The Judiciary apparently has conducted an investigation of themselves, since apparently there is no one else who provides proper oversight, and examined the way this investigation has been conducted and has determined that they are (surprise) innocent of any wrongdoing. (see Mike Huckabee on Abuse of Power and who oversees the Justice Dept. Just apply his statements re: NSA(National Security Agency) to ISA (Shabak).

My comments to Israel Supreme Court:

If there is a shortage of fighters and you truly want to recruit the Chareidim, why are you at the same time ordering the IDF to include women in tank crews? That is a sure turnoff to the entire religious sector especially Chareidim!

This questions your motives. Is the Supreme Court of Israel really interested in protecting the lives of its citizens or are they rather interested in furthering their agenda to serve the Deep State and to create unnecessary divisiveness while at the same imposing their own code of progressive ethics on the People of Israel?

*בית משפט השלום הורה בתחילת השבוע לשחרר את החוואי מהשומרון. המשטרה הגישה ערעור למחוזי אשר הפך את ההחלטה והאריך את מעצרו. עורכי דינו מארגון חוננו פנו לבית המשפט העליון בדרישה לשחררו: "החלטת המחוזי מנותקת לחלוטין מהראיות ויש בה ניחוח של שיקולים זרים"*

המאבק לשחרור של החוואי מהשומרון העצור כבר 17 ימים לאחר שיצא להשיב את העדר שנגנב ממנו והותקף בידי פורעים ערבים נמשך. בתחילת השבוע הורה בית משפט השלום בפתח תקווה לשחרר למעצר בית את החוואי תוך שהוא מותח ביקורת חריפה על המשטרה. המשטרה הגישה ערעור למחוזי אשר הפך את ההחלטה והאריך את מעצרו של החוואי עד מחר (חמישי). עורכי דינו של החוואי מארגון חוננו פנו לבית המשפט העליון בדרישה לשחררו. 

בבקשה שהוגשה לבימ"ש העליון מדגישים עורכי הדין כי למעשה החלטת בימ"ש המחוזי אינה חוקית היות שבימ"ש השלום הורה על שחרור החוואי אך הטיל עליה עיכוב ביצוע של 24 שעות אשר הסתיימו לפני שנקבע הדיון במחוזי כך שהחוואי היה אמור להיות משוחרר. 

עורכי הדין עדי קידר ונתי רום מארגון חוננו מסרו: "אנו מצרים צער רב על החלטת בית המשפט המחוזי. החלטה שמנותקת לחלוטין מהראיות ויש בה ניחוח של שיקולים זרים ותמיכה בעמדת המשטרה והפרקליטות המנותקת מהצורך בחיזוק ההתיישבות והחוואים החלוצים, ולא הרפיית ידם כפי שנעשה כאן. אנו נפעל בכל הכוח כדי לשנות את המאזן לטובת המתיישבים החלוצים ולצורך כך אנחנו נעתור לבית המשפט העליון להפוך את ההחלטה".

*Earlier this week, the Magistrate's Court ordered the farmer from Samaria to be released. The police filed an appeal with the district court, which reversed the decision and extended his detention. His lawyers from the Honenu Organization appealed to the Supreme Court demanding his release: "The District Court's decision is completely disconnected from the evidence and is biased with other considerations"*

The fight to release the farmer from Samaria, who has been detained for 17 days after he set out to return the herd that was stolen from him and attacked by Arab rioters, continues. Earlier this week, the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court ordered the farmer to be released to house arrest, while sharply criticizing the police. The police filed an appeal with the district court, which reversed the decision and extended the farmer's detention until tomorrow (Thursday). The farmer's lawyers from the Honenu Organization appealed to the Supreme Court demanding his release.

In a request submitted  The lawyers emphasize to the Supreme Court that in fact the District Court's decision is illegal because the Magistrate's Court ordered the farmer's release but imposed a 24-hour stay of execution that ended before the district hearing was scheduled, so that the farmer should have been released.

Lawyers Adi Kedar and Nati Rom from the Honenu organization stated: "We deeply regret the District Court's decision. A decision that is completely disconnected from the evidence and tainted with  considerations to support the position of the Police and the Prosecutor's office who can't relate to the need to strengthen  (Jewish) settlements and  (Jewish) Pioneer Farmers, and not weaken them as was done here. We will work with all our strength to change the scale in favor of the pioneer settlers, and to that end we will petition the Supreme Court to overturn the decision."

Elisha Yered in Response to Naftali Bennett cynically critical of Demolitions of Hilltop Settlement to push Oslo and a Palestinian State

אהלן בנט, אלישע ירד - חבר ועד במנהלת גבעות החזית שאת הדו"ח שלה ציטטת אתמול באופן ציני ומגוחך.*

ראיתי שהשתמשת בפינויים שמתרחשים לאחרונה בהתיישבות, כדי להצדיק את האידיאולוגיה החדשה שלך שדוגלת בשימור הסכמי אוסלו והקמת מדינה פלסטינית.

