Dear Chavrei Knesset, amv"sh

What exactly did the Rav say that deserved being awoken at 4:00 am traumatizing his family and dehumanizing him as if he was a criminal? Perhaps it's what he didn't clearly say.  Perhaps he didn't clearly spell out or point a finger at the Palestinians who have used their children and ambulances as human shields and lie through their teeth for PR purposes.

For them are we expected to endanger our Soldiers like we did in Jenin?.

The hypocrisy of Britain and America!  They clearly would never stand for this cowardly excuse of fighting by the Palestinian enemy that endangered their own little Palestinian children and prey on our merciful nature.  Mercy  on our part thereby endangers human lives and  and causes us to be cruel to our very own soldiers.  Showing mercy to our enemy that behaves in such a despicable fashion merely encourages and escalates their choice of weapons such as using children and ambulances as human shields.

Restraint on the part of Israel is not in the interest of  innocent Palestinian children and GREATLY endangers Israeli fighting aoldiers  since it forces our soldiers to sitting ducks or easy targets.

IN Auschwitz the jEWISH prisoners would have embraced an attack on the railroads leading to Auschwitz and the Concentration Camps even if it meant that some Jews would have been killed.  All understood clearly that the intention of bombing the tracks was to stop the process of mass murder of millions and not to kill the number of Jews that happened to have been there at the time.

For shame on those reporters that made is seem like the Rav was a racist that treasures Jewish Blood over Gentile blood.  What a blatant distortion.  It'a obvious to me that  it  is the intent of such Gentiles that determine the Halacha and not their blood type, race or religion.

Here is an article that slanders Rabbis as being racists against Gentiles based on bloodtype.   The headline is quite blatant and accusatory.

Shapira's distinction between Jewish, gentile blood

Members of Knesset:

lease do what you can to stop the slander and incarceration  of G-d fearing Jews and the execution of the  destruction of shuls and communities in Yehudah and the Shomron!--

Sincerely,

Robin Ticker

URGENT! Rosh Yeshiva, Father of 11 arrested 4:am in Yitzhar , Will his Yeshiva Od Yosef Chai be demolished? Knesset on recess can not make a fuss

bs"d

I received this email from David Bedein, AFSI,  Women in Green and Matot Arim:

Also visit link on A7 for news report http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/news.aspx/138778

At four o'clock this morning, Israeli security forces swooped down on Shomron Jewish community at Yitzhar, burst into the home of the local Rosh Yeshiva (head of rabbinical school) and arrested him in front of his 11 young children, on charges stemming from a scholary treatise he wrote - many months ago - relating to the dilemma of when it is permitted and not permitted to use force against non-Jews. Some sources say that pro-Palestinian minister Ehud Barak has also given orders to demolish the rabbi's yeshiva in Yitzhar during Barak's seminal visit in the U.S and indeed, a home of a young couple in Shomron was in fact demolished today. All this is being done while the Knesset, Israel's parliament, is in recess and cannot raise a fuss.

ABROAD: It is vital that Ehud Barak upon arrival in the U.S. be swamped with reasonable requests to cease this barbaric treatment of the Jews in Judea and Samaria and to immediately order the cancellation of the directive to demolish the yeshiva - the pretext being a building code violation from 1998 (12 years ago). This could be a precedent for the IDF to destroy hundreds of public buildings in Jewish communities in Judea, Samaria and in Jerusalem. What the Israeli government fears the most is feedback from abroad, so yes, many phone calls can certainly reverse the decisions that have been made. Therefore, foreign citizens pls contact Barak's spokesman, Mr. Seri, at cell phone number 972-50-629-8949.

ISRAELIS AND ABROAD: Use fax or phone to try to get through:

Fax (send to all numbers): 011-972-2-563-2580 (attention: Tzvi Hauser, Cabinet Secretary who reports directly to Netanyahu. And also:
011-972-2-670-5369, 011-972-2-649-6659, 011-972-2-6513955, 011-972-2-6535178, 011-972-2-5664838

Telephone -011-972-2-670-5532 (attention: Tzvi Hauser, Cabinet Secretary)
and also: 011-972-2-675-3227, 011-972-2-640-8457
, 011-972-2-6753333 (if told Prime Minister is not present, ask for any Likud aide or legislator)

Dialling from Israel? Omit 011-972 - instead just dial zero.

