Fwd: 2 Short Videos - Both Great שני קטעים קצרים

bs"d

Excellent videos!  The first video is in Hebrew and we need a version for English and other languages.

The 2nd video needs to be translated, dubbed or subtitled into Hebrew and other languages.

Anyone willing to suggest volunteers or to pay for professionals to do the job?

We then need a third video created by Outreach professionals  presented in a similar manner to speak about Torah and why the Jews must be Sovereign on  the Land of Israel based on Torah and why Torah is the key to Peace and Prosperity for mankind.  When Joshua conquered the Land there were 3 options.
1. Leave
2. Stay but accept Jewish Sovereignty and the 7 NOahide laws
3.fight with Israel.

Today, Yom Yerushalayim: Please watch and fwd Response to Obama from Temple Institute, Rabbi Chaim Richman

bs"d

Dear Friends, Rabbanim and Jewish Media who are proud to be the Voice of Torah for Am Yisroel.  YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!

Help Spread the voice of Torah!  Refute and expose the damaging and untruthful words of Obama according to Torah..

Friends, please forward this email to Rabbanim and Jewish Media and encourage them to spread the Voice of Torah and Truth.

LeMaan Zion Lo Echesheh UleMaan Yerushalayim Lo Eshkot!

This is an 8 minute video.  After 5:15 minute or so Rabbi Richman says what Netanyahu should have said but didn't. Please pay careful attention to Rabbi Richman's  response to Obamas remark that the "The Dream of the Jewish Democratic State can not be fulfilled with 'permanent occupation'".

Ki MiTzion Tezei Torah Udvar Hashem MeYerushalayim!

Here are my additional comments.

Let me bring a Mishneh in Yuma Perek Gimel Mishneh Aleph.  Translation is Artscroll Mishneh Series.

Here,  the Mishneh returns to the original topic of the tractate which is the order of the Yom Kippur Service.

1.The administrator said to them [to the assembled Kohanim]; 'Go out and see, if the time for slaughtering has arrived.'  If it had arrived, the one who sees [it] says 'Barkai.'  Mattisya ben Shmuel says[He was the administrator of the lots, as mentioned in Shekalim 5:1;]; 'The whole of the east has lit up.' "As far as Hebron" and he says, 'Yes!'

2.Why was this necessary?  Because one time the moon's light rose and they thought that the east had lit up, so they slaughtered the daily sacrifice, and then [had to] take it out to the place of burning.

There was a specially designated viewing station in the Temple where an observer went up to see whether day had dawned. In the Temple service, any slaughter performed at night is invalid, Day is reckoned from dawn - i.e. when the first shimmer of light is observed on the eastern horizon. The people in the Temple asked the observer "As far as Hebron?" i.e. Did you see the sky lit up as far as Hebron?' (Rambam, Rav)  Yerushalmi (2:1) says that they mentioned Hebron in order to allude to the merit of the Patriarchs who were buried there.

When I read these Mishnayos it made me so happy to see that the slaughtering of the sacrifices in the temple could not begin until the sky lit up as far as Hebron.  In fact once there was a mistake and the light of the moon was mistaken for light of daybreak and they slaughtered too early and it was invalid and had to be thrown away and burnt.  It came to mind that we too can mistake the light of Galus (exile, night) for the real morning light and our sacrifices will be for naught.  For the real thing we need to see till Hebron.

So when we speak of an undivided Jerusalem, for real service of the Temple, we must speak of an undivided Jerusalem extending till Hebron.  Of course if we are merely speaking about a museum representing Jerusalem, Hebron is not that important. We are not striving to restore Jerusalem to the way it was but merely as a zecher LeChurban.  A remembrance.

We can understand this with the following anology.

Once there was a beautiful house of charity.  They had parties for combating Lung Cancer, and the Heart Association and Special Olympics and Meir Panim and Multiple Sclerosis to name a few.  They sent relief to all natural disasters all over the world.

