PLO FLAG Raised at UN for the first Time. Abbas no longer honors Oslo Accords.

Just a few hours ago at the UN, terror chieftain Mahmoud Abbas declared before the world that his Fakestinian nation would no longer honor the Oslo Accords. The Jews are probably the only ones on earth who don't see the golden opportunity Abbas has just handed them. Israel now has the perfect right (nay, the obligation!) to follow suit and relieve themselves of an absurd pursuit that in 22 years has never given them anything except war, pain and suffering.

But the betting here is that no such sanity will take hold in Israel. The Jews will reflexively cling to their fantasies of peace even as their peace partners have bluntly state they're officially backing away from negotiations. Is this an addiction, a fetish or some type of sadomasochism? Hard to say. Maybe all three. Whatever, Israel and its delusional leaders will still insist it only takes one Jew to tango – and that they can defy gravity forever.


This comes on the heel of the Palestinian Flag being raised in the UN.

There was participation from the USA, Eretz Yisrael, Canada, Mexico, France, Italy, Australia, Belgium, Greece and even Japan, to name but a partial list. The campaign had turned global in an unprecedented way, as the best global campaigns tend to do. The old concept of "world government" has surfaced again, this from more or less elusive statements of Barack Obama, a self-professed multicultural moral relativist.

Barack Obama's political objective has ever been to emasculate the United States.  He abhors the concept of American exceptionalism, which represents the antithesis of everything he stands for as a pseudo-Muslim with a Marxist agenda.

As I have demonstrated in books and articles, American Exceptionalism is rooted in America's primary foundational document, the Declaration of Independence. The pivotal concept of the Declaration is, "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God." The God affirmed in the Declaration is none other than the God of Israel.

In fact, James Wilson, next to Madison the most important participant during the debates of the Constitutional Convention of 1787, regarded the concept of the "laws of Nature and of Nature's God" an abbreviation of the Seven Noahide Laws of Universal Morality embodied in the Book of Genesis.

Wilson was a professor of law. He was appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by President George Washington. His position regarding "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God" was shared by educated men of the eighteenth century, in Europe as well as in America.

America's Founding Fathers never harbored any doubt about the wisdom and propriety of the Nation State system. Indeed, the concept of the nation state is sanctioned and exemplified in the Bible of Israel, hence long before the 1648 Peace Treaty of Westphalia. 
 
Moreover, it was the nation state system that produced the extraordinary intellectual and political freedom as well as the material progress of Western Civilization – the progress that led to the abolition of slavery and the alleviation of toil, poverty, and disease  – and not only in the western world.

Although the nation state system has not eliminated war, the basic fault lies not in the "system," but in the frailties of human nature, that is, in mankind's failure to abide by the Seven Noahide Laws of universal morality, which no form of World Government can provide or effectively prescribe short of tyranny.

Indeed, a World Government would require an absolute monopoly of military power, as well as a worldwide network of spies in every country to thwart any local attempt to develop weapons that could challenge that central power.

Such a government would be no less tyrannical than any Mullocracy or Islamic dictatorship.  Is this the hidden agenda of the Obama-Iranian nuclear agreement?

Consider the following facts:

First, Obama has shown nothing but scorn for America's foundational documents, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

Second, Obama, as a self-professed Muslim, indicates that he rejects the Biblical as well as American principle that all men are born equal.

Third, consistent with the preceding, Obama genuflected to King Abdullah, a Muslim despot. He thereby displayed a foreign loyalty antithetical to America.

Fourth, Obama has displayed a hostile attitude toward Israel, America's most important political and ideological ally.

Fifth, Obama has undermined America's worldwide standing as a nation dedicated to freedom.

Sixth, Obama has devastated the American economy and saddled the country with enormous debt.

Seventh, Obama has slashed U.S. defense expenditures.

Eighth, Obama's multicultural moral relativism undermines American pride in the nobility and justice of the nation's cause, as exemplified in America's rescuing Europe from Nazi and Communist tyranny.

Ninth, Obama has displayed a less than tepid attitude toward Islamic terrorism.

Tenth, Obama's appointment of Muslims to key positions of his administration, such as the Department of Homeland Security and the CIA, indicates that he does not regard Islam as an adversary of the United States.

