Conflicting lessons to learn from recent Terror atacks from Froman Family and from Dafna Meir Family hy"d following terror attacks

There is a fine line between desiring peace, cooperation and coexistence with Arabs and ensuring security for the settlers, non settlers, Jews and non Jews alike, and throwing out those who are hostile and dangerous to Israel.

True peaceful coexistence is dependent on whether or not the Arab resident will support Jewish Sovereignty and adhere to the 7 Noahide Laws in the G-d Given Land of Israel.  Re: the non Jewish residents, these were the same conditions the Israelite demanded under the leadership of Joshua of the Canaanite nations. Either they accepted these conditions or they were welcome to leave.  If they chose neither, it meant the obligation to fight them to win.  

Israel can not tolerate in its midst, a hostile people,  hateful education, and the product of such education. This education has nourished Palestinian kids unchallenged, teaching them "From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free". Intifada, Intifada...

This past week's terrible tragedies via terror attacks brought this debate into the forefront. So while the people of Israel yearn to be at peace with its neighbors, the reality is by contrast very stark.  

Does it mean we let go of our dreams or rather... do we approach the matter with greater clarity and distinction.

It requires Israel first and foremost to apply Jewish Sovereignty over the entire Israel including Judea and Samaria.  Then there needs to be a way to vet out the terrorists.  Sounds very logical to me....

There is something I want to say to my government and it is this: you
cannot blame the world for labeling products from Judea and Samaria
with the equivalent of a big yellow star, if you will not exercise
sovereignty over the territories.

How could you possibly expect Europe or America to think of Judea and
Samaria as part of Israel, if you yourself do not declare them so,
loudly and proudly? How can we blame John Kirby for calling Tekoa,
"the West Bank," as though it were in Jordan?

The Likud is supposed to stand for Greater Israel and for building
homes for our people in our nation, wherever they live. Yet, the
Israeli government, headed by a prime minister associated with the
ideals of Likud and Jabotinsky, will not implement the steps suggested
by the Edmond Levy Report, a report the Prime Minister himself,
commissioned. Instead, he accuses the EU of double standards in
discriminating "only against Israel."

But actually, the double standard is Bibi's own, for omitting to
exercise sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, which effectively tells
the world a lie: that Judea and Samaria are not part of Israel. It is
the Israeli government that persists in perpetuating this mythical
concept of Judea and Samaria as somehow separate from, and outside of
the State of Israel. It is the Israeli government that refuses to end
the state of martial law in Judea and Samaria. It is the Israeli
government that refuses to make the declaration that must be made:
Judea and Samaria are as much a part of Israel as Jerusalem and Tel
Aviv.

Now we do know why Bibi won't implement the findings of the Levy
Commission. We know he's afraid to poke a hornet's nest and further
isolate Israel from the international community. But Dafna Meir's
murder teaches all of us that we must put the truth above our fear. At
Dafna's funeral, her husband Natan said,

"Dafna had a large crown: the crown of truth. She was very honest, as
accurate as a razor. Not everyone liked that but everyone was able to
appreciate it, and this truth has now been thrown to the ground, it
has burst into smithereens.

"I request that everyone who came out here, pick up something from the
light that was spilled on the ground, so that truth may spring from
the earth."

Here, therefore, is my smithereen of light, the one I pick up from the
ground that covers Dafna's still cold body: Dear Mr. Prime Minister,
fear no one but God and proudly proclaim us the sole owner of the
title to all our land: the land He gave us. Show the world you are not
afraid. Show the world  might and do not hesitate to take ownership of
Judea and Samaria.

Tell the world there can be no negotiations over the gift God gave us,
the gift of the land. For we are not only the owners of the land, but
the stewards of it, too. We hold the land safely close to us and
protect it for our descendants, too. It is not ours alone, and
therefore, we cannot possibly give it away, now or ever, for any
reason at all.

The world must accept this truth, and we must not have it any other
way, but that they will accept this truth.

