Jewish Press Exclusive - Likud Elections Exposed - fabricated results By: Jeremy Saltan

bs"d

Ani Maamin BeHashem.  I believe in HaKadosh Baruch Hu!

Dear Knesset Members, amv"sh

Calling for a Motion of No Confidence on Netanyahu and his Administration and to dissolve this leadership in Israel's Knesset

If I thought a recall election in Likud would be trustworthy I would suggest it.

  I don't.  They have betrayed the Jewish People too many times.

 If Likud purposefully fabricated the election results, it's clearly time to dismantle Likud, They have betrayed their members and voters big time!  They have been unfaithful to the Jewish People. They have lost credibility. Who will bring them to Justice???????

Time to create another party and vote for a new Gov't.

Here is a great name!  "Zocher Habrit". Remembering the Covenant. I would call upon all believers of all the parties to join

In Selichos we say Vayikra 26 Pasuk (42) "Vezacharti as Brisi Yaakov, Veaf as Brisi Yitzchok, Veaf es Brisi Avraham Ezkor, Vehaaretz Ezkor". I will remember My Covenant with Jacob and also My covenant with Isaac, and also My covenant with Abraham will I remember, and I will remember the Land. (43)The Land will be bereft of them; and it will be appeased for its sabbaticals having become desolate of them; and they must gain appeasement for their iniquity, because they were revolted by My ordinances and because their spirit rejected My decrees.  Please read

Thank you for full page ad of Gush Katif Museum but did you have to feature the AFL (American Friends of Likud Dinner) on page 1?

bs"d

Dear Editor, amv"sh

I am ):sad.   I know that the AFL (American Friends of Likud has advertised in your paper.  Couldn't they have picked other papers to advertise their Dinner.  Did they have to Davka advertise in the Jewish Voice, the most pro Yesha paper in my area as per my observation? My guess is yes.  They want to silence those who are critical of Netanyahus policies and they will davka choose the media of this audience..

AFL, especially Netanyahu, has received positive press in your paper that they do not deserve.  I want your readers to know that Netanyahu, the Chairman of the Likud and the current Prime Minister of Israel is not the best friend for Judea and Samaria.  So my advice to you is take their money and advertise but don't put in nice articles about them. Editorial decisions should have no clue as per who is advertising. Not practical?  May Hashem always provide you with Parnossa.  Next time they will take their advertising elsewhere and you will be better off for not supporting their policies and readers like myself won't be disappointed.

 If readers don't read about happenings in Judea and Samaria in the Jewish Voice then where will they see it?

Those of us that read Arutz7 or get emails from Mattot Arim or Women in Green, and not the majority of Jews living in Brooklyn do,  know what is happening in Judea and Samaria and are very displeased. See story entitled

Officer: Army 'Heartless' When it Come to Outpost Demolitions

A top officer in the Israeli Police slammed the participation of Arab workers in the demolition of outposts.

Under Netanyahus administration, soldiers dressed in black have  literally come in the middle of the night,  to Mitzpeh Avichai,  3, 4 am to throw families out of their homes, including babies and children in the freezing rain. The parents were unable to spare their children from witnessing the cruel destruction of their homes. They contract Arabs to gleefully do this dirty work. They come with bulldozers and raze the homes. Looting was  reported.  In Givat Aryeh adjacent to Itamar, they confiscated Sifrei Torah recently dedicated and then proceeded to destroy and desecrate a shul and destroy living quarters of a  family living there. They also destroyed Itamar's newly installed security system.   Please understand that Givat Aryeh was built davka in memory of Tamar Fogel's family hy"d. Tamar Fogel age 12  said in an interview a week following Shiva that "at the Shiva Netanyahu consoled  me saying "they kill and we build" but I told him but we build and you evacuate all the time. We build and you evacuate." ,

 It took only 10 days from the dedication of the Synagogue in Givat Aryeh in memory of the Fogel Family hy"d for the Netanyahus gov't to destroy it.  Tamar, 12 years old predicted it.

We build you evacuate? More like, "we build and you heartlessly expel and destroy" She and her peers have witnessed first hand and we  their supporters have watched enough of these disturbing videos on You tube to no  longer be naive or trusting of Netanyahu and his administration with Barak calling the cards in Judea and Samaria..

Even now on the eve of elections

PM Appoints Panel to Write Definitive Report on 'Outpost' Status

A panel has been created to examine land ownership in Judea and Samaria and 're-evaluate' the much criticized Sasson Report

 it was previously reported

Report: Bibi to Sack Ministers Who Back Outpost Law

The Prime Minister will reportedly inform Likud ministers on Sunday that they will be out of a job if they defy him on the Outpost Law. .  Is this new panel because he sincerely cares about the status of the Outposts or is this merely a delay tactic.

