Remembering Gush Katif | Everyday Jewish Living | OU Life. Must Read but the OU Disclaimer is Shameful.

This is a factual recount of what happened to the Mordechai Family from Gush Katif. It is not an opinion piece except for the author's desire for these families to return to their Land and homes which are now being Occupied by Hamas as a result of the Government of Israel's senseless expulsion of 22 flourishing communities from Gush Katif!
As is obvious from this excellent article, NCSYers in Israel as well as the members of the Israel Center, individuals, under the auspices of the OU were horrified and shared deeply in the pain of the expelled and did their very utmost to ease the pain and suffering before, during and after the Gush Katif expulsion.
But the OU as an Organization tragically failed to do its part to prevent the expulsion and subsequent suffering and grief..
As is obvious from this excellent article, NCSYers in Israel as well as the members of the Israel Center, individuals, under the auspices of the OU were horrified and shared deeply in the pain of the expelled and did their very utmost to ease the pain and suffering before, during and after the Gush Katif expulsion.
But the OU as an Organization tragically failed to do its part to prevent the expulsion and subsequent suffering and grief..
As of today, 2018, OU the Organization has refrained from being critical of the premature condemnations, violations of human and civil rights, incarceration, torture and sexual misconduct against Hilltop Youth.
With recent home Demolitions in Netiv HaAvot and Tal Binyamin, there is a tragic continuation of the senseless destruction and trauma started in Yamit. It progressed to Gush Katif targeting the dust of the earth, the Settlers of Judea and Samaria, and the hilltop Youth, people who love the Land of Israel, who Love and Live Torah, and who love Am Yisroel in spite of being targetted and persecuted.
This disclaimer is indicative of an organization that is unrepentant. In its passivity and lack of leadership to prevent traumatic home demolitions of Settlers in Gush Katif and now in Judea and Samaria, they are indirectly accountable and will have to answer to a Heavenly Court.
Please call them up and ask why have they been so silent when it comes to Jewish Youth, the Hilltop Youth, incarcerated and separated from their families for 2 and a half years with no live witnesses or forensic evidence of any criminal misconduct connecting them to any act of arson in Duma that killed 3 members of the Dawabshe family?
Why have they been silent of the slander, framing, denial of due process and human rights, and all kinds of abuse including sexual misconduct against innocent Jewish kids who confessed to anything to stop the torture. This demonization and delegitimitization, was orchestrated from the highest echelon of Public Service in the Israeli government down, beginning with the Defense Minister, followed within hours by the Prime Minister, the President, many MKs, the Department of Defense, Dept of Justice, Israel Supreme Court and the most painful of all, following an indictment a few months later, based on lies, was betrayed by many influential Rabbanim and influential leaders of Yesha.
Why are the humanitarian plight of Jewish kids less important than kids of illegal immigrants who entered the USA illegally, separated from parents who knowingly knew the risks of their actions. who knowingly endangered the lives of their children knowing fully the risks involved?
Why is criticism of Trump's policies allowed based on questionable humanitarian concerns but criticism of Israeli policies tabboo when serious humanitarian concerns are blatant?

I think the Demolitions yesterday was another statement that they are doubling down on their claim of "Jewish Terrorists" who are associated with Kahana and the Hilltop Youth.
They are intent on keeping the narrative of Israels alleged Illegal Occupation.
The Deep State is working overtime.
Today, it was clear from the Elisha Odess Trial that they are still going fwd with a trial in spite of their biased investigation.
What's most scary is that they are planning to go to War following these horrific destruction of Jewish Homes in Netiv HaAvot and Tal Binyamin aka Tapuah West.
Something similar happened after expulsion of Gush Katif. The Lebonese War was a disaster.
With political decision making rather than military decision making by Lieberman and Eisenkot, I have zero confidence in their qualifications to conduct and lead a military operation! After Ofer Winter and every other kipa bearing officer was passed over, I have no confidence in a G-dless and non G-d fearing Military leadership and Generals
Every G-d fearing mother whose son is serving should be up in arms since this leadership will not have the Chayalims safety and best interest in mind. Let those who are conducting this tainted military operation serve in the front lines under the Operation they are orchestrating and let them suffer the consequences Chas VeSholom. Our kids don't deserve it! I wonder if their kids do as well...
It is not Hamas we need to be afraid of. It's from our Jewish leaders who don't want to claim our Land.
Let's start by accusing them of severely aggresively and viciously attacking unarmed Jewish youth protestors (compare this with the IDF treatment of kid gloves with hostile enemy Palestinian girls who mock them and slap them. Excessive restraint with the enemy.. No restraint against unarmed idealistic youth who are attacked and beat up. These kids exercise amazing restraint against a brutal police force sent by the G.O.I. who treats them as the enemy. The G.O.I. has tarnished the reputation of Hilltop Youth who Love the Land and want to Hold on to the Land by their slanderous designation of them as "Jewish Terrorists". Let us accuse them of then placing this group under surveillance with moles and informers, (tickling the wire so to speak, read today's Mike Huckabee newsletter as per what that entails , a procedure used by the FBI. https://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2018/06/mike-huckabees-newsletter-june-19-2018.html?m=1), framing them followed by mass arrests, placing restraining orders on them , administrative detention orders, immoral imprisonment with torture of those whom they manage to force confessions, with no due process or factual evidence against them. Then they destroy the homes and Communities built in memory of Rabbi Kahanas son and daughter in law murdered in a terror attack hy"d ob"m, in a military planned like operation with hundreds of police costing millions of Shekalim, Chillul Hashem and bringing Trauma to families who have been living in this community for 18 years...Is it happenstance that his happened suddenly the night before the Duma pre trial where they predecided to proceed to continue to go to trial against these Hilltop Youth they themselves framed, persecuted and tortured immorally without justification?
We must go up in arms and tarnish the reputation of all the Powers who think they are more powerful than G-d!

Is this the Governments answer to the Duma Investigation and to the Hilltop Youth, those that are associated with Rabbi Meir Kahana. This Tuesday there is a court hearing as per whether the torture of the Duma suspects will be accepted. Does the Government have no conscience?

He says it is all being orchestrated by the Government. The community offered to move the homes on their own without taking a Shekel. These Jewish Youth in Josephs Territory are not getting any compensation package and quite the opposite, they are literally imprisoned and beaten up,
The time has come to reverse the trend. Let the Shabak, the Rabbanim, the Yesha Counsel all the mainstream Yesha enterprises etc. feel what it's like to have a tarnished reputation after all the wonderful work they are doing.
Until these Hilltop Youth get the positive recognition they deserve, no one else deserves it as well!
It's time to wake up Am Yisroel....

There has been case after case after case in Israel where we have seen the Supreme Court make the wrong decision. Political agendas are not even being hidden. There is one law for Jews and another for Muslims. This must be stopped. Yesterday, 15 Jewish homes were destroyed for no proven reason. Our hearts are sad but we must move forward.
