קריאה לאחדות מחנה ישראל-היהודים החרדים לארץ ישראל ולחיי כל הנפשות הדרות עליה  

אחדות בהנהגה-בהגדרת מטרות - בפסיקה - בגיוס משאבי אנוש -ממון וכשרון המעשה.   
 

אנו עומדים היום ערב חג השבועות נגד ההר-נגד היצר הרע, שכוונתו לאבד את ישראל הן על ידי אומות העולם והן על ידי יהודים המצדיקים את אומות העולם אשר אומרות ליסטים אתם ואשר כיום הזה אפשר ששכחו בינתיים ברית הארץ וברית סיני.  

אנו היהודים הגרים בליבה של ארץ ישראל ועל מרומי הגולן, פליטי חבל עזה וצפון השומרון וכל איש ישראל בארץ ובגולה אשר ליבו זועק עמם קוראים לתופסי התורה בראש ובראשונה לרבני יש"ע שהם עיני העדה המעומדת לגירוש ולגלות ראשונה לקרוא ולכנוס את כל היהודים כמאמר אסתר למרדכי

הן לצום ומספד והן להערכות כוללת למאבק על בית חיינו.

כדי שהמאבק יהיה בו משום קידוש השם חשוב שייחן כל ישראל נגד ההר "הדרוה וקיבלוה" בחג מתן תורה. אנו חונים מסביב לסיני ולמשכן כפי שנערכו צבאות השם על פי הדגלים ובמרכבה העליונה.   

אנו  מבקשים מהרבנים להורות לכל היהודים להפיל  את כל המחיצות של המפלגות ושל הארגונים ושל הלבבות ושל כל המונעים ולפעול ביחד למען כל מאחז ויישוב בצורה מסודרת על פי תוכנית מושכלת. יש להתרכז בגיוס כוח האדם-בני הנוער מגיל מצוות ועד זקנים שרגליהם נושאות אותם ולפרוש אותו בהתאם להחלטות הנהגה.

יש לרכז משאבים לשם המטרות הללו ולשם התאחזות נוספת בארץ ישראל בכל מקום אשר תדרוך כף רגלינו.

יש לרכז את ההסכמות התורניות והמשפטיות בהחלטות רוב ומיעוט ולקבל אותן על ידי כל הציבור.  

לפיכך אנו מבקשים מרבני יש"ע  לקרוא לכינוס ולוועידה בתאריך כ' סיוון שהוא יום התענית לחורבן קהילות ת"ח ות"ט ראשית השואה שהייתה פקודה לעם ישראל ומכוונים ליום כ"ט סיוון בו יצאו המרגלים להוציא דיבת הארץ ומכוונים לשם תיקון שמו הגדול והנורא כי יד על כס י-ה מלחמה לה' בעמלק מדור דור. ואל יהיו ידי משה כבדים ויזדרזו מאוד במצווה לקרב בעיתה אחישנה.

1.  The Land of Israel belongs to G-d  (Ki li Kol Haaretz, demonstrated by Shemittah) and no power, be it Obama, or the Israel gov't have the right to give it away.  G-d has chosen the Jewish People.  Our Biblical boundaries are delineated in Parshat Masei and extended borders are delineated in G-d's Covenant with Avraham Avinu in Breishis (Bris Bein Habesarim).

2.  The major Religious Organizations have been Silent and have yet to publicly claim our Jewish Homeland.   We have put together a  petition that has been signed by over 2600 people addressed to the major religious organizations and media asking them to speak up for our Divine entitlement and the Covenant.  We ask them to mobilize  hundreds of thousands of caring Jews in their internal network,  among them Synagogues, Yeshivot and Rabbanim   to SPEAK OUT and end the SILENCE.  We are waiting for these organizations to respond to our concerns. 3.. Our opposition to the destruction of any settlement  or outpost in Judea and Samaria

4.  VeShavu Banim Ligvulum and the Jews in the Diaspora need to return to their borders (encourage Aliya etc) and partner with the Jews in Judea and Samaria to make this a reality and not just a pretty song or lipservice.

5.  The relationship between the Jews and Eretz Yisroel is like a marriage.  It is sacred and Hashem has Chosen Am Yisroel.  Eretz Yisroel is  the Promised Land.  Any suggestion that we are willing to share the Land is a violation of our sacred relationship.  Only when we truly appreciate our exclusive relationship that was sanctified with the giving of the Torah at Har Sinai  will there be rejoicing in the cities of Yehuda and Yerushalayim.

6. Let us focus on zikui Harabim, making the majority of Jews worthy of the Land. If the majority of Jews couldn't care less and show that they are willing to give it away,  then as a Nation we are not worthy of the Land.  That is why reaching out to the major religious Jewish Organizations is so critical because they are the key to the masses.  If the organizations fail to help us mobilize our brethren it makes our job much harder.  Since Kiruv, outreach  has become popular, once we are bezrat Hashem  successful in uniting the religious Jews, we will then have a strong network that will  reach out to the unaffiliated Jew to also claim entitlement to the Land of Israel.

7. The Message of Shavuot !

Vayichan Sham Yisroel Neged HaHar.  At Matan Torah "Yisroel encamped (singular) there facing the the mountain".  The word Vayichan, "encamped" is written in  singular.  The reason according to Rashi is because we were united as One! 

So be it in our day, may we unite as one in our message of love and yearning for the Holy Land Eretz Yisroel.