Do I trust Netanyahu not to raze any more homes or make deals resulting in more destruction of homes in Judea and Samaria while this panel is busy investigating?  No I do not.  Sorry. I have lost my  trust in what he says and in his panels of investigations.  I hope to be proven wrong.

 It is for this reason I was not thrilled to see the Likud Dinner featured on front page of Jewish Voice quoting Rumsfield  as saying how courageous Netanyahu is. The Jewish Voice  is usually a good friend of Judea and Samaria. Their business sense got the better of their editorial sense.in my opinion.

  Netanyahu is a leader who is bowing to international pressures to the detriment of Israel.  Many nationalists would not call him courageous.   He has lost sight of the broader vision, the dream of 2000 years of the Jewish People of living in our homeland while keeping the commandments bringing peace and prosperity to mankind.

 Netanyahu is fabulous in educating us as per our Biblical, historical connection to the Land and for that received countless standing ovations in Congress.  But then he shiftily, shifts his narrative by one degree and accepts the legitimacy of a PA State. This sends him straight to nowhere in outerspace missing his destination completely.   Please print this letter.  Thank you for listening

An open letter to Moshe Feiglin following the election

bs"d

Dear Manhigut Yehudit  People under the Direction of Moshe Feiglin, amv"sh

You are a dedicated, loyal, sincere passionate and devoted group. You gave it your all yet things didn't turn out as you hoped and expected.

 I myself was inspired to campaign for you against Netanyahu.  My inspiration was partly sparked by the example of Bob Turner a New York Republican who defeated a Democrat who happened to also be an Orthodox Jew in a largely Democrat district,. Turner succeeded in winning much of the Democratic Jewish vote. How did this happen? Democrat Leaders such as Ed Koch made convincing arguments that simply said that a vote for RepublicanTurner was a loud statement against Obama and the direction of the Democratic party. Non stop telemarketing calls of Rabbanic endorsements for Bob Turner told the religious voters that a vote for Turner was a Jewish and moral statement against gay marriage.

This campaign strategy worked for New York, yet this logical campaign strategy didn't work for Manhigut Yehudit.

 I  myself figured that the masses of Nationalists would see this as a golden opportunity to vote against Netanyahu and his settlement bashing. But it wasn't the case. (Incidentally, I'd be curious to know what percentage of blank protest votes there actually were.The actual percentage of the people voting for Netanyahu would then be that less than 75%. )

Surely it is easier for me than for you to say Gam zu LeTova.  (This too is for the good)

I will share my thoughts and I hope it makes you feel somewhat better and hopefully convince you to reconsider your direction. I thought to myself.  Moshe Feiglin is too good for Likud.  If he would have won, Likud would not be the proper vessel for him.  Maybe Hashem did him a favor by not allowing him to win under the umbrella of Likud.  Likud would not have been able to contain his message.  Likud is too flawed. They have too much baggage to carry around for any wholesome and idealistic leader.

 I found this beautiful story in Lazer Brody's web site that I'd like to share with you.

Rabbi Yisrael Salanter of saintly and blessed memory was an immensely pious man, but a he lived a life of poverty. His wife once heated up some milk that they could barely afford; the milk came to a vigorous boil, overflowed, and spilled onto the floor. A person with no emuna would have likely yelled at his wife, "Stupid! Why are you so careless?" One can imagine how a bit of spilled milk could trigger a domestic war…

No, there was no war in the Salanter home. Rabbi Yisrael asked his wife, "Sweetheart, what do you think we did wrong to deserve the milk being spilled?" His wife pondered for a moment and remembered that she forgot to leave the payment for the milk in the prearranged hiding place for compensating the milkman. If the milk hadn't spilled, she would have forgotten to pay him entirely. Negligence in paying a debt is a serious violation of Torah. What's more, the milkman – out of respect to Rabbi Yisrael – might have been embarrassed to claim what's due. Then, the Salanters would have been guilty of swindling the milkman, G-d forbid. As such, they were happy that the milk spilled because it saved them from serious transgressions.

The Salanters' story has a happy ending because of emuna. Without emuna, little stories with happy endings become major dramas with tragic outcomes. Walking the path of emuna is like walking in a flowering botanical garden where one flower is prettier that the next. The path without emuna is a perilous jungle of negative emotions -- snake-pits of anger, quick sands of depression, poison spiders of anxiety, and torturous nightmares. Isn't it better to choose the garden?

