Just imagine if both parties were Jewish and after a confrontation, one party threw a heavy rock splitting open the skull of one of the participants. Would the Jewish perpetrator been released or would the Jewish perpetrator be locked up and held for psychological evaluation for being a ticking time bomb, an individual who explodes violently at provocation.

Now picture the scenario that a Jew threw a heavy rock at the Arabs. Would there be any room to judge him in a favorable light that he did so out of self defense?

Quite the opposite. Such a court would have found their new Jewish Terrorist scapegoat and locked him up forever.

If Amiram Ben Uliel is in solitary confinement for over 4 years for an attack he never commited and there is no credible evidence he did, how much more so for an attack that actually happened.

The only explanation for this miscarriage of Justice ruling is the false presumption of the court that these Settler Youth are Jewish Terrorists and that Arabs had legitimate reason to fear them.

We as Jews know that these kids were celebrating Purim in our Biblical Homeland. They had no interest in murdering Arabs.

Yet this Arab obviously did have hateful intent against the Settler Youth as he threw the heavy rock when he himself was in no danger as per Advocate Chaim Bleichers defense of the boys.  The boys were targeted when they were in the car leaving the scene. 

The Arab that threw the rock is now released. Another example of how Arabs in Judea and Samaria continue to get away with violent  acts of terror with impunity. There is no deterrence.  This ruling will Chas VeShalom escalate Arab  terror against Settlers in Judea and Samaria.

Until the Slander and Blood libel against these youth's stop, the Arab terrorists will have free reign to provoke and literally get away with murder.

 עכשיו תארו את התרחיש שיהודי השליך סלע כבד על הערבים.  האם יהיה מקום לשפוט אותו באור חיובי שהוא עשה זאת מתוך הגנה עצמית?
