Israel is Stable and Strong, While Neighboring Countries Collapse

Adapted, with additions in brackets, from a lecture by Middle East expert Dr. Guy Bechor, editor of Gplanet.co.il, by Hillel Fendel

"...precisely today, Israel is flourishing and shining, while the Arab states are dying. What is left of them? Just plots of land… I'm not talking just about Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen, which no longer exist for all intents and purposes – but also the other ones which have collapsed during this Corona period. Although some Arab states, such as Syria and Jordan, were later carved out of the land that was supposed to be Jewish, the fact remains that of all these countries, barely anything remains! We see that Israel is the only one of all that can support itself!..."

San Remo Conference Mandate for Palestine

We are currently marking the 100th anniversary of the San Remo Conference, in which the world community [– represented by the victors of World War I and the leaders of the free world –] recognized the Jewish People's right to its national homeland, from the Mediterranean all the way to Iraq. The Balfour Declaration, [recognizing Jewish national rights in the Holy Land alongside individual civil rights for the Arabs there,]  was essentially ratified in San Remo, paving the way for the League of Nations, and later the United Nations, to do the same.

And so, the San Remo Conference reinstated Israel 100 years ago, as the Jewish People returned to the stage of history after 2,000 years. Of course, the Fake News industry won't report on this important milestone... I even expected that Israel's Foreign Ministry would hold an international conference to mark this critical milestone – but alas, this did not happen…

And so, we are proud to mark the date here and now. Not only was a Jewish State basically established, at least potentially, with borders all the way to Iraq, including the Golan Heights - but the Jewish People's right to a state was recognized internationally. This international law stands by our side even today, because what was agreed at San Remo is actually still extant and obligatory – for it was ratified by the League of Nations, and later, by its successor, the UN. Thus, the Partition Resolution of Nov. 1947 [in which the UN voted to divide the smaller part of the Land of Israel, the part that lies west of the Jordan River, into two parts, Jewish and Arab] is simply not valid!  This is because it was voted on by the UN General Assembly, and not by the UN's Security Council, and cannot override that which was accepted at San Remo. As such, our rights to the entire Land of Israel west of the Jordan (not to mention the parts east of the Jordan; as Herut used to say: "This side is ours, and the other as well") are clear, because the original San Remo resolution is still binding today!

We therefore come and make our case not from a place of inferiority, but from one of simply fulfilling our international rights.

100 years later, precisely today, Israel is flourishing and shining, while the Arab states are dying. We see that Israel is the only one of all that can support itself!  All the others live today on donations and charity, and will get to the point where they will require rescue – aid that they will not receive.

Yes, Israel receives American aid – but it all goes only for military aid, and is only 1% of our GNP. [Even more telling, a large majority of these funds must be spent on the acquisition of US defense equipment, services, and training – which is why this aid to Israel is seen by many as "a subsidy for U.S. industries," according to Kenneth M. Pollack.] Would it only be that we soon reach the moment that it starts to decrease, because we no longer need it. And the Americans profit greatly on their aid to us, because we are the country that "breaks in" the equipment that they manufacture. We were the only ones, for instance, to have broken in the F-35 jets they sold us, and this is a great bonus for the Americans and US security.

The other Arab countries in the Middle East are collapsing because they either relied on tourism, or on oil - both of which are suffering today. Oil is down to $15 a barrel, whereas Saudi Arabia requires a price of five times that amount in order to reach the break-even point. Egypt and Turkey (not an Arab country) live on tourism; what will they live off now?!

Very important to note: Israel's credit rating is stable, as we saw over recent days that Israel has remained at between A+ and AA-, whereas the credit ratings of the Arab countries are plummeting! Lebanon has dropped to the level of CC, just like Venezuela – meaning it's dead, bankrupt. Israel is stable; our external debt is only 8% of our GNP, and our reserves of foreign currency stand at $126 billion! The Bank of Israel has been buying many, many dollars, and is now sitting on a mountain of dollars. This should not be wasted, of course, but we have it and it grants us stability.

Take Turkey: they wasted $200 billion trying to buttress their failing lira, and in the end, when the crisis came, the lira went down to 7 for each dollar, and soon it will be down to 9 per dollar, and they will be left with only 1.5 billion $ in reserves, while little Israel has $126 billion!

We have one of the leading economies in the world, and among the leaders in GNP per capita, and in development and other measures as well. This is the time for us to carry out major economic reforms… Our credit rating is stable, while that of the Arab countries around us is sinking. Saudi and Russia are looking at the falling oil prices and their heart sinks.

