Regarding: March for Israel & Against Antisemitism! Will Our Message be a G-dly Message or one of Surrender and Appeasement?

Bsd

אל המקום אשר....

Re:https://www.marchforisrael.org/

What will the message be at this rally? Yes it looks like there will be thousands, maybe ten thousands maybe even hundreds of thousands. Hey maybe a million!

Yasher Koach to the Organizers who are attracting massive attendance!

However!!! We must not Chas veSholom take this positive energy of the people and take it nowhere as was the case in Gush Katif in 2005.

Had the expulsion of Gush Katif never happened, we would not have Hamas ruling Gaza today.

I was in Kfar Maimon a month before the expulsion from Gush Katif in 2005. The people in droves, united, streamed towards Gush Katif to stop the expulsion.

There were major efforts to stop the flow of people. Bus drivers were threatened to lose their jobs if they drove the bus. Busses were turned back from all over the country, yet hundreds of thousands showed up anyway!

The plan was for everyone to march into Gaza. No way the government can expel hundreds of thousands of people! Right? Wrong :(

What happened? Our enemies were in cahoots with the leaders the people trusted.

The energies of the people were then diverted to go nowhere. The organizers of the opposition to the expulsion were actually partners with those planning the expulsion!

They basically robbed the people of their good intentions and took all that positive energy and led it nowhere.

The entries and exits of Kfar Maimon were controlled by the army.

The masses assembled within Kfar Maimon on their way to Gush Katif and Kfar Maimon were enclosed within a fence. After a day or so of waiting, the people finally were given marching orders to march. We started marching in an orderly fashion a few times around Kfar Maimon. Then the crowd was told to go home via the parking lot since there was no way to actually leave Kfar Maimon except via a narrow exit and apparently there was no way to get into Gush Katif.

The Gush Katif expulsion happened soon thereafter with minimum opposition, with amazing efficiency and precision all around Tisha Baav time 2005 by the IDF. It was a national trauma to those who were expelled and for those who carried out the expulsion!

I have been blogging about the Conference of Presidents since 2007.

Malcolm Hoenlein the Executive Vice Chairman of the Council of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations betrayed Jonathan Pollard. He helped broker for a 2 State Solution and for Bush's Roadmap Plan. He said Oslo was irreversible and pushed Annapolis peace deal. He disinvited Sarah Palin, Israel's greatest supporter, when Hillary Clinton backed out. He advocated for territorial concessions.

Here are 8 posts since 2007-2013 on my blog Shemittah Rediscovered documenting and warning others of his misguided and compromised leadership. We see today with the Hamas stronghold over Gaza, the terrible consequences of such misguided leadership.

Will we allow him and others with the same failed policies to be our voice?

https://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/search?q=Malcolm+Hoenlein

Once Trump got into power the influence of the Conference of Presidency on the White House dwindled. Ambassador David Friedman, Jason Greenblatt and Jared Kushner replaced Malcolm Hoenlein.

They too used a misguided approach pressuring Israel for concessions of territory in the Euphoric UAE Deal which also pushed for 2 State Solution in return for diplomatic relations and prosperous economic deals between UAE and Israel. But then a Pandemic broke out and Trump didn't get into the White House in spite of his popularity. Probably a stolen election.

Happenstance? G-d Makes Promises and Keeps His Promises. G-d owns the Land. It is G-d's Property. It does not belong to Netanyahu nor to Trump nor Jared Kushner nor anyone to give away, to whomever they so desire, even with the best of intentions.

Now under the Democrats, under Biden and Obama's influence, the Conference of Presidents are once again taking a leadership role among Major Jewish Organizations.

Time to shout over their message and create a new narrative.

Time to distribute orange ribbons to all the protesters with the battle cry From the River to the Sea, Eretz Yisroel Will be Free from Tyranny!!!

Reconquer and Resettle Gush Katif.

We need a Battle Cry for Jewish Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, Har Habayit and the entire Gaza Strip.

Unfortunately PM Netanyahu and Defense Minister Gallant do not seem to have what it takes to fight this evil. This war was brought about under their watch and with coordination with Shabak and foreign pressures that dangerously compromised and negotiated away Israel's security and persecuted proud Jewish Settlers who dared to Settle and defend their right to Settle our Biblical Heartland.