==================================================

Dear readers of this post: Nationalists for EY are comprised of many political parties.  Some are fans of Feiglin and others are fans of National Union or whatever party. Let us learn from the lyrics of a popular song from production of "Oklahoma" entitled  "Oh the Cowboy and the Farmer Should be Friends......Territory folks should stick together...."

May all of us who love Eretz Yisroel Hashleima stick together and  unite under the common umbrella of Torah and with Hashem's help find the key to victory.

A Second Gush Katif? article by Dovid Hoffman of Yated, Bibi Willing to Cede Judea and Samaria? Arutz7 Action alelrts

bs"d

Thank you to all the Media that have been reporting re: the looming cloud over the settlements slated for destruction  similar to Gush Katif and Amona chas Veshalom.  You can truly say that you are working to prevent their future pain.  May Hashem reward you with Bracha and Hatzlacha and Parnossa because you care about the livelihood and properties of our fellow Jews in Judea and samaria, you are standing up for the Torah and ultimately will bring strength to fight Radical Islam in america as well.

recent articles that I have personally seen describing what happened in Gush Katif and the current battles to prevent destruction of additional homes and communities in Judea and Samaria  have appeared in Jewish Voice, 5 Towns Jewish Times, Yated (see  article link below),  and Jewish Press. and of Course Arutz 7 the preferred paper in Israel for Judea and Samaria.

A Second Gush Katif by Dovid Hoffman of Yated.com

WHAT WE CAN DO IN CHUTZ Le Aretz
  • encourage friends in Israel to VOTE Likud Primary (only if you are a Likud Member) for FEIGLIN, not Netanyahu - Tue.
    • Mattot Arim Good list for Likud MK's based on past voting records. see below after Arlene Kushners article

  • Lobby the MK's ,  we can do this in the Diaspora as well regarding Outpost Legalization bill,   taking place on Wednesday.  The above links from Yated and A7 will encourage you to act.  See below for instructions from Arlene Kushner
.
Arlene Kushner writes:
You've heard about this legislation from me previously:  Proposed by MK Zevulun Orlev (Habayit Hayehudi), it would forbid the dismantling of communities of more than 20 families in Judea and Samaria without properly filed documentation that the land was Arab-owned.  This would negate the vague, unsubstantiated claims of land being "Arab" that are currently filed in court by Peace Now.

What is more, this legislation stipulates that if the documentation of Arab ownership is filed after a specified period of time (four years, as I understand it), the community still wouldn't be taken down and instead the Arab land owner would be provided with monetary compensation.

~~~~~~~~~~
Prime Minister Netanyahu -- at the behest of Minister Benny Begin, who is attempting to negotiate a "deal" with the residents of Migron and wants them to feel squeezed -- has secured a negative vote on this legislation in the Ministerial Committee for Legislation. Nothing prevents the promoters of a piece of legislation from bringing it to the Knesset without the approval of the  committee -- it is simply that without this endorsement it is less likely to pass in the Knesset.
An appeal has been filed -- requesting a re-vote in the committee -- by Minister of Diaspora Affairs Yuli Edelstein (Likud) and Minister of Science Daniel Hershkowitz (Habayit Hayehudi) -- but there has been no response to this.  There is reason to believe the original vote would overturned if there were a second vote.
~~~~~~~~~~

Now MK Oren has decided to bring this proposed law before the Knesset -- possibly by Wednesday.

And  here's where you have to pay attention to understand the situation and its serious implications:

Coalition discipline will not be invoked, so that members of the Knesset will be free to follow their conscience on this important matter rather than having to vote a party line.

HOWEVER, since the Ministerial Committee voted against the legislation, ministers are expected to also vote against it in the Knesset.  They can, if they choose, vote for the legislation, but then, according to the rules, Netanyahu can fire them.  He is not obligated to fire them, he is simply at liberty to do so.

Needless to say, Netanyahu is applying pressure, and making noises about firing those who do not toe the line.

~~~~~~~~~~
This has an unpleasant echo of Gush Katif, when then PM Sharon applied every sort of strong-arm technique possible to keep his ministers in line so they'd vote as he wished.  We cannot let this happen again.  Sharon betrayed his mandate when he behaved this way, and Netanyahu is now playing matters in a similar fashion.  I've cut him slack with regard to many issues.  But I cut him none here.
~~~~~~~~~~

In my last posting, I asked you to write to the Likud ministers in support of Migron.  Now I ask you to write again, to these ministers and those of Shas and Yisrael Beitenu as well:

Say that you understand that legislation that would save Migron and other communities in Judea and Samaria is about to come before the Knesset.  It would release Israel from the strangle-hold of Peace Now and prevent Jewish communities from being destroyed.

