In the recent booklet about Jabotinsky...The Man and the Vision by William Mehlman, a publication of AFSI on page 4 it reads.
And one of the issues on which that absence of illusion shone through with uncompromising clarity was the Arab issue. "Palestine," he told an audience in Tel Aviv in December 1929 on the eve of his second banishment from Palestine, "is the meeting of two cultures which have no common spiritual aspirations. A genuine rapprochement between them is an organic and historic impossibility."
Too bad the world didn't listen to Jabotinsky then. So much for Hillary's aspirations for Peace..... "legitimate aspirations of the Palestinians?" Wiping Israel off the Map?
Hillary, perhaps you might be interested in the boundaries of Palestine according to the PLO emblem. http://www.palestinefacts.org/pf_1948to1967_plo_backgd.php. It encompasses the entire Israel.

Articles putting Obama in a negative light should grace your front page. Why not use INN Poll rather than JTA Poll?
A Poll on INN show Israeli opposition to an imposed agreement.
Especially because American Jews are ignorant about how Obama's policies are hurtful to Israel, his retaining popularity among American Jews regarding Middle East affairs is not something we should publicize since it only reflects upon ignorance of Jews in the Diaspora. (something your paper can change)

In contradiction to what your front page article suggests, here is a Conservative Jew that feels that Jewish Liberals have been turned off by Obama as a result of his MIddle East policies. I personally would question the sample population used in the JTA poll.

Why did you put this headline on the Front Page? Such a headline obviously empowers Obama. Why did you put Anthony Wiener on Page 2. He is obviously in support of a 2 State Solution. Even if he knocks Obama for making a big deal over Jerusalem housing, a Palestinian State endangers Israel.
Please stay true to Torah as per your inner knowledge of Torah and truth and which comes through in your paper on later pages. As Rebbetzin Jungreis wrote so eloquently in this weeks column "It was the Levites who chose G-d. At the incident of the Golden Calf, Moses called out to the people: 'Whoever is for G-d, come unto me!' The tribe of Levi heeded that call and rushed forth to signal their readiness to serve. There is a profound lesson to be drawn from that incident," I explained, "and that is that whenever life challenges us to choose between two divergent paths, we would do well to follow the example of the Levites and stand firm with G-d."
Let the Jewish Press be a light unto Nations, be consistent and not have a double standard or conflicting messages.

Please once again be strong and SPEAK UP forcefully as you did before in December 2009.
Petition of Hesder Yeshiva Educators in Support of R. Melamed
Rabbanei Hesder must unite and protest vehemently the treatment of Haim Greenwald from Beit El. We are all Har Bracha! The IDF has lost its moral compass. This soldier accurately reflects the position of the Hesder Yeshivot! Will the IDF risk losing it's best soldiers en masse?
They can bully one kid and even a Yeshiva but they can not bully all the Yeshivot united. G-d will provide. If all the Rabbanei Hesder Yeshivot speak out strongly and forcefully against forced evacuation of families from their homes in Judea and Samaria and ask their students who are soldiers to disobey such immoral orders, this will strengthen the IDF and the security of Israel since immoral orders weaken the IDF.
Perhaps those that jail soldiers for an unwillingness to obey immoral IDF orders should have a taste of their medicine. (Just a taste and not the real thing) How would they feel if their own family members, soldiers, had orders to expel them from their own home followed by orders of destruction to their homes?
My wish for them is that these soldiers would refuse to obey such immoral orders.
What scares me is what can happen in jail to innocent ideological young kids.
In the New York Review of Books they reviewed a book entitled "The Rape of the American Prisoners".
I am not accusing anyone but let us not be naive as per what can happen in jail. This knowledge is important for prevention of any misconduct!
In the past they have used tactics that compromise tzniyut and forbade the observance of Torah and Mitzvot in order to break the moral spirit of such prisoners. I have no idea how low they will stoop. Past reports of treatment of kids for ideological dissidence is upsetting. Please read

Haim Risks His Life For Us -- Now Let's Help Him
While accused pro-Palestinian spy Anat Kam is relaxing at home, an unassuming combat soldier called Haim Greenwald has been sentenced to 28 days imprisonment.
His crime? Continuing to study in a yeshiva - Har Bracha yeshiva. The yeshiva follows the ruling of former Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Avrahama Shapira and former IDF and Israel Chief Rabbi Shlomo Goren and does not participate in deportation of Jews.
Defense Minister Barak has decided not to allow religious freedom to combat soldiers like Haim and consequently, Haim is now in prison.
If you are shocked by this disparity, take action. If Prime Minister Netanyahu breaks his silence and personally persuades Barak that this is a disgusting embarrassment for the world's only democratic Jewish state, the problem can easily be solved.
So please contact Mr. Netanyahu - you might for example say: YOUR COMBAT SOLDIER HAIM NEEDS RELIGIOUS FREEDOM! PLS HELP HIM - THANKS.

Please Urge PM Netanyahu to add the Temple Mount to "List of Heritage Sites"

How could Har Habayit have been excluded from the List of Jewish Heritage Sites? We all agree it should be No. 1 on the List of Jewish Heritage Sites! Please forward this to your friends and lists and if you are media (newspaper or magazine) publicize this petition. Together, as Jews, we can change this "oversight" which works to promote Palestinian Statehood and against Jews entitlement of Eretz Yisroel! Thanks!
