Eretz Yisroel, Our Biblical Inheritance is repeatedly mentioned in Tanach (Torah, Neviim and Kethuvim). Temple Mount is as well. I have taken it upon myself the task of researching and highlighting these references. Here, in this post, I am focusing on the Torah passages found related to Kerry and curses. Note that the recurring theme is the fact that Hashem gave, swore the Land of Israel to our forefathers, Avraham, Yitzchok and Yaakov and to us their seed to settle the land and possess her, a Land Blessed flowing with milk and honey as an everlasting inheritance. Eretz Yisroel is an integral part of G-d's Covenant with our Forefathers Avrohom, Yitzchok and Yaakov and the Jewish people. The Promise of the Land of Israel to the Jewish Nation is linked to keeping the commandments in the Torah, especially commandments pertaining to the Land (Mitzvoth Teluyot Baaretz). Security in the Land of Israel is also dependent on adherence to commandments pertaining to the Land. Blessings mean staying on the Blessed Land and Curses are the opposite. One must honestly conclude that Eretz Yisroel is fundamental to Judaism and Judaism and the Jewish People can only fill it's G-dly mission on this Universe if we the Jewish Nation are Sovereign on the Land of Israel. A sinificant number of Commandments can only be observed in the Land of Israel. If we truly desire and yearn to keep the Commandments in the Torah, then surely we need the Land. To be satisfied with less is like being satisfied with not being obligated to put on Tefillin since we don't have a right hand.

Eretz Yisroel Passages in Chumash featured in Tefillin and Mezuzah
BS"D
Eretz Yisroel, Our Biblical Inheritance is repeatedly mentioned in Tanach (Torah, Neviim and Kethuvim). Temple Mount is as well. I have taken it upon myself the task of researching and highlighting these references.
Here, in this post, I am focusing on the Torah passages found in Tefillin and Mezuzah.
The Promise of Security in the Land of Israel is also dependent on adherence to commandments pertaining to the Land.
One must honestly conclude that Eretz Yisroel is fundamental to Judaism and Judaism and the Jewish People can only fill it's G-dly mission on this Universe if we the Jewish Nation are Sovereign on the Land of Israel.
A substantial number of Commandments can only be observed in the Land of Israel. If we truly desire and yearn to keep the Commandments in the Torah, then surely we need the Land. To be satisfied with less is like being satisfied with not being obligated to put on Tefillin when we don't have a right hand.
The following passages referencing Eretz Yisroel are found in Tefillin, and Mezuzot and recited in our daily prayers and twice a day in Shma/ It behooves us to pay attention.
- The Shema (Deut. 6:4-9) - pronouncing the Unity of The One G-d.
- Vehayah (Deut. 11:13-21) - expressing G-d's assurance to us of reward that will follow our observance of the Torah's precepts, and warning of retribution for disobedience to them
- Kadesh (Ex. 13:1-10) - the duty of the Jewish people to always remember the redemption from Egyptian bondage.
- Vehayah (Ex. 13:11-16) - the obligation of every Jew to inform his children on these matters.
- (from Mechon-Mamre.org website).
Deuteronomy Chapter 6 דְּבָרִים

Mi LaHashem Eilai! Message of Chanuka. Netanyahu, please for now and onward... our red line must be our Covenant.
Dear Prime Minister Netanyahu, Knesset Members, Rabbanim and Activist List, amv"sh
Our Red line must be consistent with Torah.
You, Netanyahu had a red line. Nuclear Iran. It was presented graphically and impressively in front of the UN.
Obama together with the P5+1 crossed your red line in Geneva this past week, betraying Israel.
In response, Israel and Jews throughout the world have been Baruch Hashem standing together as One, albeit scared, standing alone, shouting a message of truth and warning to the world that this deal is reminiscent of Neville Chamberlain and the 1930s!
The message of Chanukah is to bring forth light in the darkness.
We are now within a very auspicious time "Sheasah Nissim Laavoseinu, Bayamim Hahem Bizman Hazeh". Who [G-d] makes miracles in those days and in our times.
Let us not allow the moment to pass and to sour.
While Obama and the world recently crossed Netanyahus red line, let us admit to ourselves that Torah's red line has been repeatedly crossed with Israel being a willing or not so willing partner. Oslo etc.
My daughter brought home a book called "There's a Boy in the Girls Bathroom" by Louis Sacher. Don't worry it's appropriate. It's a story of a boy, a basically good kid who is different. The caption reads "he may be the weirdest kid in school, but he's not completely hopeless" This kid has helped nurture an image of himself of being a monster. His kind therapist,Carla tells him. "Sometimes people think someone's a monster. But that's only because they can't see the 'good that's there inside him. And then a terrible thing happens." "They kill him?" "No, even worse. They call him a monster, and other people start calling him a monster, and then after a while he starts believing it himself. He thinks he's a monster too. So he acts like one. But he still isn't a monster. He still has lots of good, buried deep inside him."
- ... "Well, how does a monster stop being a monster?" He asked. "I mean, if everyone sees only a monster, and they keep treating him like a monster, how does he stop being a monster?" "It isn't easy," Carla said. "I think, first, he has to realize for himself that he isn't a monster. That, I think, is the first step. Until he knows he isn't a monster, how is anybody else supposed to know?"
