Ahed Tamimi released from Israel Prison. Compare Her Release with Jewish suspect Elisha Odess' Terms of Release

Compare the treatment and release of Ahed Tamimi  who mocks and physically assaults IDF soldiers and  pushes for Palestinian Return, to do whatever it takes to free Acca, Jaffa and Haifa, with the treatment and release of  Elisha Odess.  Elisha is the teen Duma Arsonist Suspect, a so called "Jewish Terrorist" who served a prison sentence without any conviction.

 Why was he placed in prison without a conviction?

 Because Elisha is a supposed "ticking time bomb", and is connected to "Jewish Terrorists".

His real crime? Elisha Odess yearns to Settle the Hilltops  of Judea and Samaria and the return of an Authentic Jewish Court of Law.

 Elisha's prison sentence and simultaneous  trial is going on now for two and a half years, with no evidence of wrongdoing. (other then baseless confessions extracted from him when he was either  threatened or tortured)

Elisha was charged (baselessly) with the planning of an arson within  the Village of Duma that killed an Arab family of 3 including a child. Common sense points to clan infighting of the Dawabshe family.

 Common sense gets thrown out the window when the political agenda of  politicians determine the law.

 Elisha is currently suffering with  PTSD following torture and imprisonment.  There is no conviction in sight to speak of.  He was imprisoned under unusually harsh conditions, often in isolation or semi isolation,  and forbidden to be with other religious Jewish inmates and also forbidden to pray with a Minyan.

 Due to an intense public awareness campaign by the Odess family and concerned activists and journalists, the Jewish Division of  Shabak and many others  including VIPs, were starting to look bad in the Jewish Media.

 So Elisha finally,  was released under house arrest. His supposed partner in crime, Amiram ben Uliel was not so fortunate as he is still languishing  in prison rather than house arrest.

 Amiram is the only  Jew indicted for  Arson in Duma.

 (The Dawabshe clan has had many Arab arsonists because of Arab infighting but this particular arson had Hebrew Graffitti that pointed to Jewish perpetrators. Jews framed perhaps by none other than Shabak Jewish Division of Terror. Not an isolated case of Jewish Division of Terror fabricating Jewish Terror!  The graffiti, the Hebrew words  "Yechi HaMelech", "The King Messiah Should Live" ( referring to the Lubavitcher Rebbe) and "Nekama" is the foundation of the indictment of these Hilltop Youth.  This choice of graffiti itself  is a strange choice for the suspects.  Amiram in fact is Breslev. Logically, the Graffitti  should have said " Na, Na Nach" the slogan for Breslev Chosid.   Yechi Hamelech is a Chabad slogan and has nothing to do with murdering Arabs. A nuance the Jewish Division of Terror might have missed.

Amiram's confessions extracted from torture are admissable according to the recent court ruling, unlike Elisha's.

 Too bad Amiram's family didn't conduct interviews to the Press like the Odess family.

 But now, the harsh release terms for Elisha  are also directly affecting Elisha's immediate family... but they aren't complaining.  House arrest still beats prison! Now Elisha can go to the fridge and take what he wants to eat and the food is probably lots better.

 Elisha has to wear an ankle bracelet, constantly supervised, guarded always by 2 people,  (his grandparents and parents have a new full time job) and restricted as per who he can associate with. Only a total of 10 people, or shall we call them his new security guards, which include his parents, grandparents and uncles can have contact with him. . ..It does not include his siblings who probably now can't visit their grandparents  cause Elisha is there).  The police can now harrass Elisha's grandparents who are 70+  amvsh, and come and go as they please making sure Elisha is not a danger to society 24 hours a day in spite of his ankle bracelet and probable bugging devices in the house.

 Ahed Tamimi, is a convicted and blatant provocateur from a family  of terrorists (check out Ahlam Tamimi her female cousin and the connection to the Sbarro Restaurant suicide bombing.)

 No need to stage an Arab murder and  takeover of Acco Prison like they did for Elisha Odess to extract confessions, nor is it necessary to torture Ahed to see a proud public display of her and her family's animosity against the IDF and Israel. There is glaring evidence, videos in your face  shared on social media, YouTube and Facebook that is quite proud to share their agenda.

 Ahed apparently according to Jack Englehard gained 10 lbs in Israel prison, she received a heroes welcome following her release and went on  public stage with Mahmud Abbas to invite and incite more violence.  She proudly announced her  commitment to continue to fight the "Occupation".

 It is Elisha Odess the so called "Jewish Terrorist"who is the "ticking time bomb" who gets sentenced to suffocating prison house arrest following being released from prison.

 Why didn't they restrict Ahed's release like they did to Elisha Odess?

 I get it. I doubt her family would have tolerated the terms...and one wouldnt want to provoke this family of terrorists for good reason! They would use the Media as an automatic assault weapon! The equivalent of a heavy Gunner.

For the past two years, many of us have been following the tragic story of the false incarceration, torture, and administrative detention of Elisha Odess. 

