Mr. Honig opened the conference by thanking Ambassador Bolton for his longstanding support for Israel. He mentioned how Yaakov Avinu prepared to defeat the enemies of his People through tefillah, Mr. Honig recited a kapitel Tehillim followed by the tefillah of "Acheinu" at the podium.

Dr. Frager explained that the goal of the press conference was to protect the special relationship between the U.S. and Israel from the castigating of Israel that the UN is infamous for. The conference also served as the official launch of the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce's mission to Israel on January 3rd and 4th, to strengthen U.S. – Israel economic ties. Former governor and presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, among other high ranking officials, business leaders and activists, will participate in the mission.....

John Bolton: "In terms of Amona this is a very difficult situation for me to understand especially between the dynamic of the court in Israel and the politicians in Israel, it is hard for an American used to our system to figure it out.  Nobody wants to see violence...I think the notion that Israeli's should be allowed to live and build on their traditional homeland should not be restricted"

Ambassador John Bolton remarked that as former UN Ambassador to the United States, he often felt that Israel was left out in the cold, and that was much more severe than the climate temperatures the crowd was experiencing.  As reported in Arutz Sheva: Dr. Frager pointed out that approximately 20% of the UN budget is covered by the United States, and our nation therefore has leverage to keep UN anti-Semitism and anti-Israel sentiment in check. "The PA can't use the UN instead of negotiating," he explained. He was followed by Aaron Klein of Breitbart who detailed the various potential UN resolutions that may be pushed in the upcoming weeks. They include, among others, unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood, a timetable for statehood declaration, or a declaration that Israeli settlements are illegal. "This is almost a sick joke...a diplomatic assault," said Mr. Klein, detailing the Palestinians' repeated refusal to accept a state at the negotiating table. Ambassador Bolton was the final speaker of the conference, utilizing his impeccable diplomatic pedigree to sound the alarm about the "very far reaching repercussions" that would result from a US abandonment of Israel at the UN. He pointed to the bipartisan US consensus for nearly half a century that a peaceful resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict cannot be imposed by other countries. "It is a fiction that a resolution across First Avenue will lead to lasting peace," he said. The message you have just received was delivered by Mike Huckabee and includes a message from Huck PAC, his political action committee.  Robin, Donald Trump has picked a Secretary of Labor, and he seems perfect for our current economy. Andy Pudzer is the CEO of the Hardee's and Carl's Jr. burger restaurant chain. Already, liberals are complaining: Pudzer opposes mandatory hikes in the minimum wage and overtime pay, arguing that they kill jobs for low-skilled entry workers and make it harder for workers to put in the extra hours to become managers. Plus he's an attorney who's helped craft pro-life legislation that held up in court. Of course, critics will also find silly things to harp on, like the fact that Carl's Jr's TV commercials have featured scantily-clad female celebrities eating burgers, which I guess makes him both a sexist and a bovinist. If it helps the left swallow this appointment more easily, I'll note that when he was a youth in the early '70s, he dropped out of Kent State after the shootings there, worked as a guitar salesman, and as he put it, "spent the next three years attending concerts and marching on Washington." So today's SJW recent college grads can relate to his familiarity with protesting, slacking off and fast food jobs, and those on the right can appreciate his later business success. And in case you missed these:   Harry Reid By Mike Huckabee Harry Reid finally gave millions of Americans the Christmas gift they'd been begging Santa to bring for years: his farewell address to the Senate. Aside from hailing policies that millions of voters just elected Trump to undo, Reid ironically urged his colleagues to "temper their use of the filibuster. Otherwise it'll be gone." Of course, he was the one who showed them how to make the minority's power magically disappear, and now he'd like to put that genie back in the bottle. But what I think will really stand as Reid's epitaph for his Senate career are these parting words of advice to the Senate: "There's a lot more that needs to be done. Our government has done almost nothing." Think about that: Our government has run up a $20 trillion debt, half of it accrued in the past eight years when Reid was Majority Leader. And yet he thinks it's "done almost nothing." I shudder to think what the debt – and the Constitution -- would look like if the government had actually done everything he wishes it had.

