I searched online for an English Translation of this expression of thanks and gratitude to Hashem and I found it on Jonathan Pollard's website! I can't think of a greater person who in spite of all his trials and tribulations, and all his years of suffering due to anti-Israel sentiment would publicize our need to constantly Praise Hashem!

Nishmat Kol Chai is a song of praise and thanksgiving to the Almighty. With the blessing of His Eminence HaRav Mordecai Eliyahu, Esther and Jonathan Pollard have undertaken an initiative to make it possible for EVERYONE to say Nishmat Kol Chai! How? By doing a mass distribution of this prayer along with a Special Prayer for Jonathan.
