Jason Greenblatt and Trump Diplomacy upon the upcoming Abbas Visit... - Making a Deal. ....Settlement Curb or Mass Building? Do Settler Now Inhabit the White House? Slow settlement expansion for a period?

BS"d

Allow me to preface any discussion on this topic with the momentous Marienbad Resolution of 1937 by the greatest Rabbinic Leaders of the time.

Mishpacha Magazine Issue 179 5 Cheshvan 5768 October 17, 2007 page 26

...The text of the resolution of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah contains the statements:

"The foundation of the Jewish people's right to the Holy Land is based on the Torah and the prophets.... A Jewish State not based on the principles of Torah is a denial of Jewish origin, is opposed to the identity and to the true stature of our people, and undermines the basis of existence of our people...Any relinquishment of the Holy Land given to the Jewish people by G-d has no validity" (HaPardes, 11:6) See page 8

Paraphrased....The Land of Israel is a Heritage to the Jewish People. It belongs to G-d.  The Jewish Nation is the designated inheritor of the Land of Israel and in turn are obligated to keep the commandments of the Torah in the Land of Israel. This is what H-liness is all about.  The Land of Israel is designated for a special G-dly purpose that can only be accomplished with the Jewish Nation settled in it's ancestral homeland keeping the commandments. This will bring Peace and Prosperity to the World.  Therefore, no one, including the Prime Minister of Israel nor a benevolent President of the USA nor an anti Semitic President of the USA has Divine permission to give it or negotiate the Land of Israel away from its Divinely designated inheritor and primary designated caretaker which is exclusively Israel.

Billed as self-restraint, Netanyahu's 'settlement curb' actually allows for massive building.
http://www.timesofisrael.com/billed-as-self-restraint-netanyahus-settlement-curb-actually-allows-for-massive-building/ As past talks over West Bank construction have shown, it is difficult to enforce limitations when terms like 'footprint' and 'construction line' remain undefined ANALYSIS / Israel can theoretically build tens of thousands of housing units within its new guidelines, which it has yet to formally announce anyway

PLO official: Settlers now inhabit the White House. Ahead of Abbas visit to DC, Hanan Ashrawi says views of the 'far right' have moved from Israel's fringes to its leadership and now to Washington BY TIMES OF ISRAEL STAFF April 15, 2017
http://www.timesofisrael.com/plo-official-settlers-now-inhabit-the-white-house/ Hanan Ashrawi, a member of the PLO Executive Committee, said Saturday that the Israeli right has penetrated the American administration. "We used to say there were settlers in the Israeli coalition borne of the far right that detests Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims. But today we say there are settlers inside the White House," she said, in comments reported by the Ynet news website. "The administration has adopted the extreme Israeli position to the right of (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu and which supports the settlements."

My comments:

Please Note: President Trump has as his base a strong following of those who believe in the Bible and who have faith in the One and Only Almighty G-d.

I pray that Hanan Ashrawi has analyzed the situation in the White House properly.  However she is wrong that the Settlers detest Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims. She is projecting her negative bias against Jews on the Settlers.  Settlers according to the Torah should view all residents of Israel the same.

Those that detest Israel, those who desire the destruction of Israel and glorify jihad and terror have no place in the Holy Land. They do not belong in the Promised Land. Israel is the Land Promised to the seed of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as an everlasting inheritance.

According to Biblical Law, those who accept Israel's Sovereignty and agree to abide by the 7 Noahide Laws, (Laws that define Universal Morality), are not only welcome in the Land, they are entitled to civil rights as well.  They fall under the category of Ger Toshav, non Jewish Residents of Israel, and  are protected under Biblical law  no different than Jewish residents, to live in the Land of Israel, in  peace and prosperity!

Today we see the fruition of this reality. Speak to Ayoub Kara a Druze Knesset Member. Many non Jews are  living under Israel Sovereignty enjoying the fruits of the Land of Israel, with wonderful jobs, healthcare and educational benefits. They are loyal citizens to the State of Israel and pay taxes and serve in the army.

Then there are those who glorify terrorists and teach their young from a young age to hate Israel and to either engage in militant Jihad, economic jihad or support one or both of the above.

The latter are not welcome in the Land of Israel for good reason. They are not welcome in the USA under Trump either. Countries run by Terror Organizations who desire civilization Jihad do not by definition abide by the 7 Noahide Laws and they engage in barbaric practices that are abhorrent to any civilized Nation.  It is the obligation of such Civilized Nations to fight such enemies and do to them as they would have done to others so that their evil plan is not given an opportunity to actualize.

Brigitte Gabriel, the Director of Act for America writes:

They wrote the plan of the destruction of the US in 1991. "An Explanatory Memorandum of the General Strategic Goal of the North American Group, May 1991. https://d3n8a8pro7vhmx.cloudfront.net/actforamerica/pages/90/attachments/original/1462910108/The-Project-doc.pdf?1462910108  See pages 16-32 in English

In this plan here is a paragraph that explains what the Muslim Brotherhood Plan is all about:

Understanding the Role of the Muslim Brother in North America:
The Process of Settlement is a civilization jihadist process. That brothers [in America] must understand that their work is a kind of Jihad in eliminating and destroying the western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so it is eliminated so that Allah's religion is made victorious over all other religions.

Half of Prominent Jihadis Tied to "Non-Violent" Islamism, New Study Shows

by IPT News  •  Apr 30, 2017 at 6:33 pm

Be the first of your friends to like this.

Half of the prominent jihadists profiled in a new study by The Centre on Religion & Geopolitics had ties to supposedly non-violent Islamists prior to joining terrorist organizations.

