First let me preface this post with an excellent interview Pastor John Hagee recently had with Mark Levin.

Pastor Hagee lays down the law.

G-d created the world. The Land belongs to G-d. The entire Land is G-d's property. G-d is the owner of the Land. See Beginning of Genesis. G-d made an Eternal Covenant with the seed of Abraham,Isaac and Jacob and Promised them the Land of Israel.

As I wrote in previous posts in the links below, the mere willingness of the GOI to discuss giving away parts of our homeland etc. seems to coincide with terror attacks against Israel. There is a direct correlation between Terror attacks against Jewish civilians with political or on the ground actions sanctioned by the GOI, preventing Jews from settling our Biblical homeland or by putting obstacles to deter Jews from settling the Land of Israel.

Examples include,
- Not providing adequate security to Jewish settlers.
- Persecuting, harassing and prosecuting Jewish Settlers if they dare defend themselves against Arab aggression.
- Defamation of Settlers as Jewish terrorists based on libels and slander and lies. 

- Taking away checkpoints or easing restrictions, oversight and entry of Arabs into Israel.

The IDF can relate to defamation, lies and slander accusing the IDF falsely of murdering innocent Palestinians. But Israel unfortunately has falsely accused it's own Hilltop youth of being terrorists to create a false narrative of Jewish Terror. Israel must acknowledge wrongdoing, release Amiram Ben Uliel and all those recently placed under administrative detention by Defense Minister Gallant. How can he not differentiate between Hamas terrorists who wants to murder Jews and  G-d fearing Settlers who wants to Settle the Land and  then defend and protect themselves and their family, their property and our Land?

Is this the Defense Minister that we want? A Defense Minister that is getting his orders dictated from a foreign outside political agenda rather than from a common sense strategy that will protect Israel and it's soldiers and citizens. There is nothing new under the sun. 

I pray that these correlations are acknowledged and not dismissed once again as happenstance. How much suffering can we endure?

Everyone is trying so hard to find the key to stop G-d's wrath.

Here are some worthy resolutions that have been suggested.
- Pray harder with proper intent.
- Stop baseless hatred.
- Love your fellow Jew.
- Keep Shabbat and honor it.
- Read and study Psalms.
- Dress modestly not provocatively.
- Be happy and trust and have faith in Hashem.
- Jewish unity is a must.

These resolutions are for sure helpful.

Let me add one that seems to me to be the most directly related!

It just might be the key to stop these horrific terror attacks from happening!

This recommendation needs to catapult into a strategy that with G-d's help, will be the key to victory in fighting Hamas.

Am Yisroel needs to unite and show Hashem that we truly want the precious gift of Eretz Yisroel. Our slogan needs to be...

We must restore and expand the Jewish settlements of Gush Katif.

Judea and Samaria must be annexed and totally free of Hamas and terror cells. 

Time to annex and claim Sovereignty over the Biblical delineated boundaries and to actualize the vision of the Balfour Declaration of restoring the National Homeland for the Jewish people.

There are 3 necessary components to World Peace.

The Nation of Israel
The Land of Israel,
The Torah

The people need to be settled on the Land keeping Torah.

This can be easily understood with an allegory of how to produce Heavenly Music.

Eretz Yisroel is like the Stradivarius violin. 

The Nation of Israel, Am Yisroel, are naturally gifted violinists with innate talent. 

The Torah is the musical notes.

We want to produce beautiful music for the world to enjoy but all three elements are essential.

If we give the precious violin to haters of music they will definitely bash the violin. Even if we give the precious violin to a museum, we still won't hear or enjoy music.

Gifted musicians need to practice and know the notes to produce beautiful music.

Only gifted violinists playing the precious violin with the right notes and chords, playing with their heart and soul will produce Heavenly music for the world to enjoy!

Rabbi Pesach Lerner did write a beautiful letter on behalf of Amiram ben Uliel but it needs to get, as the minimum, the same attention and Press coverage and expression of indignation as this CJV Press Release is getting condemning spitting of Chareidim.

The Media I am afraid will blow up the spitting incidents out of proportion to Slander Chareidim, to paint them as hateful. Of course it starts out as only distancing a "fringe group" of Chareidim. This is done by loving and tolerant Jews. Eventually the likes of the NY Times and other antisemitic media somehow manages to escalate this "hate" to apply as well to the Hebrew Language, thus incriminating all Israelis and not just "Fringe Chareidim'.

