I met with JCRC and Federation lawyers about this very issue two years ago. I remember that the legal issues were too complex for them to undo the presence of these organizations. They were unaware of the history of NIF when they allowed them in.NIF has been exposed by an Israeli Colonel and several former intelligence officers who specialize in legal industrial "espionage". Until Operation Defensive Shield the NIF did its thing unchallenged. It is very hard for an umbrella organization to expel someone who is in.
