National Union chairman MK Bezalel Smotrich welcomed Hanegbi's announcement as did the Yesha Council, who stated, "This is good news for anyone who is close to the heart of the Israeli settlement in Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley. For many years, hundreds of families living in the young settlements have not been able to enjoy the most basic things - running water, regular electricity, the internet and communications and security components." Yes, AFSI reiterates Hanegbi's comment that, yes, it's time - and long overdue - to work toward achieving normalization for the residents of Judea and Samaria. Evacuation of Khan al-Ahmar Stalled Again The illegal herding village of Khan al-Ahmar was given yet another reprieve when the High Court of Justice gave the state until July 15, 2021 to explain its failure to evacuate the compound. Regavim, the NGO actively working for 11 years to see that the evacuation is carried out, condemned the delay. Though this latest ruling is another postponement in this long legal battle, Regavim's petition has not been thrown out and still stands. Haley tweeted, "Very important that the Trump administration declassify the report that provides a current estimate of the number of Palestinian refugees who are receiving support. This goes to the heart of speaking hard truths in the name of moving peace forward." Haley's tweet linked to last week's New York Post op-ed authored by Foundation for Defense of Democracies Senior Adviser Richard Goldberg and Senior Vice President for Research Jonathan Schanzer. The op-ed noted that Congress required the State Department in 2012 to produce a report on the number of Palestinian refugees receiving aid from UNRWA that were alive in 1948; the report was completed and sent to congressional appropriations committees years later, but the report remains classified today. Goldberg and Schanzer wrote that, "The public release of these figures could spark an international debate over UNRWA's mandate." AFSI asks the question, What debate? The truth should not be up for debate. No more suppression of the real numbers. We agree with the statement in the op-ed, "...Palestinian refugees are narrowly defined as people who were personally displaced from then-Palestine between 1948 and 1949 and aren't currently citizens or permanent residents of the Palestinian Authority or any country." They are not a legitimate American party, based on the fact that the Democratic Party and their "values" reject G-d  and the 7 Noahide Laws, the Laws of Basic Universal Morality. It follows that everything they do or propose is unG-dly. There is no fear of G-d in this "Party". 

This Declaration on a massive scale would give G-d a good reason to fight for us.

2. G-d fearing people should remind themselves that we learn Promises Made and Promises Kept from Almighty G-d Himself.  

Judea, Samaria, East Jerusalem and  most importantly Temple Mount are the Biblical Heartland of the Promised Land. 

The Promised Land, also known as the Holyland is Land that belongs to the Almighty and This Land, whose boundaries are explicitly delineated in the Bible, was Promised exclusively to the Nation of Israel.

Let us unite and demand that the Nation, the people of Israel collectively claim what is rightfully theirs rather than allow those that misrepresent the Nation of Israel  spurn G-d's precious gift to His Chosen People by suggesting it can somehow fulfill the aspirations of the Palestinians by giving them another State when there are 22 Arab States. 

The Nation of Israel is Chosen to be a Kingdom of Priests and a Light unto the Nations.  This can only happen when we dwell on our Precious Land and observe the Holy Torah. 

This Declaration which corrects the Sin of the Spies proves the People of Israel's yearning for its Land and her desire to live on the Land with Sanctity and  would give G-d a reason to fight for us!  

I see the evil and it is way more powerful than us. 

But G-d is Almighty and He Can Surely Fight and Help the side of Good win against the side of Evil.

But we must do our part!

May G-d give us the strength and courage  to bring G-dliness into this world.

Netanyahu once again legitimized evil by accepting a false narrative namely Biden's "victory" most likely predicated on a fraudulent election. 

President Trump now experiences the deep pain of the Hilltop Youth who were stabbed in the back by someone whom they considered to be a friend and not a foe.

False condemnations  were leveled against Hilltop Settler Youth within 24 hours of the Duma arson in late July 2015, by Israeli Heads of State, VIPs. Their condemnations strongly suggested that Jewish extremist Settlers were guilty of Jewish Terrorism and were responsible for the Duma arson. This besmirched their good name and reputation.