If you cannot get through by fax and phone, at least email Israel's ministers and MKs and ask them  to get on the phone to Mr. Netanyahu, and to get into the press making strong statements, before it is too late for them to help (Timing Is Everything). You can write to all of the following:

Re: Judean Authonomy Part 3

Bs"d

 Tu B'Av 5770
July 25, 2010

On the Case of Yesha Autonomy Part 3

·       Given and Fundamental:  Jews have exclusive entitlement to Judea and Samaria as well as the entire Israel according to delineated boundaries in Matot Masei -  Divine Law:

o      Source:  Based on the Torah the source of our entitlement to Eretz Yisroel. The concept of a Jewish Homeland is based on Torah. It is the basis of the Balfour Declaration and San Remo Conference.

The Written and Oral Torah has been transmitted down the generations to the seed of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

·       Condition:

o      In the Torah, the Jewish Nation collectively is obligated to keep the 613 Mitzvoth in the Land of Israel and in this way will merit the Land.  Failure to keep the commandments causes the Jewish Nation to forfeit their rights to the Land.  Adherence to the commandments ensures security and prosperity in the Land.

o      Even if the Jewish Nation forfeits their right to the Land of Israel temporarily, the Land will remain faithful to the Jewish Nation and not produce for another foreign power and will wait until the Jewish Nation returns to her in faithfulness.

·       Jews are the only indigenous people to the Land of Israel

o      Based on the Torah
o      Based on History
o      Based on Archeology

·       Ger Toshav - Non Jews have rights of the Ger Toshav so long as they accept Sovereignty of the Jewish people in the Land of Israel and abide by the 7 Noahide Laws.

o      Rambam – Hilchot Melachim

A Torah Autonomy answers to a higher authority, the Creator of the Worldm  who decides who inherits the Land, over State Law.

Therefore the following resolutions are in order:

·       Jews have entitlement to Judea and Samaria and may not expel fellow Jews.

·       Jews my not destroy Jewish houses of worship unless it is for the purpose of making an even bigger or better House of Worship

·       Jews may not destroy Jewish property, Jewish communities and give away Jewish Land to Arabs.

What to do when the Jewish State chooses to ignore these basic fundamental truths of their religion and the proposed natural resolutions based on these truthes?  What are the Jews in Judea and Samaria to do?

Create a Jewish Autonomy in Judea and Samaria!

  • The Twelve Tribes of Israel are one unit, interdependent and Areivim, responsible for one another.

Definition of Authonomy:  Self Governing, Independant

Q.  Won't the creation of a Judeam Autonomy create disunity and division among Israel turning brother against brother?

A. No. the opposite

Example in the Desert where the tribe of Levi acted independantly and in seeming opposition to his brother for the benefit and unity of the whole as a result of his service to G-d.

The Bracha of Levi in Zos Habracha:   'Your Urim and Your Tumim, befit your devoted one, whom you tested at Massa and challenged at the waters of Meriva. The one who said of his father and mother, I have not favoured him, his brother he did not give recognition, and his children he did not know. For they the Leviim have observed your word and your covenant that they preserve. http://www.dvar.org.il/drbank/VeZosHabracha.htm

The main reason to have a Judean Autonomy is in order to create a prototype of an autonomous Jewish government that is based on Torah, the Oral and Written Law rather than a government that is based on Turkish and British Law.  Democracy is wonderful in many respects but while Torah incorporates many concepts of Democracy, Torah, and democracy at times are at odds with each other and in a Jewish State, Torah should prevail not democracy.

Hamonei Am in Israel and in the Diaspora  is afraid of this concept.  They are afraid of religious coersion.  It's truly revoltionary system of government that has not been tried for thousands of years, yet Hebraic Law is the basis of all other forms of gov't.   The Shalem Center in Israel and their literary journal Azure focus's on Hebraic Law.  The time has come for serious brainstorming regariding this matter and what better place to implement a prototype Torah autonomy than in Judea and Samaria?

The religious Jews have recently been feeling that they are being coerced by Secular Law.  Rather than a power struggle in this matter, let's the two entities separate temporarily and support one another to implement a Torah Autonomy, a revolutionary concept for our generation on a prototype small scale level.   This way the Secular State of Israel will not feel that they are being coerced in any way and neither will the religious Jews.   There will be many kinks and bugs that will emerge and it will take a strong believing community to persevere until the Halachot are established.  It would not be helpful having a hostile communiity when the going gets rough.

