Stop Pesach Preparations for a few minutes and FOCUS on what the GOI (Government of Israel) is construing while we are not paying attention and are busy doing our Pesach Preparations! What is helping our side is that apparently, the PA themself is rejecting Israel's generous offers!?!
The Pigua today is a sad reminder that the PA will not protect the Jewish Residents.
PA reveals covert talks on full IDF withdrawal. Senior PA sources say they rejected Israeli proposal to pull out from Ramallah and Jericho, demand a withdrawal from all cities in region.
What are the consequences of such action?

1. PSF will not take the initiative to fight Arab terror groups.
2. PSF will confine its cooperation with Israel to areas of petty crime.
3. PSF has absorbed members of terrorist groups that fight Israel.

The Issue is greatly compounded because the GOI (Government of Israel) apparently is severely handicapping the residents of Judea and Samaria from defending themselves, and they can not depend upon the Police, and at the same time, GOI abandons them with their diplomacy!The Unit has declared us the enemy, preventing us from settling new hilltops, and is arresting us for defending ourselves.

The following is an eye opener from Meir Ettinger who in his OP Ed with Arutz7 exposes the workings of the National Crimes Unit. According to Meir Ettinger, the National Crimes Unit created three years ago by Tzipi Livni and graced with a huge budget was to eradicate nationalist crimes.
"National Crimes" are i.e. actions of what are known as Jewish "rebels" who, for their part, feel that they are acting to prevent the further deterioration of the state of Israel.
Under Udi Levi the police pretended to be Arabs encroaching on the town in order to trap and provoke Jewish residents to confront them. This apparently happened in response to the run over murder of Shalom Cherki in Jerusalem by an Arab driver. A police officer dressed as an Arab along with an actual Arab shepherd, approached the hill of Maale Shlomo and began screaming and cursing in the hopes of provoking Jewish residents to respond. Waiting to catch the resident in the act were dozens of police officers hiding a few hundred meters away.
According to the article this masquerade was staged precisely following the terror attack in order to minimize any reaction against the terror attack. Another example he cited was that officials found it proper to destroy the "Chazon David" synagogue near Hevron on the same night Arabs perpetrated two terror attacks.
And then there is the story of Elad Selah. While this is not the first time a Jew has been accused of 'spying' on behalf of the 'settlements', it is the first time the security services have explicitly defined Jewish hilltop settlers as the 'enemy.' ... The Unit has declared us the enemy, preventing us from settling new hilltops, and is arresting us for defending ourselves. What exactly did the police expect Jews to do when they saw Arabs approaching their town – call the police from the Nationalist Crimes Unit? ....Who can expect the police to chase the Arabs away, when it is they themselves who are bringing them to the area?

Please forward this post! We believe that Meir Ettinger is sitting under Adminsitrative Detention and not being tried in an honest and fair court of Law because there is no substantial evidence against him. Not Duma and no no Church burning. However the most plausible explanation is that they they are afraid of his beliefs which is true to Torah concepts.

Will Jews living in Judea and Samaria now have to depend on the PA to find and eliminate the terrorists that might infiltrate their communities and even infiltrate big cities like Tel Aviv and Jerusalem? Can we no longer depend on the IDF to do this job?
If I was living in Judea and Samaria, this would only highlight the need to mobilize resources within Judea and Samaria independent of the IDF, that ensure my safety and the security of all the roads and communities in Judea and Samaria.
If Israel is OK with the PA having their own sovereign form of government and their own Police why should they object if the communities of Judea and Samaria have as well? Especially when they are not awarded equal protection under Israeli Law in spite of paying taxes?
There have been signs that the IDF and the GOI (Government of Israel) is working towards establishing a Palestinian State. This is just one more sign. Here are the recent disturbing trend of abandoning Judea and Samaria in the process of establishing a State for Terrorists to enjoy peace from any harassment of the IDF forces.
- When Soldiers were disciplined for burning the Palestinian Flag that sent a clear message that the Palestinian Flag is a Flag that must be respected.

- There is no Official Palestinian State even thought the UN would like us to believe that there is.
- An IDF Soldier in Hebron is being charged with manslaughter of a terrorist following a terror attack when there was obvious reason to believe that the terrorist might still have an explosive on him putting lives in danger. The message is that the lives of the Palestinian terrorist out for our destruction comes before the lives of Jews and Bnei Noach.
- The harassment and incarceration and torture of Jewish Hilltop youth who dare to suggest that the government should be government according to Torah Law. This is an attempt to Silence the inner Jew within us that knows that it is a Mitzvah to settle the entire Land of Israel and a Mitzva to defend that right and to secure and protect those that settle the land.
- Netanyahu's recent assurance that he would not abandon the Golan. They is a red flag that indeed he is abandoning Judea and Samaria.
- An attempt to slander the Jewish Hilltop Youth as Jewish Terrorists a typical psychological warfare game to delegitimize Judea and Samaria communities prior to any implementation of a political deal to give away parts of Judea and Samaria

Shabak Objects to IDF Withdrawal from Arab Cities. (In spite of our recent posts how Shabak is framing and incarcerating righteous Jewish Youth of Judea and Samaria, Meir Ettinger etc. we still give credit when credit is due. Shabak probably is involved in locating Arab terrorists and neutralizing them before terror attacks occur. This is life saving work and we wish to encourage these efforts. However, at the same time their efforts must be based on truth and not on political whims. Jews and Noahides (those that accept the 7 Noahide laws) are entitled to basic and fundamental human and civil rights! Surely, IDF withdrawal from Area A would hamper Shabaq's efforts.)

Not only should the IDF Presence be in places like Ramallah and Yericho, all kinds of Palestinian terrorist incitement, glorification of terror and terror education should be eliminated from these Arab communities within Israel! Failure to remove the source of the terror will only result in more terror as we witnessed today in Jerusalem on Derech Chevron, see link above! Israel must Insist that the acceptance of the 7 Noahide law be a precondition for being a Resident in Israel. Open the borders to all those who refuse to pledge allegiance to Israel and help them to emigrate to the country of their choice. There are 22 Arab and Muslim countries surrounding Israel for starters. Surely with the proper incentives this can be accomplished. Why do they need to stay in a country that they hate? We have only ONE Jewish State!
