The video and booklet in Hebrew point out questions, facts and discrepancies:
Amiram's confession does not match facts and findings on the ground. The version of his confession seems like it was fed to him by Shabak based on one of the 5! different confessions of minor A which eventually was thrown out because they found it was given under duress. Amiram confessed after Shabak received special permission to torture him.
It seems Shabak tried to extract additional confessions from Amiram to match the facts on the ground but Amiram stuck to the original narrative.
The question remains "who really was responsible for this arson."
- There were a sequence of at least 6 other fires within this Dawabsheh family clan. Why wasn't the Arab clan connection investigated?
Why were other Dawabsheh fires dismissed as electrical fires in homes without electricity?
Isn't it far fetched that these 2 arsons and Graffitti was perpetrated by an "obviously suicidal" Amiram the "superman" who did it all himself, walking to and from the middle of the village, Davka to the Dawabsheh home undetected?
Furthermore, his confession contradicts testimony of Arab eye witnesses on the scene who claim they saw 2-4 suspects and a car that was suspect. See links below of reports following the arson based on Arab witnesses on the scene.
Israeli officials say Duma arson attack perpetrators identified
Also the "investigation" didn't see it necessary initially to conduct a standard handwriting analysis of the Graffitti to see if it matched Amiram's handwriting. Why not?
Who will investigate the investigators
Surprise, surprise the handwriting doesn't match. An expert graphologist brought by Amirams defense testified that there were 2 different handwriting's on the Graffiti and neither matched Amiram's.