In my next discussion on Judean Autonomy I will discuss the following questions that people have.

Q. When the surrounding enemies of Israel choose to attack this Judean Autonomy Chas Vechalila, wouldn't the STate of Israel have to come to the defense of Judea and Samaria and htis is precisely what the State of Israel is hoping to avoid?

Q, How should we respond when America says No stealth bomber planes for Israel and invoke economic sanctions and all the Arab Nations and European Union join  (the order can be reversed and the Arabs start a boycott of Israeli products and then everyione else joins and America says no Stealth bombers etc)  when the Judean Autonomy  proudly proclaims we are the indigenous Poeopl of the Land of Israel?  Won't the isolation be unbearable?

to be continued....

U.S. Tax Dollars to UN Entering Black Hole says Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Ranking Republican

bs"d

Now here is something American Jewish Organizations with Washington Offices can focus on!

After all, what's the point of conducting seminars on educating Jews on the importance of reporting our taxes according to the Law of the Land - Dina D'Malchusa Dina  knowing that our hard earned money in taxes is eventually going towards supporting terror and destruction via the Black HOle of the UN. Rather unsettling???????

So you answer, 2 wrongs don't make a right.

Unfortunately, our enemies use the submissive posture of self accusation, self admission of wrongdoing and blame as an excuse  to paint Jews  antisemitic-ally and flawed. They have added accusation upon accusations for wrongdoings whose motives were  in no way criminal or sinister.  Upon investigation it will be revealed that indeed these perceived misdoings did in fact serve some moral, positive end purpose.

Time to join this Congresswomen and  go on the offensive against allocation of  taxpayers dollars to real evil and destructive forces.   Why waste energy for example, on holding seminars across the country being so apologetic for Rubashkin whose questionable policies ultimately tried to save jobs of  the legal employees of Agriprocessor.  Our willingness to admit quilt of any kind to a justice system that ultimately uses it against our brother to prosecute him makes us suspicious and wary of American Justice.  Why publicize the regret of the Spinke Rebbe whose allocations of money to Rebbeim had legal issues  but ultimately served the Good of Mankind (Torah education) and plead guilty for Jonathan Pollard who tried to protect Israel from weapons of mass destruction when America reneged on it's promise to share intelligence that was important for Israel's security.

Let us attack the forces that triggered misdoings on the part of our brothers in an act of desperation ,  rather than constantly apologize for these misdoings! IN addition, let us attack American Foreign Policy involving funding terror across the globe establishing a terror State in the heart of Israel.

For IMMEDIATE Release

(WASHINGTON) - U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL), Ranking Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, commented today on a scathing report by the former UN undersecretary general of the Office of Internal Oversight Services, which concluded "There is no transparency [at the UN], there is a lack of accountability. I do not see any signs of reform in the Organization." Statement by Ros-Lehtinen:

"The stew of corruption, mismanagement, and negligence long-plaguing the UN has reached a boiling point.

"After reading this report, it is even clearer that U.S. taxpayer dollars being shipped off to the UN will continue to be sucked into a black hole unless true reforms are enacted.

"A lack of transparency and accountability is far from the UN's only vice, however. Its endemic anti-Israel bias and inability to stand up to the enemies of freedom and human rights are examples of how the UN has been hijacked by rogue regimes and has abandoned its founding principles.

"With U.S. unemployment at nearly 10-percent and our deficits soaring, the ocean of American taxpayer dollars flowing to such an unaccountable and broken organization is more than a waste - it is an outrage.

"We owe it to the American people to withhold funding to the UN until it gets its act together."

Note: Ros-Lehtinen is the author of the United Nations Transparency, Accountability, and Reform Act (H.R. 557), which conditions U.S. funding to the UN on the implementation of concrete, structural, sweeping reforms throughout the UN system. This legislation enjoys the support of over 100 cosponsors.

It's Possible to Withstand the Pressure! Fear Not and Be Not Dismayed. Chizuk from Women in Green(WIT) on Tisha B'Av Night

bs"d

(Taken from email from Women for Israel's Tomorrow (Women in Green).)