Among the collapsing neighboring countries is Iran, which is what enables us to strike at the Iranians – according to foreign sources – and their bases in Syria. Syria itself continues to sink, with ongoing tensions with Turkey, and the threat of the Idlib battles in the ongoing civil war still awaiting them. The fact that Iran is collapsing allows us to strike at them, several times in the past few weeks. Hizbullah, which is involved in transferring military equipment between Lebanon and Syria, has been drawn into the fighting there, and the militias are getting hit, and some of the fighters are running away because there is no money – and all this allows us to attain better results in Syria. [It was even reported today that the Iranians themselves are beginning to withdraw from Syria, under Israeli offensive pressure.]

Is it time for us to get out of the Corona lockdown? Yes, gradually – but everyone has to show responsibility, wearing masks, etc. But this is also the great opportunity for all of us – certainly the self-employed – to really give it our best in order to get the economy back up and running. Now is not the time to complain and demand government handouts, but to show initiative, advertise small businesses on Google and the like, to get out and bring to Israel a level of growth never yet seen in the world. Some restrictions are still in place, and they must be maintained and followed, but we can start showing now what will be at the end of this catastrophe. In the EU, there are over a million sick people, with some 100,000 dead!  In the US, close to a million are sick and over 52,000 have died! Truly this is a real catastrophe!

World hunger is another threat – and Israel must be prepared to form a strong government already, one that will make strong decisions such as closing off our borders and stopping up its permeable holes. The Supreme Court must not intervene in these issues; its job is to issue judicial rulings, while the government must be allowed to rule and make important decisions.

Virtual White House Town Hall Fox News: Question Why Were Nursing homes infected with Covid. Why wasn't the Javits Center Used to Address Sick Covid Patients Rather Than Spreading the Virus among a Vulnerable Nursing Homes.

Bsd

Bottom line: Ask the Governor...

https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/remarks-president-trump-fox-news-virtual-town-hall/

....Q    Our next question is from Carol MacNeil, a retired teacher in Bluffton, South Carolina.

VIEWER:  A family member who lives in a very exclusive and expensive assisted living center in the Boston area was recently diagnosed with coronavirus.  What will be done, both in the short term and in the long term, to protect the vulnerable in nursing homes, senior housing, and assisted living centers?

THE PRESIDENT:  So the nursing home problem, that's your ground zero.  It really is ground zero.  We first heard about it — I did — in Washington, when so many people were — the State of Washington, where so many people died in a single nursing home.  And you realized immediately there's a vulnerability there.

What we're doing is legislation immediately as to how many people can be in.  Some people made some terrible mistakes.  They were putting other people into empty areas and nursing homes that were sick, and that affected the people in the nursing homes.  Because the one thing about this disease that everybody has learned very easily and very quickly is the way it's so contagious.  It is the most contagious thing people have seen.

So, in 1917, we had a horrible — in that case, it was the flu, right?  You remember, the Spanish flu.  I've — so much has been written about it.  Now, of course, it's the hottest — everybody that writes a book about the Spanish flu, 1917 — it killed between 100 and — I guess, 50 to 100 million people.  It probably ended the First World War because the soldiers were all getting sick.  It was the worst the world has ever seen, that we know of.

We have something that's different.  It's not as powerful, but it's far more contagious.

Q    But with regard to the nursing homes, one of the questions that came to my mind when I watched the Comfort leaving Manhattan and the Javits Center: Why were these people next to each other like this in nursing homes when we had all this excess capacity and beds?  Why weren't they sent there?

THE PRESIDENT:  So, on that one, you have to ask the governor and — in the case, the governors.  Because all I can do is provide the space.  They're running their state, as you understand.  And that's the way it should be.  They run their state through mayors and through this and that.  You know, bring it down local and bring it down to a point.

But we provided 2,900 beds in the convention center.  On top of that, we brought in the Comfort.  They did a phenomenal job.  And the Comfort wasn't meant for the COVID-19.  The Comfort was meant for people that had car accidents and everything else.  And we found out there were no accidents because nobody was driving.

Q    Because nobody was driving.

THE PRESIDENT:  We had very few accidents.

But it wasn't meant for that.  What we did is we converted it to that, but, still, they didn't use it much.  And I think the numbers now are getting better.  We just moved the Comfort.  We're going to move it someplace else, probably, perhaps for some other kind of problem.  But we had the Comfort there, and we built in the — in the Javits Center.  We built over 2,000 beds.  And, by the way, built in like five days by the Army Corps of Engineers.

The Army Corps of Engineers have done one of the greatest jobs anyone has ever seen, including the fact that we happen to be building a wall on the southern border that's now up to 172 miles.

Q    Quickly: How concerned are you about hospitals that are not dealing with COVID-19, or primarily not, and they're letting people go?  They're closing.

