Shluchim Conference Declares 2 State Solution Null and Void.

Bs"d

Rabbi Gerlitsky says that the two State Solution is responsible for the bloodshed.

By falsely giving the impression that the possibility exists, rather than stating unequivocally  that the Land belongs to Israel,  it's rightful owner, we are fueling terror, feeding the fire.

Rabbi Gerlitzky argued that there can be only one solution, saying, "the moment it will be clear in no uncertain terms that the Palestinians will never have a state of their own under any conditions and Israel will never give up an inch of its land - the pressure will cease.

At the annual Chabad Lubavitch International Shluchim Conference in Brooklyn this week, Rabbi Joseph Gerlitzky, head shaliach (emissary) to Tel Aviv, sharply denounced the two state solution and blamed the proposal to divide the Jewish state as being responsible for much bloodshed.

Rabbi Gerlitzky, who also is the Chairman of the Rabbinical Congress for Peace, spoke before 4,325 Chabad emissaries from around the globe, saying, "we are all here united and larger in number than the representatives in the UN who voted for the two state solution to divide Israel."

"While they represent different countries we represent the Lubavitcher Rebbe, the one and only leader of our generation who vehemently opposed such a scheme," he added, although in fact several other leading figures likewise opposed the move, notable among them former MK Rabbi Meir Kahane.

"Therefore we hereby declare in the name of all the shluchim (emissaries - ed.) that the UN Resolution is null and void and there never, ever will be a Palestinian state alongside Israel and every inch of Eretz Yisroel (the land of Israel - ed.) will remain under control of its rightful owner - Am Yisroel (the people of Israel - ed.)," he declared to resounding applause.

Rabbi Gerlitzky blamed the two state solution for fueling terror, saying that every Arab terrorist teen who is shot trying to stab a Jew in Israel is killed due to the false hope of a two state solution.
The rabbi then quoted the ruling in the Jewish legal text Orach Chaim Chapter 329, which forbids handing over parts of Israel to foreigners given that it can act as a springboard to overrun the entire country.
He said: "from time to time we meet with experts on the Middle East, professors and senior military officials to discuss with them the security situation. They always tell us that the reason an Arab gets up in the morning and decides to stab Jews or spends millions of dollars to buy missiles is because they feel that the entire world believes that they deserve a state of their own and Israel must provide them with more territory for this.

"Hence, they feel that more terror and stabbings will pressure and precipitate Israel to give more and more. In the words of military officials: 'every Israeli declaration that under certain conditions we will be prepared to concede - this in itself is a tailwind to terror.'

"It has nothing to do with the Temple Mount. It has nothing to do with their economic situation and has nothing to with what you hear in the media in Israel or outside Israel. It is has to do with one thing only and that is – the Israeli leadership vacillates, they do not believe and are not confident themselves that Jews are the rightful owners of all of Eretz Yisroel and therefore the Arabs exploit this weakness as an opportunity to pressure more and squeeze out incessant concessions."

The real solution
Rabbi Gerlitzky argued that there can be only one solution, saying, "the moment it will be clear in no uncertain terms that the Palestinians will never have a state of their own under any conditions and Israel will never give up an inch of its land - the pressure will cease.

"When the world will realize that we are dealing here with cold blooded murderers that any concession we make will turn into a springboard that will enable them to overrun the whole country as the Shulchan Aruch rules, once they see that they will never ever get what they want this will eliminate the root cause of the problem."

The rabbi then noted on a meeting he and a group of rabbis had with US President Barack Obama's former Middle East envoy Martin Indyk.

"After telling him what Jewish Law states he yelled at us: 'you people need to have your minds switched' and nearly chased us out of his office," recalled Rabbi Gerlitzky.

"At a later date we met with the French Ambassador to Israel and after listening to what we have to say he said, 'look, we tried everything but it didn't work. Maybe you are right and time has come to try the Torah way and the Halacha (Jewish law - ed.), maybe it will succeed."