There was a homeless beggar outside this house that was clearly criminal.  The owner of the house fed him and let him in the house on those cold nights.  After all he liked the reputation of being charitable and was going to show the world that he was not cruel or inhumane to let that poor beggar suffer outside.  So he let the beggar into the basement. After a while the beggar trashed the basement.  The owner tried to explain to him that he took him off the streets and it wasn't nice of the beggar to trash the basement.  The beggar seemed indifferent and grew stronger day by day from the good food and shelter.  The beggar told him it's not fair that he, the owner,  has this beautiful house and that the beggar was only stuck in the basement.  The beggar demanded the upstairs as well. The beggar brought lots of friends into the house now.  The owner was intimidated.  He tried to negotiate with the new guests.  He told them that he absolutely refuses to give them the kitchen. In this kitchen they had prepared the most beautiful parties for all these charitable causes.  A fight broke out between the beggar and his "friends".  Some felt that the previous occupier of the house should have absolutely no rights to the kitchen.  The others argued  that of course they would never allow the previous occupier to cook in the kitchen but they would agree to letting them have some access. In basic principle the interlopers agreed.  The former occupier had to eventually leave.  Allowing the museum of the kitchen was simply a tactic to easily take over the upstairs.  Temporarily they would allow him to have a museum of the kitchen. It would give him the allusion of being in control.  Cooking of course is out of the question. Of course after they take over the entire upstairs, they'll have an easier time to get rid of the occupiers from kitchen as well.

By now I hope you have seen the analogy.  Where did the owner go wrong?  He should have banished the criminal beggar at the very start from coming in close proximity to his beautiful house.  He should have scared the heck out of him and if that didn't work should have gone one step further.  The house was a place of charity and peace.  By bringing in the criminal beggar he put the prosperity and peace of his house in danger.  Not only that, he let down and actually abandoned all the worthy organizations that can no longer be helped by this wonderful house.   He refused to assert his rightful ownership of his house and as a result, due to his own self righteousness and other vices destroyed all that he had. and ruined the goodness that he was capable of providing and actually did provide.

The following was sent to me by Evelyn Haies.  Anti-Semitism is reaching new heights especially in France.
Sent: Sunday, December 16, 2007 8:43 AM.  What is our proper response.  Shall we negotiate with the beggar criminal and cohorts?  Or shall we proudly proclaim our identity as Jews and the rights to the Land.  Lemaan Zion lo Echesheh!

Friends and Family,

I received this post from a friend in NY. One of his friends is living in
France and posted this to him with the request that Andy distribute it to
his American friends.

Andy prefaces with: "Once again, the real news in France is conveniently
not being reported as it should. To give you an idea of what's going on in
France where there are now between 5 and 6 million Muslims and about
600,000 Jews, here is an email that came from a Jew living in France.
Please read!"

"Will the world say nothing - again - as it did in Hitler's time? He
writes, "I AM A JEW -- therefore I am forwarding this to everyone on all my
e-mail lists. I will not sit back and do nothing." Nowhere have the flames
of anti-Semitism burned more furiously than in France: In Lyon, a car was
rammed into a synagogue and set on fire. In Montpellier, the Jewish
religious center was firebombed; so were synagogues in Strasbourg and
Marseilles; so was a Jewish school in Creteil - all recently. A Jewish
sports club in Toulouse was attacked with Molotov cocktails, and on the
statue of Alfred Dreyfus in Paris, the words "Dirty Jew" were painted. In
Bondy, 15 men beat up members of a Jewish football team with sticks and
metal bars. The bus that takes Jewish children to school in Aubervilliers
has been attacked three times in the last 14 months.

"According to the Police, metropolitan Paris has seen 10 to 12 anti-Jewish
incidents PER DAY in the past 30 days. Walls in Jewish neighborhoods have
been defaced with slogans proclaiming "Jews to the gas chambers" and "Death
to the Jews." A gunman opened fire on a kosher butcher's shop (and, of
course, the butcher) in Toulouse, France; a Jewish couple in their 20s were
beaten up by five men in Villeurbanne, France The woman was pregnant; a
Jewish school was broken into and vandalized in Sarcelles, France. This was
ju st in the past week.

"So I call on you, whether you are a fellow Jew, a friend, or merely a
person with the capacity and desire to distinguish decency from depravity,
to do, at least, these three simple things:

"First, care enough to stay informed. Don't ever let yourself become
deluded into thinking that this is not your fight. I remind you of what
Pastor Neimoller said in World War II: "First they came for the Communists,
and I didn't speak up, because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the
Jews, and I didn't speak up, because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the
Catholics, and I didn't speak up, because I was a Protestant. Then they
came for me, and by that time there was no one left to speak up for me".

Second, boycott France and French products. Only the Arab countries are
more toxically anti-Semit ic and, unlike the m, France exports more than
just oil and hatred. So boycott their wines and their perfumes. Boycott
their clothes and their foodstuff s. Boycott their movies. Definitely
boycott their shores. If we are resolved we can exert amazing pressure and,
whatever else we may know about the French, we most certainly know that
they are like a cobweb in a hurricane in the face of well-directed pressure.