Fake News By Mike Huckabee The standard excuses liberals use when they lose elections – "Our message didn't get through," "Dumb people voted against their own best interests," "People who voted for Trump after twice supporting Obama suddenly became racists," etc. – were going over like last year's egg nog. So they came up with a new one: voters rejected Hillary because they listened to "fake news." Not reliable news from believable outlets, like the ones that gave us George W. Bush's computerized National Guard documents or Brian Williams' helicopter under fire. No, all those "fake news" stories from conservative sites, obviously planted by the Russians. I guess all those reports about Hillary Clinton building a private email server, sending classified documents over it and lying about it repeatedly were just tall tales made up by Boris and Natasha. Now, even Hillary Clinton (who can't accept that it was a bad idea to tell coal miners who vote that she was going to put them out of work) is blaming the "epidemic" of "fake news" for her loss. She wants Congress to "take action" against it. So if you believed, as I did, that a Hillary Presidency would have been at least as great a danger to the First Amendment as to the Second, there's your proof that your fears were not fake. Here's a dose of reality: Candidates have always had to deal with false accusations and innuendo. Speaking of Russia, in 1828, challenger Andrew Jackson accused President John Quincy Adams of offering his maid to the Russian Czar as a concubine. When I ran in 2008, some people tried to twist my record to make me look like a tax-loving socialist. Donald Trump was the target of plenty of false and misleading stories as well. But most Americans are smart enough to figure out when they're being bamboozled. In Hillary's case, they determined that the snow job was coming less from conservative media than from the openly partisan, Hillary-supporting mainstream media. As for the whole "fake news" brouhaha: the Washington Post helped kick that into high gear by citing a "study" by a group called "PropOrNot" that listed over 200 mostly conservative websites they claimed spread Russian propaganda during the election. After many of those sites threatened defamation lawsuits, the group removed some from its list. WaPo amended its story to note that these so-called "experts" had insisted on anonymity and hadn't shared their research, so the Post couldn't vouch for the validity of their methodology or findings. But they ran a story based on them anyway. In other words, the story about fake news was fake news. So what's with Amona?

For those who don't know the story, let me share some back ground information and the latest situation on the ground.

I shall not begin with our forefathers to whom that land was promised by the Creator ,or  with Joshua who was commanded by that same Creator  to conquer it from the Canaanites.  I shall also not  discuss the millennia when His people did just that and left their print  under every stone for  us to see today..

That is old stuff; too old and irrelevant  for many.

So let us begin just a few short  centuries ago.
Very quickly then, after the Romans conquered the land and expelled lots of us, came the Christian Byzantines and forbade any of us to enter our land. Then came the Arabs who allowed us to return under strict discriminatory  rules.
The Crusaders came and slaughtered as many Jews and Arabs as  they could.
They were  expelled by the Mameluke Turks who were in turn expelled by the Ottoman Turks in 1517.

The ottomans allowed Jews fleeing the Spanish Inquisition to come home and to other parts of their empire.

During all these periods Jews have not ceased to remember their home land , and have it on their lips many times  a day.
Unique.

The Turkish empire decayed, and life for Jews became  pretty tough.
They were  ousted in 1917 by the British who promised to be the tool with which to bring the Jews  home to their land finally.
They lied.

The British were forced to leave by the relentless attacks by the tiny illegal  "Irgun" and "Lechi" underground forces( Menachem Begin led one and  Yitzchak Shamir the latter).

Israel was born in war.
 The Arab world swore they would throw all the Jews into the sea if they declared a state (their concern was not about " territories"). The Arabs tried their best to make good on their promise.
They failed.

In so doing, Israel won even more land than that allotted them  by the UN partition decision of 1947.

The one big winner on the Arab side was the artificial Kingdom of Jordan. (a whim of the British a few short years earlier, establishing an Arab country  for the first  time in history, on lands promised to  the Jewish people by the world community).
Jordan attacked along with several other Arab armies and they wrested large parts of Judea  and Samaria (called the "West Bank" by  the Jewish people's detractors).