Remind them that the mandate given to the coalition by the voters was nationalist and that they would be betraying this mandate if they voted against this legislation.

Tell them that, even more importantly, if they vote against it they would be taking a position that is not in the best interests of the State of Israel.

Let them know that you see it as imperative that they vote their conscience on this matter.  It is not acceptable for them to place job security ahead of what is best for Israel.  In any event there is no guarantee that the prime minister will fire any ministers, and less likely if many ministers stand together to do what is right.

Voters and those who support the parties are very tired of political game playing.  The ministers must know that they are being watched and that support in the future will depend on their readiness to do the right thing now.

~~~~~~~~~~
 Do NOT send a group message; the message to each minister should be separate.  But there is no reason to be intimidated by the fact that there are several names on the list that follows.
There is a way to make it easy for yourself:  Compose a message that says "Dear Minister," followed by text of that message.  Copy that message and salutation.  Then, in turn, click on each minister's e-mail address, paste in the greeting and message, and hit send.
If Gush Katif infuriated you or pained you, if you want to be part of a democratic process that protects Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, if the idea of their having to turn over their land to Arabs distresses you,  please! take the time to do this.
Numbers count a great deal.  Send this to others who are likely to also respond.
Thank you.  More will follow tomorrow.
~~~~~~~~~~

In closing, a note of clarification, very broadly, for those who are outside of Israel and perhaps confused by our system:  Parties receive mandates (seats) in the Knesset according to the percentage of votes they secured in the previous election. If one party does not have sufficient seats (i.e., more than 60) to constitute a majority of the Knesset, then a coalition is formed; this always happens.  Once the coalition is in place, there are ministerial positions allocated to the various parties in the coalition.  With very rare exceptions, the ministers are chosen from the ranks of those within the parties who have been elected to the Knesset.  Those who are ministers sit in the Cabinet and constitute the government, but they are still members of the Knesset.

From MattotArim: Important info if you can vote for Likud primary:

Hope you got our previous email on Likud voting tomorrow,  here it is for you to re-read:
http://mattotarim1.blogspot.com/2012/01/tuesdayimportant-likud-elections.html

Updates: Apart from the important Feiglin-Netanyahu contest, we now -- with everybody's help -- have assembled the names of many more "good guys" -- candidates who are FOR Yehuda and Shomron and against Palestinian state!  These "good guy" candidates are listed in these 4 links:

New "good guys:   http://mattotarim1.blogspot.com/2012/01/blog-post_644.html

Good guys dating back to Gush Katif   struggle http://mattotarim1.blogspot.com/2012/01/blog-post_30.html

Special "good guys" list for Haifa  http://mattotarim1.blogspot.com/2012/01/blog-post_9989.html

Last minute list of "good guys" whom we just heard about  http://mattotarim1.blogspot.com/2012/01/blog-post_984.html

To vote beneficially, simply click on and go through the above 4 lists, and look for candidates in YOUR city or branch. Lists are alphabetical - Ashdod comes first (aleph), Tel-Aviv (taf) comes last.  Copy down all the good guys in YOUR city/community, from all 4 lists. There is some duplication between the lists -- sorry about that.

Put that "good guys" list in your pocket or purse, since it is no-one's business but your own, and when you get into the voting booth, quietly take out your "good guys" list, and mark whatever "good guys" you find, on EACH of the 2 voting slips that you get. One of those slips will be for the all-important  "central committee members" and one is for "moetzet ha-snif". There will be many names on each of the 2 voting slips -- you mark only the "good guys" among them!

PS. These "good guy" elections are not being held everywhere (for example -- NO "good guy" elections in Rehovot and in most places in Yehuda & Shomron), but in many other places, such as Jerusalem, Netanya, Petah Tikva, Raanana and Tel-Aviv: http://mattotarim1.blogspot.com/2012/01/blog-post_27.html  there WILL be such elections.

If you live in Yehuda and Shomron, simply mark the candidates you know personally. We have not listed any particular "good guy" residents of Yehuda and Shomron because we figure ALL of them are "good guys"!

List of voting locations  in each city/community (a little messy -- but that is what we could get):  http://mattotarim1.blogspot.com/2012/01/blog-post_2940.html

Can you please pass this email on to other Likud voters who may not know what to do?

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO VOTE TOMORROW -- RAIN OR SHINE! YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU! Thank you!