It is G-d's Promised Land for the Nation of Israel. Any pressure on Israel for territorial concessions has brought catastrophe. This is documented the latest example is October 7, 2023 Hamas Genocide coinciding with Saudi Peace Plan.

Other examples can be found here:
https://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2023/10/hamas-genocide-coincides-with-saudi.html

This is a War for G-d. We need G-d on our side. We must fight and yearn for G-d's Agenda which is Malchut Shamayim. This means Educating the world of the 7 Noahide Laws for non Jews. Jews need to keep the Commandments of the Torah and keep the Commandments in the Land of Israel. Only this brings Peace and Blessing within Israel and for humanity.

We must yearn for a world filled with Kindness and Truth, Righteousness and Justice.

We want a G-dly World. Non Jews must observe the Noahide Laws or leave Israel. Arab villages should no longer have autonomy and be in charge of their Jihad education.

No more Judenrein territory within Biblical delineated boundaries of Eretz Yisroel!

That must end.

It is a revolution to dare to dream that our Prayers of thousands of generations can actually be actualized!

Torah Sovereignty hasn't been practiced for thousands of years since King David and King Solomon. Yet it is not in the Heavens, it is in our mouths and hearts to do it!

We need only to will because if we will it it is not a dream!

Re Rabbi YY Jacobson Simchas Torah/Shavuos Essay.

Joshua Bell's Violin—and the Music of Jewish History
The Story of a Stradivarius which Escaped Nazism

Lichvod Rabbi Jacobson

Some comments...

In several posts in my blog Shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com, I compared Eretz Yisroel to a precious Violin and the Torah to musical notes and Am Yisroel to the virtuoso violinist.

September 06, 2005
How it began... How I became interested in shemittah.

There is poetic justice that the name of the latest owner of this Stradivarius violin is Joshua Bell whose very name "rings a bell"! :)

Joshua, Yehoshua is mentioned in the Torah reading of Shemini Atzeret in Israel and Simchat Torah in the Diaspora.

"Joshua" in the time of Moses was the quintessential student, the G-d Chosen successor to Moshe Rabbeinu. He is the leader chosen to lead the Nation of Israel to conquer the Land.

On Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah we read

9 And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, because Moses had laid his hands upon him. And the children of Israel obeyed him, and they did as the Lord had commanded Moses.

And the name "Bell" alludes to the Liberty Bell. The Liberty Bell has a verse from Leviticus, Vayikra 25:10 Parshat Behar engraved on it that talks about the Jubilee year.

This particular verse follows several verses talking about Shabbat Haaretz, the Sabbatical year that comes every 7 years.

10 And you shall sanctify the fiftieth year, and proclaim freedom [for slaves] throughout the land for all who live on it. It shall be a Jubilee for you, and you shall return, each man to his property, and you shall return, each man to his family.

Blessing for the upcoming year:

May our Precious Violin the Precious Holy Land Of Israel be recognized and treated with the proper respect in  accordance with its inherent value.

May this Precious Land only be in the hands of virtuoso violinists, the Nation of Israel, playing the proper notes,  the Holy Torah, so that the entire world can enjoy its Heavenly music!

Hypocritical?

Actual Kurdish Muslim treatment of Jews today and in the past
First-hand accounts of the oppression and antisemitism experienced by Jewish communities under Kurdish dominion.

Neither the Kurds nor Turkey can be trusted to prosecute ISIS. When it fits their agenda they are complicit.

Can these expert and prominent Jewish and non-denominational Organizations please explain why there has been no outrage of horror and anguish at the plight of the Yezidis who were massacred, their men beheaded and their women enslaved and their children indoctrinated, groomed as ISIS jihadis since 2014 because the Kurds abandoned them.

Can we really depend on the Kurds or the Turks to bring justice to ISIS?

Cruel ISIS  perpetrators are still at large, many with known identities, no secret, and they have yet to be brought to justice as there is no International Court of Law to defend and enforce basic laws of Universal Morality based on the 7 Noahide laws. Dangerous criminals, guilty of the worst atrocities against humanity, have yet to be prosecuted.

My question to you is why haven't any international courts of justice been established to prosecute KNOWN ISIS terrorists guilty of war crimes and atrocities?!?