THE PRESIDENT:  Yeah.  We have to get elective surgery, it's called.  And we have to let them come back.  It's okay with us.  Again, that's up to the governors.  You have some hospitals where they have almost no COVID, and they have the hospital — essentially, you can't go and do elective surgery, meaning a surgery — well, in some cases, it's cancer, where they — they're waiting long.  That's not a good thing to be waiting long.

So it's such a — they have to get back.  They have to let these hospitals — because the hospitals are legitimately — you know, you'd think they're making a lot of money.  They're losing a fortune.

They have to let those hospitals reopen and get back to elective surgery.  And there are many hospitals right now that could be doing that.  The gov- — that's up to the governors; that's not up to me

Part 1: Time to Leave the unG-dly Party in NY

Time to leave the unG-dly Party.

"New Yorkers get the leadership they  deserve by  continuing to  vote  for  incompetent leaders, including the Orthodox  Jewish community in NYC, who back politicians who give them  mere crumbs.
Our leadership cries and wails like children but will not switch parties.

Don't blame the politicians, blame the voters who put them in office."

Lessons unlearned that have come back to haunt us. In New York we Voted the Democrats into Office

Money for Stem, Free lunches, Grants and Loans,  free iPads are all nice but not the Ikar. They are not the Frontline fighting weapons we need to fight this war.

EXCLUSIVE: 'It's a horror movie.' Nurse working on coronavirus frontline in New York claims the city is 'murdering' COVID-19 patients by putting them on ventilators and causing trauma to the lungs

Cuomo, de Blasio, and New York City Owe Trump an Apology
By Rabbi Aryeh Spero

Have Democratic leadership created unmonitored death panels in city hospitals?

We put the Democrats in office.... Compare their attitude as described by this nurse to the attitude of the makeshift Shaar Yashuv Hospital.

Prepared for a pandemic. Ami news article about a makeshift Covid hospital set in Yeshiva Shaar Yashuv

EXCLUSIVE: 'It's a horror movie.' Nurse working on coronavirus frontline in New York claims the city is 'murdering' COVID-19 patients by putting them on ventilators and causing trauma to the lungs

For full article here are the full 7 pages.

On one of my WhatsApp groups the video of the nurse was posted and someone asked if it was confirmed. Someone else replied...

"It was pretty much confirmed when Rav Leibel Katz's son dressed up as doctor,  entered Maimonides and saw that Rav Label wasn't touched or seen for 2 days."
Very sad if true....

I personally have no insider info on the Shaar Yashuv hospital but from this article you can see the Mesiras Nefesh and they are clearly leShem Shamayim and G-d fearing. A role model for any hospital. Tremendous  drive to be a true public servant and help to the best of their abilities!

This kind of attitude is the ideal prerequisite for any leadership position. Then of course one needs competency and resources...but without Yirat Shamayim, fear of G-d, and noone looking over your shoulder and no oversight, we are at their mercy. Hashem Yishmor!

The Democrats have an anti G-d agenda :(

Late term abortions, decriminalization of criminals, lgbtq pride, teaching progressive propaganda in elementary schools as well lies about Israel and lies about history... my expectations of them dedicated to help the sick and elderly are very low.

Unless we and they  understand that they must be outvoted next election on the local and State level for real...this means backing G-d fearing candidates who are NOT BEHOLDEN to a Party who inscribes evil into law and by  NOT encouraging New Yorkers to register as a Democrat!  No, we must not be bought (bribed) with iPads and free food etc.. We are and will continue to be at their mercy unless we call a Spade a Spade as did Rabbi Spero and vote them out. Our lives and our freedoms literally depends on it.

Dear Ambassador Friedman, עמו"ש

Please forward to Jason Greenblatt and Jared Kushner as well.

How could 3 Orthodox Jews, all well meaning and upstanding individuals, so misadvise the President of the United States when surely they know better!

Breaking News April 22, 2020
Home Demolitions and Violent Expulsion in Yitzhar

My guess is that these demolished homes in Yitzhar fall within the fake boundaries of a fake Palestine Autonomy as defined by a Fake 2 State Solution in a Fake "Deal of the Century".

Yitzhar, located in Samaria, the portion of Joseph definitely falls within the Biblical boundaries of Eretz Yisroel, the Land of Israel, as Defined by the Almighty. It does not fall in "Palestine". We are certainly fooling ourselves and others by suggesting that we can circumvent G-d's designation of Israel's Boundaries. The boundaries of the Deal of the Century are void at it's very inception.

The Caronavirus has taught us that G-d defines  boundaries. It behooves us to keep within G-d's boundaries since alternatively we will eventually be forced to acknowledge that His boundaries are the only ones that count. No one can outsmart G-d. Not even the Prime Minister of Israel nor the President of the United States.
