheless....

In the International arena, the Obama Administration, the EU, the UN, all being broadcast in leftist International Media,  have to somehow sell the Peace Process...  peace between two Nations with aspirations of a homeland.  The Palestinian People and the Nation of Israel.

The Palestinian people have been in the news non stop with videos of constant terror education funded by UNRWA, indoctrination in UNRWA camps, Arab Sesame Street promoting the destruction of Israel, jihad dolls, suicide belts for dressup,  starting from a young age, which has then led to real attacks, stabbings, rock throwings, car jammings, and even suicide explosions against innocent civilians, perpetrated by children and youth, indoctrinated from a young age to hate and terrorize Jews and Israel.

On the other hand, Israel educates its children with Judeo-Christian values that values life and believes that one has the right to defend oneself when one is attacked and that Israel is the rightful inheritors of the Land of Israel.  Israel and the Settlers of Judea and Samaria do not produce kids who are taught that it is proper to go into some random Arab's home and proudly set it on fire and burn the parents and a little toddler and then brag about it.  There is no justification religiously, morally, legally and  it's downright dangerous.  It's stupid and wrong and accomplishes nothing. Am I surprised that indeed they have come up with no real evidence other than a forced confession based on some Hebrew graffiti scribbled on the wall?

These authentic facts prove that there is an imbalance between the two sides. One side is barbaric and criminal and the other is just and moral taking on high ground.

The Palestinian side has a given that is based on falsehood.  As Mike Huckabee put it, it's BDS without the D.  To quote Liz Berneq Esq. from ZOA at the BDS Conference in the UN "Remember, there is no such thing as the 'Occupation!'"

The Jewish/Israeli Side has truth and morality.

So for all those in favor of a Two State Solution,  in order to keep these two sides even, worthy of an intellectual and academic discussion, one has to somehow show that they are both moral and ethical or that they are both terror States.  Both tactics are used.

Daniel Birnbaum, CEO of Soda Stream presents a Utopian world of coexistence between Palestinians and Jew.  His company is living proof that this can be accomplished!  Cinderella...the fairy tale...and they all lived happily ever after.... Or did they?

Am I being cynical of Peace?

No!  I too am warmed by the concept of coexistence. But then I remember another time in history where Jews and Arabs coexisted.  That was 1929 Hebron in Beit Hadassah hospital where Jews and Arabs alike were treated fairly and equally no different than Hadassah Hospital today.  It was not long ago when terror victim reported
‘I yelled for help and they spat at me,’ says victim of Jerusalem attack. Adele Banita gives harrowing account of terror assault in which her husband Aharon and Old City resident Nehemia Lavi were murdered, and she was badly wounded http://www.timesofisrael.com/i-yelled-for-help-and-they-spit-at-me-says-victim-of-jerusalem-attack/
and this story
Elderly terror victims: Arabs refused to help us as we bledhttp://www.democraticunderground.com/1134128568
So what went wrong? If all Arabs wish to coexist why in the above stories did they lack basic human decency to help the terror victims.  We must conclude, as painful as it is to our good Samaritan hearts, that there is a significant number of Arabs who do not deserve Israel's benevolence, human rights, jobs and economic help, water, electricity and educational subsidies.  Their agenda is the destruction of Israel.

I believe that coexistence can and should exist but under certain parameters.  When you leave these parameters out, you open yourself vulnerable to a massacre no different than Hebron in 1929.

What are the parameters I am referring?

Let us return to the conquest of Joshua of the 7 Canaanite Nations.  The Canaanite nations were offered the following options.  Either they accept Israel's Sovereignty and the Seven Noahide laws or they can leave.  If they choose to stay, in spite of refusing to these conditions then we are required to fight them and wipe them out lest their immoral and disgusting practices contaminate us and they will have done to us what we should have done to them.

There needs to be a way to separate the good guys from he bad guys.

All Arabs are not bad.

I learned this lesson from a very wise elderly Yeminite women by the name of Miriam Yefet.

Years ago, when I was single,  living at home in NY,  I took the summer off to volunteer in Kiryat Arba. I had joined a Bnei Akiva Garin by the name of Moreshet Avot who planned on making Aliya to Kiryat Arba. I wanted to get a feel for the place. I contacted the Social Worker at the time, Yehudit Katsover who hooked me up with Miriam Yefet.  This 80 year old spunky petite Yemenite women was grieving over her son Moshe ob"m who recently was killed while on reserve duty.  She could not be consoled. I was assigned to befriend her and see how I can help her situation.

I personally was not interested in going into the Arab section of Hebron. However as Miriam Yefet's attendant, helping her with her bags, I received an interesting education of the Arab Shuk in Hebron.  We took the Egged bus into Hebron from Kiryat Arba and walked to the Arab Shuk.  There we were greeted warmly with the local population each of the Arabs sellers in the market outdoing themselves to accommodate Miriam Yefet.  She spoke their language and knew them personally.  She apparently helped them when they needed help. Sometimes with food, sometimes with advice.  She demanded only the finest quality of fruits and vegetables and they accommodated her as best as they could as she sat in a chair they provided as they brought her their merchandise. She argued with them and told them, this is our land and they listened to her respectfully.  She told me.  I know who is good and who hates us.  I speak their language.

Many Arabs are not only good but show courage that puts us to Shame.  I  bring as an example "Mosab Hassan Yousef" aka Son of Hamas.  It seemed to me that he received the largest applause with Bassam Eid as a close second at yesterdays session at the UN entitled "Ambassadors against BDS.  As Bassam Eid of Palestinian human rights told the audience at the United Nations on May 31, 2016 , most Arabs would prefer living under Israel's Sovereignty where they are physically and financially secure, have health and education benefits and a good paying job over living under a corrupt Arab Administration in misery and poverty and abuse.

But we are naive and foolish to hide under the carpet that Jihad is pervasive in the Palestinian population centers big time. Jihad education has been indoctrinating Palestinians children and has been allowed to operate unchecked by the government of Israel.  As long as this is the situation, it is a time bomb a terror attack Chas VeShalom in spite of SodaStream's false utopia of peaceful coexistence!

Would this be tolerated in America? Allowing ones enemies to live next door to you.   Probably under Obama.  But when I grew up, we all proudly put our hands to our chests and recited "I Pledge Allegiance, To The Flag, OF the United States of America".  Remember?  "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

Perhaps Soda Stream has discovered how to keep out the Jihad element from their operation.  Are they so naive to believe that all Palestinians, given equal and fair treatment,  human rights  etc. will turn away from their jihadist ways and forget the teaching of their prophet Mohammad who taught Taqiyya, deception. https://wikiislam.net/wiki/Qur'an,_Hadith_and_Scholars:Lying_and_Deception.  Qur'an, Hadith and Scholars:Lying and Deception.

Does SodaStream ever discriminate against extreme radical Muslim Fundamentalists who follow the teachings of Islam religiously?   How does Mr. Birnbaum address the employees of Soda Stream who might be a small minority but are devout Muslims who according to Son of Hamas Mosab Hassan Yousef practice Islam, a religion of death cult.  Surely they will contaminate the atmosphere, have a negative influence and infiltrate the Utopian operation of Coexistence under the guise of human rights and equal opportunity as the Torah predicts.

There must be a way to differentiate and  filter the Ger Toshav from the Jihadist.