I am sure the CJV does not have this intention.

Therefore it behooves the CJV as representing 2,500 Rabbis to condemn the clear miscarriage of Justice against Amiram Ben Uliel and condemn the unlawful administrative detention of Hilltop Youth and not be afraid to give a Torah perspective on whether forced confession is permissible in a Jewish Court of Law or in any enlightened Democratic society.

True there might be a backlash and your Hakachic analysis might be deliberately misinterpreted as supporting murder of innocent Arabs.

Emphasize that Torturing someone to extract a false confession is wrong for everyone, both Jew and non Jew and should never be used as the sole evidence to convict someone to 3 lives of imprisonment not to mention emotional torture of total isolation and solitary as inflicted upon Amiram ben Uliel. Insist he be transferred at once to an Agaf Torani at the very minimum.

Regarding showing disdain like spitting, according to Halacha, in a place of idol worship, is there ever any halachic basis and justification and if so maybe a public condemnation is not in order since it might and probably will be taken out of context as well and used to create divisiveness of Jews condemning other Jews.

Can CJV make a Press Release statement regarding Amiram ben Uliel?

True, spitting isn't so nice but compare the act of spitting to torturing innocent Jews, proud Jews with Peyot and Tzitzit, to get them to confess to a crime they never committed. I am referring to the arson of Duma which killed an Arab couple and their baby. There was absolutely no other evidence, no witnesses, no forensic evidence tying Amiram ben Uliel to this arson other than his own confession following brutal torture.

He wasn't the only hilltop youth tortured yet he was tortured more brutally than the others when after the interrogators were desperate to find a Jewish perpetrator, unleashed unprecedented extraordinary torture measures upon him, that was approved and applied. Amiram confessed shortly after. Who wouldn't? This is not disputed. They finally had their scapegoats. There is tons of material to support everything I am saying. Common sense shows that the evidence in support of Amiram's innocence is overwhelming and surely enough to cast a shadow of reasonable doubt on his version of confession of what happened that night in Duma.

Many Hilltop youth were and still are traumatized and continue to be denied basic human rights. Spitting is really not a nice thing to do. It is expression of disdain. True it looks very bad to our enemies who are quick to find fault with us.

Before condemning these Chareidim and by extension suggest Chareidim are guilty of hate against Christians, perhaps investigate who was the first spitter. Was he perhaps a plant, a provocateur? Maybe there was more than one. What was their intent? That we hate all Christians? To create a false narrative of religious Jews guilty of Religious hate filled extremism? Perhaps the spitters were somehow convinced, maybe even from a provocateur who started it or from knowledge they had that they were spitting at idolatry and that one is forbidden to flatter idolatry. So they showed their disdain of idolatry by spitting. Surely they would never spit at non Jews who kept the 7 Noahide Laws since that insults the G-dliness inherent in every human being and is against the Torah.

Basically before assuming hate crime of spitting, and be quick to condemn, investigate the facts.

Jews are too willing to help our enemies create a false narrative of Jewish hate and Jewish terror by bowing to foreign pressures to persecute and libel our own. Does the uninvestigated spitting of Jews on the ground by Chareidim deserve an immediate Press Release condemnation while undisputed proof of torturing an innocent Jew till he confesses to an arson and sentencing him to 3 life imprisonment and solitary confinement doesn't?

When the Duma arson happened there was cross the board condemnation of Hilltop Settler Youth type of Jews because Hebrew Graffiti was found at the scene. (After all we know that sometimes Hilltop Youth speak intolerantly of Arabs so surely they are guilty of this nationalist hate crime and arson. After all, Shabak said so. Please forgive the sarcasm)

There was quick condemnation by many of their own Rabbis who wanted to distance themselves from such "hate filled" Jews.

After all, Jews need to show the world we don't tolerate any expression of intolerance by Jews of a different faith.

But is it ok to condemn Jews with a Nationalist hate crime and as murderers of innocent Arabs without facts or evidence?

Where is the Jewish Media now on the Duma Blood libel? Why weren't and aren't the Arab clans that have a history of burning down each other's houses investigated? Why was all evidence that contradicted this false confession ignored by the Israeli Court?