What comes to mind is something similar to the Nuremberg trials for the Nazis.

The UN has a proven track record of being complicit with the evil itself.

They too can not be depended on to apprehend and convict the ISIS terrorists.

Kurdish predatory mass killings of Christians and Yazidis are well-characterized and went on for centuries. Grinding persecution continues to this day, as can be gleaned from detailed reports by both Assyrian and Yazidi organizations (hereherehere)

JNS: ZOA Criticizes AIPAC/ADL/AJC Hypocrisy For Condemning Otzma, But Not Extreme Israeli Arab Parties
Amid American Jewish criticism over Otzma Yehudit Party, concern arises about language

By Sean Savage and Jackson Richman
(February 26, 2019 / JNS) The fallout over the recent merger of Otzma Yehudit with the Jewish Home Party—a bid by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to bolster his right-wing coalition ahead of April 9 elections—appears to have exacerbated already strained ties between Israel and several American Jewish organizations.

While prominent American Jewish groups, such as AIPAC, the American Jewish Committee and Anti-Defamation League, were outspoken in their criticism of Otzma Yehudit, describing the party as "racist" and "reprehensible" and having "hate-filled rhetoric," the groups did stop short of directly criticizing Netanyahu.

However, other American Jewish groups, such as Rabbi Rick Jacobs, president of the Union for Reform Judaism, compared to merger to the "the equivalent in the United States of the KKK being welcomed into the corridors of power."

While the Conservative/Masorti movement refrained from the harsher language of its Reform counterparts, it did condemn Otzma Yehudit as a "racist" Israeli political party.

"Otzma Yehudit should not be further legitimized in any sense, and we hope and pray that the party returns to a place of irrelevance," it stated.

Yet T'ruah, a liberal rabbinic group, went a step further and not only condemned the merger, but also called on the Internal Revenue Service to investigate U.S. charities that allegedly support Otzma Yehudit.

"We call on Prime Minister Netanyahu to reject any coalition with [Rabbi Meir] Kahane's disciples, and we demand that the IRS ensure that American taxpayer dollars will no longer support these dangerous extremists."

On a related tangent, there has been concern that some of the criticism directed towards Netanyahu, and more broadly Israel, can be misconstrued and bolster arguments by critics of Israel, including the BDS movement.

Malcolm Hoenlein, executive vice chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, told JNS that both Israelis and Americans need to be more cognizant of language used, saying "Israeli leaders and Jewish groups need to be sensitive to how things are perceived that, even if not intended, can be subject to misuse by those who have been fighting against Israel."

Daniel Pipes, founder and president of the Middle East Forum, told JNS that terminology is subjective, and that he has a degree of skepticism in the use of terms such as "far-right" or "racist."

"As someone who studies nationalist parties in Europe that are routinely characterized as 'far-right' or 'racist,' I have learned to be wary of these terms. What I know of Otzma Yehudit suggests it advocates a tough policy toward the Palestinians, but I do not discern racism. This being the case, Likud's working to bring it into the Knesset looks legitimate."

Avoiding involvement in Israeli elections

The fallout over the Otzma Yehudit merger comes amid ongoing rankling between Israel and American Jewry in the last several years.

Similarly, demographics and politics have also played a role in exacerbating disagreements between the two largest Jewish communities in the world. Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump have formed a close relationship, with Netanyahu enthusiastically backing Trump's policies on Iran and the U.S. embassy move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This comes as a large majority of American Jews oppose Trump, largely on his domestic agenda, and voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton in 2016 and for Democrats in the 2018 midterm elections.

For its part, the Trump administration has refrained from commenting on the Israeli elections, with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo telling CNN that "we're not about to get involved in an election, to interfere in an election of a democracy."

A number of American Jewish organizations echoed this approach and refrained from commenting on the election.

"B'nai B'rith traditionally refrains from commenting on Israeli elections. Ultimately, Israeli voters will have to make those judgments," said Dan Maraschin, CEO and vice president of B'nai B'rith International.

Likewise, NORPAC told JNS that "it does not get involved in Israeli elections."

The Republican Jewish Coalition also has "a long-standing policy of not commenting on Israel's domestic politics. Ultimately this is a matter for the people of Israel, not for US. organizations to weigh in on."