It is on our shoulders to say this out loud and proud. All the land is
ours. And we can only say this by declaring an end to martial law in
Judea and Samaria.

It is by showing our might, and by speaking our truth, that we will
win this war, and put an end to this situation in which mothers of
children can be murdered in their homes. This is the mantle you wear,
Prime Minister Netanyahu, the one you've assumed in order to protect
us, the people who voted you into office.  The time to apply
sovereignty is now. Because more of us are dying every day.

And the clock is ticking loudly.

URGENT - DEFEND JEWS IN ISRAEL FROM TERROR ATTACKS

The Israel dog unit I.D.U. needs immediate assistance to place more security dogs in vulnerable areas in Israel.
Please read this short message, because your involvement in this project might very well be the assistance needed now in saving many lives in Israel.
The I.D.U. operates two different types of canine units in Israel that actively daily engage in life saving service. One unit raises rescue dogs and responds in searches for missing people with SAR dogs.

The other unit raises security dogs to protect Jewish towns in Israel.

Two months ago Gennadiy Kaufman, a gardener in Hebron called us at I.D.U. and asked us to give him a trained protection dog. Gennadiy came to his first class to learn how to handle such a dog. Unfortunately we had allocated every possible security dog we had in our kennels to earlier requests for dogs. We had to put Gennadiy on hold because we did not have the funds to import more dogs at that time. Several days later, we received a message from Gennaidiy's wife to pray for Gennadiy as he was stabbed by an Arab terrorist in Hebron and he was in critical condition. Gennadiy died 3 weeks later. Gennadiy would most likely be alive today if he had a well-trained obedient and fierce security dog escorting him at his side during his work in Hebron. (see attached pic of Gennadiy).

Several days ago Dafna Meir was stabbed to death by a 15 year old Arab terrorist in her home, in front of her small children in Otniel South of Hebron. Dafna's  murderer was seen on security cameras running away and hiding in the brush outside of the yishuv. A good patrol dog could have prevented that infiltration and surely would have been able to find the terrorist while he was hiding nearby.  (see attached pic of Dafna and her husband Natan before she was brutally stabbed to death).

Two days ago, in Tekoa a pregnant woman was stabbed in a store.

Yesterday I got three more urgent calls from good Jews who are scared and who want to do something to increase the security of their families and communities. One man called from Susya, he is a member of Susya's emergency response team and also a responder for Magen Dovid Adom. He works in Hebron. He needs a dog to go with him on the calls to protect him and to help catch terrorists who might G-d forbid try and massacre people in his area. He is prepared to train twice a week with us to ready himself and the dog for service. He is prepared to pay something but does not have the type of money needed for us to immediately import a good dog ready for service. We don't have the time to start training a pup to be ready in 15 months for him.

Yesterday, we also received a call from a man in Tekoa. Last week we added to our waiting list Rav Gadi from Maaleh Zeitim on Har HaZeitim. This week we allocated one dog to Elaazar to a skilled handler there who will commence immediate patrols in the vulnerable Gush Etzyon area.
Please help us during this critical hour for Israel. Help us bring more service dogs to Israel. Help us sponsor dogs. Help us sponsor the maintenance and training of the dogs and our noble volunteers who live in our dorms and who help in the training of the dogs as well as in emergency response with the dogs.

We also need volunteers who want to do something meaningful and unique to save lives in Israel. Take a year or two off, come to Israel. Combine work with the dogs with Torah studies or with continuing your high school or academic studies. We will provide room and board. We desperately need good volunteers and funds so that we can answer the calls of the many people who are crying out for our help.

The sponsorship of a dog is approximately 5000 dollars. The maintenance of a dog and handler for a year is approximately 3600 dollars.
We can't bring Gennadiy back now, but we can - with your help, G-d willing prevent the next tragedy.

I have five dogs ready for service waiting to be shipped from Europe now. All I need is 25,000 dollars to buy and ship them over now.