Tisha be-Av Night, opposite the American Consulate: In the Ears of Thousands: "It's Possible to Withstand the Pressure!" "Fear Not and Be Not Dismayed!"

Thousands participated in the annual Tisha be-Av night march of the Women for Israel's Tomorrow (Women in Green) movement around the walls of the Old City.

Yoram Ettinger, the first of the speakers, said opposite the American Consulate:

"We must learn from the leadership that was until Oslo. How to withstand the American pressure - to learn from Ben-Gurion, from Eshkol, from Golda Meir, from Shamir. We have to act as they did.

"The American public, unlike its President, stands united behind the State of Israel, as is shown by every public-opinion poll conducted in the United States in the past year and a half. The American public supports Obama's foreign policy except on a single matter: they expect him to be more pro-Israeli than his current policy.

"The American Congress follows the public, and signals time after time its displeasure with the President's attitude to Israel.

"This phenomenon is consistent since 1948. All the prime ministers understood that it is possible to withstand pressure. In 1948 the American administration ordered Ben-Gurion to agree to the evacuation of Jerusalem, to internationalize Jerusalem, and to stop the conquest in the Negev. The American administration accompanied this pressure with a military and economic embargo.

            "Ben-Gurion responded by:

* the construction of Jewish neighborhoods on the cease-fire line

* moving thousands of new immigrants to Jerusalem

* moving the government ministries from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem

* building access routes to Jerusalem

* challenging the entire world

They asked him, how does he withstand the pressure? His response was: if he were to surrender to the pressure of those opposing Israel, he would betray its supporters; and if he were to withstand the pressure, this would give added support to Israel's friends, and he relies on their power in the United States.

"In 1967 Johnson pressured Levi Eshkol that he dare not annex eastern Jerusalem, and demanded not to build beyond the Green Line. Eshkol's response: he built Ramat Eshkol and annexed east Jerusalem.

"In 1970, Nixon, with the Rogers Plan, pressed to divide Jerusalem. Golda's response was: the construction of Gilo, Ramot, Neveh Yaakov, French Hill. Nixon was angry, he was furious, but he knew that, in the long run, he has an ally on whom he could rely.

"Ben-Gurion coined the phrase: The entire world will judge the state of the Jews by its attitude to Jerusalem. If Jerusalem will not be the red line, that is not to be passed, the pressures will increase."

"It is to be hoped," Ettinger concluded his speech, "that Israel's leaders will understand that it's possible to withstand American pressure."

After this, the thousands continued on the march around the walls. Rabbi Shalom Gold and MK Prof. Aryeh Eldad spoke at Lion's Gate. MK Prof. Aryeh Eldad's speech in Hebrew can be found on the Arutz 7 (Israel National News) site in the De'ot section:

http://www.inn.co.il//Articles/Article.aspx/8925

Rabbi Gold said that each one of us must give an accounting of his actions, not only to the generation in which he lives, but to all the generations. We are obligated to guard Eretz Israel - obligated by all the generations. He based his words on the midrash that says:

"When the Temple was destroyed, the Holy One, blessed be He, weeps and says: My children, where are you? My kohanim (priests), where are you? My lovers, where are you? The Holy One, blessed be He, said to Jeremiah: Today I am like a a person who has an only son, who made a wedding for him, and he died during the ceremony. Go and summon Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Moses from their graves, for they know how to weep. Jeremiah immediately went to the Cave of Machpelah, and said to the Patriarchs of the world: Stand, the time has come when you are summoned before the Holy One, blessed be He. They asked him: Why? He said to them, I do not know, for he feared, lest they say to him: This was [the lot] of our children in your time."

Nadia Matar, the chairperson of the Women For Israel's Tomorrow (Women in Green) summed up the march with the emotional words: "Now, the central issue is Eretz Israel. And, as is written in the Torah portion of Devarim: the divine command is 'Go up, take possession ... Fear not and be not dismayed.' We must stop being afraid and fearlessly declare that the Land of Israel belongs to the people of Israel. The Land must be closely guarded. We cannot repeat the mistakes that were made in our camp. Not another Gush Katif. Now, we are obligated to breach the fences, to strengthen the youth in the army that declares it will not take part in the expulsion order. And the freeze must be smashed by building and planting everywhere. 'We will certainly go up, and we shall gain possession of it, for we shall surely overcome it' (Numbers 13:30)."