However, Democratic Jewish groups did criticize the merger.

The Democratic Majority for Israel said it felt "compelled" to speak out against "the possibility that followers of radical racist Meir Kahane could enter Israel's parliament."

"Making such individuals parliamentarians would be an insult to the ideals embodied in Israel's Declaration of Independence, and the principles espoused by every previous Israeli Prime Minister from every party.

"We cannot expect others to stand up against anti-Semitism if we do not oppose bigotry and extremism in all its forms. This development in Israel is inconsistent with its democratic tradition and our values," said the Jewish Democratic Council of America.

Why the silence on extremist Arab-Israeli parties?

While right-wing American Jewish organizations also refrained from weighing in on internal Israeli politics, they instead argued that there has been a degree of hypocrisy in some of the U.S. Jewish group's criticism.

In a statement, the Zionist Organization of America said that American Jewish groups were quick were to condemn the merger, but have not spoken out about mergers on the Israeli left, especially among Israeli-Arab parties, which oppose the existence of the Jewish state.

"It's strange, troubling and hypocritical that the Anti-Defamation League, AIPAC, the American Jewish Committee and the Israel Policy Forum condemned the technical merger of two small right-wing pro-Israeli political parties, Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Strength) and Bayit Yehudi (Jewish Home), but remained silent about mergers of anti-Israel Arab parties led by Arab Knesset members who oppose the Jewish state's existence and engage in outright treacherous conduct, including assisting Palestinian Arab terrorists and inciting anti-Jewish terror," the ZOA said in a statement.

"While harshly criticizing Otzma Yehudit, [they] have all been silent about the terror-fomenting, hatred-spewing anti-Israel, Arab party leaders and parties running for Knesset, including Ayman Odeh and Ahmed Tibi, and about P.A. dictator Mahmoud Abbas brokering the merger of the Arab Communist Hadash Party and Arab Nationalist Ta'al Party."

Similarly, the Coalition of Jewish Values said that Otzmah Yehudit's positions are "moderate" compared to "the statements, positions and outright support for terrorism of several Arab Knesset members. It is utterly unfair to deny a hearing to Otzma Yehudit voters on the appropriate response to that hatred."

"Our consistent view is that American Jews should not be telling Israelis how to run their country," stated Rabbi Yaakov Menken, managing director of the CJV. "In this case, the intervention of the AJC and AIPAC is both startling and deeply troubling. Considering the support for terrorism shown by multiple Arab [Knesset members], to uniquely criticize Otzma Yehudit seems to reflect bias against Jews, rather than a sincere desire for the elimination of hatred and bigotry on all sides."

Fwd: Is Agudah and FJCC meeting with Gillibrand this Sunday and if so why?

Let me preface by saying that at this point this is conjecture. But if there is any truth, better we nip it in the bud than allow matters to escalate to the point of no return.

Someone sent me a picture of this invite which looks authentic.

It is an invite to a meeting organized by Agudah and FJCC with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.

We asked Rabbi Feldman and Rabbi Shmuel Kamenetsky about this on October 26th and October 27th and they didn't seem to be in the loop or weren't aware of the meeting. I don't think therefore that Daas Torah was an active consideration unless a different Rav was consulted.

Is there a money trail behind this meeting? We don't have any evidence. However since שוחד מעוור פקחים this possibility seems like a plausible explanation.

The excuse that such a meeting keeps open communications with both parties falls flat with an elected official who has a history of supporting Israels most dangerous enemies.  This is a Galus mentality.

This meeting raises a red flag.

What is the connection with Agudah and the FJCC and Gillibrand?

After all Gillibrand is a strong supporter of pro Choice, Planned Parenthood, pushing for unvetted illegals from countries with ties to radical Islam, and  those with criminal background into the USA endangering American lives.  Such  "hospitality" allowed evil to run amuck in  Europe. Gillibrand openly supports Linda Sarsour, antiSemites, and the Palestinian Cause and their Right of Return to Jaffa, Acca and Haifa and she is on record for supporting and voting for the Iran Deal.

She was against Kavanaugh nomination and didn't seem concerned they were accusing him and destroying his reputation with no collaborating evidence whatsoever  and would probably love to see Trump impeached so that the radical  Liberal left Democrats with whom she alligns herself is back in power.

