The Slander on the Hilltop Youth seems to be intensifying. In fact on Holocaust Memorial day this past week, there was another Arson in Aqraba and "extremist Jewish Price Tag revenge attacks" are being subtly blamed. Again, no real evidence.

So even if these two boys are eventually set free, the Hilltop Youth are still being targeted by the G.O.I. Isn't putting them under Administrative Detention an act that is "Seeking to ‘Erase' Israel's Jewish Character?" It's a clear message that the State of Israel denies our right to settle the Hilltops of Judea and Samaria.

A group of settlers established the "Rosh Yosef" outpost on a hilltop adjacent to the settlement of Itamar in the northern West Bank three weeks ago. It had been razed several times in the past by security forces.
Roughly a dozen young settlers had intended to spend the Sabbath there, though the outpost only consisted of a small makeshift structure made out of wood.
When these kids threw some rocks it was clearly following a provocation of the IDF who treated them, these hilltop kids, like enemy youth, like Arab Youth who throw rocks to kill. Besides being an act of baseless hatred against a fellow Jew, such an action by the IDF is a message to the Arabs that Jews do not have entitlement to the hilltops of their Biblical homeland.
This in turn empowers the Palestinian Youth to solidify what they are taught in their UNRWA schools, that Israel is the "Occupation" and strengthens their desire to take Revenge, even to be martyrs, and Return to the Land of their ancestors on Nakba day! The rush to condemn "Jewish Terror" by Leaders of Israel was a terrible abuse in and of itself!
Condemnation by Leaders was fuel. Loshon Hora spread like wildfire before any real investigation was conducted tainting future investigations. Today it is hard to find any Jew let alone non Jew who isn't convinced that the hilltop youth advocate and promote random acts of terror against Arabs. It is not easy to undo Lashon Hara let alone the after effects of PTSD. (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)

- This "Jewish Terror" designation has to be reevaluated and overturned! It has brought way too much trauma to innocent kids.
- Demand that the Prime Minister immediately free and pardon the suspects or else bring them to trial speedily.
- Let the Prime Minister apologize along with the Defense Minister and all the other government officials, the MKs, the Leaders of Yesha, the Judicial System, the Yesha Council, the Rabbanei Yesha that rushed to condemn Jewish Terror in Duma. [How come still no public evidence after almost 3 years]
- Investigate the many acts of "PRICE TAG TERROR" arsons in Churches and Mosques perhaps staged to frame these kids further? It is for good reason noone was brought to justice. There simply has been no evidence that Jews did it!
- Return our Judges as of Days of Yore. Rabbanim should have stood by these kids and demanded a full investigation upfront. [Afraid of being branded as Messianic, lawless nationalist terrorists supporting random acts of terror against innocent Palestinians?]
- Abolish the Division of Jewish Terror in Shabak. They should be under investigation.
- End Administrative Detention on Hilltop Youth. They too deserve due process.
- Time to abolish the Designation of Kahane groups as Terror Groups. People I personally know like Noam Federman and Yehutiel ben Yaakov love their fellow Jew and all their actions are in direct negation of what real terror is about.
- Set up a special investigation to prosecute the Supreme Court and question Yehuda Weinstein's decision that permitted torture?
We ask the Rabbanim to please issue Halachic rulings on this case. Do not be shy nor humble. Maybe Israel is more ready now for a real Jewish Court of Law to replace a Court of Law that is self serving, corrupt and self appointing. We the Jewish People are not happy with an Israeli Supreme Court whose rulings seem to turn up their nose on their Jewish Heritage.

It is completely plausible that this arson was perpetrated by feuding Arab clans as other arson attacks and that Hebrew Graffiti was painted on the burnt house by the perpetrators to frame Jews. Let's investigate!