For the last 5 years or so, Breslev Chosid Settler Amiram Ben Uliel has been an unfortunate framed scapegoat as was minor E for the Duma arson. After being arrested, tortured emotionally and physically,  languishing in prison  with no Habeas Corpus, no trial nor verdict for years, he was finally convicted of 3 life sentences on May 18, 2020  this past year, for a crime for which there is no credible evidence he committed!

The delay in justice alone is a travesty of Justice and is known in Hebrew as Inui Hadin, which means unjust court delay and perversion of Justice.  Minor E. suffered terribly as well, physical and emotional torture, a minor at the time,  but was bullied into a plea bargain so he got off "relatively easy"... After all, which one of us wouldn't confess to almost anything knowing that otherwise we could spend our entire life locked  for a crime we never committed.

Following the arson, in late July 2015, Shabak initially harassed different Settler youth they wished to frame, namely followers of the late Rabbi Meir Kahane especially Meir Ettinger, Rabbi Meir Kahana's grandson.  When they didn't succeed they found these vulnerable scapegoats namely Amiram Ben Uliel and minor E. 

Amiram, for years, was incarcerated under extremely harsh conditions, under total isolation from family and society, before his conviction, "justified" by a forced self confession following torture. The justification?  He was a ticking time bomb!

No reputable Western court would accept such a confession as permissable evidence in the absence of any other independent evidence, let alone a Rabbinic Halachic Court! Yet Israel's Courts, biased and corrupt, ignored what is righteous and just and convicted him. 

Did Netanyahu and all the political big shots ever admit to themselves or publicly that their rush to accept a false narrative without a fair investigation of the facts, destroyed lives and was political in nature? 

After framing and maligning  innocent  Jewish kids as Jewish Terrorists, the real arsonists are still walking free. This was never about  finding the actual arsonist that murdered the Dawabshe family in Duma. Following American elections, Netanyahu  prematurely rushed to congratulate Biden on a stolen victory called by the leftist Media. By  doing so, he demonstrated that he accepted the corrupt and evil modus operandi of the Democrats and was looking the other way, and blind to blatant election fraud that probably stole the election. Why would he do this?  

What about the integrity of the election?

To endear and ingratiate himself to a possible future illegitimate Biden Administration?

If we suspect the election did not have integrity and the winners won as a result of voter fraud, how can we then honestly congratulate the winner?

Almost all Orthodox Jews are clearly Trump fans and admirers. Noone is deceived by fake Congratulations, least of all the Biden team.

But leftist progressives are probably thrilled for a public vote of confidence which provides the spark of holiness, a necessary life ingredient to sustain such evil.

The question is, who has the courage to really fight for what is just and right?

Will we in NY, religious Jews, bow and comply to the Governor Cuomo's draconian regulations all in the name of Public Health while public health is being weaponized as a means to  take away our G-d given rights. 

We are being tested whether we will fight for G-dliness, Truth and Justice and the American way.

Those who can't take a courageous stand for G-d have now shown that we can be bought or bullied into compliance. The price of compliance is taking away the freedom to live in a free society, free to come and go as a free people, and free to serve G-d without the intervention of those enforcing the law dictated by those who have Coronated themselves as the Public Health czars as a means to control society.

But A G-d of Truth and Justice will eventually prevail.

For a decisive victory, that apparently needs Divine intervention. President Trump needs to step in line with The Divine Vision regarding Judea and Samaria and Temple Mount and stop pushing for the self determination of a fake and non-existent Palestinian people! 

In addition Denounce, Delegitimize, Discredit, Defect, Disassociate and Defeat the Democratic "Party".  

They are UnG-dly and treasonous.

They are not a legitimate party according to our Constitution. They have been infiltrated by evil and can not be taken seriously. All G-d fearing individuals should leave en masse.  The election was a fraud because they are fraudulent. Forget about the irregularities. As for Netanyahu, he crossed the line and has betrayed both G-d and the people of Israel with the suggestion of legitimacy of a 2 State Solution and now has betrayed the Trump Administration with him congratulating President-elect Biden even before the electoral college called the vote.

We can't judge Netanyahu because we don't know the ins and outs. But it seems to me that he really blew it.