The study's authors – Mubaraz Ahmed, Milo Comerford, and Emman El-Badawy – explore pathways to militancy among 100 prominent figures within the wider Salafi-Jihadi movement. The individuals examined derive from the Middle East and Africa, across multiple generations. Some of the findings suggest that membership or ties to non-violent Islamist organizations can be associated with an individual's trajectory towards violence and terrorism.

51 percent of the terrorists under study were previously connected to Islamist groups that claim to be non-violent, including "bodies that are not necessarily political activist organizations but form a functioning arm of existing Islamist groups, such as youth wings, student associations, and other societies." Since membership in Islamist groups is often secretive and sometimes prohibited in various Middle Eastern countries, the authors acknowledge that the proportion of jihadists with Islamist affiliations are likely higher.

Some of the case studies explored in the report include Djamel Zitouni, the leader of the Armed Islamic Group who was previously a member of an Islamist organization that supposedly eschewed violence – the Islamic Salvation Front (FIS). Senior Al-Qaeda leaders, including Abdullah Azzam and Abu Ayyub al-Masri, were involved with or direct members of the Muslim Brotherhood before turning to violent jihad.

One in four of the jihadists examined had ties to the Muslim Brotherhood or its affiliated groups.

Another interesting finding shows that 65 percent of the sample had been imprisoned at some point throughout their lives, some of whom served time before engaging in violent jihad. There has been growing concern for years about Islamist radicalization of potential terrorist recruits in prisons worldwide.

The study shows that personal networks are critical in the formation and development of the global Salafi-jihadi movement.

"Our data links the leaders of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS today to the forefathers of the movement through people they met in prison, at university, and on the battlefield," write the authors.

Purportedly non-violent Islamist groups not only serve as potential incubators for radicalization and violence – they also continue to engage in violent incitement, encouraging others to carry out terrorist attacks.

For example, on Wednesday, a senior Muslim Brotherhood member, 'Izz Al-Din Dwedar, called for an "intifada" targeting Egyptian embassies around the world, in a Facebook post translated by The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).

In protest of death sentences handed to members of the Brotherhood in Egypt, Dwedar suggested for violent action on May 3.

Egyptians abroad should "protest [outside] Egyptian embassies and lay siege to them, and steadily escalate [their actions], up to and including raiding the embassies in some countries, disrupting their work and occupying them if possible, in order to raises awareness to our cause," wrote Dwedar.

The message you have just received was delivered by Mike Huckabee and includes a message from Huck PAC, his political action committee.

Robin,

Congratulations to the hugely influential Dr. James Dobson on celebrating 40 years in broadcasting. I know him to be one of the first to realize that silence on moral and political issues would allow cultural and family values to crumble into sand and drift away.

Remember the 1970s? The "Me Generation"? Divorce and "open marriage"? Legalized abortion? The coining of the term "latchkey children"? Dr. Dobson saw a crying need, left academia in 1977 and opened a two-room office to form what would later become a worldwide ministry called Focus On The Family. You may have heard of it.

Sincerely,

Mike Huckabee

And in case you missed these stories:

Trump Helps Veterans

Thursday, President Trump signed an executive order to protect whistleblowers in the Veterans Administration and to make it easier to discipline incompetent employees and reward good ones. Trump called it a "historic" step toward ending sub-standard care for veterans, but vowed that it was only the start. A task force to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse at the VA is being formed, and a bill to make it easier to fire incompetent VA staffers has passed the House but is still stalled in the Senate.

At the signing, Trump said, "Our veterans have secured this nation with their blood, sweat and tears, and we will not let them down. These are our great, great people. We will always stand with those who stood for freedom and who stood for us. They protected us. They've made it all possible, and now we're going to protect and take care of them."

Amen to that. For many Trump voters, protecting the Supreme Court from swinging to the left was their primary motivation, with jobs and Obamacare repeal also ranking high. But for me personally, the most important thing I was hoping to see from a Trump Administration was that he keep his promise to clean up the VA. Some VA outposts had become like bad inner city public schools, where protecting the jobs of incompetent teachers was more important than the stated mission of helping the students. In both cases, Trump is taking long-overdue action to shift the emphasis away from the protecting the bureaucracy and back where it belongs: to the people the system was created to help.

Our veterans put their lives and their limbs on the line to protect us. When they come home, they deserve the very best medical care possible. We owe them that. I'm heartened to see that that's one thing our deal-making President believes is non-negotiable.

Trump Looking For A Fair Deal

By Mike Huckabee

I keep wondering if President Trump's critics will ever learn to hold their fire over his comments until they find out what's really going on. Case in point: this week, Trump talked about pulling out of NAFTA, the free trade agreement with Canada and Mexico. That set off an immediate firestorm among free trade conservatives, howling that he was going to spark a trade war and a recession, and cause prices of milk, lumber and other products to skyrocket. He was called a protectionist, an economic ignoramus, etc. etc. Then, just hours later, as the Tweet storm raged on, Trump announced that the leaders of Canada and Mexico had called him and offered to renegotiate NAFTA to get better terms for all sides. So now, he's "going to give renegotiation a good, strong shot" -- although he still might pull out if the terms aren't to his liking.

His critics' mistake was in assuming that when Trump said, "I'm thinking of pulling out of NAFTA," that meant he was actually thinking of pulling out of NAFTA. I believe a more accurate translation would be "I don't like this deal, so I'm throwing out the most extreme nuclear option as an opening gambit to spook our trading partners into coming to the table to hammer out something I like better." And that appears to be working, with the continuing possibility of pulling out being held as leverage to secure the best terms.

Americans would suffer fewer earaches if Trump's critics could just figure out that this is his way of making deals and hold off on the screaming for a few hours. Say, maybe he could write a book explaining how he makes deals! Oh wait, he already did…30 years ago.
