On this day of remembrance for the thousands who were murdered in the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil, we now know that 42 Democratic senators chose their loyalty to President Obama over their duty to represent their constituents and our national security.  Indeed, on the front page of today's New York Times (9/11/15), it is written that "the debate divided Democrats between their loyalties to the president and to their constituents."

 

Senator Mitch McConnell, majority leader, said yesterday that he will force the exact same vote in the Senate next week before the Sept. 17th deadline!   According to the New York Times (9/11/15), "it is highly unlikely that any senator will change his or her mind."    THAT MEANS IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE...WITH YOUR HELP!

 

Yesterday, 42 senators,  including Senators Gillibrand (D-NY), Booker (D-NJ), Blumenthal (D-CT), and Casey (D-CT) who collectively represent the largest Jewish constituency in the U.S., made the decision to support an agreement that will release $50 billion in cash to an Iranian regime that is actively engaged in terrorism, has four Americans imprisoned on baseless charges, and is committed to annihilating Israel and fomenting hatred of the United States.   

 

Senators Gillibrand (D-NY), Booker (D-NJ), Blumenthal (D-CT), Casey (D-PA) and 38 of their Democratic colleagues effectively BLOCKED the resolution to reject the Iran agreement.   The votes of the 58 Senators' votes  who boldly stated their opposition to this dangerous agreement with Iran were two short of the 60 votes needed to break the filibuster of the 42 Obama loyalists who support the Iran agreement.

September 11, 2015 It's a frightening irony.  This September 11th, we will mourn 3,000 innocent lives snuffed out during the worst terrorist attack on our homeland.  And at the very same time, our President and a minority of Congress is ramming through a catastrophic deal that will provide hundreds of billions of dollars and a path to nuclear weapons to the very same Iranian regime that planned and facilitated the horror perpetrated on our soil on September 11, 2001.   Instead of learning from our recent painful history, we are about to enter into a disastrous deal that assures that we will suffer more 9-11s.   Throughout this summer, while Congress was reviewing the Iran deal, no one even mentioned Iran's complicity in 9-11.   We must contemplate this now.  Those Congresspersons supporting the deal must reverse course in order to prevent new 9-11s that wreak even more massive fatalities on the American public.   Iran's key role in the 9-11 attacks was detailed in the U.S. District Court's Findings of Fact in Havlish v. bin Laden, et al - a case brought by 9-11 victims against al Qaeda, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hezbollah and numerous other Iranian and Iranian-backed entities.   The case was the culmination of years of investigation prompted by information initially uncovered by the 9-11 Commission.  Overwhelming evidence of Iran's complicity included testimony from experts and a top former Iranian regime insider, and damning documents such as a May 2001 memo of behalf of Iran's then and still current Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei discussing communications regarding al Qaeda's then upcoming attack.   Iran first started planning 9-11 back in the mid-1980s.  At that time, Iran's leaders set up a terrorist task force comprised of top members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and Iran's security service (MOIS), to plan "unconventional attacks" against the U.S.    Iran's terrorist task force devised the plot to crash Boeing civilian airliners into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and the White House - and additional plots to attack the U.S. electric grid, and attack us with dirty bombs.      Iran called these plans "Shaitan dar Atash," Farsi for "Satan in flames" or "Satan in hell."  According to the Iranian regime, the U.S. is "Satan."   This September 11th, when we remember our brave American firemen and police officers who ran into the burning World Trade Center towers to try to save people, let's also remember that Iran's terrorism task force plots how to set fire to innocent Americans.      Al Qaeda joined Iran in planning 9-11 almost a decade after Iran's terrorism task force devised the plot.  In 1993, al Qaeda leaders Osama bin Laden and Ayman al Zawahiri met Iran's master terrorist Imad Mughniyah, Iranian officials and Iran Revolutionary Guard Corp officials in Khartoum, Sudan to launch an Iran-Hezbollah-al Qaeda alliance of joint cooperation and support for terrorism activities.   The Iran-Hezbollah-al Qaeda alliance worked together to perpetrate a string of terrorist strikes against the United States throughout the 1990s, including the bombings of Khobar Towers, the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, and the U.S.S. Cole - and 9-11.   Among other things, Iran purchased a Boeing 757-767 flight simulator to train the 9-11 terrorists.   Iran and its proxy Hezbollah also made the travel arrangements, and arranged for visas and passports for the 9-11 terrorists, and accompanied the 9-11 terrorists on flights.   Iran and its proxy Hezbollah also ran training camps for al Qaeda terrorists, including a separate training camp for al Qaeda's Saudi nationals.   Also, after 9-11, Iran helped al Qaeda operatives and al Qaeda leaders' families - including Osama bin Laden's sons - flee from Afghanistan.   Iran gave al Qaeda operatives a safe haven in Iran, which al Qaeda then used as a base of operations to direct attacks against our American troops in Iraq.  Hundreds of Americans were murdered in those attacks.    As the Court mentioned in the Havlish case, in a U.S. Dept. of Treasury Press Release (July 28, 2011), the Obama administration concluded that Iran has materially assisted al Qaeda by facilitating the transport of money and terrorist recruits.    In addition to 9-11, Iran plotted other attacks on U.S. soil.  In 2011, Iran was caught attempting to hire a Mexican drug cartel to assassinate the Saudi ambassador (at a public restaurant where innocent Americans would die) and bomb the Saudi and Israeli embassies, in Washington DC.   Congress's failure to stop the catastrophic Iran deal means that America is likely to suffer many more attacks that are even worse than the horror we experienced on 9-11 fourteen years ago.  Iran will undoubtedly use at least a portion of the hundreds of billions of dollars it will attain as a result of the Iran deal to carry out more of its "Satan in flames" plans.   We must remind Congress of Iran's major role in the horrific 9-11 attack on our soil.  We cannot afford to give Iran the wherewithal to attack us again.   Morton A. MANY GET DISCOURAGED WHEN THE NUMBERS SHOWING UP AT RALLIES ARE LOW.  This is a terrible mistake which only discourages activism and sets one up for failure. Numbers is not necessarily a true indicator of success or failure. 