Jordan proceeded to  immediately annex the areas they conquered, including historic Jerusalem.
The other Arab countries did not recognize it. They were jealous.
Only Britain, its patron and creator, and Pakistan, due to family reasons recognized the annexation as legal.

When Jordan attacked Israel a second time in 1967 after Israel begged her to stay out(just as Israel begged Jordan to stay out in 1948), she lost her misbegotten gains of 1948 and Israel liberated  Judea  and Samaria.
Israel did not conquer a sovereign state that attacked her. The territories she won were never legally Jordan's. The last occupiers before Jordan's was Britain. Before them, Turkey. Before them the Mamelukes, etc...

However when Jordan took that area in 1948, the king proceeded to divide parcels  among his more  loyal supporters - political patronage . So we have an  Illegal occupation and thus an Illegal granting of land that was not his legally.

Which brings us to today and Amona.

Since 1967 some  Jews in Israel have dedicated their lives to bringing Jews to the liberated areas - the very heart of our land. Rather than being heralded as pioneers and visionaries,  mediocre governments and a vociferous  extreme Left have placed spokes in he wheels of  the historic Jewish renewal at every turn.
This is not the place to delve into the souls of the  modern Hellenists  and  self haters, but suffice it to say that they wield influence in important power centers such as the courts, press, academia and entertainment.

Despite now fifty years of Arab terror,  vilification and demonetization by the Jewish Left and the constant sword of political uncertainty over their heads, the Jewish pioneer population has swelled to almost half  a million!

Beside themselves with despair, the "anti Jewish return to our land" forces have enlisted huge sums of money from the anti Jewish countries and groups in Europe and the US.
Seems like everyone is anxious to take part in the crusade to make the Jewish heartland "Judenrein".
No international issue excites them as much.

The money pours in. The Arabs kill. The "New Israel Fund" and "J street" are the conduit for the money to reach the myriad of "humanitarian " organizations in Israel like "Peace Now" ,"Rabbis for Peace" .. etc...
These Jews are paid handsomely to dedicate their days and nights to uprooting Jews from their homes and supporting an  Arab presence in theses areas.
They spend much time locating Arabs who might have been allotted land by the Jordanian king and was no aware of it because th elands were totally inaccessible and unattractive  for settlement and farming. Hilly, stony lands that were never touched from time immemorial - and for good reason.

The "humanitarians" seek these Arabs out and then  accompany them to the Israeli courts where they demand that Jewish families  living in their homes for decades be expelled. The land will then return to its mode of lonely  rocks.

In Israel, as in all Western countries, compensation  is the most common solution to this kind of real estate tangle.
This is so in Israel too, but not in the "territories" where Jews live under military law and  are subject to the anti "Jewish settlement" agenda of the military government.
 Clearly they are doing the bidding of their higher ups. This is not the place to elaborate on this phenomenon  and this may sound surprising to some readers, so just check the history.

Thousands of Arab homes in Israel, especially in the Galilee the Negev and in Jerusalem are  built illegally. Thousands more in the "territories" under Israel military law. - and never the rush to destroy and expel. As Ms. Dorner, one of  enlightened  supreme court judges said,"that would cause great social  unrest.."One of the supreme court judges who decide what is to be Jewish land is Judge Jubran, an Arab who refuses to stand for the national anthem.
Is it me or is there something very wrong with this picture..?

The supreme court, with its record of consistent antipathy to the Jewish settlement movement,  is not concerned with "social unrest" when it comes to expelling Jewish families by force. Maybe its me, but I have the impression that they relish it.

Thousands of police are  now under going intense training for the imminent forced expulsion of fifty Jewish families  from a former rocky hill top that  no body  ever wanted and has been turned into  a  miracle of green and life in the long neglected home land.

Amona is not the first instance of the Sodom and Gomorrah like judgement.
We pray that it will be the last.

What is clear is that the ones writing Jewish history are not the Hellenists sitting on the court benches and in the ivory towers but the brave and loyal Jews,raising large  families who are not intimidated either by the Arabs or the "Jews".

"As Pharaoh  persecuted the Jews so they multiplied."
Today they are almost  half  a million. They just keep a coming.