Elisha, a teen from the Shomron, was 16 when the Shabak arrested him and accused him of torching a house in the Arab village of Duma. The Shabak did not have a shred of evidence that he was ever in Duma or had any involvement with this incident. 

To obtain a confession, they tortured Elisha brutally for three weeks with the approval of the police, the defense establishment, and the Shabak.  Elisha "confessed" to the "crime" on the last three days of his brutal and unrelenting torture. 

Following the burning of that house in the village of Duma, there were additional house burnings there. The Israeli government admits that that these cases of arson had nothing to do with Jews or "hilltop youth." They were part of Arab clan family infighting. But the Shabak and government persist in linking Elisha to the first arson.
This Monday, February 12, 2018 (according to secular calendar) the court in Israel will hold a hearing which will affect Elisha's fate. The judges will hear the evidence of the prosecution and the defense. After that, within a short time period, they will decide if Elisha is innocent or guilty.  His life hangs in the balance. 

Elisha needs Hashem's yeshua. Therefore, the family and friends of Elisha ask that you daven individually, and organize Tehillim groups and say Mi'Sheberachs for Elisha in your batei knesset, youth groups, yeshivot, and women's groups. 

Please daven wholeheartedly for a complete yeshua for

No Vote of Confidence in the Defense Leadership of the IDF. Moral unClarity. Unwillingness to listen to Clarity based on Torah and Jewish Identity. Lots of Red Flags

With the failures of the IDF to deal with the Kite Terror in Gaza one needs to go to the root of the problem.  Hashem has been patient but we have had glaring red flags that if we continue to ignore them, it will blow up literally in our face.


Red Flag: Elor Azarya neutralized a terrorist and not only was he reprimanded by Yaalon even before the investigation was complete, he was compared to a Nazi, by Yair  Golan one of the leading contenders for next IDF Chief.  
So here is a quote, straight from the mouth of Yair Golan, who today is Deputy Chief of Staff of the IDF, answering Atzmona pre- military students who stated that the IDF endangers its soldiers in order to safeguard hostile populations:

"The role of whoever dons a uniform is to endanger his life so that those who are not in uniform can live in peace. I have no problem with that." (Yair Golan, 2006, today a candidate for Israel's next Chief of Staff). see Moshe Feiglins links below.

my comments: Surely, mothers of these Chayalim have a big problem with this! For this we have sent in our sons to serve in the IDF?  To protect our enemy who use hostile civilians, men women and children, who are not in uniform, as human shields and willing, of their own volition, nurtured and groomed from a young age, to sacrifice their lives for Palestine?  This enemy is willing to endanger their own lives and the lives of their own people in order to kill Jews and certainly Chayalim! We sent in our sons into the IDF Davka to fight this snake.  If I was Hamas,  listening to this stupid, immoral elitist ethics as presented by IDF leadership, I would say the way to best way to fight the IDF is to continue and improve upon our present modus operandi.  

Engage in Image Warfare

That is Hamas forte and plan of action: The IDF will fall for our deceit and protect all of our Jihadists dressed as civilians. Let us continue to use the disabled, women and children. The IDF will stupidly endanger the lives of their own soldiers by restraining themselves when being challenged by those who appear to be "weak". And even a known terrorist who plays dead while engaging in an act of terror will get the benefit of the doubt.  

Another Red flag.  Research the Way the IDF treats the Hilltop Youth, those who want to settle the Land of Israel. Following the Duma arson, the Defense Minister was the first to condemn the Jewish Terrorists.  They "most certainly" perpetrated this act of arson in spite of any real investigation to speak of and total lack of forensic evidence. Hebrew Graffiti was basically what "convicted" these Jews (pointing to the Hilltop Youth aka "Jewish Terrorists") less than 12 hours after it happened by these so called VIP,  Defense and political experts.   Two and a half years later, following extensive investigation, illegal incarceration, torture, forced confessions and defamation and character assassination of the Hilltop Youth even by their own Rabbis, these kids are still being prosecuted and slandered and there has been no conviction and no real evidence that Jews actually set fire to this Arab home that killed a family of 3. Did they even investigate the possibility that this arson was perpetrated due to infighting of the Dawabshe family clans as did the other arsons related to this particular Dawabshe Arab family? Another Red Flag: The way the IDF treated Ahed Temimi, female teen Palestinian provocateur par excellence raised in a family steeped in terror attacks against Israel,  to the way they treat teen Elisha Odess, Hilltop Youth raised in a family steeped in Torah and Yirat Shamayim.

FIrst of all let's examine the Current Leadership in the  way they have conducted the war in Gaza. What is lacking is not their ability to conduct a successful military operation. What is lacking is leadership that welcomes guidance, moral clarity, based on Torah UmItzvoth and the Seven Noahide Laws, and Yirat Shamayim  with a clear and healthy sense of self  and Jewish Identity.  rather than governed by  Image and public opinion,  which seems to be the current Bible of the IDF.
