Being friends with a victim of Arab Terror. No need to provide evidence and no need to press charges. Just trust the say so of the Jewish Division of Shabak and wreak havoc with their lives and create trauma big time Hashem Yishmor.
This time we are not so naive. We know what happened to tens if not hundreds including Meir Ettinger, to Evyatar Slonin, minor E. and to Amiram ben Uliel. How dare we let this happen again and again!!!
The court ruled that there was not enough evidence to keep the suspects in jail. Defense Minister Yoav Galant leaked to the press even before the court's verdicts, that he will nonetheless press them with Administrative Detention. Easier to blame these kids and slander them than take responsibility for not protecting them and their friends and family.

Let's see if this promise will actualize. Usually it takes no longer than a few days to receive tremendous backlash and pressure coming from the global forces, against any announcement of additional building in Judea, Samaria or East Jerusalem.
This was the case here as well.
May Hashem help guide the leadership in Israel to do the right thing and actualize these units in spite of tremendous backlash and pressures. Doing what is right will transform the short term backlash and criticism into long term Blessings. Honenu Attorney Nati Rom was interviewed by Oded ben Ami in a discussion regarding Settler youth who are being held by Shabak without the rights to an attorney by the Shabak Jewish Division of Terror for Arab property damage following the terror attack in Eli that killed their close friends.
Nati Rom didn't even bring up the possibility that the Arab property damage was never even perpetrated by Jews. The interviewer took Jewish acts of terror as a given. But we saw from the video clip above that probably this is just another blood libel on innocent Jews!
So even if we can logically justify the acting out of Settler kids following such a trauma, let us investigate the truth! Why should we trust the Jewish Division of Terror with an agenda and agree that they conduct the "investigation" while denying all basic legal, civil and humanitarian rights to these kids?
The father of one of these kids said his son's best friend was one of the terror victims. Instead of getting psychological counseling for the unbelievable trauma, they are being held by Shabak without rights to an attorney for taking the law into their own hands. This is based on the say so of Shabak who in the past framed Jewish Settlers to produce a narrative of Jewish Terror.

So let's address this issue. In the Torah there is a concept of Arei Miklat. A city of refuge. If someone accidentally kills a fellow Jew, not an enemy, the family members are not withheld from taking revenge. The Torah understands the deep pain and grief and shock of the Goel Hadam, the redeemer of the victim's shedded blood. However, since the death was unintentional, there is an escape option of the person who killed by accident.
The interviewer asked Nati Ram how could these kids take matters into their own hands upon innocent Arabs and on their property?

Common sense raises this question. Shouldn't the Minister of Defense and the GOI be held accountable for their inability to protect its citizens in the Shomron?
The Government and the media place accountability and blame on Settler youth, the innocent victims of Arab Terror, for "acting out" rather than addressing the root of their actions.
Even if true, can these kids really be blamed for their unbelievable pain and grief and suffering for acting out on property damage on an Arab village that breeds hate, educates hate and celebrates acts of terror which these kids face in their daily lives with GOI standing by allowing this to continue?
The modus operandi is to blame the Jewish kids so you can now call them Jewish terrorists. Its a win win situation for our enemies.
By all accounts these kids deserve an apology big time. Psychological counseling alone won't help build or rebuild their trust in the GOI. They need to see concrete actions by their government that will deter future Arab acts of terror. Letting the stone throwing and Molotov cocktails continue while placing the Jewish victims of Arab terror attacks behind bars with the expectation that surely they would attack back (in self defense no doubt) is the exact opposite of deterrence and a mockery of truth and justice.
Our trust of the Government of Israel's willingness to defend Jews from Arab terror has been severely eroded.
Settler youth have been terribly betrayed by the system. They and their innocent friends have been framed, killed, prosecuted or persecuted. No wonder that Arab terror deterrence has been ineffective as the rise of terror attacks are steadily increasing in the Shomron and elsewhere.
After innocent Jews are murdered there has usually been some damage control by the official government response and promises yet to be delivered, as stated above.
But we see that there has been no real deterrence on the roads in the Shomron (Samaria) against Arab terror so Arab terror has been emboldened. Instead of the government keeping its mandate to its tax paying citizens to provide security, to stop terror attacks proliferating, initiated by Arabs against Jews, within Israel and especially in Samaria, the Justice system and the government continue to engage in slandering and blood libeling Jewish Youth who look like Amiram ben Uliel. This is the case whether or not these hilltop youth victims dare to defend themselves and their property. The unspoken given is that those who look like the hilltop youth (long Peyot, large knitted Kippa and Tzitzit) will take matters into their own hands. It is not permissable in a Jewish Court to accept confession from someone who incriminates himself! One needs 2 witnesses other than the accused. This ruling is compounded when the defendant is tortured. Testimony can not be trusted when there is personal gain.
When there is torture, the defendant literally is trying to save his own life by confessing to a crime he never committed. His testimony for sure is inadmissable.

The GOI is terribly threatened with the possibility of a Jewish State governed by Torah Law.

The Duma case is proof that the existing Israeli Court system has lost all credibility. They operate like a Kangaroo court whose sentences are politically based and predetermined.
One can surmise that they use that approach with Arabs as well as Jews.
They tortured and targeted Hilltop Youth, children of Jewish Settlers. They denied tens if not hundreds of Settler youth basic civil rights and the rights to an attorney. They justified their actions by slandering this innocent population that they are ticking time bombs and designated them as belonging to a Jewish Terrorist organization. Administrative detention which is a holdover from British Law then justified unjustified incarceration and removed from this population basic civil liberties and civil rights indefinitely. These youth are held without charges, often without the right to see an attorney for extended periods of time, some of them minors, and they are interrogated and harassed, traumatized and even emotionally or physically abused in detention.
It is common knowledge that Jewish Settlers never advocate nor support murdering innocent Arabs. It is against the Torah. Their education and family upbringing do not allow nor justify acts of terror against innocent civilians for both Jew and non Jew. Thou shall not kill is one of the 10 Commandments. Jewish kids were never promised rewards in heaven nor would they be treated as a hero for the murder of innocent civilians. Very much the opposite. Jews have absolutely nothing to gain from acts of terror.
Torah and Jewish Law however does allow and encourages self defense as do all civilized societies.
The real crimes of these Settler kids? They want Judaic Law in the Land of Israel. They also want to be safe and represented. After all, residents of Judea and Samaria do pay taxes and deserve security as do all citizens of Israel.
They expose that the leading elite, those currently in power running the country, not necessarily the elected politicians, are corrupt and compromised by well funded, foreign global anti G-d forces.
