This story as reported by Vos Iz Naies to an audience who hasn't been following this ongoing miscarriage of Justice is not only a small segment of the story, it is potentially a dangerous news item that might spark AntiSemitism.
Reading this report one assumes that this District Court is Legit and that this Jewish Settler is an extremist who was convicted in a legitimate Israeli court of murdering an innocent Arab family including a baby by throwing a molotov cocktail and setting a fire to their home.

🇮🇱 - An Israeli district court on Monday convicted a Jewish extremist of murder in a 2015 arson attack that killed a Palestinian toddler and his parents, a case that had sent shock waves through Israel and helped fuel months of Israeli-Palestinian violence.
The court ruled that the Jewish settler Amiram Ben-Uliel hurled firebombs late one night into a West Bank home in July 2015 as a family slept, killing 18-month-old Ali Dawabsheh. His mother, Riham, and father, Saad, later died of their wounds. Ali's 4-year-old brother Ahmad survived.

The purpose of this post is to right a wrong and not Chas VeSholom to badmouth a chashuv, respected news service. It is not chas vesholom to denigrate the Medina and it's leaders who are Hashem's vessel for the Geula. It is for one purpose only. To admit wrongdoing and set it right. That is the beauty which defines Kingship, Malchut. Dovid HaMelech and Shevet Yehuda exemplify this attribute... admitting one erred, being accountable and righting a wrong!
We are all human. Let us strive to be like angels who unlike humans don't sin nor are tempted.

It is painful to speak the following, about Judicial misconduct going to the very top... but an innocent young man's life is at stake. The lives of many whose good names were tarnished and branded as "terrorists" is at stake. The danger of spreading antiSemitism and a lie, a blood libel that a religious Jew murdered an innocent Arab baby and his parents, is what is at stake.
It is now as clear as the sun that we are not talking about a court who wants to hold accountable those who perpetrated the Duma arson on Dawabshe family home in July 2015.
It seems obvious that neither the District Court nor the Supreme Court of Israel really cared about who actually committed the arson and bringing them to justice. Their investigation was very focused on blaming Jewish Settler Youth exclusively.
This is all a political game to blacken the name of the Settler youth and those who nurtured them by insinuation, their parents, Settlers who raised a generation of "Jewish terrorists".
Amiram's lawyer and defenders played fair in their defense of Amiram. Please study the numerous videos about blatant discrepancies in testimony and evidence and wrongdoings from the getgo going all the way up to the Prime Minister's office, the President, the Defense Minister, Naftali Bennett, Ayelet Shaked etc. These VIPs rushed to condemn Jewish Terrorists for the Duma arson within hours of the arson!!!! with no investigation to speak of!!!! based on the say so of Shabak and Hebrew Graffiti found at the scene.
Now, four and a half long years later, years of imprisonment and isolation, the only evidence they have against Amiram Ben Uliel is his forced confession following torture.
The players of this game are VIP politicians and players in the Judicial courts.
It's time to say the game is over.
There is no legitimate court in the Israeli government to speak of.
Who will objectively investigate the investigation?
If Civil disobedience will start becoming the norm, here is a perfectly good reason...people will protest immoral laws and courts when basic human and civil rights are trampled on and people will not allow themselves to be led like sheep to their own demise..
General trust in Israel's Court System and GSS has now reached rock bottom. That is why this case has created shock waves. The truth can no longer be ignored by the Court's verdicts based on political considerations and not based on truth and justice.
Settler Youth are a "threat" to the establishment government and court system ever since Gush Katif since these youth saw an immoral government enforcing immoral orders that expelled them immorally from their homes.
They have long lost their faith in such courts and their government who betrayed them in the past.
So they continue to build and settle the Land, in spite of opposition and for this they are punished...
For this they are being framed, slandered and in the case of the Duma suspects, blood libeled