Third, send this along to your family, your friends, and your co-workers.
Think of all of the people of good conscience that you know and let them
know that you and the people that you care about need their help.
The number one best selling book in France is...."September 11: The
Frightening Fraud," which argues that no plane ever hit the Pentagon

In response to Obama's Speech - 2 State Solution (modified) that brings Peace and Prosperity to mankind. -

bs"d

To my Fellow Jew and Noahide, amv"sh

Why are we blaming Obama?  Can we even blame Netanyahu?  We need to be introspective.  Think out of a box. I would like to present food for thought. Please bear with me when I repeat and add to previous emails.  Our enemies repeat lies and they are believed.  Why not repeat truth?

Obama is only Hashem's Shaliach, messenger to wake us up.  The Palestinians are G-d's Shaliach to wake us up.  The scare at Ben Gurion airport tonight is also to wake us up! Judea and Samaria in Palestinian hands, G-d forbid, puts Ben Gurion within shooting range. A relative, friend or neighbor flying El Al in danger. A whole plane load! What a nightmare.

In Parshas Bechukosai it says that if we go in happenstance then Hashem goes with us in happenstance.

We all know that there is no such thing as a Palestinian Homeland!  Yet Obama does not stand corrected to a fundamental falsehood in his Speech.   In fact, Netanyahu found Obama's speech acceptable and apparently Netanyahu publicly accepts this lie of the Palestinian Homeland and is moving forward on this Roadmap to H-ll.

Yet Netanyahu is not stupid.

Netanyahu is aware that there is no connection, to the Palestinians of today to the Pelishtim of days gone by.  It is a lie, a distortion and a myth that raises it's ugly head whenever Jews build, plant and dwell in their Land.

Historically, Palestinians come out of nowhere when Jews aren't convinced fully that G-d has Chosen Jews  to inherit the Land.

We all know that the Land of Israel is called the Promised Land since it is Promised to the Nation of Israel and to no other.  The words of the Torah has been proven accurate, that the Land will remain desolate without Jewish settlement and we all know from history that the Land of Israel does not produce for any other Nation.

If we all know this common knowledge then why is it such a secret to Obama and the International Media?  Why is Netanyahu Silent?

Perhaps, Jews want to keep it a secret.  After all there are obligations, difficult obligations, that come with the territory of inheriting the Land.

These obligations are the Mitzvoth, commandments dependent on the Land that only Jews can keep.

Breishis Rabba  has a response for those Jews who have a guilty conscience for inheriting the Land.  It  explains why the Torah starts with Genesis rather than the first commandment. To teach these Jews who feel guilty of their gift, that G-d created the Land and it is His choice to give it to whom He desires.

Perhaps Jews feel uncomfortable to observe those commandments which clearly demonstrate that the Land belongs to G-d and not to them.  When one claims ownership to property not rightfully his, it leads to wrongfully giving it away. In the Shemittah year, the Jew proclaims in deed and action that the Land belongs to G-d.  The Land returns for 1 year out of 7 to its Creator.  The Land lies fallow.

It is no surprise then that failure to keep the Sabbatical year lends itself to agreements such as Oslo, Annapolis, a 2 State Solution. Heads of  State make deals in which they have no business doing so.  The common denominator of all these agreements is that they all have a proven track record of being a "Terror Process".  The Biblical curse of lack of security for failure to observe Shemittah properly.

It boils down to one Mitzvah called Shabbat Haaretz.  Our Sages say that Shabbat, the Sabbath,  is equivalent to all the commandments in the Torah.  Correct observance of the Sabbath, in turn generates correct observance of all the Mitzvoth.  I will reserve further explanation of how this is accomplished with Shemittah for a later discussion but to understand the concept, take the Mitzvah of Learning Torah. Learning Torah falls under the same category of being equivalent to the entire Torah.  Clearly, learning Torah leads one to  observe the commandments of the Torah.  We all understand that one who is ignorant is incapable of appreciating and observing commandments properly.

It is not merely that learning Torah is one of the most important Mitzvoth equivalent to all the other Mitzvoth.  Learning Torah enhances appreciation and observance of all the commandments and that is why is has special status.

The Shemittah year is the Sabbath of the Earth.  In our generation, rather than obeying this commandment in the spirit of the Sabbath, Jews sell the Land of Israel symbolically to strangers and circumvent the Mitzvah.  Or, many refuse to sell it symbolically but buy their produce from strangers, even enemies of Israel,  rather than eat from the produce of the Land and then stand by in Silence when it is offered on a silver platter to our enemies. In the Shemittah year, prices for mediocre produce made by Arab labor on "Arab soil" soar, and our enemies are made rich by us.