How can Agudah and FJCC benefit from this meeting when she is not even in the ruling party at the moment?

Even a simple Photo-Op sends a message of endorsement to someone who is politically clueless relying on Aguda and FJCC for guidance..

The common denominator between Agudah and FJCC is Preservation of Har HaZeitim which is a very noble and worthy cause

Our enemies weaken Am Yisroel with a Divide and Conquer approach. Throw a juicy bone from discretionary funds  here and there and buy silence to achieve a broader sinister agenda.

This approach has worked, is effective and is very destructive.

The destruction of Gush Katif came when Am Yisroel failed to unite on their  brothers behalf. Where was the voice of the Ultra Right Wing Religious parties before the Expulsion? 10,000 Beautiful and productive Jews were displaced, not to mention their terrible emotional, financial and physical suffering and severe trauma. Did we really share in their pain? It was this divide and conquer strategy that succeeded and stopped a united Jewish front in protest, and we failed to effectively stop the Gaza expulsion.

The Preservation of Har HaZeitim and even some funds going to a living presence on Har HaZeitim and entitlement programs to Yeshivot and Social Programs to help Jews in Chutz  leAretz pale dramatically with the hidden agenda of our enemies of stopping Israel and the IDF from defending Israel's Sovereignty be it on the Gaza border or protecting our Biblical Homeland.

It pales if it means we are silent when it comes to protecting Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria and protecting  Israel from a 2 State "peace initiative".

Who will save us from  "From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free..." agenda, and the agenda for Israel's destruction?

Receiving money to help Yeshivot and to build up Har HaZeitim is not the issue. Of course it is noble and worthwhile.

Buying Silence and a weak and ineffective display of protest when Israel and Jews are threatened is the issue...  Case in point... ineffective protesting of  the Iran Deal which BH is being reversed under Trump's Administration...not seriously protesting the Hitnatkut....both served to empower our worst enemies. Sderot and Southern Israel have been under attack for years till today ever since 22 beautiful Gush Katif communities were tragically expelled Tisha Baav 2005.

Did Silence and inaction by Major Jewish Organizations  lead to empowerment of evil and terror attacks and destruction?

Let us hope and pray  that we will have defending angels in a Heavenly Court!!!

Will money received for such dire and noble causes,  turn into blood money as we then collectively share accountability for the victims of Terror whose demise is seeded and sealed when we allowed evil to run its course undisturbed.

Even more so if we empowered them with a photo-op with them or giving them space in our papers for a Healthy and Happy Shana Tova or accepting their Passover Greetings ad thereby misrepresenting, hiding and deceiving the Jewish community of knowing their true agenda.

The Sitra Acher sucks its nourishment from Kedusha and becomes powerful from it... Let us not feed it by partnering with it and giving it the respectability it craves...

A King's heart is in the hands of Hashem.  Even if Netanyahu or Trump for that matter would want to save Amona, the Hamonei Am must want to  as well.  The people in Israel are protesting very strongly.  That is why the proposal to normalize settlements in Judea and Samaria is now on the Table.

This is where Jewish Leadership comes in....The people spoke and elected Donald Trump in spite of Jewish Leadership.  Hashem is giving us another chance. We can't blow it this time.....The time to correct the Chait HaMiraglim is now BeEzrat Hashem!....

Dear Mr. Hoenlein, amv"sh

Shmuel Koenig's letter is posted below for the benefit of those CC"d.

When Mr. Koenig was asking you to "transform the President's Conference from a political organization to an Organization that promotes Torah",  I think what he meant to say was that he would like you to transform the President's Conference of Major JEWISH Organizations from merely being a political organization to being a political organization that represents JEWISH interests and consistent with the Torah...and when there is a conflict and our economic interests seem to be at stake,  then the Torah must win over and override Jewish political and monetary interests.

The Title and link to the post  on Shemittah Rediscovered Blog that Shmuel Koenig referred is

Rabbinic Leadership failed to present Torah message leading to 70 percent of Jews voting for Hillaryhttp://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2016/11/rabbinic-leadership-failed-to-present.html

The message of this post is that the vote between Hillary and Donald Trump was not a neutral one if one bases their decision on Torah.