THE DEATH OF ISRAEL By DICK MORRIS & EILEEN MCGANN Published on DickMorris.com on May 24, 2009 From Caroline Glick, deputy editor and op-ed writer for the Jerusalem Post, comes alarming news.  An expert on Arab-Israeli relations with excellent sources deep inside Netanyahu's government, she reports that CIA chief Leon Panetta, who recently took time out from his day job (feuding with Nancy Pelosi) to travel to Israel "read the riot act" to the government warning against an attack on Iran. More ominously, Glick reports (likely from sources high up in the Israeli government) that the Obama administration has all but accepted as irreversible and unavoidable fact that Iran will soon develop nuclear weapons. She writes, "...we have learned that the [Obama] administration has made its peace with Iran's nuclear aspirations. Senior administration officials acknowledge as much in off-record briefings. It is true, they say, that Iran may exploit its future talks with the US to run down the clock before they test a nuclear weapon. But, they add, if that happens, the US will simply have to live with a nuclear-armed mullocracy." She goes on to write that the Obama administration is desperate to stop Israel from attacking Iran writing that "as far as the [Obama] administration is concerned, if Israel could just leave Iran's nuclear installations alone, Iran would behave itself."  She notes that American officials would regard any harm to American interests that flowed from an Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear facilities as Israel's doing, not Iran's. In classic Stockholm Syndrome fashion, the Obama administration is empathizing more with the Iranian leaders who are holding Israel hostage than with the nation that may be wiped off the map if Iran acquires the bomb. Obama's end-of-the-year deadline for Iranian talks aimed at stopping its progress toward nuclear weapons is just window dressing without the threat of military action.  As Metternich wrote "diplomacy without force is like music without instruments."  By warning only of possible strengthening of economic sanctions if the talks do not progress, Obama is making an empty threat.  The sanctions will likely have no effect because Russia and China will not let the United Nations act as it must if it is to deter Iranian nuclear weapons. All this means is that Israel's life is in danger.  If Iran gets the bomb, it will use it to kill six million Jews.  No threat of retaliation will make the slightest difference.  One cannot deter a suicide bomber with the threat of death.  Nor can one deter a theocracy bent on meriting admission to heaven and its virgins by one glorious act of violence.  Iran would probably not launch the bomb itself, anyway, but would give it to its puppet terrorists to send to Israel so it could deny responsibility.  Obama, bent on appeasement, would likely not retaliate with nuclear weapons.  And Israel will be dead and gone. Those sunshine Jewish patriots who voted for Obama must realize that we, as Jews, are witnessing the possible end of Israel. We are in the same moral position as our ancestors were as they watched Hitler rise but did nothing to pressure their favorite liberal Democratic president, FDR, to take any real action to save them or even to let Jewish refugees into the country.  If we remain complacent, we will have the same anguish of watching the destruction of Israel that our forebears had in witnessing the Holocaust. Because one thing is increasingly clear: Barack Obama is not about to lift a finger to stop Iran from developing the bomb.  And neither is Hillary Clinton. The Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah in Israel and America,  Agudath Yisroel of America, the OU, the Young Israel and Chabad International have affiliated shuls, Yeshivot, members etc numbering in the hundreds of thousands if not millions.   In order to be worthy of  G-d's precious gift to Am Yisroel the Nation as a whole needs to express their love and desire to keep the Land and observe the commandments which is a prerequisite for peace and prosperity.  As a first step we need the Land in order to observe the commandments in the Torah to reach their highest level of observance.  Many commandments are dependant on the Land.

We call upon these Torah  organizations as well to mobilize their communities to make a Kiddush Hashem and show that indeed our desire is Lishmoa, Lilmod, Ulelamed, Lishmor, Velaasot, Ulekayeim es kol Divrei Talmud Toratech Beahava.. To Listen, Learn, Teach, Keep, Do and Observe the entire words of the teachings of our Torah with Love.  It can not be merely lip service or sitting and learning.  We need the Land of Israel in order to do and to observe (Laasot and Lekayeim).

An Urgent Message from Professor Paul Eidelberg

President, Foundation for Constitutional Democracy 

I urge all thoughtful and responsible Jewish and Zionist organizations in America—especially the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) and Americans for a Safe Israel (AFSI)—to issue a joint statement addressed to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the Land of Israel belongs, by Divine law, to the Jewish people; hence, that the Government of Israel is nothing more than the temporary custodian of this sacred land.   

Further,  

Whereas Israel is a proven strategic asset of the United States, having supplied the Pentagon with intelligence and technological assistance far exceeding in monetary value U.S. military and economic aid to Israel; and 

Whereas politically impartial American military experts, including former U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, have affirmed that Israel must retain for its security the Judean and Samarian highlands, the Jordan Rift, and the Golan Heights,  

Therefore, 

Jewish and Zionist organizations should urge Mr. Netanyahu to resist the reckless territorial withdrawals demanded by the Obama Administration—withdrawals that would bring Israel back to its pre-1967 Auschwitz lines.   

Moreover: Jewish and Zionist organizations should accuse the Obama Administration of  pursuing a policy that would result in the ethnic cleansing of 300,000 Jews from Judea and Samaria—a racist policy reminiscent of Nazi Germany.  

Furthermore: instead of merely reacting to deadly peace plans foreign powers propose on behalf of the Palestinian Authority (PA), Israel's Government should publish its own demands, such as: 

1. The PA must publicly renounce those provisions of its constitution that call for Israel's destruction—which provisions violate international law concerning genocide. 
2. The PA must publicly recognize Israel as a Jewish state as do other countries like the United States of America. 
3. The PA, in accordance with international law, must dismantle its terrorist infrastructure.

 

Therefore, Jewish and Zionist organizations should insist that the Government of the United States curtail all economic and military aid to the Palestinian Authority so long as it fails to fulfill its obligations under international law as mentioned.   

Finally, by rewarding the PA, the Government of the United States itself stands in violation of international law, and it is the duty of Jewish and Zionist organizations in America to call their government to account in this matter.  The rule of law demands nothing less.