For these and other reasons, the present writer regards Obama as America's most dangerous enemy, hence, that every lawful means should be taken to remove him from office as soon as possible!◙

Chag Sameach! Hakhel! United Rabbis: Stop Iran Rally by UN. JBS Today at 3pm. Videos of Rabbi's against Iran!

Sukkot is a time we stand with the 4 species  United all Together:  One who is learned, one who has good deeds, one who is either learned or with good deeds and one who is neither learned nor with good deeds.   We can not fulfill the Mitzvah of 4 Species, the Arba Minim,  unless each and every one of these species are present!

Sukkot, the Feast of Tabernacles, as it is known to non Jews, is also celebrated by Non Jews.  Every year, in our times as well,  many non Jewish groups make a pilgrimage to Jerusalem.   Sukkot is a time for the 70 Nations to bring gifts to Jerusalem a time of intense joyous celebration for all!  

 It is not only a Mitzva for Jews to be Oleh Regel, to make a special trip to Jerusalem on Sukkot but for non Jews as well.  

This is a Hakhel Year!

The biblical mitzvah of Hakhel is only in effect when all the Jewish people reside in Israel. In the 20th century, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. The reading consisted of the following sections from the Book of Deuteronomy:
From the beginning of the book through Shema Yisrael (6:4);
The second paragraph of the Shema (11:13-21);
"You shall surely tithe" (14:22-27);
"When you have finish tithing" (26:12-15);
The section about appointing a king (17:14-20);
The blessings and curses (28:1-69).

Rabbi's Rallies of 9/20 at the United States Mission to the U.N. and 9/9 in Washington, D.C.
If you were unable to attend last week's Sept. 20th rally at the United States Mission to the U.N. organized by Rabbi Avi Weiss and Rabbi Bruce Ginsburg, you can see the YouTube video of the rally produced by the Jewish Broadcasting Service by using the link below or by tuning in to JBS on Sunday at 3 p.m.  (thanks to Cindy Grosz).   
Those who attended witnessed an impressive display of Jewish unity in opposition to the proposed agreement with Iran.   The rally culminated with the delivery of a letter, addressed to President Obama, into the hands of a State Department representative at the U.S. Mission to the U.N.   
On Wednesday, Sept. 9th, hundreds of rabbis and synagogue leaders from all over the United States descended on Capitol Hill to rally against the Iran nuclear agreement and to meet with members of the Senate and House of Representatives.   Below is the link to an article and a video:

Iran Update
1) The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reported on Monday, Sept. 21 that Iran had turned over samples from Parchin military base, a suspected site of nuclear experimentation, and confirmed that the samples were collected by Iranians AFTER extensive renovations were done at the site.  Since the last IAEA inspection in 2005, parts of the complex have been bulldozed "leaving analysts to doubt there is any evidence left to collect" (NYT, 9/22/15). 
2) Secretary of State John Kerry met with Iran's Foreign Minister, Javad Zarif, on Saturday to "search for a political solution to the Syrian conflict," this, despite Kerry's acknowledgement in 2014 that "Iran is currently a major actor with respect to adverse consequences in Syria" and despite the knowledge that "Iran has long had a strategic interest in maintaining Assad in power because "the airport in Damascus serves as a channel for shipping Iranian weapons to Hezbollah, the Lebanese Shiite militia."  Iran is directing Hezbollah's fighting in Syria, provided weapons to the Syrian government, and sent its Quds force personnel to Syria (NYT, 9/27/15). 
3) Unbeknownst to us, Russia, a primary member of the team that negotiated the nuclear agreement with Iran, in addition to its contract to sell Iran the sophisticated S-300 anti-missile system, entered into a $20 billion contract with Iran for the purchase of oil in exchange for goods as early as April, 2015 even before the details of the agreement were finalized.    The Kremlin confirmed at that time that Russia had already sent grain, equipment, and construction materials to Iran in the barter deal,  the first step in securing a foothold in a new market since the West imposed sanctions on Russia over Ukraine (Reuters, 4/14/15).  
As we prayed on Yom Kippur, may Hashem nullify all harsh decrees upon us and bless the Family of Israel with peace,