The Republican Platform vs the Democratic Platform could not have been a clearer choice, night and day, as per which platform is consistent with Hashem's Promise to Avraham Avinu in Alon Moreh and with Avraham's purchase of Maarat HaMachpela and the story of the Akeida where Hashem tells Avraham to take Yitzchok his ONLY son when it comes to our Birthright.  .

Said Rabbi Yudan the son of Rabbi Simon: This is one of the three places regarding which the nations of the world cannot accuse Israel and say, "You have stolen them." The three places are: the Cave of Machpelah, the site of the Holy Temple, and the tomb of Joseph at Shechem. The Cave of Machpelah, as it is written, "Abraham weighed to Ephron the silver." The Temple: "So David gave to Ornan for the place six hundred shekels of gold" (I Chronicles 21:25). And Joseph's tomb: "[Jacob] bought the parcel of land (at Shechem) for a hundred pieces of silver" (Genesis 33:19).
(Bereishit Rabbah 79:7)
Why then doesn't  Jewish Leadership have  a clear answer to those who claim that we stole the Land?

Both Barak Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton are strong believers in the myth of the "Occupation".  Netanyahu tried to be neutral... Still pushing for the 2 State Solution?

It is truly quite deplorable that with these Truths staring us in the face 70% of Jews voted for Hillary Clinton. The Jewish Leadership was either pro Hillary or Silent.

With a Trump Victory, those who have chosen the political route vs the Biblical route are now finding themselves  outside the loop.

However, this is a new beginning.  Chasdei Hashem judged us on the side of Life.  If Thou, L-RD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? Tehillim 130:3 אִם-עֲו‍ֹנוֹת תִּשְׁמָר-יָ-הּ--    אֲד-נָי, מִי יַעֲמֹד.

The Jewish Leadership is being given another chance.  Tomorrow is a Knesset Vote for Amona.  The Israel Supreme Court said that Jews "stole" Arab Land and that their ruling to destroy Amona is the "rule of Law".

Malcolm et al...Can you please step up to the plate and speak up for Torah.  Up in Heaven, in the World of Truth we will be judged.

Please Lobby for Amona!  Write a letter to Knesset Members!

From Mattot Arim

The law to save Amona has official coalition backing -

This is extremely important for Israel: Amona and pioneering communities like it are the only immovable thing between Israel's sole international airport (Ben-Gurion) -- and radical Islamic forces to the east.

TOMORROW (Wednesday) afternoon is the Knesset vote on the law to save Amona. We must URGE Yuli Edelstein & others below, to use the full force of their positions of power to ensure ALL coalition members vote FOR  Amona as decided on Sunday. No-show is no-no, enforce coalition discipline!

For example, if Minister Cachlon says he "won't come", Knesset Chairman Edelstein can warn that the Knesset (chaired by Edelstein) will no longer cooperate with Cachlon, if Cachlon does not cooperate with Amona. This is something Yuli Edelstein (and every politician) knows how to do, but will Yuli Edelstein do this? Depends how many letters Yuli Edelstein gets from the public. Write to Yuli Edelstein now, and share this earnest request with your friends -  ask them to write to Yuli Edelstein too!

Thank you very much for helping – and please pass on.

If it is painful to be standing out in the cold right now, just imagine how cold it can get in the heavenly court.
Dear Mr. Hoenlein,
I don't know whether you remember me.
I was a representative of Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry at the Greater New York Conference on Soviet Jewry.
Now, I am an activist and I am also a descendent of David Hamelech.
I am calling on you to transform the Presidents' Conference from a political organization to an Organization that promotes Torah.
Now that the election is over, it is time to look back and ask why we didn't promote the republican platform which is consistent with Torah and 70% of Jews voted democratic.
We must speak out on behalf of Shlaimut Haaretz.
The Israeli government has taken a major step in which a ministerial committee unanimously voted to propose to the Knesset that the legal status of the territories be the same as in the rest of Eretz Yisrael.
It is a slap in the face of the Israeli supreme court.
The Israeli people are fed up with the secular supreme court.
The time is ripe for a national Jewish court based on Torah.
We must promote having the non-Jews observe the sheva mitzvot bnai Noach.
Arabs that live in Eretz Yisrael must respect israeli sovereignty and be gair toshav.