REMEMBER THAT G-d's LEGIONS ARE BEHIND US!  

I feel that the Rabbis March in 1943 should have been followed with another such march even stronger. The Rabbi's march was not a failure.  It was not an embarrassment.  Even if there was no obvious positive end result, the action itself was balm to the soul.  G-d surely graded them for effort even when it didn't achieve noticeable victory. 

Victory is often the accumulation of many failures!

This past week (August 14th-August 20th) there were over 80 terror incidents recorded the 'Silent Intifada' on Hakol Hayehudi. Why are the Youth of Judea and Samaria targeted with Administrative Orders?

It seems to me that many living in Judea and Samaria and/or in support of those living in Judea and Samaria, desire that Israel be governed with laws who have as its foundation Judaic and Hebraic law rather than Turkish and British law. This seems like the only plausible explanation of why these kids are being placed in administrative detention. Their ideology questions the very foundation of the Israeli courts who feel threatened by this and threatens the foundation of the many lies the Arabs have spread that Israel is Occupying Palestinian Land. 

In America there is a similar scenario. There is a struggle to adhere to G-d's laws vs Supreme Court rulings which defy G-d's law.  The courts in Kentucky choose to enforce compliance against G-d.  It is not surprising that individuals are caught in a dilemma. This is a recipe for widespread controversy.

 It is almost the Hakhel year, the eighth year following the seventh Sabbatical year, when the entire Jewish people would gather on Sukkot at the Temple in Yerushalayim to hear the king read the Torah. 

 

May this Hakhel year, year of gathering, bring unity to the Jewish people and the geula sheleima (redemption)  to the entire world.

The late Lubavitcher rebbe took an intermediate position. While never advocating to bring the korban Pesach, he was concerned that in case an actual obligation did exist nowadays, one who did not bring this sacrifice would be liable for karet for failure to bring the korban Pesach in its appointed time. Thus, he initially advocated that Jews leave Jerusalem on the 14th of Nissan (and again on the 14th of Iyyar), although he later concluded that this was not required.

Torah is a universal religion.  G-d is a benevolent King for all of Humanity.  Israel is the Chosen People to teach G-d's word to the Nations of the World.  Is Israel up to the task.  The Righteous Noahides believe so.....

Several leading rabbis and Kabbalists, such as Rabbi Dov Kook of Tiberias and the "Chalban" ("Milkman"), Rabbi Chaim HaCohen Farchia, have said recently that the Geula, the full redemption of our people, has already started. Since I knew that I'd be asked about this during one of my upcoming radio appearances, I turned to my esteemed and beloved teacher, Rav Shalom Arush shlit'a, to get a crystal clear emuna-oriented outlook on the subject.

Rav Shalom made my sidecurls stand up. He told me the following spine-chilling story:

A group of secret tzaddikim – whose names I am not at liberty to mention – came to visit my holy teacher, Rabbi Yehuda Zev Leibowitz osb"m, not long before he died. They composed a letter to Hashem demanding Moshiach, right now. They all signed the letter, but they lacked one critical signature, that of Rabbi Yehuda Zev. They knew that if he would sign it, then Hashem would have to bring Moshiach right away. They appealed to him, but they didn't expect his response…

 

Rabbi Yehuda Zev bolted upright in his wheelchair. He pointed a reprimanding finger at one of the secret tzaddikim. Like an upset lion, he asked, "Were you in the Holocaust?" The tzaddik shook his head in the negative. Rabbi Yehuda Zev turned individually to the second, to the third and to the fourth tzaddik and asked them the same question. None of them had lived through the Holocaust. "Well I did," roared Rabbi Yehuda Zev, "and I saw with my own eyes the indescribable suffering that our people experienced on their own flesh. I never want to see that again! Are you willing to take responsibility for the grueling tribulations that our people will undergo as a purification process, if Moshiach comes and they're not ready?" None of the tzaddikim were willing to accept such a responsibility. They aborted their idea then and there...
