Hebron is the Mother and Father of the Settlement Enterprise.  Gush Emunim evolved from settling Hebron and Kiryat Arba. Many of thw children living in places like Amona and Sussiya have done so following in the footsteps of their parents.

The time has come for the leadership in Hebron to question COGOTs role in pushing for the demolition of Jewish homes in Amona without unsubstantiated evidence that it is built on Arab property and the opposite for substantiated illegal Arab squatters in Sussiya.

In spite of this welcome reprieve in building in Hebron one can't help but question the motive of Cogat now under heavy fire for their role in hurting the Settlement enterprise

Last week, leading members of Im Tirtzu arrived at the Supreme Court to protest the hearing of the terrorist who murdered Rabbi Michael (Miki) Mark several weeks ago near Otniel. The terrorist was represented by "HaMoked: Center for the Defence of the Individual," an NGO funded by European governments and the New Israel Fund that places a focus on defending terrorists and their families in court. The European Union, which openly opposes the demolitions of terrorists' homes, forgoes the proper diplomatic channels and operates in Israel's Supreme Court via foreign agents in order to change Israeli policy. This not only harms Israeli democracy and sovereignty, but bolsters terrorism. As the week progressed we accompanied Devorah Gonen, mother of Danny Gonen z'l who was murdered last year in a terrorist attack, in the fight against the luxurious rights enjoyed by convicted terrorists in Israeli jails. Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman is about to retroactively authorize  tens of thousands of Arab structures built illegally in Area C – while simultaneously continuing to uphold the freeze on Jewish homes. Note the Arabs can also build in Yehuda-Shomron Areas A and B – where Jews cannot.  Now Area C, if Liberman's move passes the Cabinet, will join A and B.Leftwing figures in the IDF have been lobbying for this for two years.

Don't legalize illegal Palestinian building by verified Beduin Squatters in Susiya who have homes elsewhere while at the same time demolish Jewish homes in Amona claimed by Arabs whose fraudulent claim is unverified. 

Many false claims can be linked to the provocation of anti Israel NGO's, such as Peace Now and Yesh Din.  Why is there no transparency nor verification required by Israel Supreme Court before the demolition of Jewish homes is authorized yet the government is willing to forego demolition of Arab squatters even with clear proof that they are illegal Arab squatters????? These troublemaker organizations have been funded by anti Israel Organizations such as NIF and Soros out to deligitimize the Jewish State of Israel. 

We demand equal rights at the minimum rather than a bias for illegal Arab Squatters.  The government of the Land of Israel should not be puppets dancing to the whims of  the Obama Administration the EU nor the International Media.  Please take the reign and Lead. 

If as Lieberman suggests we wish to reward Arab building when they are good residents, let us make sure that such Arabs abide by 7 Noahide Laws and accept Israel's Sovereignty.  They are worthy of being a Ger Toshav and should have rights befitting all Jews or Non Jews who fall within this group. 

However, Jews as well,  should have every right to settle in all parts of Israel including Areas A B and C, not only Arabs, and that should be a given, not an afterthought.

VOTE AGAINST Liberman "carrot" plan, Speak out against Liberman "carrot plan"!

מדוע ליברמן נותן "גזר" לפלשתינים -- ולא למתנחלים?

ההטבות ("גזר") שאביגדור ליברמן מציע לפלשתינים, יגרמו לפער בלתי נסבל בין האוכלוסייה הערבית לאוכלוסיה היהודית.

נכון, חייבת להיות התחשבות מסוימת בכפרים הערביים שהם "ירוקים" (שקטים) לאחרונה. מצבם חייב להיות קל יותר -- יחסית לכפרים פלשתינים שהם "אדומים" מדם יהודי (=כפרים שמבצעים פיגועי טרור).

אבל ההתחשבות של ליברמן באותם כפרים ערביים "ירוקים" חייבת להיות פחות – לא יותר – מרמת ההתחשבות שלו ביישובים הישראליים מוכי הטרור!

הישובים הישראליים הם "הכי ירוקים", כי הם -
(א) קרבן האלימות הפלשתינית
(ב) נחוצים לעצם קיומם וביטחונם של גוש דן וירושלים!

* לא יתכן שנותנים אישורי תכנון לערבים -- לפני שנותנים ו-מ-י-י-ש-מ-י-ם, עוד קודם לכן, מספר הרבה יותר גדול של אישורי תכנון, ליישובים (ההתנחלויות) שנפלו קורבן לרצחנות הפלשתינית.

* בשום אופן לא יתכן ש"מותר" להסדיר בניה ערבית מאסיבית, בלתי חוקית ומסוכנת -- אבל "אסור" להסדיר בדיעבד בנייה יהודית לא מסוכנת שסובלת מפגמים מנהליים ברי-תיקון.