Fwd: PROPOSAL FOR PEACE IN FRANCE France must offer Land for Peace by. Steven Plaut published 2000

Dear friends,

Today is a day of mourning for me for I am a Francophile and Paris is my most beloved city since my mother took me there when I was 15.

However, the ironies (and I do not mean Friday the 13th) of the frightening carnage cannot be ignored.

First, it happened on the very day that the EU announced its plan to mark Israeli goods produced in Judea & Samaria and in "Palestine" which does not exist and never did. It can only be regarded as punishing the victim with more support for the aggressor. This is how aggression and violence are rewarded in convoluted Europe.

Secondly, the new Canadian Liberal government announced that Harper's era of special friendship towards Israel is over. From now on "evenhandedness" (namely, equating terrorists with their victims) is the new policy which includes the treatment of Hezballah as a legitimate partner to peace. One wonders how soon will Canada be attacked in order to get even more concessions from Trudeau's government.

Thirdly, our genius American Secretary of State is in Vienna to negotiate "peace" in Syria. He thinks that feeding beasts satisfies them. Thinking people know that feeding beasts make them hungrier.

So in that context, no wonder the Liberal-socialist French government who took in thousands of Muslim "refugees" and is among the least friendly European countries to Israel, is the latest receipient of the Muslim gratitude we witnessed last night.

Although I weep for all the innocents who lost their lives and for the rape of my beloved Paris, I cannot refrain from posting again this article by Steven Plaut, published in 2000.

How long and how many more rivers of blood will it take for the Europeans to realize who in the Middle East is their only true friend. If I were them, I would rush to buy every item of goods produced in Judea & Samaria.

Your Truth Provider,

Yuval.

France must Offer Land for Peace

By Steven Plaut

In the aftermath of the series of protests in Paris against occupation by activists and militants, who have grievances, we bring you the French plan for peace, based on France's Mideast policies.  It is the only way to solve the problem of ISIS activism in Paris.

First, we all agree that territory must not be annexed by force. Therefore, we can also agree that Germany has a moral right to demand the return of Alsace-Lorraine, for the French aggression in 1945 and its consequent occupation must not be rewarded. "A full withdrawal for full peace" should operate here. Further, France must agree to the return and rehabilitation of all ethnic Germans expelled from Alsace-Lorraine after World Wars I and II, as well as all those they define as their descendents.

But this, of course, is just the first step toward a solution, as no aggression can be rewarded-and France has much other stolen territory to return. It took Corsica from Genoa, Nice and Savoy from Piedmont; as the successor state, Italy must get back all these lands. By similar token, territories grabbed from the Habsburgs go back to Austria, including Franche-Comte, Artois, and historic Burgundy. The Roussillon area (along the Pyrenees) must be returned to Spain, its rightful owner. And Normandy, Anjou, Aquitaine, and Gascony must be returned to their rightful owners, the British royal family.

Not even this not enough for the sake of peace. Brittany and Languedoc must be granted autonomy at once, recognizing the Breton and Occitan Liberation organizations as their legal rulers. This leaves the French government in control over the Ile de France (the area around Paris).

That, however, still does not solve the problem of the Holy City of Paris, sacred to artists, gourmets, and adulterers. The Corsicans obviously have a historic claim to the Tomb of the Emperor Napoleon, their famed son, as well as the Invalides complex and beyond. For the sake of peace, is it not too much to ask that Paris be the capital for two peoples? The French authorities must agree to prevent French Parisians from even entering the sacred tomb area, lest this upset the Corsicans. Let the Eiffel Tower be converted into a mosque.

The Saint Chapelle and the Church of Notre Dame of course will be internationalized, under joint Vatican-art historical auspices. Indeed, the French should consider it a compliment of the highest order that so many people see Paris as an international city.

The French have nothing to complain of. They will enjoy the benefits of peace and retain control of the Champs Elysees.

Actually, come to think of it, even the Champs Elysees may be too much. Recalling the French position that Jerusalem is not the capital of Israel, perhaps the true French capital is not Paris at all, but Vichy.