How many fields are open for public picking and for field trips in the spirit of the Sabbath of sharing and eating?  Why are Heter Mechira and Yevul Nochri the Rabbinic norm for the Shemittah year, rather than produce with  Kedushas Shviis of Eretz Yisroel priced super reasonably for all Jews throughout Eretz Yisroel to pick and enjoy?

True, there are some farmers who pass the test with flying colors but what about the rest of the population who can not even fathom what life would be like if we would attempt to keep the laws of Shmittat Kesafim without Pruzbul.

Shemittah is a Mitzvah whose Halacha has yet to be truly discovered and solidified.  It is one big mystery that has not been properly observed since the beginning of time.  A yearning and desire to properly observe this commandment is the necessary first step leading to the point where peace and prosperity reign.

In Parshath Bechukosai, Shemittah seems to be the key in invoking G-d's Blessings or Wrath.

One thing is certain.  What is required is the desire to observe this commandment.  With the desire is the determination to have the proper tools to keep this Mitzvah.  Since this commandment is dependent on the Land there is no question as per who must be Sovereign over the Land.

And for those whose prayers are not merely lip service,  a fitting response to Obama's message is to establish  strong Jewish Control over Temple Mount.

The State of Israel was established with a flaw.  It rejected the Torah as its Constitution.  We are grateful to the State of Israel for the unbelievable growth of Torah since its establishment. Since the flaw is turning into a crack, many believe that  the time has come to  establish a Sovereign Torah Autonomy in Judea and Samaria, a prototype gov't,  by those who are strong in faith and are determined to search for truth and understanding and desire to adhere to the commandments of the Torah.  Let us join united as one with the support, participation and consent of all believing Jews and Noahides and  proudly assert and defend  G-d's Promised Land from all forces of evil who wish to extinguish the Light of G-d.  Surely if the forces of evil are able to establish a Sovereign State, the forces of good are more competent and capable especially since we can rely on G-d's Promise to protect us and watch over us when we observe His commandments in the Land.  The State of Israel needs only to act in solidarity with its brothers and sisters in Judea and Samaria and lend their support in word and in action. No one in Israel wants to coerce or be coerced to a Torah lifestyle that is perhaps scary and unknown. Give it time and the rest of Am Yisroel and  the  Nations of the world will say "AM  Chacham VeNavon",  A Wise Nation, and with time the beauty and wisdom of the Holy Torah will shine through.

Deuteronomy Chapter 30 דְּבָרִים

י  כִּי תִשְׁמַע, בְּקוֹל יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ, לִשְׁמֹר מִצְו‍ֹתָיו וְחֻקֹּתָיו, הַכְּתוּבָה בְּסֵפֶר הַתּוֹרָה הַזֶּה:  כִּי תָשׁוּב אֶל-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ, בְּכָל-לְבָבְךָ וּבְכָל-נַפְשֶׁךָ.  {ס} 10 if thou shalt hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which are written in this book of the law; if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul. {S}
11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not too hard for thee, neither is it far off.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say: 'Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it?'
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say: 'Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it?'
יד  כִּי-קָרוֹב אֵלֶיךָ הַדָּבָר, מְאֹד:  בְּפִיךָ וּבִלְבָבְךָ, לַעֲשֹׂתוֹ.  {ס} 14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. {S}

The Nation of Israel and the Torah is the key player in the actualization of Isaiah's prophesy. A Palestinian State serves no purpose other than the destruction of the Light of G-d over the Nations of the World.  Obama has a vision of a Palestinian State the epitome of darkness, evil and destruction. The time has come to expose the imposters of the world, who speak of "peace" yet do the opposite, and they reside in the UN in the White House, and throughout the world.   They deny the Nation of Israel it's heritage and deny the world peace and prosperity.

Isaiah
Chapter 2

1. The word that Isaiah, son of Amoz, prophesied concerning Judah and Jerusalem.   א. 2. And it shall be at the end of the days, that the Mountain of the Lord's House shall be firmly established at the top of the mountains, and it shall be raised above the hills, and all the nations shall stream to it.   ב. 3. And many peoples shall go, and they shall say, "Come, let us go up to the Lord's mount, to the House of the God of Jacob, and let Him teach us of His ways, and we will go in His paths," for out of Zion shall the Torah come forth, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.   ג. 4. And he shall judge between the nations and reprove many peoples, and they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift the sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore.   ד. 5. "O house of Jacob, come and let us go in the light of the Lord."

Isaiah 11:9  "They will neither harm nor destroy on all My holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as water covers the sea"