אז למקרה שיש כמה אנשים שעוד איכשהו מאמינים לנוכל כמוך, נעשה סדר בדברים:

1. נתחיל מזה שאת גל ההרס הברוטאלי שחווינו בשלהי ממשלתך, אשתי ובתי הגדולה עדיין חשים על בשרם כאילו קרה היום. מאות שוטרים שנשלחו חמש פעמים ברצף להחריב את ביתנו באישון ליל. לא מתגעגעים אליך ולחבריך לרגע, ונעשה הכל כדי שתהיו רחוקים מכל מוקד השפעה.

2. בניגוד לתוכניות המסוכנות והסהרוריות שלך שדוגלות בהקמת מדינה פלסטינית, סמוטריץ' - גם אם לא עושה מספיק בנידון, הצהיר במפורש שהוא דוגל בביטול הסכמי אוסלו, פירוק הרש"פ והתיישבות בשטחי A ו-B. נכון שהיישום בשטח עדיין רחוק מהכוונות וההצהרות, אבל הדרך שבה צועדים סמוטריץ' תביא אותנו בעז"ה ביום אחד לארץ ישראל השלמה - בעוד שאתה כנראה תביא עלינו את הטבח הבא.

3. כמי שעוקב מקרוב מדי לצערי אחר אירועי ההרס בהתיישבות, מרבית המקרים מבוצעים תחת סמכות אלוף פיקוד המרכז אבי בלוט - ולא תחת סמוטריץ'. יש לי ביקורת על סמוטריץ' שלא משתמש בכוחו כדי לרסן את בלוט, אבל השימוש הציני של הנוכל בפינויים כדי להפוך אותם לאידיאולוגיה של מסירת השטח לאויב זו חוצפה ממדרגה ראשונה.

4. למרות הדרך הארוכה שיש והקשיים בדרך, ישנה התקדמות מטורפת בהתיישבות בתקופת הממשלה בכל התחומים. מעבר לאישור הישובים והחוות, בשטח ב"ה, למרות הפינויים הרבים, יש כבר גבעות רבות שהפכו לישובים צעירים, עשרות נקודות שמתבססות בשטחי B - ועוד היד נטויה. וזה בסוף הדבר היחיד שימנע את התוכנית המטורפת של בנט לתת אוטנומיה לאויב אחרי ה-7 באוקטובר.

*אבל אחרי כל הדיונים נשארנו עם סוגיה אחת פשוטה שעליה ייסובו הבחירות הקרובות: הציבור הישראלי מבין כיום היטב שנדרש לפרק את הרש"פ וספיחיה בהקדם האפשרי. יש מי שמחויב לאמירה הזו ופועל לפיה, ויש מי שפועל כמוך בדיוק בכיוון ההפוך*

Hello Bennett:  

*Elisha Yered – member of the board of the Gva'ot Hachazit administration, regarding your cynical and ridiculous post yesterday in Haaretz*.

*I saw that you are using the evictions happening recently in the settlement enterprise to justify your new ideology, which advocates preserving the Oslo Accords and establishing a Palestinian state.*

So, in case there are still some people who somehow believe a fraud like you, let's set the record straight:
*Let's start with the brutal wave of destruction we experienced at the end of your government. My wife and my eldest daughter still feel it in their flesh as if it happened today. Hundreds of police officers were sent five times in a row to demolish our home in the dead of night. We do not miss you and your friends for even a moment, and we will do everything so that you remain far from any position of influence.*

In contrast to your dangerous and delusional plans that advocate establishing a Palestinian state, *Smotrich – even if he is not doing enough on the matter – has explicitly declared that he supports canceling the Oslo Accords, dismantling the Palestinian Authority, and settlement in Areas A and B.* It is true that implementation on the ground is still far from the intentions and declarations, but the path that Smotrich is taking, will, with God's help, one day bring us to a complete Land of Israel – while you will probably bring upon us the next *massacre* .
As someone who follows the destruction events in the settlement enterprise too closely for my liking, the majority of cases are carried out under the authority of Central Command Chief of Staff *Avi Bluth – and not under Smotrich*. 

I have criticism for Smotrich for not using his power to restrain Bluth, but the cynical use of fraud of these evictions, in order to turn them into an ideology of handing territory over to the enemy is chutzpah of the highest order.

Despite the long road ahead and the difficulties along the way, there has been insane progress in the settlement enterprise during this government's term in all areas. Beyond the approvals of communities and farms, on the ground, thank God, despite the many evictions, many hills have already become young communities, and dozens of points are taking root in Area B – and more is yet to come.
*And in the end, this is the only thing that will prevent Bennett's insane plan to grant autonomy to the enemy after October 7.*
But after all the discussions, we are left with one simple issue on which the upcoming elections will revolve: *The Israeli public now understands very well that the Palestinian Authority and its offshoots must be dismantled as soon as possible*. There are those who are committed to this statement and act accordingly, and there are those who act exactly like you, in the opposite direction.
