This sham of so called "investigations" to fabricate evidence of wrongdoing for political purposes is the modus operandi used against the hilltop youth. Clearly Elisha Odess and Amiram Ben Uliel were charged with allegations void of sound evidence other than forced confession following torture.

Is Elisha still under house arrest who is under constant supervision with an ankle bracelet unable to interract with his siblings or friends for crimes he never committed?

Is Amiram still in prison awaiting a trial still after 3 years for alleged crimes where Hebrew Graffiti and forced confessions are the sole evidence of wrongdoing?

The "dangerous" message that the Hilltop youth are broadcasting over silent aircwaves is that G-d is King. G-d is the Owner of the Land and has Delineated the borders of Israel in the Torah. The extended boundaries go to Euphrates. The limited Boundaries includes Derech HaAvot, the Path walked by Abraham, Isaac and Jacob our Forefathers. The Bible is quite explicit of the delineated boundaries in Parshat Masei.

Temple Mount, Hebron and Shchem (Nablus) all contested as 'Occupied", were all in fact purchased with the full price of the value of the Land so that they should never be contested.

To do so is to nullify G-d's Plan and His Will.

The Land of Israel belongs to G-d, designated as an Eternal Heritage for the Nation of Israel. The Land of Israel is precious gift to be passed down from generation to generation with no one, having the authority to undermine the Divine Will. To do so is to invite tragedy as we have witnessed over the years with Oslo and other attempts to negotiate Land away. No human has the jurisdiction to negotiate! The Land has lain barren awaiting the Nation of Israel to return.

Judge Kavanaugh has been sworn in as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, but it wasn't an easy road to get here.

And although Congressional Democrats used every trick in the book to derail Judge Kavanaugh's nomination, their plan has had the opposite of the desired effect: it has awakened and shaken Americans, showing how important their votes are in the November midterms.

Liberals are used to voters being lethargic... that's why we hear so much talk of a "blue wave" this coming November -- but not anymore!

The vile actions taken against Judge Kavanaugh and his family showed that Congressional Democrats would ruin the reputation of anyone who dared to stand in the way of their goals.

For them, it's merely a game of constantly demanding more information and when it didn't produce the results they wanted, discarding it. This illustrates that having Democrats in charge of the legislature would be a disaster.

Let's be clear: these stall tactics were never really about Judge Kavanaugh's qualifications, his judicial temperament, or his high school recreational choices.

The smear campaign came from the fear that, if confirmed, Judge Kavanaugh might be the swing vote that overturned Roe v. Wade.

But instead of taking their worries and operating by using the principles of reasonable doubt and due process, Congressional Democrats threw a tantrum. In the regular world, tantrums get children a timeout. Come election day, maybe some politicians need a time out as well?

The vile actions taken against Judge Kavanaugh and his family showed that Congressional Democrats would ruin the reputation of anyone who dared to stand in the way of their goals. And it's not just Judge Kavanaugh, Dr. Ford's life will also never be the same.

The best way to ensure that this type of embarrassment doesn't happen again is by making sure there are consequences for those that ignore our principles of reasonable doubt, due process, and the ability to face one's accuser.
