If you are in the Chareidi camp this is what you can do!
Please ask HaRav Moshe Sternbuch Shlita, Posek HaDor, if he can help Meir Ettinger. We have here a situation of Pikuach Nefesh and Pidyon Shvuyim. Rabbi Daniel Travis of Har Nof is in close contact with HaRav Sternbuch. Rabbi Travis can be reached at livingonrabbi@gmail.com
In response to the Har Nof Massacre, according to Rabbi Daniel Travis, HaRav Sternbuch said that such tragedies do not come in a vacuum and that we must be introspective. If we go beKeri with Hashem, in happenstance, then so will Hashem go beKeri with us.
One of the Tikkunim Rav Sternbuch mentioned was to end Machlokes.
It is my hope that Rav Sternbuch would express solidarity with the Dati Leumi community, and especially Meir Ettinger who is imprisoned under dangerous conditions, as it surely would be a stepping stone in uniting two religious yet diverse communities who are Shomrei Torah UMitzvoth! The Chareidi community whose emphasis is on keeping Kedusha within the camp and the Dati Leumi community whose emphasis is reaching the actualization of the Mitzvoth of the Torah in Eretz Yisroel. These might seem like conflicting paradigms but indeed they are merely different perspectives which can be reconciled.
Dear Chareidim. This requires education and an open mind on your part. Don't simply rely on what people are saying, Dibah Raah, about Meir Ettinger and on the hilltop youth.
Is Meir Ettinger worthy of nonstop Administrative Detention and does he indeed pose a threat to the people of Israel. Read the following:

Meir Ettinger a Jewish Terrorist? Read what he has to say and judge for yourself.
Agreed that his call for a Torah court, does pose a threat to the existing non Torah court system.
I suspect Rabbi Sternbuch privately would agree with what Meir Ettinger wrote:
However, my guess is that even if he would agree with Meir Ettingers statement, he probably would be afraid to voice these sentiments because he is extremely concerned as per the backlash of the Goyim.
The Goyim would get very hostile and angry and feel threatened by a Torah gov't.
This, as I see it, is the main point of contention between Rav Sternbuch and Meir Ettinger. Because everything Meir Ettinger is saying is consistent with our prayers and fulfillment of Torah ideals.
In order to understand Har Sternbuch's approach please read the following:
Hagon HaRav Moshe Sternbuch Opposes Agudath Israel's Lobbying Efforts Against Iran Nuke Deal August 23, 2015
There are many who would argue with HaRav Sternbuch's Psak. We are now reaping the terrible consequences of the Iran Deal. Iran is now endangering the entire Middle East as they are on the verge of acquiring over 100 billion dollars formerly tied up under sanctions.
Hashem showed Har Nof, Rav Sternbuch's community in a very tragic way, the evil that awaits Kedoshim by the hands of evildoers. A wakeup call.
Going back to Iran, can you imagine the havoc they can create with billions of dollars at their disposal?
So it can surely be argued that being complicit and quiet merely buys time but in the end is much more dangerous than nipping the threat in the bud even when it will cause an immediate hostile backlash.
Moshe Rabbeinu confronted Pharaoh and insisted that the Jews leave Mitzraim to worship their G-d. This in turn triggered an immediate backlash and Pharaoh worsened the conditions of the Jews. The fear is real. Moshe Rabbeinu indeed was extremely upset at this development and went back to HKB"H and demanded "Lama Haraiosa", why did you make things worse?
No one will argue now, that Moshe was mistaken to have confronted Pharaoh in spite of the backlash.
Rabbi Daniel Travis from Har Nof in his recent lecture in the Agudah of Madison in Brooklyn, in Rabbi Reisman's shul, mentioned that there is a Mishne which says that Eliyahu comes when we do whatever we can. He quoted Rabbeinu Efraim which says that Hashem demands we do actions to bring Moshiach. Rabbi Travis emphasized that according to the Gedolim the most important thing is Ichpatiyut, which means that we feel the pain of our fellow Jew and connect with their suffering and empathize with what is going on. He also emphasized the need to strengthen our Emunah.
I see here an opportunity for Rabbi Sternbuch to end Machlokes and show how true unity can be accomplished.
Please show him Libby Kahana's Op Ed in Arutz7. Surely he will not be indifferent to the cries of a Tzadekes a true, Yiddishe Bubby. Also please forward to him, her grandson's words, Meir Ettinger's article in HaKol Hayehudi.
The court system in Eretz Yisroel is not the way it should be. Meir Ettinger and the hilltop youth are trying to change the status quo. But they are bearing the brunt of the struggle on their own. Some of them minors. Literally tortured. It is too much to bear. Hashem would love to send His Tzivos Hashem to their aid, to answer their prayers, but Am Yisroel needs to be worthy. Hamonei Am needs to truly desire Hashem's Kingship over the world, the reinstatement of Malchus Beis David, and the renewal of the Avoda in the Beis Hamikdash.
HaRav Sternbuch and the Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah have in their power to inspire Teshuva and bring Hamonei Am to a level of yearning for these lofty goals of generations of tears and prayer. Meir Ettinger and his followers aspire for all these things yet he and the Hilltop Youth are being blood libeled and persecuted.
Action Item: Pikuach Nefesh. Please forward and publicize. Please plead for Meir Ettinger's immediate freedom. If they can not bring charges then free him.