Until there is an outcry by every G-d fearing Jew, the controlled media continues to call Amiram ben Uliel a murderer, indirectly demonizing the Settler community in spite of the overwhelming evidence that it was not him that set the arson! The Media, and those that control the media dont care because all they want is a narrative of Jewish Terror.

Silence is a sin.

In all due respect, spitting, an act of disdain, is not the same as being a terrorist and a murderer. But can't we see that such condemnations leads to demonizations and antisemitism rather than prevents it?

Why isn't anybody even admitting they were mistaken by condemning Hilltop Jews before there was any fair and objective investigation? Condemnation was based solely on the say so of Shabak, the appearance of Hebrew graffiti and the say so of vested politicians.

Can we then honestly say our hands are not responsible for the shedding of blood from this blood libel. Do these unretracted condemnations make us an active partner and therefore complicit in this terrible miscarriage of justice? Surely we will answer in a Heavenly Court so better to admit wrongdoing now.

So many, across the board, from top down, were too quick to condemn the Hilltop youth before any investigation began. Public condemnation of Jewish terror began literally within hours. It took 3 months and they were forced to produce the Jewish perpetrator. So Amiram ben Uliel and Minor A were the chosen scapegoats following unprecedented authorized extraordinary torture measures were applied. Minor A, after years of trauma, was finally let go when they decided that his forced confession was inadmissable. Amiram's forced confession extracted 36 hours after the torture with his torturer nearby, was deemed admissable and he was convicted of 3 life sentences.

On top of convicting an innocent man of 3.5 life sentences, the prison authorities, are adding additional torture by keeping Amiran in solitude now almost 8 years now except recently for Pesach, Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur and Succot due to tremendous public pressure.

To be fair, Amiram can talk to his wife every two weeks with a glass partition and very rarely, gets to hold his kid, a privilege that I believe has even been removed.

Amiram's torture continues each and every day he remains in solitude under the harshest conditions of any Arab Terrorist. Convicted Arab terrorists who were convicted with real evidence and even gloat about their acts of terror, enjoy privileges, are with other like minded prisoners, and even publish books about their acts of terror.

It is time for each and every one of us, each according to our sphere of influence, be it as an individual, or as a Rabbi with influence or as a publisher of a newspaper etc... to present Amiram's case to the public, expose what really happened and end this terrible travesty of Justice.

Be prepared for backlash like Ariel Zilber the famous musician in Israel whom they are demonizing as supporting a murderer of Arabs. They are now boycotting his concert in Tel Aviv in honor of his 80th birthday. Ariel dared to take a public stand that he is of the opinion Amiram ben Uliel is innocent.

Truth Justice and Righteousness will prevail and we want to be part of it and not feel shame that we didn't do what we could. Because if we don't stop this evil and end this miscarriage of Justice, not one of us is immune from corrupt and rigged courts and judges. And you can just ask President Trump.

He says, for example, that a number of arsonists were involved in the incident - more than three, he even says that the arsonists entered the family's house and confronted the family members!

To remind you, this testimony completely contradicts the facts on the basis of which Ben Uliel was convicted of murder, according to which there was only one arsonist at the scene and he never entered the family home.

Ahmed's testimony joins another testimony of a relative, Ibrahim Dawabsha, who arrived at the family home after hearing screams and testified that he saw several arsonists near the door of the house. By the way, unsurprisingly and very typical of our courts at the time, rotten to the core, the court rejected this testimony, even though it was testimony from a person who he claims was present at the scene, and why? Because it didn't work out with Ben Uliel's reconstruction!!!! Reconstruction done under the threat of returning to the torture chamber of course!

He also claimed that the arsonists came with a car and Amiram said he came on foot, so it didn't work out for them at all, so the court simply chose to ignore this testimony and that's it.

Now, his lawyers are asking for the trial to be reopened, and based on the new evidence, which now joins previous testimonies, to acquit Amiram of any guilt.

It's too early to be happy, because everyone knows that Israel's court prefers terror-supporting scumbags to "Doselech" with Peyot who are also Jews, but maybe, maybe, who knows, this time they won't have a choice.

Dear Participant; This crazy story must not be taken off the agenda!

We must demand justice for Amiram! It is not possible to throw a man in prison for three life sentences based on a confession under torture alone, when all the evidence on the ground shows that there is no connection between him and the real terrorists!!!
